I have a suggestion - to withdraw your balance or transfer to another user - make the confirmation by mail or if you have enabled 2fa - request code, may it be extra protection, and second, it would be good to be able to disable 2fa, after you enable this option, since there may occur various situations and problems with the phone, the user is not kept key, there will be problems with authentication, leading to a long wait for a response from support. Thank you for your attention.
Hey, Email confirmation for withdrawals is good suggestion. We will take that into consideration. But being able to disable 2fA without having 2fA code defeats the purpose of 2fA . When you need 2fA disabled send us a ticket and i guarantee you will get it solved in 12-24 hours MAX. Usually its under 4 hours.

hopefully will be back very soon this few days i always stay at primedice lol. the mobile compatible are really great.. but why there no bot on mobile version.? It was hard to make it work great on mobile version and also to be secure so player can stop it at any time even in chat window. So we decided to remove it. It will be available again in ours Android app that will be released soon. There's gonna an android app?!?! Its a shame google play won't allow it in their appstore because its against their TOS for there to be any apps with real money gambling. Still wouldn't mind downloading the .apk file and installing it manually when it does get released. Is bitcoin "real money" for google thou? I am not sure whats theirs policy about bitcoin yet.

Just 2 hours you say? Cut MICRO some slack, he has to be a human and do other stuff sometimes . Compare PD support stats with others, and you'll notice how fast you will be getting a reply Sorry guys its 3 AM for me but i will look into yours tickets now.

How come Primedice don't have signatures campaigns for ordinary users, only for staff members? Will this be changed in near future? Many would like to join i think..
i think its because primedice doesn't needs avertising anymore, large number of gamblers in the bitcoin world already know them as one of the best and trusted gambling sites in the business No its mostly because signature campaigns ruined this forum a lot. When we ran ours signature campaign we gave ours best not to cause spam , pointless posts and so on but it was very hard due to huge scale of it. So most likely we wont have signature campaigns in the future.

Hey that most likely happens due to satoshi rounding. Primedice doesn't show fractions of a satoshi on your balance it rounds up to full satosh but still accounts for the extra. Sometimes people make very small bets on very small payouts so it has to account for it.

Not quite getting what you mean by this comment. From what I know, he was handling support requests since quite some time by now. About 3 months if I'm correct. That is correct. And i posted some stats from support now . 2.4 hours average first response time.
