PrimeDice has had issues before, especially in PD3 with the autobet not stopping right away. I remember in PD3 it would wait 2-4 more bets before actually stopping.
Hell, for all I know, Primedice's database could glitch, and your balance would go from 10.0 to 0 without making a bet, and they'd still not refund you. Very bad customer support for that reason, I think these issues need to start going more public. People should know about how Primedice handles these issues.
It's only because Primedice's voice is louder than mine, that my voice can't be heard. Very bad business model.
Send me a PM with full proof this is both a reproducible issue and a fault on our side and I will both refund you and fix this issue. I don't see how anything other than connectivity issues would influence your ability to stop your autobet sequence. The only way I could see this as our fault is if the stop autobet button vanished. Recently i made a profit of 1.5 BTC from primedice and bought a new iPhone 6s  i rained around 0.1 BTC on chat and enjoyed a lot with my friends like showrov, singpays and a lot more. Thank you stunna for making this website I forgot to ask about the auto bet bug which sucked my balance of 0.21 BTC right after pd4 was released, a month ago micro told me that a developer will look into my account and i might get a refund, but i didn't get any message from pd community regarding this. I took a video of the bug most clearly happening. I can't blame Primedice devs for much more than simply not testing the mobile autobet enough. However, the issue is being looked into and we should be getting our rightful refunds soon I've reviewed the video and from what I can see this isn't an issue on our end and isn't something that we needs to fix. Why does the auto bet not stop when you click "stop betting". Was on mobile earlier and spammed the button, and it wouldn't stop. It kept going, and 4 bets later I lost 1.8 BTC.
Would highly recommend to never use autobet, especially on mobile. It happened too fast I could not exit out.

I just tested this on couple of android devices and it stops immediately. Unfortunately i do not have any IOS devices to test it out. But I forwarded this to ours developers to do further testing. whether an internet connection in the phone can greatly affect the game? I've found the same case, when it will turn off the auto bet but it did'nt work because I was distracted suck internet Hm... I will try limiting my internet speed and then check it but i guess it will be hard to recreate it. |

If you set fee higher than recommended like 0.0002 or as i like to set it 0.0005 you will get credited within 30 sec. I deposited a few times with 30k but it still required 1 confirmation Depends on how busy network is. Few days ago with a lot of unconfirmed transactions it needed 200k fee. |

There are some you tube videos on peeps getting 10 same coin flips in a row. It is not that uncommon at all. What people do not understand is that dice does not have memory. Every roll is independent of each other. If you got 10.66 this roll there is still the same exact chance to get that same exact number again. I could be 100% wrong but I don't trust primedice from my experiences and what I've seen with others, that's just my honest opinion. Call it bad luck or whatever but I see alot of really strange behaviour, uncanny bad luck for alot of people, not just losing the bets but the timing of losing the bets and the crazy losing streaks just at the right time. The provably fair thing is so complicated to most users that they could be screwed over but just can't understand it so accept that it's fair. All I hear is 'ask dooglas' he'll say its fair, you mean that other guy who also runs a dice game site? And how do we know the primedice verification websites aren't run by affiliates? Again I could be 100% wrong but this is just my honest opinion how I feel.
What I see is a lit of users complaining when they just loose a little. If you see how much High Rollers win last weeks then it looks like its all fair to me. If they would cheat they definitely do it at the high rollers and don't let them win 50 BTC in a few hours. But if you believe they get rich by screwing low rollers, you need a doctor. The only high roller I see winning is probably the same person (negan/noctis/sin/others) and could be allowed to win to entice people. They lost 60k 1 day and said in chat 'its only money'. Next day showed up betting shit loads again and won. Then when someone asked for $1 from him he said no. If he's so rich to not be bothered by losing 60k, that's odd behaviour. Infact nearly every high roller is a loser. How often do you see a random high roller show up betting moderate amounts and win 3-4 bets in a row? Not often. How often do you see them lose 4 in a row and bust. Very often. There are actually couple of them. Negan, Sin44, Mreccko, are the same guy that is true and i know that guy and i have him on facebook he is rly cool guy but ofc he is not pleased when people beg him for money. |
