I haven't played on PrimeDice for a week or so and when I tried to play with faucet money today I noticed that faucet reward was cut to 150 satoshi.
Why? After all you can't withdraw faucet money right away - there is a limit 0.001 on withdrawals.
You just noticed this now, its been like this for a while. Especially with brand new accounts. You need to build up your BTC wagers to get more Satoshis for the faucet and there will always be a time limit. Well btc went double in price since pd4 started so its obvious why we lowered faucet a bit. |

Another day, another problem  So today I was testing out API functions for my bot, PolyBot. As I test, command by command, I discover that "GET /chat" returned all of the IPs of everyone in chat. This is a major API loophole, I'm lucky I found it and not someone else who could have used it for malicious purposes. I asked to speak with UnixPunk, he responded on Telegram as I told him the details of the issue. After a couple of minutes, it was fixed, and I returned to testing functions on my bot. Do note that Isildur explicitly told me that I could "Test out API functions in chat, as long as it doesn't spam." I heeded his command. But still, after a couple of tests and short outputs into the chat, PolyBot was muted for 666 hours. "Why?" I ask. Is there really anything you could say I did wrong? I asked for permission to test, and received it. After asking Isildur on another account, PstBank, why I was muted, he only told me "he didn't mute me." I later saved a message for UnixPunk to speak to me on Telegram, and then PstBank was muted for 666 hours. I honestly have no idea why these two accounts were muted. I asked for permission to use the API in chat, and ended up with two accounts muted for 666 hours, which is 27 days. Why?  If it wasn't Isildur or UnixPunk, who was it? I'd like to have these two accounts unmuted, as they absolutely did not do anything wrong. I have two images of each mute: one of PolyBot, and the other of PstBank. Edit; You might have one of the best support teams, i personally havent had too much hassle getting help, but i think all these undisputed claims from sites are getting a bit out of hand. Like the Sun did not set in British Empire, all support can not sleep in PD's empire.  That is coming up soon. 24/7 support , live chat support and maybe even support over the phone. Will this really happen? I think this was promised in the past to improve the support and hire more staff. However this is one of the biggest Bitcoin gambling sites out there and yet has one the worse support out there. We actually have the fastest and the most responsive support around. As i shown with the stats from zendesk. And from then it got even better. But yes , we are working on some new projects and support will get even better with more options to get in contact with support. |

Yeah I think the reason why they put that is simply to mislead or trick people and I guess it works. Since its on so many different bitcoin gambling casino website. I learnt to just ignore it.
Well yeah its pretty much useless , doesn't mean anything to a player and it should not mean anything to players. I kinda like to look at it and estimate how much players have been active that day, that is pretty much all you can get from it. |

Won in last 24h is fake brother. This site make +50BTC everyday. Indeed, there are still many flaws on the site they need to get working on, and the btc won stats is one of them. Yes, that was the reason why he is muted. And won last 24h is accurate. When it goes mad its due to cashe, but simple hard refresh fixes it. |

prime dice is having some issues for some time ,the site was not working properly,the chat was a mess for some time and so on. i missed to happy hours yet again,when will i be able to get in at the perfect time  It is always happening when PrimeDice is evolving, (same happened with PrimeDice3) they usually have to fix small bugs caused by upgrading the site for a long time. Where I find a PrimeDice's happy hours schedule? Or it is totally random event? Yes it is random. |

I bet over a total of over BTC107.0. I am a actual customer and this is how you treat me? You posted the date that deposit showed up on my transaction log. It was never added to my account. I'ts been 5 months and my deposit is still missing. It is confirmed by the blockchain and even in your transaction logs, but it was never added to my balance. Look at the timestamps MICRO. The last transaction that I made was a deposit of BTC9.8. It shows up on the transaction log right? After I made that deposit, I made no tips, no bets and no withdrawals. My balance should be equal to or greater than BTC9.8. Do the math! Quit making false claims about me! Sorry from my resources it just looks like its everything credited 100% . Your account shows 0 btc difference which means everything adds up. Only thing i can do now is to promise that i will forward this to ours developers and to admins and Stunna and i will update with what i get from them. |

Happy hour starting now . i tried claiming faucet amount but i still got the default amount of satoshi based on my wager level. did you forgot to hit the magic button? There is something wicked happening often to the 24 hour btc won counter, it just keeps on counting up, even tho the numbers are quite unrealistic.  It continues growing until refresh, but then it just showed 0 btc won.. That counter is broken for several weeks now. Besides that it is just btc won and not the full stats so it's misleading. Just don't pay attention to any numbers given by primedice.That's a sad thing to hear about my favorite dice site, but unfortunately it's not far from the truth. Take those Loyalty Achievements for example in your personal stats, they wouldn't change however long you are the member of PD. In general the site is operating okay, but I think it's better whether to fix the above mentioned bugs or to remove the features. It will take another five years to get those fixes:P whereas the fix itself is probably going to take a few minutes. Just as I have suggested 2FA on cashout... Won last 24 h was buggy coz of some cashing issue. It is good now. |

I definitely have issues with Primedice. I don't know if it is a server issue, or what it is, but they failed to credit my account for a deposit I made. It was for 9.8 BTC, so I am not happy right now. That did got credited and your story about why you waited like a month to ask for that is very interesting to say the least. what do you mean "That did got credited"? I had two deposits that were made on 5/17/16. One was for 14.2 BTC The other was for 9.8 BTC. The one for 14.2 BTC took about 7 to 10 days to finally get credited to my account. The other after 5 moths they still have not credited. You had problem with 14.2 because you used pd as coin mixer and blockchain saw your deposit as 0.0002 btc there was some issue with it and we credited it and compensated you. Other one of 9.8 got credited after 1 confirmation. And you waited 5 months to claim it did not get credited. And dont make me post a story why you waited so long .
