For some reason new version of bitcoind is ignoring ours set fee of 0.0002 . Dev is working on that and it should be fixed asap. That's why we are taking only 0.0001 btc atm. |

It seems the withdrawal transaction fee has been reduced to 0.0001 from 0.0002 btc very recently, but the text shown after clicking "Withdraw" hasn't been modified yet.
Yes that is correct. We left the info at 0.0002 btc since we might have to go back to it since blocks are full again. Atm we hope nobody will complain that we take less than stated. |

I dont think deposits are working. Sent deposit in some time ago, showing confirmations, no deposit in account.  Has it credited yet? We put in a more permanent fix recently to the issue. Also there's been some serious whale action today. Nearly 8500 wagered just today so far. Bets have been slowed down significantly, or is it just me ?
Still seems buggy ?
Bets under 10k satoshi can be bit slow. All bets over that threshold should be very fast. Is this a new implement ? Anyone ? Micro ? That was there for a long time. We are just adjusting the limits as needed. Hopefully soon there wont be need for such delays and all bets will be super fast. |

Let's say you deposited bitcoins on PD via tor browser and you quit the tab without setting your password/email. How does one go about claiming those coins  Maybe they can check your account by telling them your selected username and prove them that it is yours, like telling the time when have you registered or deposited the balance, or submit to them the txid of your deposit, something like that i think  . BTW if you have encountered another problem, try to shoot a message on their help tab located at the top right corner, it would be a much faster approach to pd support. Problem fixed! I'm really surprised at how fast the PD support fixed this, truly amazing. Primedice staff support is immaculate no doubt Thank you for the great feedback. |

Deposit not showing after 4 confirmations. Already contacted support. RIDICULOUS!!!!! Took video of the browser showing the account and the address that shows up when clicking the deposit button.

Earning proper affiliate earnings takes time and people don't play forever. You need to constantly get new referrals if you want to constantly earn anything from it. That is true. I made a lot in the start. Now when i am not referring new users its slowing down a lot. You need to constantly come up with some new cool ways to get refs and you will earn A LOT. But please make sure to do it responsibly and not spam your ref link on other bitcoin gambling sites and so on...  |

Still waiting for support to credit me my .2 BTC that I deposited to my old deposit address. I wasn't aware that deposit addresses were changed. I've messaged them multiple times but haven't had it resolved yet. Can anyone else help me out please?
We try our best to keep people informed about address changes, we even had a bot in the chat for 2-3 days that would post about the address changes every few minutes to let people know. As for your specific ticket, I will poke the head of Support and see if I can get him to resolve it. Thanks for your patience. EDIT: The head of Support got back to me and says that he has to wait for an Admin. He says he should have you credited in 3-5 hours. Okay thanks for your help, sorry to keep pestering support about it but I just don't want to lose my measly .2 btc =P You won't lose it, no worries. It will always get credited to your account one way or another. Oh I know, PD is great when it comes to customer service. I found my new deposit address if you guys need it, let me know I credited your account. Problem with you was that you are from the USA and we don't allow deposits from USA.
