After i read all this stuff about chat mods and muting i rly dont know what to tell yaa guys .

When it comes to steveds he got recommended by some mods and some people from chat , mainly because he is active on chat a lot .

Now when Stunna asked me what do i think about modding him , i told him that he would be good because he is active but i also told him that he might be to strict and harsh , because i got some reports from him to mute some people for almost nothing at all .

So far i didn't see much of him being to harsh but i also think some mutes and arguments can be prevented with good behavior by mod , its easy to mute somebody when he pisses u of but its not good solution coz he will be back on other acc and that can go on and on and on... I learned that when pokerjet was having that issue with some people on pd.

Zoltan , Hui, Serlite and me , never had that issue because we know how to calm things down without using a mute and its always better than just being quick on the mute command.

Thefrog to is rly chill and that's the attitude u need to have if u want to be good with community and at the same time keep the chat clean and fun .

I think steveds just needs to learn that and he will be good mod.

Also if he doesn't and you guys think he is to harsh and have something to show for it , he can be demoded .

Nothing bad there some people just don't fit in and that's alright .

As for Candy . I agree he is a troll , maybe scammer . But im with him on this one. New accounts should not be muted just based on assumption that it is Candy. Some obvious ones like with offending names are ok but some accounts that are not so obvious should not be muted without 100% proof that it is him.

And even with proof that it is him if he doesn't break any rules i wouldn't mute him. If he doesn't try to scam people on pd chat and doesn't break any rules he shouldn't be muted , whoever he is.

To me anybody on primedice chat is welcome if user can behave and doesn't break rules on pd chat he is welcome , whatever he is outside of pd (scammer, bank robber, rapist or whatever) that is his problem and not ours , we are not police so what somebody does and who he is outside of pd should not concern us .

Yes i dont get paid for it but it opened lots of opportunity's for me , made me lots of friends and got me started to be where i am now.
I do get paid for some other small jobs i do for pd thou. And i also made some wise investments . So currently i make enough to live only off it and be pretty happy .

Its not always about the money sometimes u get more by starting with less.  

Yes mod is a volunteer job.

Yes i agree, that issue with support needs to be solved . Im just saying its not that simple as hiring new staff .

Even giving limited access , that new guy would have access to customer emails . And that also can be dangerous . Like he could use that emails to email them privately and try to scam them, or all that emails could probably be sold to some other casino , casinos in real world do that all the time with customers information.

So they would need somebody they can absolutely trust , which is hard to find this days.

Haha... Thats so true. I know a guy who was trying to lose so hard. Betting "dumb" and he just couldn't lose and eventually went up A LOT.
So yeah , doesn't matter if u are dumb or smart , all that matters is house edge and ur luck .

As i also said , its not that simple , just go ahead and hire more support staff .  

That is not such a bad idea . To have one member just sorting important mails and spam emails . And doing some basic support that doesn't require full access to ACP .

Its true that pd has that issue with support and atm that's the only issue about pd , just a slow support. I hope that gets sorted soon.

Problem is that they get loads of emails from people trying to remove 2fa or change passwords of accounts that are not theirs . So its hard to sort out ones that are rly issues from others that are just attempts to social engineer a way into somebody's account.

And now Edward is on holiday so its all on Stunna , and he is very busy man.

Nobody cares about "bans" and "illegal" in bitcoin world .

Users often share theirs deposit address with other players. Like if want to get into ur account i will ask u "hey mate give me ur deposit addy i will send 0.01 to u" . And what would u do ? U would probably give me ur depo addy and with it i should be able to prove that ur account is mine ? I dont think so .
