Hi, i have a real problem here.. i was rolling with my smartphone and i have reached 0.12499 btc.. in one roll i discover that it become 00000 in one second. And i see that i wagered all the ammount and i lost all my btc.. im really sure i didnt clicket max and i was totaly focusing in my bets.. i refreshed the page and i discovered there is no history for the last bets i did.. the last bet i can see is at 7:44 in my local time and the last bet were i lost evrything was at 77:50.. i finally finded the bet of 0.12499 on the high rollers.. can any one help me please
Have you emailed the support regarding this? Seems your client didn't receive the data about the last bet.Provide support(MICRO) with you username and he may be able to help you. i have just mailed the support about it and waiting for a respond.. if it was my fault i surely will find the last bet in my bets.. but there is 72 bets not shown.. i think it prove that it s a bug.. Is there any mod online?!.. i emailed the support and there is no respond until now... no mod in the chat and here neither.. Just be a little bit more patient: they PD has a great support, expecially lately, with MICRO always on eery issue. Maybe timezone has affected you request (I mean he could be sleeping) but as soon as he will read your message he will at least aknowledge you he is having a look into it. Have a look at bolded: I love everyone, but I don't understand trolls...

blindness of support e-mails ? sickness ..oh that is edward for sure. Almost 100% of support requests in the last week or two have been resolved in 8-12 hours or less, thanks to MICRO. 
50% of the time tickets get answered in <1 hour.
And 41% 1-8 hours.
Average 2.7 hours .Some of the dice review sites should soon update theirs ratings of Primedice support Yep, i just got up and I'm on it. Btw, when you are not getting reply to your ticket instantly there is no need to send more than one ticket about the same issue. That will just slow down your response time due to us having to go through much more tickets than needed. |

There is also a lot of trolling about that sometimes. I just checked couple of them who said they have pending withdrawals and they don't have any. You can try dropping them an email to support and they shall revert back to you and resolve your issue soon, or you can just wait to see the problem getting sorted out itself. AFAIK MICRO=support most of the time, correct me if I am wrong. Well, i don't think so(correct me if i am wrong too). Stunna always demanded of a very very very trustworthy guy to become his support guy. Not saying that MICRO ain't trustworthy but as he lives thousands of miles away from where stunna lives then most probably stunna won't have chosen MICRO to do the support stuff. I always thought Edward himself did the support thingy. I do support stuff now. But i still need help with some of the tickets from Stunna or Edward. cant log in to my account sad that support is not answering it says that too many log in attempts. anybody can help just deposit some btc and now cant log in try to log in again after an hour and i think it should be OK as it looks like the server is rejecting your account to log in coz you send too many requests thank you would it be a problem that I have two account? one main account one acts as a bank thing? I answered you couple of times on support if you are the same guy. You can have 2 accounts but when you login and logout into them to fast you will get that error sometimes. So try not to do to many logins to fast. And when that happens just wait 1 hour without trying to login to any of your accounts. Also, isn't it banned to use your pd bank account to store your micro winning during the happy hours? AFAIK someone said that it wasn't allowed during the HH(this was to stop the misuse of HH). Well i guess yeah, farming faucet and happy hour is considered abusing it and its not allowed. |

maybe you didnt went all the way back in this thread and commented ,little knowledge is dangerous. however MICRO was being promoted to ADMIN and was about to lose his M . ie.. mod status. Well MICRO has been promoted to Admin status, different from the actual admin, and I'm sure MICRO doesn't have access to Cold wallet(which is used to fill the hot wallet) as well which probably contains more than 1k btc, no offense to MICRO but would be crazy to hand that amount to anyone over the internet. BTW shouldn't the process of filling hot wallet be automatic? And I notice Stunna himself had replied in the thread saying that someone was paid 100 btc, which should've emptied the hotwallet(if it was paid from it that is). And lastly, yes I know about the Mod and Admin status, but thats only for chat. Exactly. And I'm not actually promoted to Admin , i got promoted to Support staff. And of course that i don't have access to cold wallet which is used to fill hot wallet. I also don't have access to users balances, nor do i have ability to change users password if it has more than very small amount of bitcoins. And to be honest i would not like to have that responsibility. All issues on support has been solved and there are currently just 4 pending tickets. Support average first response time is now 2.3 hours. It can take a bit longer sometimes if issue is more complex and i cant solve it but its nowhere near what it was before. If i cant solve the issue right away or without help of Admins/Dev i will at least keep you updated on what is going on and answer all the questions. Cheers. Btw this time issue wasn't low hot wallet. Bitcoin core had some issues. Primedice hot wallet is usually kept at pretty big amount to accommodate 24/7 big withdrawals. |

The site still have problems. Slowing bet now better call it lagging ,i am not able to see my own messages until i refresh it which takes whole day to get reloaded...lol Super lag now.... They are weeks that the platform has various problems. Stunna some info? Should be all back to normal now. |

Hey, If you get error "to many login attempts has been made" Just wait 1 hour before trying to login to any of your accounts. And it should go away. That usually happens when you switch between your accounts to fast. |

I sent a support ticket using the help on the website and within a day, support emailed back. I gave him the necessary information to log in and now I gained access back into my old account. If you are on this forum Mladen, thanks for your help!

I've been away for a while and I know that for most of the last year, support from primedice was terribly impacted, so to speak. I'm glad to hear it's no longer the case. Tell me, did they end up hiring a bunch of new people to handle all the tickets? They hired MICRO for support, and he is doing a good job so far After Micro support is much faster than before as per my experience i got reply about my issue within 3 hours to drop support ticket, no doubt he is doing nice job for support section. Super-smart move to hire Micro for this (in my opinion). The guy clearly loves primedice and does his best to support it even before he was actually working on support. The best you can do is hire a guy for a job that he was basically already doing. hehe. Anyway, congrats Micro, on the new job, I hope they're paying you well for it. Yeah, been loving Primedice so much for the past 2 years. The site is amazing, community is amazing. Stunna and Edward are amazing. Finding out about Bitcoin and Primedice literally changed my life for so much better. And working for Primedice is the job one could only dream of. Thank you guys for support. How much do you get paid? Working for bitcoins would be pretty cool.
