I sent a support ticket using the help on the website and within a day, support emailed back. I gave him the necessary information to log in and now I gained access back into my old account. If you are on this forum Mladen, thanks for your help!
I think Mladen = MICRO? Support is great now, once seemed like an impossible mission. Yes, that is me.  . Im doing support full time now 8-12 hours per day. And in that time i mostly check for new tickets every 10-30 minutes. And respond when i see new tickets. Im glad that people are giving positive feedback about support now . We will do ours best to continue improving it... Thank you. |

yes this is very surprising, i am hering PD support issues from years and i personally have been affected by this but i dont see any effort on improving it ? but they analyse and see that pvp is not being used and removed it ? What do you mean you don't see any effort of improving pd support? Last 3 weak's avg first reply time was under 4 hours. And its getting faster. Only time you can wait up to 12 hours is during off hours. Since support is not 24/7 yet. I think everybody who recently submitted ticket can confirm that. Most of them get answered in under 1 hour. Thats BS, ive been on pd for years and they promised better support to many times to count. It NEVER got better, only time it did was when stunna personally replied to the support messages. Just a couple days ago I sent them a request on my alt and it took 4 days to get a response, not really that bad but wasnt anywhere near 4 hours. What was your ticket number? I personally replied all tickets since i started doing support and none took more than 12hours for first reply. There will be some rare cases where i cant solve ticket and need to forward it to other support staff and it might take just a little bit longer. |

I think pvp requires a minimal wage before you can use, like the chat No, its not active. It weren't used at all lately and it was removed. |

It was Player vs Player game. You challenge some other player on chat for a bet of like 0.001 btc , and you play only against him, house did not take any part in it. You both have 50% chance of winning. Game was who will roll bigger number from 0-100 . |

He kinda has a good point. (refering to amaclin) core devs don't get paid for theirs work. At least not enough.
Don't get me wrong i hate what he is doing cause its causing us huge problems. But he does have a good point about devs not getting paid.
Now my question is are there any donation wallets setup for "paying" core devs?
And also i would even dare to suggest that there should be donation button in Bitcoin wallet.
People use Bitcoin on daily bases and we need core devs to continue working on it so we should pay them.
When i say we i mean every user of Bitcoin. At least through some donation type of deal.

Basically if somebody has only 1 negative rating, that can mean somebody was biased or pissed of at him and gave him that rating for no reason but if somebody has more than 1-2 negative ratings that probably means he is scammer or he done something else to deserve that rating. We will make clear rules about that in future giveaways. I can assure you there was no favoritism about who will get it or not. I don't know you or most of the other people here. Its just that i decided to be "fair" towards people who have only 1 negative rating since it can be subjective. But if you get more than a couple negative ratings you are doing something wrong and this community does not like it, so we don't want to include that users in ours giveaways. Also check out https://blockchain.info/double-spends . There is tons of double spends. I will try to explain in short why deposits and withdrawals are delayed. There is attack on bitcoin network going on atm. And there are a lot of double transactions. What happens is that you may see your deposit ass confirmed but we get the other txid on which its rejected or considered double spent. And it wont get automatically credited to balance. This is not Primedice issue. Every bitcoin site has the same issues atm. Especially on chain sites like Luckybit. And there is nothing we can do except wait for bitcoin network to correct itself. If that doesn't happen soon, Primedice will start manually sorting deposits and withdrawals. But for that we need fully functioning bitcoin network, which at this moment is not functioning as it is supposed to. As for support reply time. For most of the day (8-10 hours full time) that time is under 1 hour. And to get first reply from support should never take more than 12 hours from now on. If you submitted ticket a while ago and did not get reply, please submit ticket again and it will be looked at ASAP. Also please note that you can now only submit tickets from Primedice "HELP" form. And not by sending an email to support@primedice.com If you are not happy with reply you got, send complaint to support@primedice.com . Tnx. |

Are you so impatient as to wait just one day for the support to answer? It is due to the recent malleability attack on bitcoin which is causing the issues, more importantly , have you contacted support yet? Yes a wrote to support but why my bitcoin have been spent yet by admins and I don't have nothing received on my balance?  Not customers fault the blockchain has been attacked. If customer deposits they should be informed. I see they have disabled deposits while this issue is resolved. PS I have been waiting over 1 week for support from PD admin's I have even posted here asking and been ignored.. very ignorant and downright disgraceful from such a big site with so many users.. PS I was also banned from chat by some pissed off admin having a badddd day.. and I am not the first to feel the ban stick of mods on PD few other's complain also. Hey, could you please resubmit your ticket. We had some issues with zendesk that reply's from users did not show up. Its all fixed now and i will look at your ticket as soon as you send it. |

At first there were 0.03. When i am tried to withdraw them nothing to logs and account reset . My account vizierrr. There is big problems on blockchain atm. Hi there. I made a deposit to my PD account and on blockchain it has 4 confirmations so far but nothing in my PD account yet. It game me a short error saying something about maintenance/problems and now seems to be back to normal but no coins. Did those coins just disappear in the ether (aka your wallet)?
This is due to the recent malleability attack, you should contact support about it, with details such as TX of the transaction and your deposit address along with your username, be prepared to wait for a long time though.
