Using the power function to calculate the odds of getting rolling a win or loss with a specific series of rolls is highly flawed, because the potential series is infinite, and each roll restarts the series from scratch. Meaning, after 5000 rolls of losing, your odds of rolling a 9900x win in the NEXT 9900 rolls is exactly the same as it was when you started 5000 rolls ago. The fact that you've lost 5000 rolls has no bearing on the next 9900. Your formula assumes the odds are absolute which is simply not correct, whether it be on PrimeDice or in a physical casino. To expand, statistical odds represented as a percentage must add up to 100%, while at the same time, will never reach the true round number of 100% --- Being 99.99999... and so on is as close as one could get. Unless of course you're flipping a double headed coin  Lets use your example to demonstrate... On 9900x you've calculated/assumed the actual odds of not rolling a win rolling 9900 rolls is (99.99%)^9900 = 37.16% The flaw here is if your odds of 'not' winning is 37.16% then mathematically speaking your odds of winning must be 62.84%. Betting 0.00001000 per roll would result in a win of 0.09899000. Rolling 9900 times, a player would wager 0.09900000 - he would win 63 out of every 100 times he played this series. (62.84% Rounded). So every 100 games the player would win 63 and lose 37...? Thats guaranteed profit. You can use discrete probability to calculate odds for only a single roll... To calculate the odds of winning or losing in a series, continuous probability must be used and a number of statistical paradoxes must be considered. Strato It looks to me that you are a bit confused about conditional probability. You are right that the probability won't change after getting 5000 loss, and indeed that is because each bet is independent to each other, and that is exactly the reason why ^ is used in calculating the unconditional probability. Also, "you have 62.84% chance to make it" doesn't mean you will win 62.84% of the time for sure, especially when the sample size is small. Take a simple event as example, you have 16.6667% chance to roll a '6' with a fair dice. Does that mean you will be guaranteed to get it once every 6 rolls? The answer is no, but the probability tells you how likely an event is going to occur. Yeah, math there can get you some basic understanding where you sit with it. But it can be wayyyy off. Every roll is independent. On each new roll you have exact same chance to get win or lose as you had on previous one. Doesn't matter if you had 100 wins or loses in a row on 50% , your next roll still has the same 50% chance. |

I 'dislike' primedice because there are a lot of beggars and I like it (at the same time) due the minimal 'graphic'.
Maybe the next time I should write something like : I love primedice, PD is the best crypto-dice in the world.
I am not contesting nothing, only wrote my opinion (their money their choice). Actually a lot of negative comments won to. But good and constructive comments. If you did not get this giveaway doesnt mean we think you are abuser. Only comments we liked got it. Even negative ones that ware constructive. |

Why you ned to ban people and their alts? What's the point in doing that? They are not doing anything bad like exploiting the system
well there are a lot of people who are farming the accounts to build up faucets and then well it or abuse the faucets themselves I think that's why they want to ban multi accounting Nobody is banning anything, or stopping multi-accounts. MICRO was simply saying that there's not a way (realistically) for us to stop people from creating multiple accounts, even if we wanted to. Exactly ! On primedice you are allowed to have as many accounts as you want. I'm just saying, its internet, you can't ban people from anything. Well you can but there are always workarounds. So only way to stop abusers is manually banning them. And also making giveaways that are harder to abuse. |

I think its quite impossible . Unless you ban MAC adresses . There is no way of stopping people making more accounts. And i don't see a reason other than this abusing giveaway but i think its that is not solutiponn. |

Yeah it actually takes a long time to check everything. So many abusers. I almost had to check everybody's latest posts to make sure they are not accounts just for giveaways . That part is really funny when there is condition you must have over 100 activity than you are planning to give newbie accounts there

No , you don't understand. There are loads of accounts made just to claim giveaways and spam in signature campaigns. There are Hero member accounts that are pumped up to that rank just so they can abuse giveaways and sig campaigns. So i had to check so many people's latest posts to make sure they are actually members of this community and not just posting in giveaways. I think even some Staff members had 10+ accounts that are full member or above. Primedice is doing everything to fight off abusers but its so damn hard. People are using everything to get some small gain and ruin it for everybody else. Primedice would had so much more giveaways if we did not get disappointed every time with how many people try to abuse. edit: On last fb giveaway there was a guy who had 100+ accounts and he tried to claim on all of them ! Like WTF ! It makes Edward and Stunna angry and puts them off from future giveaways. Stunna even suggested to only do competitions from now on. this is my only account(on here <3) maybe you should ban alts on PD i know users with 100+ accounts That is impossible to do . |

I have run giveaways too, and had to engineer into the platform mechanisms so that FREE bitcoin could only be withdrawn after playing so many games on different days, stuff like that. Really a shame giveaways attract so many abusers. It is not giveaway if you need people to play first before able to withdraw it, it is a bonus I think. Stunna is generous to give giveaway and never require people to wager or play it first so that is why micro want to select those that are not alt account Yeah that is more like a bonus if you need to earn it. With this giveaway and every other from primedice you can withdraw or play as soon as you get it, no restrictions. Same goes for competitions . |

I did not have 100 users to credit yet. To much abusers that i had to remove. And it took a long time to check latest posts of people. I found that some accounts post ONLY in giveaways thread like last couple of pages with theirs comments was only for giveaways. So it took me long time to make list for this giveaway.
