1321  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Transfer bitcoins without internet on: December 11, 2022, 05:47:06 PM
A lot of people had the same issue, and a way they create to fix this issue is by broadcasting the transactions over ham radio.

If you think about the process, even if the transaction gets broadcasted on the Radio it needs to hit internet at some point, that's why you need to configure a computer with internet to get those radio signals and broadcast the transactions in the blockchain.

1322  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Payabl.cc - user research form (2 minutes) on: December 11, 2022, 05:40:40 PM
I just take a look at the domain and there is no site yet. Please tell us more about the project, I really would like to know how you will make that process simpler. It would be nice if you can share with the community the white paper or at least a road map of the project that would get more people involved.

Will your project create a new browser wallet or people will need to use addons like Metamask?
Tan a corto plazo no sería

Thos two last fights were just epic, a lot of people bet on Paddy, and was a surprise to see him winning because we all know the other guy did a better job. And the draw on Ankalaev was just cruel, wasn't easy to see him walking away with tears in his eyes, he deserves that belt.

And something weird happen to me, I placed a parlay with Rosas, Paddy and Ankalaev, And since Ankalaev Draw I think my parlay lost, but it just doesn't pay for that match and get as valid multis the other 2 fights for a x1.8 win in my bet, so, that feels nice.
1325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Using Bonus Buy or Not Using Bonus Buy? on: December 11, 2022, 04:55:59 AM
The problem with bonus buys the bad streaks, if you are placing $1 bets you can be rolling with $1000 for a long period and chase the bonus with single bets, but if you make 10 bonus buys of $100 and get in a bad streak then those $1000 will go down really fast.

From my personal experience, it is hard to win in the bonus buys, but when they win, it is usually a big multi. Maybe that gives the feeling that it's easier to win betting that way, but in the long run still a RIP.
1326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 11, 2022, 12:33:26 AM
I don't have an unexpected it when talking about an underdog team.

This world cup already had a lot of surprises for us, and Morocco was the hero bet today, I play them in a betslip with France and get a nice x5. Is creasy to see them as the underdog to win the world cup, that bet is an x10 on this point. And if that happens I would not be surprised at all.

Go for the underdogs is the best way to win in this world cup  Grin

Tongue
1328  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 09, 2022, 06:49:13 PM
And Brazil is out of the world cup, who would think they would fail two penalties. It was a great match but for sure lot of us lose money with that one, Brazil was supposed to be the easy match in the parlay, and they fail really hard.

Now let's see if Messi gets out of the game too, or if get's one step closer to his world cup dream. In this next game, my heart is with Argentina, but my wallet is with Netherlands, let's see what happens.
1329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: December 09, 2022, 01:36:03 PM
It would be nice to know what data the ChatGPT uses to predict the game outcome because if it uses data from the web for sure it will always recommend the player/team that already has better odds to win.

But as we know, sports can be crazy, and the game of Argentina vs Arabia was a big surprise for all. I'm sure an AI didn't see that outcome coming because real facts can't be predicted just by analyzing the past. Life is random, and sometimes the low odds hits.
1330  Economy / Gambling / Re: A way to attract new users or a misunderstanding? on: December 09, 2022, 01:08:38 PM
Web 3.0 has become bait in the past months and that's because people don't fully understand the concept, as OP mentioned, it's supposed to be for decentralized projects, but when people run a project with their own token while holding more than 20% of the total tokens, that's fully centralized. And that just brings more confusion about the Web 3.0 projects.

So, we can call it high-quality bait to attract new users.
1331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel about using NFT staking for token rewards? on: December 09, 2022, 12:23:09 PM
Staking is a good way to get a passive income, but the problem here is what happens if the Token crash while you hold it. Then The staking will make you earn just cents. That's why staking with tokes is a huge risk and isn't recommended at all. Maybe it works fine for the short period, but in the long run, you will end loosing more than what you earned from staking.
1332  Economy / Gambling / Re: The launch of LuckyRoo Casino on: December 09, 2022, 01:36:32 AM
Looks like they are full focus on the token and not on the casino by itself, they end stage one, and in that step we see:

Quote
Begin development on gambling platform

This means they have nothing developed yet, so, on that point, they are just selling smoke. Big dreamers with a big project on the way, I hope the casino becomes a reality and not just an exit scam like 90% of the tokenized projects.
1334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks do not want bitcoin to become popular on: December 08, 2022, 08:35:15 PM
Bitcoin is a known enemy of banks, they weren't made to be friends. Just think about that satoshi's quote:

Quote
The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks.

Banks want to control the money, it has been their job for the past years, and with bitcoin they don't have control, with BTC each user is his own bank, and that's the main problem with banks and bitcoin.
1335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHARE THE BEST BITCOIN STORIES (for comic project) on: December 08, 2022, 02:27:09 AM
It would be nice to see the Satoshi Nakamoto story in a comic. From the starting point from the development of the code to the first mined block, and then how he disappears from the community. You will have to read and study a lot to make the story closer to reality, but if you do it right it would be a great comic.
1336  Economy / Gambling / Re: WINZ.IO 🚀 WELCOME BONUS: 300 FREE SPINS 🎁 CHRISTMAS CALENDAR REWARDS 🎄🎄🎄 on: December 07, 2022, 06:32:59 PM
BTW most gambling platforms require you to wager atleast 1X times before you can withdraw and this isn't any difference with winz.
They literally say that there's no wagering requirements, so it's different.

There is no wagering requirement to claim the profit from the free spins, but there is a wagering requirement on the deposits before you are able to withdraw, and that's requirement is to wager x1 the deposit amount. I don't think that's bad and is a nice way to avoid money laundering and to avoid bonus abuses.

Even if the user doesn't claim any free spins, then x1 wager on the depo is a must.
1337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which Crypto would you like to see more in Online Casinos? on: December 07, 2022, 05:16:40 PM
From my personal point of view, Doge is the best option and the coin that I would like to see in all the casinos. The transactions are fast, the fees are low and it's accepted in almost all the exchanges, so, it's a coin that has it all, and I would like to see that coin in all the casinos. I know a lot of them allow it, but not all of them.

And the second one I would like to see more in casinos is Monero, which would make gambling almost anonymous and that would be a cool feature.

1339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will not become the world currency. on: December 06, 2022, 06:51:47 PM
Bitcoin is more an investor's tool than a currency, and that's why some countries call it a digital asset. it wasn't made to be a daily-use coin. And even satoshi mentioned, Bitcoin will be worth a lot of money or zero, which were the two possible ways.

The main problem with bitcoin as a daily-use coin is the fees, if we want to buy a soda or something cheap, doesn't worth to pay the fees while they cost almost the same amount than the soda.
1340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gates of olympus on: December 06, 2022, 03:35:29 PM
1 Do you have games like in my country in your country
Since Gates of Olympus is a slot game from Pragmatic, you can find it in the most popular casinos, so, it's not a local game, it's an online game.

2, is this game easier than what I imagined?
Any slot is easy with the right luck, some days ago I get nice multipliers in different slots with less than 5 bets on each one, but is about luck, I have been rolling in some slots like floating dragons without a big win on more than 200 bets.
