Solo-mining fine and the blocks are flying. Nist5 runs cool for me, under 50C at I-18. Use the Sgminer 5.1.1. Now looking for optimal config.
Wallet keeps dropping it's single connection! Dev, need more nodes!!
Edit: Okay! Two nodes now. This look ok to everyone? { "blocks" : 2888, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : { "proof-of-work" : 1.09337983, "proof-of-stake" : 0.00024414, "search-interval" : 1 }, "blockvalue" : 1000000000, "netmhashps" : 76.98410810, "netstakeweight" : 0.00000000, "errors" : "", "pooledtx" : 0, "stakeweight" : { "minimum" : 0, "maximum" : 0, "combined" : 0 }, "stakeinterest" : 4000000, "testnet" : false }

So. There comes a time in every coin's life where it thinks to itself "does anyone really care about me?" Answer: no. We'll see how people react to this. I might just scrap the whole "take over Tecoin" thing, and just go work on a brand new coin (I don't it was too good of an idea taking over a coin that had no interest whatsoever). Server comes due on Monday, and I don't think I'm going to renew it. Let's face it: there's been little to no interest in Tecoin over the past few weeks.
I'd like to create something that's actually unique. Not something that's basically a complete clone of Heavycoin. I know I'm going to get a shitton of hate for letting Tecoin die, which my soul purpose was to NOT let it die, but, all good things must end.
What will I be doing? Well, I'll be working on the new coin for the next couple weeks. That's basically it. Like I've said in the past, I love developing things. Just not taking over development. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I'm still here.
What should you do, now? Sell your coins. That's basically it.
Sorry to be so late about this but health and work tied me up and pinned me down. Still a little out of it but that could be a good thing, for ideas, maybe. Because thunk I have! I was thinking and thinking, and then I thinked some more until I was all thunked out. But I believe I just might have thunk an idea or two, maybe. I got into crypto because I saw in it the perfect vehicle for selling, or rather capitalizing on my photography. I figured by now tipping apps on Flickr and 500px would be feeding me a stream of nickels and dimes, fractions of pennies. Unfortunately... So what I thought about was ingredients, not the recipe. What if the pictures are part of the blockchain somehow, and mining gets keys for decrypting the pictures. As an artist, one of the hardest things to do is to put a number value, a price on some work. Really, I find it excruciating. Is there some way this can be foisted off on the buyers/viewers? Sorry, but I don't have much more than a yearning to get my stuff out there, to turn this into a distribution system somehow. I guess I should show off a bit of my stuff eh? http://www.flickr.com/photos/7657010@N05/https://500px.com/AtomicNixon

Bought some on yobit around 25sat, sold part to recover the investment @70 to 80sat, now I've still have a bit on trex.
I find it astonishing that someone would only look at prices on one teeny exchange like that. Queue price support, but what is it really? Ten bucks. Want ten bucks? I got some change around here. Oh no, sorry, spent it on 18 sat GIZ... cost me a whole dime. Good to see nobody's following. It's too transparent, I do this all the time. I've bought more now. Good! I've already made 20% on Spreadcoin.

Hello everyone! I am glad to be in the same boat! Thank's for the 1% Fake pump coming up, leading to dump. Why? Duplicitous devs. "Interesting, because I also tested it with a small deposit just after your announcement here, and nothing arrived. Tested it again with a few assorted blah-coins and of course, nothing arrived. Of course, because, if anyone looks at the numbers it's immediately apparent that this is a fake site with fake numbers. I say IMMEDIATELY APPARENT! It screams it loud and clear. The numbers are so far off it's impossible to miss. "Not Sure"? With an unlikely but impossible to miss huge arbitrage opportunity, plus absolutely ludicrous prices, 8-bit for instance at 0.00260446 on the ticker, but showing buy/sell at 0.00003189/0.00004175, and nothing changes, ever. " Forbidden knowledge!

yea it helps, you just made sure that my concerns are more than real. I get 72 C with -t 2, you don't want to know what is happening when i am going -t 3 or -t 4 (i think i have seen 97 C once and i had to close it before start smelling ) I am sure i need at least the Corsair H55 but it's way more expensive than i though, it's probably a good investment neither the less. Ouch! Sounds like the current cooler is a bit off or needs a refresh on the thermal paste. In any case, cooling is good, more cooling, better, can't have enough! But enough about liquid nitrogen, reality! That Corsair H55 is about the cheapest you can get, and was the first liquid unit I ever got. Now doing a good job cooling my 7950. It is however, about the cheapest unit you can get. Entry level on liquid is still about $60-$70, but it's worth it! I've never looked back and wouldn't use anything but. The performance on even the low-end units like that Corsair is superior to anything but the best (and most very expensive) air units. You will be spending about $50 anyways on a superior air unit. Other advantages... that Corsair unit replaced a Coolermaster V10. You know how big those things are? This big... http://article.techlabs.by/img/article/8934/IMG_5583.jpgYe-gads! Aiee! And the Corsair unit outperformed it. Never looked back. Here's a few minor factoids for you to help you choose your new toy (and you are gonna get one, right?) Your rads are measured by width, so a "240" will be 240mmX120mm, a 280 is 280mmX140MM, and so on. Heat dissipation is mostly by area so if you can get a cheap 240, gravy. Think of it as basically boosting your cpu, because you'll get a lot more performance out of it. I'm SO glad to have my water unit back in action because now instead of worrying if I"m pushing it, I'm happily cranking away at 5.0 Ghz. 20% more machine!

Not sure, we cannot vouch for any external service exchange. Please avoid using that exchange for now. We just seen it has more volume than Bittrex which is odd. Well actually, when you say this... and we have new exchange for those interested in trading. ...you are vouching for that external service exchange. Did you do even the simplest of tests before you vouched for them, like creating an account and sending funds to a wallet? There is a great deal of difference between "we have" and "there is". There is also a great deal of meaning in the words "due diligence".

How do I set up a full node? Happy to help, I suppose Great to see how you keep the blockchain alive. Is it still traded somewhere? Peace! Devvie twitter.com/devnullius Traded somewhere? TRADED??? Only the love and devotion of your one and true savior should motivate you!! Thin and weak, you are obviously a closet white-saucer, devoid of that hint of garlic that is the proof of divinity! But if you mine, and mine well my son... I shall speak to you of zesty after-burn. Harken to your purpose! One day, if I prove myself worthy... I may have "with sausage".

On a slightly different topic... What's with Blake256??? First off, is there a working SGminer implementation? I'm having a go at mining Bigcoin and am having minor flashbacks here. First off, mining fine with CGminer 3.1.1, but can't have the intensity even close to what I'm used to. Cut the volts on both the 7950 and the 290, showing 70-80W in Aida64, but still too toasty. Getting hash but not what I'd extrapolate from stats on pools, I'm kinda down in a slot by myself. Not used to this! Sucks!
