I think the greatest threats to the value of BTC are-
-The first users or those who hold large amounts of BTC.
-Banks unilaterally blocking any funds dealing with BTC worldwide
-A major bug in the Block chain.
-US agencies dumping BTC seizures on exchanges.
-51% attack via quantum computing.

I usually check Google trends to see if there is any correlation and it seems to be coming mainly from the chinese exchanges. |

Guys the Tea Party Idiots gave in obamacare is coming, the crisis is more or less resolved because the troublemakers lost credibility.
They gonna raise the debt ceiling and have another war after Obamas term is over and a new mainline republican president is in office.

I think we won't know for sure until at least 6:00 PM on Wednesday. due to how Senate rules work.If Senator Ted Cruz has his way and the tea party in the House forcing Boehner's hand all the time[Hastert rule] it is very likely there will be a US default and the House GOP loosing a House that was Gerrymandered just for them come the next election.A lot of people aren't saying it but their fuming about this concerning the Republicans. |

I think they would be sold via Government auction......but which one I think everyone will be trying to find out and the US public could get a chance to get quite a few BTC.

They DID say they think it could go beyond 576 Gh/s but I'm guessing this would be PSU dependent as well.They should definitely up the PSU requirements.I think with sufficient cooling and power 650 Gh/s might be possible if the software allows for Jupiter and over 300 Gh/s for Saturn.

No it doesnt make me a scammer  *Looks at avatar* *confused* On another note,since the rise in difficulty I don't think it will be profitable at all.I think we might actually start to see Petahash devices by next year....if this keeps going. The simpliest and best way would be: KnC tells us the truth.

I respect KNC for upping the game as an ASIC company not as a fan or reseller,but their service really is great in my experience and can't wait to see some final hashing speeds and mining hardware with members.

why would btc value go up just because mining is getting harder? that doesnt make any sense.
I guess it is because some think that since it is more difficult to mine the value increased because of such earlier in the year. |

Has batch #1 from KnC shipped yet? I'm getting ready to pull out of BFL and re-invest back into KnC for their November batch #2 target. Any words out there?
Not yet,but if you do want batch #1 hardware check out my auction here.I contacted KNC earlier and they mentioned they are preparing to ship orders out very soon,but didn't give a definitive date. About the issues concerning customs,I had asked about that issue in the past and they mentioned about labeling it simply as 'computer hardware' to get around customs issues. |
