I'm curious about what PSG will do at the same time. They have a really lucky draw just like a few other big teams in this round. But Real Sociedad can still be a tough challenge for PSG depending on PSG's performance level. You know the group stage wasn't the best kind for PSG. They made it to this stage thanks to the results of last group games.

From now on they really need to play extra. Real Sociedad aren't joking. They had a great group stage with Inter in the same group. Inter were one of the finalists of the previous season you know.  Smiley

Disappointing Inter Milan who shouldn't have come second, I expected them to lead that group but anyways Real Sociedad proved man wrongly. Competitive group stage to see them go top. They should be well prepared for the task ahead Take Kubo has been one impressive player carrying the club forward so far.

It's no lucky fixture, And I'm so certain that Paris Saint Germans will come out as winners at the end of the second fixture come February.
I've said this a billion times, Luis Enrique has a good idea on how to face Real Sociedad and he'll defeat em so they could march on to the next round!
1042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 25, 2024, 04:42:54 PM
~snip~

I believe that Real Madrid is the only club that might hinder their goal of winning the league this season. This is because Real Madrid is also in the race and might even have upper hand than Girona, if Real Madrid win their outstanding match.
In the second match, Madrid could beat them and make the gap even bigger. With notes Madrid must be able to continue to maximize the results in every match. In the sense that they must get 3 points in each match. Because I started to worry, my prediction was wrong against Girona. They are able to last long enough in the current performance. Maybe this will continue they will remain solid until the end of the season. As a Madrid fan of course Ancelotti should be able to take advantage of the transfer moment in a few days.

Real Madrid shouldn't have won the last fixture though in the La Liga Competition. One can go ahead to say that they won the game with the help of the officials in charge of that game. Another game to see Real Madrid robbing lol.
I can recall the game between Real Madrid and Girona, Girona played well as they should have done but Real Madrid defense and defender's Rudiger and David Alaba did a great job to keep the great attack of Girona at bay..

Not that Girona didn't play well but they failed to beat the intelligence of Real Madrid defenders. The league right now is in between the hands of Girona and Real Madrid.
They're the two best clubs kickin'and pushing forward in La Liga Competition this season.
1043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 25, 2024, 04:25:23 PM
It is impressive to see how the three top teams are doing right now. It's all about winning for them and Inter Milan is still one game behind, so I think the positions will be switched very soon again. But Juventus is stepping up their game and at first I thought that Inter Milan would be without serious competition, but seeing how Juventus is now performing and even AC Milan is doing well, Inter knows that they have to win their games. Juventus Turin isn't giving them an easy time. What a tough race it is for now. I hope it stays like that until the end of the season.
I wouldn't put Milan between other top 2, yeah they have 4 games winning streak but the point difference is still too high. Inter and Juventus are going great. Inter is the secret leader, when they play their missing game they will pass Juve. They'll also play against each other in ten days. Both teams look so strong and it's hard to pick a side from a neutral eye. On one side Martinez, Çalhanoğlu and Thuram, on the other side Vlahović, Chiesa and Milik. They have great attackers but I believe Inter attackers are more in form. They produce more goals.
So that is the match we are most looking forward to we want to know who is the strongest between these two teams I mean we will know who is most worthy of getting the Scudetto after seeing who the winner of the match. Inter Milan will be the favorite as host but for Juventus this is an important moment that should not be missed so they will make every effort to win the match.
It's true because with this match we can see who is the strongest between Inter and Juventus, but we definitely know that Inter's performance is very strong because they have more productive strikers, while Juve's strikers are not very productive so this will give a speculation to we all know which team is stronger, but in football surprises can still happen because Juve's defense is also quite solid so Inter won't easily beat Juve even though Inter has an advantage as the home team.

I totally disagree with you. At the start of the season we did not get the expected  performance from Juventus'  strikers. Juventus' attack was  far behind Inter Milan's attack. They won most of the matches by narrow margins. But now Juventus' attack can no longer be called weak.

Juventus have scored 18 goals in their last  5 matches. And conceded just two goals. From  this it can be easily guessed that Juventus' attack and defense are now very strong. Although their performance was poor at the beginning of the season, they gradually strengthened themselves. So I would say right now both Inter Milan and Juventus are equally strong. And both the teams are equally likely to win the 5-Feb match.
Both teams are perfect match for each other because they are both equally strong. Juventus currently has the best performance after a long time, and this makes it difficult to predict the match. Inter have been very consistent in both local and international competitions, and I don't think that they will want to jeopardize with their reputation by allowing Juve to reap that off from them.

The match is very important for both teams to win, because the winner in this match might finally become the winner of Scudetto this season. However, the match is unpredictable and none of these two clubs should be underestimated.

Inter Milan didn't get that impressive performance most of us expected as they went right behind Real Sociedad during the the Champions League group stage. It wasn't too much of a average performance but anyways they shouldn't have come second considering how they did last season to get to the finals of the Champions League Competition finals.

However that jas never affected how they've done in the chase of the he Scudetto Competition this season, so far they still stand as favorites on paper and whenever you watch them play.
Juventus had a great defense which was key to them successfull first half of the season. They scored but not too much, Inter Milan in between did well by scoring much goals. Competitive season ahead anyways.
1044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 25, 2024, 03:55:09 PM
Bayern Munich had a really huge difficulty against Union Berlin despite being in control of the whole game. If it weren't for Guerreiro's goal I don't know if they would have managed to win. There was a goal by Kane which was disallowed later as well. Besides there was some tension between Sane and Union Berlin manager which resulted in Bjelica to get a red card.  Sad

Bayern Munich somehow won maybe but they really need to make improvement in their finishing recently. Because they scored only one goal in these two comfortable games on paper. Otherwise they are already the most scoring team in the league now.

Up in my skull, I saw the game ending either a first half draw or a fulltime draw and it came through during the first half of the game. Union Berlin haven't had a good season overall and it has been that way slightly for em till this point in the second half of the season. Though they just started so we'll definitely see how it be!

I see the creativity of the squads performance has actually reduced overnight, just like I said, the repairs made by Thomas Tuchel are nothing convincing also leading to doubts about his long term stay as head of the coach for Bayern Munich.
For Harry Kane, it's just too early to go on saying he's got goals drought. Ain't it the second game without a goal? I'd say they should look at the creativity of the squad.

Liverpool were quite silent against Fulham last night but still it was enough to secure the ticket for the EFL Cup finale.  Smiley

I don't think it was due to Salah's absence either because we all saw what Liverpool did to Bournemouth in the Premier League recently. Bournemouth and Fulham are not at similar levels though, I must admit that. But still there is a big gap between Fulham and Liverpool in strength. However I expect to see a much better Liverpool in the finale against Chelsea. They would have Salah also as long as his injury isn't that serious.

Silent but tjrybwas able to see them earn the place to finally play in the finals against Chelsea. It sure won't be one easy fixture for em as Chelsea have been superb against top sides in the Premier League Competition this very season.

Salah's absence mean nothing truthfully, they did good without him when they faced and trashed Bournemouth during the last Premier League game they played. As Virgil Van Dirk and Konate kept the formed Dominic Solanke in the game quiet.
Why Compare Fulham and Bounce mouth together? Uts makes no sense.
Chelsea could even win against Liverpool during the finals. Having him around is a plus but anything can happen the best side would become Champions.
1046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 25, 2024, 03:35:40 PM
Manchester United don't look like they are thinking of bringing anyone to replace Martial due to his injury. Maybe they just want to trust Hojlund in the rest of the season. There is some development of him recently as he started to score in Premier League games as well. If he keeps up the good work they might really not need anyone else for the position.

The goalkeeper position should be the most discussed one for them actually. Because Onana is the best goalkeeper they have. However he is having a very inconsistent season. I'm curious about whether a new goalkeeper transfer would be seen this summer.  Huh

Manchester United must be forgetting they have a blunt attack and nothing so far to rejuvenate and ignite that attacking lineup. So far for myself, Garnacho seems to be the only one ready to play and at the main time propel the attacking plans of Erik Ten Hag. I don't blame Marcus Rashford anymore, he is in a level he should be matured enough to take responsibility. For Antonio Martial, he'll remain until the end of the season, though I'm aware he's currently Injured.

With Rapheal Varane and Lisandro Martinez back from Injury, best believe Andrea Onana will be well charged up with em positively. A good defense does complement a goalkeeper and it'll be so next week.
It's actually something that happens with new goalkeepers, Manchester United will definitely bounce up!

Is there any Manchester United fans here? What are your thoughts on your new CEO? It seems like stories related to his job portfolio and past relations with Manchester United are the hot topic right now. One of the good news is probably his commitment to kick a player if he failed to perform after 2 years on the club[1]. Not sure how this will translate into practice if the recruitment is still terrible though. On the other hand, he was tweeting many things against United in the past, such as hoping United to get beaten and so on. While I'm sure it is just business, some questions might question his loyalty although that's probably not needed as long as he can improve the squad and the bureaucracy around the team. CMIIW.

A player like Antonio Martial would definitely be on this list. A player like Antony would not be missed as he is much of a gambler who's after showboating.

Nothing much to say about the new owners of Manchester United football, they should get results is all that matters, so far, they're inputing the right persons in the right position. With time, they'll definitely get the players who fits into the project they want for the club.
One thing sure is the success of Manchester United football so they could win the Champions League, Premier League Competition once again and go back like they was in them old days.

Barcelona are in a complicated situation now. Xavi is having really tough days and he lately had an argument with the players about their performance. I don't see Barcelona as a serious title contender either as a result. We all saw what Real Madrid did to them in the Spanish Super Cup. Barcelona are staying weak against strong opponents.  Sad

I even expect Barcelona to get eliminated against Napoli with this performance. I'm saying this even though I know Napoli are worse than last season.

Do you think Barcelona can eliminate Napoli by playing like this?

How did they play against Real Betis over the weekend? Impressive? Luck?¿!

Despite the poor performance of Barcelona this season, Napoli believe me this season is not that side to defeat Barcelona. As I'm certain to say that Barcelona will successfully win and qualify for the next round.

Speculations can go around flying and swinging just so he could be sacked and also so they the media could get them clicks from such speculations and news.
That might just be a rising tone and they'll decode a wrong information to the public. Xavi Hernandez is currently being backed by the management of Barcelona, he won't be sacked. Surely, he'll defeat Napoli and Walter Mazzari side.
1049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 24, 2024, 07:20:50 PM
The moment when the UCL starts will probably be a good moment for Juventus, because maybe Inter Milan will start to have to divide their focus. Namely in Serie A and at UCL. So it is possible that Inter Milan will even start playing more carefully in Serie A to avoid injuries to their squad players so they can still perform optimally in the UCL.

This is a possibility but I doubt this will affect Inter. Inter have been playing in the Champions League and the Seria A all season long yet they're still at the top of the table. Inter are highly motivated to win the league title this season and they're in good form.
The Italian Cup win is an extra motivation.

Juventus is also in good form but I feel Inter is better. A difference between them is that Juventus don't have players that are currently hot as Inter Milan players.
Lautaro Martinez is currently on fire and he's leading Inter's attack very well. It's going to be a tough battle for both teams but I feel Inter will win the league.

It's actually not about how well they're currently buzzing but, how far can they continue consistently? They remain the best attacking side in all of the Italian Seria A and that alone has been obvious with the numbers they've been scoring.
Winning the Super Cup was a massive development and boost, this is now the very first trophy they've wonnamd they should be very happy as hell.

Max Allegri is also a great coach, we'll wait and see until the end of the season if he can leapfrog Inter Milan this very season. Juventus haven't made good attacking signatures but the players within has the zeal and ambitions to move higher.

Onana, Manchester United's goalkeeper, did not perform well when playing for Cameroon at AFCON in the round 2 group c match. Cameroon then lost 3-1 against Senegal.
In the third group c match between Gambia vs Cameroon, Onana was benched and Ondoha was entrusted with the goalkeeper position in the ongoing match.

The Cameroon coach realized after seeing and assessing Onana's abilities when they lost against Senegal and Rigobert Song didn't want Cameroon to lose again by placing Onana as the main goalkeeper against Gambia.

My question is, why is Erik ten Hag too confident in Onana to guard Manchester United's goal, who often makes mistakes when Manchester United play?

I've known Andrea Onana to be a stubborn player whenever he plays for his National Team but, that don't mean he is a bad player and goalkeeper just like the media and people tag him.

Look back to the time they had together at Ajax and go see for yourself. Andrea Onana is a player Erik Ten Hag has worked with and had good success.
Secondly, former Manchester United legend Edwin Van DER Ser was also the one linking and making recommendations for Manchester United to get him signed up.

Erik Ten Hag believes the big man behind at goal and it's only a couple few games he'll pick up a good form. Goalkeepers like Ederson and Allison Becker went through stages like this, go back and see for yourself. They only had good results to backup the blunders they made then.

After rarely getting playing minutes at Manchester City, Kalvin Philips finally moved to West Ham on loan. This agreement is valid until the end of this season and there is a purchase option clause for West Ham. I think it's time for Kalvin Philips to start forgetting Manchester City because the competition there is very tight with other players and it's not that Kalvin Philips is bad, it's just that under Pep Guardiola he wasn't the first choice.

If his performance is convincing at West Ham then he will definitely be made permanent and at least that would be better for his career while he is still competing in England. Even if in the end he has to return to Manchester City then he will only be a bench warmer again and that will make his career not shine again. Well, congratulations to Kalvin Philips, he took the right steps before it was too late.

He was without doubt a great player for Leeds United in midfied as they returned backed to the Premier League Competition. Second season didn't go as planned which saw most of em players returning back to relegation.
Moving to Manchester City and working with Pep Guardiola would've been a long dream but didn't go as planned. It's football though and he's not the first player to see same happening to him.

With enough game time with Westham United, he'll be at a top level ahead to f the Euro's Competition. I see everyone eager to move out and play regularly so they could make up for the list who plays this competition.

Definitely the Nigerian defence has been solid like the Rock of Gibraltar, however their frontliners hasn't proven to be super excellent given their inability to convert chances and their last winnings didn't come the way most people expected. the cameroonian team too haven't been too impressive with their pattern of play, their last game against Gambia showed that they are not a team to be scared of. So for me I feel the Nigeria Vs Cameroon game is a game between countries that are of the same quality, and the both teams of are the same substance, so visualizing who will be the winner of the game has been something I've not been able to think out.

Samuel Eto expressed how disappointed he was with his team and players because they didn't take the competition very serious as they should've done in the first place.
They're not too much of a great squad and they shouldn't make use of Andrea Onana following how he's had a bad record this season right from Manchester United.

For Nigeria, they don't have good midfielder's to link the attackers and also the defenders. Failing to do that has lead to too much of a boring game seeing Nigeria National Team winning games they should've won with ease but with too much luck.
Nigeria even if they'll win would not win this game comfortably. I don't expect too much from them players in between.

While Leverkusen are able to beat Leipzig away in a tough game Bayern Munich are even struggling against Werder Bremen. I wonder why there is some loss of concentration for Bayern Munich players at the moment. Maybe they have got over it already and we will see it against Union Berlin tonight. This is a crucial game for them as it is their absent game.

In case they lose points today as well Leverkusen will be really advantageous. Even if Bayern Munich win the point gap will be still 4 points. There is no problem for me at this point as I'm supporting Leverkusen to become the champions this season. I hope they manage to have a bigger gap by beating Bayern Munich home soon too.  Grin

That was obviously a champion mentality shown during that fixture against Liepzig over the weekend. Xabi Alonso has done more than enough for them laddies in the club. It'll be a thing of great joy if they can eventually go on to win the Bundesliga League Competition at the end of the season.
Believe they're already having doubts about Thomas Tuchel as the manager for Bayern Munich for a long term. I won't be surprised if they make a quick change when the season comes to an end and sign up Xabi Alonso.

For the game tonight, I don't think Union Berlin will make it easier for Bayern Munich. Head to head has shown me a good pattern leading to a full-time draw, I may not be correct but I'm down for either of the halves to send as a draw.
1054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 24, 2024, 05:51:57 PM
The Athletic Club vs Barcelona Quarterfinal Single League match today is going to be a really great and tight battle between the two teams. Both teams are strong enough and will attack brilliantly to win the match. Although I think Barcelona are more likely to win the match, Athletic Club will not give up so easily either, as they will attack enough to reach the semi-finals in the Copa del Rey. Both teams have enough power to win today's match, although Barcelona will be without Xabi and Raphinha at the moment so they may find it difficult to win the match. But if Robert Lewandowski can perform well then it will definitely be possible to win against the opposition team. Anyway, according to the ODDS for today's match, the two teams have almost equal betting ratings, Athletic Club @2.44, Draw @3.40 and Barcelona @2.46.

Both of em have done well in the last five games they both have played in between. They haven't seen more than ome lose which makes the fixture a tougher one for anybody to decide.
Barcelona remains a bigger club and a better club, regardless if the internal and external issues they've been facing. Hopefully they can manage whatever they have without getting the players that seems difficult for him to achieve.

Real Betis with a good evening during the weekend tried to make it difficult for Barcelona to win but at the end, props to  Jaoa Felix and Ferran Torres who took it personal for Barcelona to win that game.
For Girona tonight, I can't say but I'm envisaging for a both sides scoring tonight. Meanwhile, Girona should win.

it seems Victor Osimhen is making his decision to change his team. Osimsen extended his contract with Napoli but he didn't have a good relationship with his team and he is thinking about leaving Napoli for another team and now he started talking about the Premier League I think he is going to play in the team from this league in the next season.

https://www.eurosport.com/football/serie-a/2023-2024/victor-osimhen-napoli-star-says-his-future-is-decided-amid-premier-league-links-ive-already-made-up-_sto9987639/story.shtml

Leaving and Changing clubs is something I've always wanted personally for the Nigerian international, and it's the right thing to see him do. Signing the contract with Napoli I believe was a format or strategy to raise his valuation so whenever they want to sell him, they could make good profits.
Meanwhile, Chelsea football club are ready to match up whatever Napoli has setup to be his fee. I've always said it Chelsea would be his finally destination and it feel great to finally see it swinging that way.

He may not have scored good numbers at the African Cup of Nations Competitions because they lacked good and a proper attacking midfielder, but he'll do score goals whenever he returns to club football.

Chelsea 4-0 Middlesbrough

In the end, it was a great win for Chelsea as they advance to the final of the carabao
Sadly Middlesbrough quality was not enouugh to see them through and qualify to the final ahead of PochetUno Team

Can Chelsea win the carabao cup ?

Hell Yeah, Chelsea would definitely go ahead to win that finals against Liverpool.  From that very season they won against Liverpool with Liverpool Captain Steven Gerrard sliding and Dem Baba scoring the winner, it's been quite difficult for Chelsea to lose against Liverpool since then. Even if they em during that finals years back on penalties, they've found it difficult still.

For the finals, I'd say yes to blue's winning because, they've always seen coaches who haven't won anything for the first time win a trophy with em for the very first time. A good example is Sarri. And I won't be surprised when Pochetino finally wins against Liverpool at the very end. Good game for em yesterday. They have a killer mentality at Stamford Bridge.

It looks like Ivan Toney isn't leaving Brentford just yet. Because some sources say that he has decided to stay at least until the end of the season. Chelsea and Arsenal have been the most interested teams in him recently and they will have to wait for a little more then. But will it be worth the wait? I think yeah, definitely.  Smiley

Because Toney is a very capable striker you know. He was a great scorer before getting the lasting punishment. Now he is back in action and he already scored a goal in his last game. He is definitely a good alternative for some bigger teams at the moment.

Suspect he'll move to Arsenal, they're in need of such a player, Brentford have just be wicked lol by placing outrageous valuations on him so as to keep him down with the club.
Not just Arsenal but also Chelsea who have been in strong need of a striker since both Nicholas Jackson and Broja are nothing to talk about right now. They're not a good fit for a club like Chelsea.

Whatever club he joins will definitely benefits from Ivan Toney, strong, team player, tactically intelligent and also a good goalscorer, he joins Manchester United, Chelsea or Arsenal, they'll benefit hugely from.his presence and goals.
After 8 months ban Ivan Toney has successfully to make fantastic debut while Brentford beat Nottingham Forest last week and on that match he was a captain and scored 1 goal however indeed Ivan Toney said he will playing with Brentford at least until end of this season because he want to help Brentford to avoiding relegation so Toney will decide his future next summer whether he will leave Brentford or staying at this team and since last summer Toney indeed has into the radar to the several big teams in Premier League

Arsenal most likely will not buy him because Arteta has been said Arsenal don't have huge funds to buy this player but according to the rumour Manchester United is the most serious team who want him but they have a plan to buy Toney next summer but not this january and why Manchester United want him because they feel Toney will be suitable to playing at this team but Brentford want high price to Toney because reported they want at least 100 millions and Manchester United will think possibility to buy him according to his price but they have to wait and see Toney performance until this season ended to decide Toney will be overpriced or not

Ivan Toney wouldn't be making any decisions related with switching to a club, for now he will remain with Brentford until the end of the season finally since this would be the last few days of his career with em.
Manchester United would move a hungry goalscorer who has a good understanding of the Premier League Competition definitely and Ivan Toney fits in completely.
For gunners, they're so silent about anything related with transfer decisions to. I hope they fight for whatever they want.

Finally happened to see Bayern Leverkusen making switch for a new player to finally replace the Injured Nigerian international Victor Boniface who's out for four months.

To tell the truth I don't see Aston Villa in any championship race now. To tell the truth Emery has done much more than the expectations so far. But in my opinion the most they can do is to finish the season in top four which is also going to be quite tough as long as Tottenham keep up with them. But of course Aston Villa board didn't put their expectation level to the PL title so no problem for them.  Grin

As for Arsenal I also don't believe in them to be in this race. They started to get inconsistent recently and became the same old Arsenal we know again. They just can't keep up with especially Manchester City while doing this. I think the same against Liverpool too.

I told a pal from my end who was actually praising them, ( Yes, they deserve all the praises) how far can they continue with this performance?
For them to let Manchester United win them from behind, then they don't have that killer mentality to hold down games to the end. They're not as Ambitious as I picture them to be.
I don't go about hoping and wishing for people to fail but I know they won't be at the top for too long. Emery is a good man I want to see him go far in the Conference League Competition this season.

Arsenal are bottlers I don't underestimate what they can do in between but not with attacking players like Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus. Jesus Christ, Hell No!!!!

Schedule and matches for the European League Play Off

I predict the following teams will make it through to the round of 16, namely:

Galatasaray, Roma, Milan, Benfica, Marseille, Sporting, Braga, Lens

However, this does not mean underestimating other teams, and does not rule out the possibility of surprises. The only match that might require better consideration is Roma vs Feyenoord, because in my opinion it seems quite evenly matched in terms of strength. On the other hand, Roma has just replaced their old coach, Jose Mourinho with De Rossi, of course that has a big impact on their bargaining value in the European League.

Lens had a good first time In the Champions League but didn't get so far, the journey they've come so far now makes alot of sense. I'm rooting for em against the German side Freiburg.

Shakhtar Donetsk against Marseille is a great match, it'll have to do with lots of attacking football, I love Shakhtar Donetsk but I want to see Gennaro Gattuso successfull same way he was in his playing days. Galatasaray messed up in the Champions League this is a chance for redemption in the Europa League Competition they have to do better coz they're so experienced.

Milan flopped also, but they're big European giants and I expect them to win again against Rennes. Roma won them in the Conference Cup Finals and I expect them to go win this round for the next.

A team that I consider a favourite today may perform poorly after a while or my favourite player may change. Also, since I have personal freedom, I can keep any club I want on my favourite list. If a team is good I will definitely support it. I'm also not in favour of supporting a team emotionally while people enjoy the game and are there for entertainment. I think my own preferences may change over time. No team should be emotionally supported for entertainment or betting purposes.
This is also what I do, I analyze and determine who will win because I will also include it in my betting list. If later it causes me to lose, that is the risk of a bet that must be prepared to lose. IN the Champions League I am always neutral and judge based on their overall performance, apart from that I will look at the mentality of a club. Because I see in the Champions League the mentality of being one who takes part in the results that the club will get in the future. Because usually a club with a high mentality will be more comfortable in playing, and in a game comfort is something that can bring victory.
Manchester City, Real Madrid are the 2 favorites, Inter Milan is also in my category, apart from that a club like Bayern Munich is also actually one of them, but I personally put a smaller chance.

In my own list this is how I rank em up;

1) Real Madrid
2) Manchester City
3) Bayern Munich
4) Inter Milan
5) Arsenal
6) Barcelona

I do think that Porto would be tough on Arsenal but they'll qualify ahead of them to the next round. I remember the last club that knocked them out of the Europa League Competition last season was Sporting Lisbon. As for Barcelona, they're one team with lot of inconsistency. Could they defeat Napoli? They could finally do that but they will not escape if they fail to sign up a good defensive midfielder. According to Cristiano Ronaldo, Manchester City are his number 1 option to win the Champions League Competition.
