Liverpool vs Fulham tonight in the 1st leg of the EFL Cup. Hopefully we can win by a couple of goals to take a nice lead to the 2nd leg at Craven Cottage.
The former Chelsea and Arsenal player made Fulham win now because of his goal against the goal guarded by Kelleher at the Anfiled Stadium.
Kelleher was trusted by Klopp to appear as a starter in the EFL Cup.
The return goal will probably come in the second half because Liverpool performed well during the first half.

Quote
I was surprised to see Middlesborough beat Chelsea last night, although I expect Chelsea to turn that round at Stamford Bridge.
The defeat against Middlesbrough can be answered with a higher goal aggregate at Stamford Bridge in the second leg.

Virgil Van Dirk was poor with that contest of the ball, he shouldn't have let that go past him, a tactical foul wouldn't have seen him carded he wasn't effective and I'll blame him for that goal scored.

Brave of the Brazilian William who sent that one pass Liverpool goalkeeper.

Liverpool anyways have pressured and pressed hard, they just haven't hit the nail with the hammer. Too many chances missed last night, how do you expect them to win?

At least we can see Bonucci and Sancho in a more worthy place than continuing to stay at their current club and these two players deserve what they want. Bonucci has signed a short-term contract with Fenerbahce and this will likely be the end of his career before retirement. Meanwhile, Sancho was only loaned by Manchester United and there is no purchase option at the end of the contract. I think Manchester United still wants to protect him and hope that after he finishes this season with Dortmund, he will change a little.

Agent Kvaratskhelia really didn't know where he should stay and the one he attacked was Osimhen. We know that both Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen have a good relationship at Napoli and what I am worried about is that their relationship will become strained and even Osimhen, who has just signed a contract extension with Napoli, could be uncomfortable with the behavior of the people around him.

Glad to see he gave him the feedback he deserves, he should focus on his agent joining ome of the biggest clubs in the top five European Competitions amd not dragging players you in managing.
Most importantly, he doesn't deserve respect, because if he does, he wouldn't have opened his mouths to talk about another player.
I hope Victor Oshime finally leaves Napoli for Chelsea at the start of a new season, they really do not value him.

As much as Erik Ten Hag remains head coach of Manchester United, Jadon Sancho would never get a place in his first eleven. He has to do tue necessary. ( Apologies )

What's your definition of a good goal Keeper? A good passer with a dreadlock hairstyle? Onana should be playing as a midfielder and not as goalie. Lol

A keeper who helped keep Ajax defense the best for 3 years running, 33% clean sheets. Then goes to Italy and keeps 50% clean sheets. I only saw him properly vs City in CL final but he was confident with ball to feet, like all modern keepers. United needed to modernize their goalie, but they forgot Onana style needs defense like Ajax or Inter, or City or Liverpool.

Give him Maguire and Dalot and Wan Bissaka who PANIC with ball, then he cannot keep his own composure.

You right tho lol at this time, he is better DM than keeper thanks to United LOL

Honestly, Ajax had some of the finest CB and DM and had over 84% total win, they were by far one of the most complete teams under ETH and any other goalie could have performed as well as Onana did because he didn't face as many shots on goal as he does now.

De Gea competed for the Golden Glove for three consecutive seasons despite having Maguire and Lindelof in front of him without an actual DM. Manchester United's current defence is an upgrade compared to last season.

Goalie job is to keep out what the defenders missed and not to pass the ball around, I'm not in for this modern ball playing goalie nonsense. Bravo started the whole shit and die off after two good season.

BreakingNews: Onana to miss the first game for Cameron to stay at United- ridiculous decision.

Now you've said it all, I don't like disco tagging Andrea Onana as a bad goalkeeper, he needs good defense and Manchester never had that at the start of this season.

Those defending players at Ajax complemented his performance, and same goes with Inter Milan who they all contributed to the Champions League finals.

Last season David De Gea had Lisandro Martinez and Rapheal Varane most them games. They complemented him and he added his individual performance.
Harry Maguire and Lindelof last season played less. Every big side implementing the modern day stuff you call BS ( Bayern Munich been doing that with Neuer all these while ). Infact, both Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp has both utilized that to win both the Premier League Competition and the UEFA Champions League. I know him to be stubborn when it gets to his international duties, but his more focused on Manchester United than Cameroon. Bottom line is, without bias, Manchester United has a good goalkeeper. He's just had a wrong start with Manchester United from the Pre-season.

Manchester United vs Tottenham will be the most anticipated match this week in addition to some matches that might run quite balanced like between Brighton vs Wolves.
Manchester United will always be in doubt especially facing Tottenham who are much better than them this season at least that's what can be seen in how Manchester United has suffered 9 defeats while Tottenham are only 5x in 20 matches, Tottenham managed to score 42 goals while United only 22 goals and worse more conceded than goals scored by United.
The home factor is also not an advantage for Manchester United because this season has lost at least 4x at home and only 1 difference with 5x away defeats. This will be a difficult match for both but Tottenham although not the favored team will have a chance to get a point, their obstacle may be that Son has to defend his country in the Asian Cup so he will not play even though he is quite the foundation of Tottenham so far, so there may be weaknesses in their appearance later.

The new owners would be around to measure and watch Manchester United for the first time since he was handed the percentage of the club he bought completely.

After the win against Wigan, only a few impressed though, but Tottenham Hotspur should've also some of them key members absent. I see they're not interested in getting new set of players, they just want thee manager to handle the squad until the end of the season.

Tottenham Hotspur have finally completed the switch for that defender and Timo Werner, they're desperate to finish top four. It also shows Eric Dier would be definitely leaving soon.

I am curious to see how much the new owners can do about this. I know that the former owners sometimes came across as if they were not interested in the fate of Manchester United anymore. I know it doesn't make sense as this would also push the value of the club lower and that can't be in their own interest, but I think if there is no passion anymore from the club owners to be seen, it is time for a huge change and we got that change now.

We all know the Glazers are complete potholes, selfish and cares only about the profit they try to raise from Manchester United, they're not really interested in selling no even making the right investment in the area's of the club they're suppose to do that.
They no longer have nothing to offer the club Manchester United, they should kindly leave completely.

The new owners I never wanted to get the club but the Saudi Arabian didn't come to agreement with the glazers who was after taking a share even if they wanted it sold.
Manchester United anyways would win his game.
1265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 10, 2024, 08:02:11 PM
Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid is undoubtedly the favorite team. However, the matches between these two teams are always competitive. In the last 5 matches both the teams have won two matches and one match has been drawn. Although Real Madrid are favorites in this match, let's not forget that in the last match against Atletico Madrid, Atletico Madrid won 3-1. So if Madrid's players don't play well, they have a chance of losing. But I am looking forward to see a competitive match. I will refrain from betting on this match.
By the way, I found another argument in favor of the fact that Real will lose today - it turns out that the current champion and the winner of the Spanish Cup have never played each other in the final of the Spanish Super Cup. It turns out that either Barcelona should be knocked out or Real, but taking into account the fact that Barcelona’s opponent is much easier, we can suggest that it will be Real.
By the way, Atlético is already ahead 1-0 and the game is being judged by the same referee who officiated the game where Atlético won against Real in La Liga.

I don't expect Real Madrid to lose this match, they have to qualify for the final because I think the El Clasico final is much greater for the Spanish Super Cup title this season. Rudiger scored a goal which meant the temporary score had changed to 1-1, then Mendy doubled Real Madrid's lead to 2-1.

Real Madrid is the favorite team to win this match. I know Atletico Madrid has a chance to win, but Real Madrid is like playing at home even though this is not their home. Real Madrid fans in Arabia came to support their team, they filled every seat in every corner of the stadium. So I wouldn't expect Atletico Madrid to win this match.

The Madrid derby score is currently all squared, Real Madrid had always won the game Antonio Rudiger scored. I'm banking on them to also win this game. Antonio Griezmann with the equalizer so they could both leave the first half leveled up.

We can't judge who wins this way but how they keep possession and also tries to defend and attack will be the most likely to win the game.
The chances will not come till the game get to an end. Either of the players from the both sides would want that.
Barcelona will most definitely win the game tommorow, stop with all of the whining about.
1266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: January 10, 2024, 07:34:21 PM
Real Madrid knows what is best for itself in the future, so it will not immediately be fooled by recruiting Mbappe if there is no more reasonable clarity and just to spend more money without anything that Real Madrid itself can hope for. I also agree more with what you say because young players will be more suitable to be maintained and polished well for the future of Real Madrid rather than continuing to think about new players even though their age is not yet in the old category.
Real Madrid will definitely move on from the mbappe deal if it continues to remain unclear for more than too long because the team definitely needs a striker but it's not a reason they will continually sort after a player who seems confused and isn't at any point making things clear as it regards his preference and where he would love to be soonest.

Talking about young players ,mabappe still got some time on his side so he isn't an old player he's still young and have got a whole lot of potential ahead of which if he's at the right place of which Madrid isn't any bad, he will scale up the peak of his career sooner and one of his dream which is winning the UCl will be reality. Madrid could further focus on training and developing young players well enough that in the nearest future they form a very formidable team across Europe, they can even groom a striker who would stand in the position mbappe would have occupied if the deal had pulled through.
Real Madrid still hope Mbape would prefer a move to their club than him signing a new contract at PSG,If Madrid did not sign Mbape this season, they will still chase him in the summer as it is very unlikely that Mbape will remain at PSG for the rest of the season and try to win the UEFA champions league with the team, even if it's impossible winning it.He still wants to try his best to make history with the club, and win something tangible with PSG.
If he makes a move to Madrid,it would be one of the best signings of the summer because everyone knows the quality of Mbape, and his move to that team will bring glory to the team.

Moving to Real Madrid off course would be the best decision he has ever taken in his entire career, in the next five to six years, winning the Champions League Competition is a must with this club, they're always mentally ready for big games especially during the Champions League games.

If he doesn't find Real Madrid appealing no more, then he should switch to one of the big clubs in the Premier League who can access whatever he demands and pay him comfortably.
I'd love to say Manchester United, but the theatre of dreams no more that, it should be the theatre of shattered dreams.

What's up with your club? ( Arsenal )  Now I understand they want to be doing late transfer window bids, embarrassing.!!
1267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 10, 2024, 07:29:15 PM
Jadon Sancho is a player that understand Borrussia Dortmund, all he needs is to be fit and move according to the plans of the management and the coach. I don't doubt his capacity for that club, so much comes with playing for Manchester United, you either adapt or run away, and no player stands a chance above the manager, him leaving not good but Manchester United have to sacrifice for the long run.

I'm not sure if Jadon Sancho would work out at Dortmund again. When he left the club it was a different team, with Haaland, Bellingham, Gureiro, Hakimi and many more. With all the players he played so well with and could perform with and reach the high market value are gone. Dortmund haven't bought new players well in recent years and that's why they have problems. If Sancho was in top form, then maybe he could improve the team. But an out-of-form player in an out-of-form team will not work.

Despite his internal issues with the manager Erik Ten Hag, he has been seen and rumoured training tirelessly even before the transfer window resumed.
I'm not worried, but I think I'd have to agree partially with you, having competitive teammates made the club running smoothly and swiftly.
Even when they get new players, they find it difficult to compete with Bayern Munich until the very last week's of the Bundesliga League Competition.
He is no Messiah and I don't expect too much from him. The new owners might be in between Sancho leaving and staying at the same time.

Jude Bellingham? No! I don't think he played alongside Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho!

Leonardo Bonucci may be old but his quality is unquestionable. Fenerbahçe have some old players like Dzeko and Tadic that play well. Especially for a central defender it's not a big deal. He's coming from Union Berlin, not from some lower class league. Fenerbahçe did a good job in Winter transfer season.

Jonas Svensson is a great transfer for Beşiktaş. I remember his AZ Alkmaar days. He played well in Adana Demirspor as well. Beşiktaş needed a good right back. Rosier had no alternative and when he's out of squad Onur Bulut played there. A right back was desperately needed. This transfer is on point. He'll contribute to the attack as well, he had assists. Maybe we can even see his first goal in Turkish League under Beşiktaş jersey.

Leonardo Bonucci looks happy for real as he has been confirmed, traveling down to turkey to complete his move finally with Fernabache.
He's had a short time with Union Berlin which I envisaged longer than it lasted. Jadon Sancho in between was exited to leave as he was seen retweeting Fabrizio's tweet about his complete move to Borrussia Dortmund who are also in the Champions League round of sixteen.

What's up with Khivicha Kvaratskhelia's manager and agent? Why is it difficult to focus on his job and stop dragging Victor Oshime into his  mouth? I think the should go fumigate his dirty ass before calling out on Victor Oshime disrespectfully. This is the second direct disrespect this season, I won't even take anything more if I was Victor. My agent would look for the best club to move while I play completely until the end of the season.

today's match in the efl cup midlesbourgh vs chelsea.
and until now chelsea is still behind 1-0. even the championship division answer chelsea hassles. clearly shows the quality of chelsea is less able to compete in the premiere league. even though his player spending is crazy maybe because the price is overate and the coach is less able to build a team and buy players that fit his game scheme.
No one cares about Chelsea today, whatever the situation, they are always lost and lost. 400 million pounds just for landing on the 10th stand is shamed for clubs who have expensive players like Moises Caicedo, (115 pounds). 22 matches is a lot if Pochetino can't adapt yet, he look stuck and don't know what should he do to get win and delight fans. I think, with all the great players chelsea have, Chelsea must think about changing clever tactician asap, Pochetino is good, but in past, before everyone in premier league knew the tactics, today all premier club knows how to beat Pochetino tactics even chelsea have good defender and  midfielder.

What do you think?, Does Chelsea need to change coach?

They didn't badly but should have attacked more, scored those chances which they had in the first half of the game. They messed up.

I barely blame players now, if you take a good look at him at Brighton he deserves his flowers, he needs a good coach backing him, till today, I feel like Mauricio Pochetino is not that man to manage Chelsea, maybe a tactician like De Zebri would make better sense, I wonder what's the difference between Graham Potter's performance and that of Pochetino Mauricio? Chelsea keeps on test running failed managers. Pochetino Mauricio, Frank Lampard and lasty, Graham Potter.

They need a new coach, personally, he should leave.
1271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: January 10, 2024, 05:10:43 PM
Villarreal is doing shit in LaLiga and good in Europa LEague like the guy above me said, it reminds me about the Sevilla last year, who was a total mess in local tournament but ended up winning the Europa League, in the case of Sevilla they start bad in LaLiga and ended up in good shap, but is an equal case with this of Villarreal, but i dont see Villarreal winning anything.
Since Emery left Villarreal their situation has changed slightly but it is not impossible for them to focus more on the Europa League now rather than looking at La Liga.

Not that La Liga is not very important in this case but if you look at their current condition it must be difficult to compete in the race for the Europa League or Champions League because they are currently still scattered in the middle standings so surely their priority will be in the Europa League and it was seen when Villarreal performed quite well in the Europa League group phase.
The current situation is actually almost the same as Sevilla did last season but of course that doesn't mean they can walk free in this competition because after all, looking at the opportunities that exist for them at this time Villarreal is just a dark horse for the Europa League.

In this particular competition, I have never doubted him since I watched how he dealt with Manchester United and also with Liverpool.
Liverpool he won while he was manager of  Sevilla and Manchester United he won on penalties while he was manager for Villarreal football club.
They're not in a good position and place right now. 13 position? I can remember him using Villarreal to knock out Bayern Munich from the Champions League also, he's that good just like he's done with Aston Villa.

Since he's not in this Competition, I'll be rooting for either of Xabi Alonso,  Gennaro Gattuso and lastly Jose Mourinho to win the trophy. Liverpool are also big European giants alongside AC Milan. Anything can happen.

Breaking News!

Bad news has come for Leverkusen because their mainstay striker this season, Victor Boniface, is reportedly injured and will be out for 6 weeks. The player from Nigeria also had to miss AFCON and I think this is a loss experienced by Nigeria and Leverkusen because they have to lose a very important figure in the competition. Victor Boniface has a right muscle-tendon injury and will undergo surgery in the next few days.

It seems that the intensity of the existing competition meant he had to step aside early before AFCON and the Bundesliga at the start of this year. Once again, Victor Boniface is a victim of the national competition he has to play for and previously we knew at Leverkusen he had no injury problems at all. Obviously this will be the biggest loss for Leverkusen because they lost the spearhead of their attack while currently topping the standings.

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1744726883022045341

Oouuch! Shiit!
This is the five time rookie of Bundesliga award winner, absent for his country and also his club. This news reminds me immediately about Christopher Nkuku who also got Injured during the last few days of the Fifa World Cup Competition.

Right now, Nigerian Football Federation has only Ademola Lookman, Chukwueze, Simon Moses and Victor Oshime as the major driving force for their attack. I'm confident with what they have in attack but they literally lacks midfielder's who are competent.

Xabi Alonso though played the last game without starting Boniface, I saw it as a means to checkmate what he won't be having for month, they played well so I expect dame pattern.

Real Madrid is a great team and is true that they are having a golden standard of new players yet for me they cannot win the Champions League without a leader like in the times of Raul,Mijatovic,Cristiano or Benzema.Bellingham is a great player but he is like Gareth Bale which was not a leader although he was a great player and contributed a lot to Real Madrid, yet without any true leader they will have difficulties to win the Champions.I think Mbappe would be the ideal player to lead them in winning European trophies again.
Mbappe is not a player who typically has a leadership spirit, and he is still very young, I think he is still not worthy to lead Real Madrid's troops in the title race.
In fact, Real Madrid is a top team and they are nicknamed the kings of the Champions League and a team like Real Madrid has a high enough mentality so this is beneficial for them when they are in critical situations or high-tension matches.

And for Mbappe, it seems he is the one who needs the Real Madrid team to win the title and improve his performance and individual achievements.

Then you should go back and watch him during the good old days with As Monaco on League 1 before moving to Paris Saint Germany. He wasn't the main captain but you could see how he demanded more from himself during them time over that league.

During the Fifa World Cup Competition Finals, was he the captain or not? If I can recall vividly, he is the right man who Captained the french national team against Argentina. Real Madrid would not want him only if they want Endrick back too, They want Kylian? Then they can't get Endrick.
Playing for Real Madrid is a dream Man!! Who would want to miss such huge opportunity? Jude Bellingham should tell whoever days no what he enjoys!

Finally, manchester united has been reaching an agreement with dortmund over sancho's transfer. I was feeling that if sancho would be back to dortmund again and finally it's happening right now.

Quote
Manchester United have finalised an agreement to send Jadon Sancho to Borussia Dortmund on loan, according to widespread reports.
https://www.90min.com/posts/man-utd-borussia-dortmund-reach-agreement-jadon-sancho

Dortmund is still trying to believe if sancho will able to perform good again in the team. Im also happy to see that if dortmund is still trusting him right now. Im doubting him caused by sancho was performing so badly in united but it seems like that sancho is opening his eyes again if the best place will be going back to the his old team. Sancho has learned a lot from this cause to never try to join in the club that is not making him feel happy. Ten hag never try to trust him and sancho was lucky enough caused by he can still join in the big club.

This is the main problem owned by sancho but dortmund has solved it and sancho needs to thankful to the his former club to accept him back again in the club. Well done, sancho. You are picking the right choice to join in the dortmund again soon.

Antonio Conte rebuffing the offers of Napoli for the second time this season didn't get me perplexed, they're no different from Tottenham Hotspur, they can't afford to get who the manager wants.
Most likely, Antonio Conte would want the switch to the old ladies.... ( Juventus )

When it comes to the Spanish Super Cup I think the winner of the Real Madrid - Atletico Madrid matchup will win the title as well.  Smiley

Barcelona will probably eliminate Osasuna without big problems. But I don't like them this season much. Their performance isn't consistent and convincing enough. Real Madrid are already much better than them. Even Atletico Madrid reach the finale I think they are also in a better condition than Barcelona. But Xavi had better prove me wrong for having a season as strong as possible by winning at least the Super Cup title. Lewandowski and Felix's contributions will be extra important.

Might go easy for you to predict since you're still actively following up the Super Cup in La Liga. I haven't paid close attention to their cup games.
We don't know that for sure but we'll see, everybody has right to make his or her own predictions about who wins the game amx who doesn't.

Tough game for Barcelona who are struggling, even if they'll win, I can say that until they finally do that. They got the last win they had narrowly but a win is a win as much as it's improves and boost them form.
Xavi Hernandez is a good coach, all they need finally is financial support to battle their challenges.
1276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 10, 2024, 04:24:38 PM

The bet of week is:
* Napoli - Salernitana => Napoli
* Monza - Inter Milan => Inter Milan
* Lazio - Lecce => Lazio
* Fiorentina - Udinese => Fiorentina
* Atalanta BC - Frosinone => Atalanta BC
* Juventus - Sassuolo => Juventus

8.34

For Napoli, i know Napoli have problems, but Salernitana is the last on serie A, for this reason i bet on Napoli win.

A Napoli without Victor Oshime hasn't done well truthfully, Juventus didn't get it easy against this same Salernitana, they be both facing hard times so you have to go for both sides scoring.

Inter Milan should win, too much pressure and January always comes with the highest heat and pressure. They shouldn't lose regardless, not this game.

Atalanta also be struggling, when will they finally sack their coach for another? He has tried but not enough. For Juventus at home impressing the fans. They'll definitely win this one. Nothing more than three goals scored.

Manchester City are no longer the powerhouse we saw dominate the premier league for four seasons in a row. Losing Mahrez, Gundogan, e.t.c really affected the team’s performance this season because Manchester City were playing better than they are performing now without the departed players. I am looking forward to one or two additions this January for Manchester City to boost the team’s competitiveness.
"without" or "with" ?? I think there's some sort of contradictions there... But it's fine anyways.

For me, I think this should be one of the best seasons for them - Mahrez was actually a junk player in there since he was barely given enough playtime..Maybe for the fact that he's African? Guardiola knows best... But I think having Alvarez and Grealish both paired would improve the effectiveness on the flanks.. it all depends on the formation though - a standard 4-3-3 formation would also link them both, allowing debryune and halland to communicate directly.

Sandra 🧑‍🦰

Crap!

Do you even play football? How was Mahrez a junk player? Anybody who watched him knew he had one of the finest touch, if not the finest in the Premier League and in the world.
This is same player that won the Premier League Competition with Leicester City and at the same time, assisting Jamie Vardy who was also top scorer that same season.

Taking a good look at him career profile, he's won good trophies, now adding the Treble with Manchester City. ( If I'm correct, he must have also won the African best player award )
Mahrez alongside De Bruyne, Bernado Silva and Ilkay Gundogan made Manchester City unstoppable. Thanks to Pep Guardiola included.

It's no secret that Arsenal need a dangerous striker, and the performances of Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus are not meeting the desired standard. Serhou Guirassy could be the solution they need to sign in this window. I think the affordability of his valuation is not a problem for Arsenal, but the reluctance of Leverkusen to sell him is the big concern for Arsenal acquiring him.

Arsenal and Guirassy could mutually benefit from each other, especially with Arsenal's participation in the Champions League, adds weight to the suggestion. It's a compelling case for Arsenal to prioritize Serhou Guirassy as a top-choice striker to address their current goal-scoring challenges. The combination of his attributes, affordability, and the potential mutual benefit for both parties makes him a sensible target for the club.

Serhou Guirassy currently plays for Stuggart and not Bayern Leverkusen try not to mix that up. They're also not blocking the exit of the player evennif he is ready to leave the club nif he returns from the African Cup of Nations Competitions.

They'll definitely have to loan out Nketiah who is currently below the ranking when it comes bro those who shot be selected for that position. If Arsenal fails to win the Premier League this season, they'll never come close to winning the competition once again.

Arsenal really needs him and his goals during big and important games, he always has this big qualify against big sides in the Bundesliga League Competition.

The combination of Erling Haaland and Kelvin De Bryune is really what I tag as "cause trouble" because you can really spot the difference when this two players are being featured together in a match and when they ain't featured together but it's just unfortunate that Kelvin De Bryune has been absent due injuries and his return to fitness and to the pitch of play against their match with Huddersfield was really a huge celebration for Manchester city because his impact in the club is superb.

Erling Haaland who hasn't featured since Manchester city's match against Aston villa due to injury is also speculated by Pep Guardiola to return in their match against Newcastle on Saturday so it will really been an awesome combination to see both Erling Haaland and Kelvin De Bryune play together ones again.

Kevin De Bruyne, Jeremy Doku, Rodri, Bernado Silva are all ready for both the Champions League and also the Premier League. Pep Guardiola and his players will do a lot of harm and show who's boss.
Manchester United couldn't do well against Copenhagen during the group stage, now Manchester City will do same against them during the round of sixteen.
They wouldn't get it easy because they also caused trouble to Bayern Munich who struggled on both accounts when they played against them before they finally won.

Erling Haaland is already back from Injury, he is not completely ready but he has been running around on the grass while waiting for him chances on the big games.

I don't know if you can say that Juventus were lucky that Salernitana got a red card and only after that Juventus could score two goals... But Salernitana played well in the first half... Although bookmakers gave odds for Juventus to win 3.4 after the first goal... So there were still expectations that Juventus would win this match...
But this Juventus team is really solid in defense. This Juventus team is doing really well, not losing any of their last 15 games in all competitions. They came back to win against Salernitana with a 2-1 scoreline in the last minute. Yes that last-minute goal is significant, with Dušan Vlahović scoring the crucial and winning goals for Juventus.

So far they did a good job in games where they had to come back when they were one goal down, but allowing the other team to take the lead most of the time can be quite taxing physically and mentally. So on the one hand I agree that there defense is solid because it is this one goal and then they can rely on their defense to not concede any more goals than that, but the goal should be to keep a clean sheet and become even more clinical to ensure that one goal is enough to get the three points.

Now this is of course criticism on a high level, but when I see how Inter Milan is doing at the moment, I think despite their consistent performances Juventus Turin knows that it will be very difficult to claim the top in the Serie A for as long as Inter Milan keeps performing like that.

Salernitana scored twice in the game they have played in the two games that they've played within the past few days. Juventus did well to come back and win, that's how a big team should play.
They're very consistent so far, they have been the only club chasing Inter Milan this season, when the Champions League Competition begins once again they may like drop off if they don't play well
If not for that late penalty miss, Juventus then should have taken the lead or they'll be currently at the same points on the Seria A Standing. They want to qualify for the champions league not win the league so they said.
