Barcelona were very lucky to get 3 points against las Palmas. However, compared to the previous matches, Barcelona players have performed very well in this match. However Las Palmas players were confident in the home match. They were able to attack a lot in this match. Las Palmas got a 1-0 lead in just 12 minutes of the match. Barcelona could not score any goal in the first half. However, Torres scored the first goal for Barcelona at the beginning of the second half. Gundogan's performance was good throughout the match. After 90 minutes, Gundogan did not score from the penalty opportunity. And Barcelona won the match 2-1.
Xavi Hernandez will not be sacked afterall, Barcelona was lucky enough not to end the game in a draw tie, alot of mistakes was done on Barcelona side, but any how they manage to win the match. However, Las Palmas was the team that messed up big time, a match they were leading with 1-0 have suddenly changed to a draw tie and also they couldn't hold on much longer because Barcelona keep pressing and another goal was netted injury time after Las Palmas player was issued a red card, that weakened the entire squad that was planning for atleast draw tie. Most people find it difficult to bet on Chelsea to win or draw because of Chelsea's poor performance this season. But Chelsea has started to gain a little consistency of late, Chelsea has won 2 of the last matches in the premier league.
After spending a whole lot of money to sign world class players in the summer, Chelsea are surprisingly underperforming this season as the English Premier League club are no where around the top six clubs in the English Premier League table. Their consistent inconsistency has made it very difficult for people to predict their games as the Stamford Bridge club have on many occasions lost games they were expected to win convincingly. The club manager Mauricio Pochentino is one coach that is very good in his managerial abilities but haven't lived up to expectations this season as many had thought his presence at Chelsea is gonna significantly improve the club's performance. I don't need be a Chelsea fan before I know that they're currently going through a rebuild and this takes some level of patience. St least they've seen some better results than the one they saw last season with Graham Potter who I believe was given too much to change a big club he's never managed before. They could get there in the next couple few games all you do is watch. I'm having the feels that Chelsea could go ahead to win a trophy at the end of the season. He's really has done well with his tactics from.the last two games, thanks to the players back from Injury to help him carry out his tactics for the club. Las Palmas are very close to securing one point now. Just as I expected Barcelona are struggling a lot against them at the moment. They are more effective in the second half at least but this is still not enough to make a comeback. They could have even lost the game if it weren't for this improvement. It is sad to see them playing like this. Barcelona need a huge improvement in their general form as well to get closer to top 2 teams. Because the gap has become quite wide with them already now. They should be able to stay in the title competition otherwise Xavi will be criticised very much for that.  Barcelona are now nine points behind Real Madrid and Girona who are heavily chasing themselves for the title at the end of the season. Allowing such a performance today makes no sense at all. Liverpool are currently doing exceptionally well this season and are strong contenders to win not just the English Premier League title but also the UEFA Europa League trophy as well as the English League Cup this season but I don't think that winning all these titles is gonna make whoever wanna leave the club to stay back rather it'll provide the best moment for whoever that wants to leave the club to take a bow after a very successful season.

First of all I think that Salah's best alternative would be Mbappe. I'm talking about Salah also because he is likely to leave Liverpool in the summer. It could have happened even last summer if he got that offer from Saudi Arabia earlier. Now Liverpool have enough time work on an alternative signing for Salah's possible departure. Honestly I don't expect Mbappe to leave PSG in January but anything can happen in the summer. I think Liverpool and Real Madrid will be the teams making a contract offer to him. It is 1-0, against Barca in Estadio de Gran Canaria. Las Palmas had an early goal in the first 12th minutes of the game to take the lead and since then Barca have being finding it difficult to equalize the goal. Barca defense is porous and Xavi needs to do something about this. Palmas is a weak club and they are not as strong as Barca, so I believe that Barca will have a welcome back in the second half. Barca needs to win this match because they are on the 5th position with 10points behind Real Madrid and Girona. This is a very bad season for Barca as they are struggling with their matches, unlike like them. Munir El Haddad was the player that was able to find the back of the net within 12 minutes.

The Champions league is a league that surprises people of the results.Who knew that a team like Manchester United would not qualify from group stage of the tournament,who also thought that Copenhagen would qualify to the next round when there is Galatasary and Man U in that same group.These are the things that happened in the champions league,to tell you that almost all the teams that qualify to be able to play in the Champions league are all good teams from their different leagues,and only need to be tested by teams that are also good from other leagues,and that is the essence of the champions league.Madrid are a strong favourite to the Tittle,but we can't just conclude yet because other teams are also very good.
From the pre season fixtures, you can tell that already and Manchester United didn't have a good pre season. Right from the beginning Onana flopped even though he is a world class goalkeeper. The games played in the Premier League also was another easy way fir one to see that Manchester United would be exited as early asf from the Champions League. Furthermore Poch will need two to three seasons to turn Chelsea into genuine title contenders but I’m not sure if Chelsea owner will allow him time but if he somehow gets it then I’m sure he’ll transform them.
Fulham are. no match to Liverpool, you can go do your checks in the last five games they've played, and five head to head fixtures included. English Premier League clubs are making plans to recruit Xabi Alonso from Bundesliga but it's almost a mission impossible because on the other side, Bayer Leverkusen won't be allowing him leave the club so soon because he still have unfinish business with the club. Alonso is in Germany to ensure Will Manchester United hire every player they think is promising? I don't think they have any chance of landing Xabi Alonso in Old Trafford this summer. Alonso doesn't pick any interest in any club at the moment, he's just focused on building Bayer Leverkusen to good shape.

 Through its official page on Twitter, Manchester United officially parted ways with Sergio Reguilon after working together after half a season. Sergio Reguilon will return to Spurs and will be part of coach Ange's squad. At the start of this season, Manchester United had to make emergency transfers because many of their defensive players were injured, so they had to look for wing-back options to strengthen their defensive links. Luckily they were able to get Sergio Reguilon on loan for half a season. Now the Red Devils are definitely ready to embark on another half season and several of their players have now returned from injury and of course they will still use the same players and will not change them until this season ends. It also looks like they won't buy any more defenders this January. Most of the Injured players for Manchester United would be returning in this second half of the season and one of the includes Malacia who have been a huge part of the club from last season. I don't think that transfers in January have ever been of such a significant importance that they helped a team win the Champions League. If that was the case, I wonder what type of player you are talking about. Of course, if Real Madrid would sign Mbappe in January and he would score several goals in the final round of the Champions League, then it would perhaps be true, but since that won't happen, I doubt that any transfer in January would literally be responsible for the Champions League trophy at the end of the season.
I already said what type of player I was talking about. A big transfer like Mbappe could change the direction of the Champions League for the team transferred him. We can't be 100% sure about this transfer not to happen in January at the same time. I just feel like it would happen this summer probably rather than January. But it is really difficult to be sure of something in the transfer market. It is all about money and what that player feels about this transfer to happen immediately. Since Mbappe is available for a contract offer we never know. The French Captain has no interest in transfer window currently, he's strongly focused on the performance of the team. I no longer think he'll a part of Real Madrid if he doesn't make the switch whenever it comes out again. Even if he wants the switch to Real Madrid it won't be this January, he still has a contract with them and he has to respect that. I don't expect a switch personally, but next season? AC Milan might be on the list of favorites to win the Europa League title in terms of teams, but Liverpool and Leverkusen are the favorites based on current performances. AC Milan is a better performing team compared to Leverkusen but this season is not for them as their performance is not good at all this season. Leverkusen and Liverpool have been in the best form this season so it wouldn't be a surprise if either of these two teams were to win, and it wouldn't be a surprise if the two sides met in the final. I would consider Liverpool as favorites for this season at least and if they don't perform too badly then Liverpool could win the Europa League this season.
AC Milan, Liverpool, and Leverkusen are the favorite teams to win Europa League title. They have quality players on their squad, they also have good experience in international matches. So, no doubt that they are superior against other teams in Europa League. However, we can't underestimate other teams, smaller teams are impossible to eliminate bigger teams. AC Milan and Liverpool performance look not really stable in international matches, they also look not in their best form in domestic leagues. I only see that Leverkusen is the most stable team in the term of performance. So, Leverkusen should be the most favorite team to win the title. I doubt Milan's performance. I'm not sure if Milan can win the European League title because in my opinion the clubs that are more favorite are Liverpool and Leverkusen. Indeed, in terms of squad, Milan and Liverpool are superior because they have top players compared to Leverkusen, but the players Leverkusen are able to work together well and compactly so that their solidarity is very high and indeed so far the performance of the Leverkusen players is still extraordinary under the guidance of Xabi Alonso so in my opinion it is possible that Leverkusen will be favorites in winning the title this season, whether it is the league trophy Europe or the Bundesliga. The two teams are not just doing well in the Europa League competition but are currently topping their respective leagues and that I think goes a long way to tell how consistent they've been this season. The two clubs are currently flying high and determined to finish the season on a high and winning the Europa League trophy is definitely one of their top targets. I'm not saying that they're definitely gonna win it but I'm saying that they're undoubtedly the best two sides in the competition at the moment. Ac Milan to be honest have disappointed lots in the Champions League for the second time, if I should personalize it, I have expected them to go further than group stage, infact I must say they're the worst side in that group F, if I can remember I didn't give them enough support. I wanted to see Newcastle rise cause they came from the Premier League but they failed to win Borrussia Dortmund during their home game first. Anyways, they're big sides in the European Competitions and they have seen a massive levels of rise within the last two games. Well, we shall see how far they go. |

Since Bayern Munich is a giant team, a striker that suits Bayern Munich is Harry Kane. The goals he scored in the Bundesliga show how much the team needs him. Bayern's offensive line now scares its opponents. Harry Kane has already scored 21 goals in the Bundesliga. I think this figure is the highest in recent years.
The moment he made a move to Bayern from Spurs it was obvious that he will be scoring lot of goals. With Spurs he had this duo role of scoring and assisting players on the wing in attacking buildups buth now at Bayern he is enjoying his pure striker role and scoring lot of goals. No wonder he is top scorer of Bundesliga right now with 21 goals. The player of such calibre has to have a title under his belt and with Bayern he can achieve lot more. Right now Bayern are 2nd on the table but they can come out to win the title this season and I hope they do so that Kane can really have something. Harry Kane is definitely one of the best strikers in the World right now. Some might argue that he is the best. And when you are playing in a big team like Bayern Munich, you are bound to perform. But the luck he had in Spurs is very unfortunate. He was so close to winning the Premier League one time but he became 2nd. He pulled the Spurs a lot. But now I think they will win this season a trophy and will win the first real trophy of his career. It is very outrageous that a world class player like him did not win a trophy in his career. Lewnadonski lost his touch in Barcelona. But he was doing very well in Bayern Munich. I think the blame is on Barcelona's management. Duke I'd agree, because he creates and also scores for his teammates and for himself, the perfect man for any big club, I guess the only reason why Real Madrid didn't make strong chase was because of his age. Some would want to compare him with Erling Haaland, but Erling Haaland doesn't create for himself at times. Harry Kane at times reminds me of Luis Suarez for Liverpool same season he scored 31 goals competing with Cristiano Ronaldo for the Golden Ball. At Spurs Harry Kane scored 20+ goals for six seasons, that's a great feat for him to reach honestly. He'll score more goals. I hope they win lol, not really, I want Bayern Leverkusen to win with Xabi Alonso. At least to make the league challenging. |
