1121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: January 19, 2024, 03:07:56 PM
In my opinion, PSG is just wasting their money to buy first-class players, but the results of winning the European League have never happened, but only the League Champion is always achieved without strong competitors from the French League, here it is very clear that PSG  only raises the Club's name by purchasing expensive players and does not focus on building the club, so it is not surprising that PSG always fails in winning European Cups such as the Champions League or other prestigious trophies, even though they have a president who is very generous in purchasing players, the results they achieve  just in vain.
Every team has a different way of building their team and indeed PSG chose the wrong path because they didn't want to go through the process and rely on the power of money they have to buy star players and hope they will achieve achievements on the European stage, that's the wrong thing and Even Mancheter City used to be like that before they finally went through such a long process that it was only last season that they managed to become CUL champions.
Likewise with PSG at the moment, especially because in the French League there are no fierce competitors so PSG cannot measure its strength.

Buying star players and building great squad depth is part of the process for a team that wants to win the title. PSG did it right and they have gone through that stage, but that doesn't necessarily make them successful in the Champions League.

So far PSG have dominated Ligue 1 and that is part of their success in building squad depth so far. The Champions League is a difficult competition, so it is not easy to win even if the squad is good. However, PSG qualified and fought in the Champions League final several seasons ago even though in the end they lost 1-0 to Bayern Munich. It was part of an experience they must not repeat if they qualify for the finals next season.

Looking at the past is a good one but they have to take it gradually, they have to bring in players who are ready to play and fight for Paris Saint Germans. The Champions League is tough yes but it's same Manchester City that won for the first time after so many failures to talk about. This season, they wouldn't be able to win the competition because they don't have a very good squad.

Dominating the League 1 division isn't a bas thing, that would definitely reflect on the Champions League if they have a pretty cool performance..
That season it was narrow win for Bayern Munich ( if I can remember Kingsley Koeman ) scored the goal to set them as winners of that Champions League.

Manchester City have De Bruyne back and soon Haaland will recover as well. Liverpool really need Salah as soon as possible from now on as things will get much more heated about the league title competition.  Sad  Klopp must be hoping Egypt not to make it to the finale of AFCON. He stated on an interview that he wanted Salah back quickly as well.  Smiley

If Egypt reach the finale of the tournament then Salah will miss two big games which are going to be against Chelsea and Arsenal. These are both Premier League games so it would be a huge problem for Liverpool. In this case Manchester City can benefit from their weakness.

Those names mentioned for Manchester City have a great combination from last season, they should have done crazy numbers yet again this season but Injury and lack of consistency have affected them both. Pep Guardiola would be so pleased to have them both back around for the rest of the season ahead.

I was wondering if Mo Salah faked that Injury! Lol! I don't know though, I might be completely wrong, but I felt so since he hand no hard tackles and impact from the opposing players.
Arsenal has good chance to win the game against Crystal Palace. It's a good thing whenever people underestimate you and you finally level up.

Chelsea is about to put their player, Armando Broja for sale.
There are some teams like Wolverhampton, West Ham, and Fulan that want to hire Armando Broja from Chelsea and buy this player, but Chelsea didn't show any reactions and they didn't say anything about their player.
But recently Chelsea said they could sell this player for 65 million euros which is a huge amount of money, however, Armando Broja is a young and talented player.

Lol.. 65 Million Euros? These particular player ain't worth half of that fee truthfully. This is archery and treachery how can they rate such a player this high?
I don't care who finally get him innit them club to play, but you see this Armando Broja? No! No! Maybe he would finally show his real worth whenever he leaves Chelsea for good.
I don't know how they do it, but the management of Chelsea has sold players for outrageous valuations Evel if it favors them regardlessly.

Ain't it the time for Jose Mourinho to rest? He is already listening to offers from the Saudi Arabian Premier League Competition. Let me go ahead to say all he wants is the big bag!!
1124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 19, 2024, 01:08:31 PM
It didnt last long because just before the half-time whistle Madrid got a goal back but i don't really know if it was Modric or Jan Oblak own goal but its 1-1 now.
This match is still pretty much the same as before IMO where for the first half they are still trying to hold each other although in the semifinal match it was actually more interesting but this time in the first half the two clubs wanted to wait for one of them to confront.

I think for the second half it will be more interesting if you look at the situation that happened in the first half they should be hotter in the second half.

We saw an awesome performance from Diego Simeone and his players, to be honest, he proved and he got true warriors in this team. Real Madrid is a good team and they had a good performance recently it was enough to say even after the game Real Madrid had against Barcelona, they had a good atmosphere in the team to make their team easily bet Atletico Madrid while lost it with a 4-2 result and Diego Simeone beat Ancelotti in this match. This even made Ancelotti sad in the conference after the match and he said “We have quality young players who try to force things, sometimes it’s not necessary”

When it comes to mastering the playing pattern of an impressive team and finding the best way to stop them, Diego Simeone is simply one of the best managers in modern day football that can perfectly do that and I can't just help but clap in admiration for his tactical experience and approaches to important games like that of their last night game in the Spanish Copa Dey Rey round of 16 game against Real Madrid. Atletico Madrid players played in that game like their life depended on it and were rewarded with a win deep in the the extra time of the game.

For the second time this season, Atletico Madrid have faced Real Madrid at the Civitas Metropolitan stadium and Diego Simeone's men have been victorious in those two occasions.

This is the second time this season he has won against Real Madrid, if I'm not mistaken,in all of La Liga Competition, they're the only club they've finally lost tooo.
You know what? Atletico Madrid deserves them flowers at the same ground they have shown, they still have it. Games like this are interesting. Saw Jude Bellingham assisting the Joselu head increasing his goals and goals involvement this particular season. I wonder what happened between Diego Simeone and Vinicius Junior though, it wasn't much of a very big heat between them.

I know this game would definitely have a negative impact on how they play during the weekend at her honestly.
1125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 19, 2024, 01:00:08 PM
Finally and after three years Roma got Muriniho fired from this team. They are in the 9th place of the Serie A and that isn't acceptable for Roma to be in this situation, so far in the league they got only 29 points.
But now Roma is going to take some risks and they started working with Daniele De Rossi, their former player.
Jose Mourinho dismissal was certainly very surprising because he was the best coach who was able to present trophies for the team he coached, but Roma announced in recent days that they had parted ways with Jose Mourinho. I think Roma under his guidance performed quite well last season but this season they experienced a slight setback in their performance because many of their players were injured.

Daniele De Rossi has officially been appointed as Roma coach, but I see that he still lacks experience in his coaching career so it seems like he will also have difficulties in bringing Roma back from adversity. But we hope he can be successful in Roma because he is no stranger to Roma because Daniele is a legend in the Roma team so this time he will try to bring Roma back to winning ways from the tactics he will implement.

We all know Jose Mourinho is not a coach to stay jobless and without a team for a long time, he usually gets interesting offers and even if they fired him from Roma but still, he is still close to joining another team.
Mourinho's agent, Jorge Mendes started talking about this coach with Aurelio De Laurentiis and there is a high possibility of seeing an agreement between Aurelio De Laurentiis and Mourinho which means Mourinho can be the next coach for Napoli.
Since they lost Luciano Spalletti they couldn't find a good coach and maybe Mourinho can save them from this situation.

Far from true, don't believe news like this they're only here for click's and nothing else. The club are right behind the manager Walter Mazzari even if we do feel like he's not the perfect man for the job. The management haven't made any official statement or comment about getting him sacked. I do not think they'd be able to get Jose Mourinho the players he wants. Though, they have a very good striker he'll be happy to work with ( we all know he loves to work with African Strikers )
Jose Mourinho should find time to rest and clear his head, A move to Newcastle or one of the Saudi Arabian League sis what I expect.

Y'all be writing like Victor Oshime made them a poor side lol! Hopefully they consistently give the fans such wins back to back.
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 on: January 19, 2024, 12:41:18 PM
Actually, the match went very tough for both teams, though each team tried their best, although with all that has happened in the game, the game has already ended in a 2-2 draw.
I consider it the most exciting game so far in the competition because of the many goals scored from both sides. Games like these give the AFCON a high rating because of the world class goals. Ghana were focused on attacking because they understood the strength they had in front with Kudus, they failed to remain defensive in their thinking like the Super Eagles were. Egypt lost Salah and that will be a big concern for them in this competition for very important games to come, and for Liverpool who would not want him to return injured.

Senegal against Cameroon today, two big countries in the African football, and I expect a more exciting game than Ghana against Egypt.

It shouldn't be considered that way because of them goals scored in the game, I haven't seen more than three game if not two since they kicked off the nations cup competition.
Both Ghanaians and Egyptians played a very beautiful game even if they finally ended up all squared up. They gave us a better standard, these are the kind of games I want to see. Although, I know countries like the Algerians and Moroccans do play well also.

If you want to judge with too many goals scored, then yesterday Equatorial Guninea and Guinea Bissau got to score six goals, with the name Emilio Nsus setting standards and a new record by scoring three good goals. He is now the record holder of being the oldest player with the hat trick in this competition. ( 34  aged )

1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 18, 2024, 08:01:19 PM
In the Champions League I would be blown away if they made it into the final. I can look at it from many perspectives, but in the quarterfinals and semifinals they will meet at least one team that will eliminate them.

With the way Barcelona plays, it would be a miracle for them to make it to the semi-finals of the champions. They do not play well at all. They concede too many goals. How can a team like Barcelona be trailing 2-0 to Madrid in under 10 minutes? A defense like that doesn't go far in the Champions League.
The only chance they have against Napoli is that Napoli is also in a very bad phase of their own.

Barcelona's problems are not very big IMO me. All they have to do is stop conceding goals and start scoring goals. That's all they need to figure out how to do.

If Xavi doesn't win any trophy this season, I believe he should be sacked. He has done so well for Barcelona by taking them out of where Koeman put them, but I don't think he's the man to make them a fearsome side in Europe. They need someone else for that.

Hansi Flick? Erik Ten Hag whenever he gets sacked by Manchester United? ( Because Manchester United fans are ungrateful ) Believe me I'd fan Erik Ten Hag even of he manages a club I dislike ( Chelsea ) lol!

They're the two coaches I think can handle a club like Barcelona. They should sign a new defensive midfielder. They didn't get a proper defensive midfielder as they le Sergio Busquet leave for good.

Napoli are already bringing in players, they could see a massive rise in form truthfully. They need signatures, I feel like Xavi Hernandez is not the issues related to the club. He's fine his part, but they need signings ( New )
1129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 18, 2024, 07:44:19 PM
There might be a chance for Bayern Munich to close the gap up with Leverkusen a little more at this weekend by the way. Because Leverkusen have a really tough away game against Leipzig on paper. The thing that might help Leverkusen stay one step ahead of Leipzig can be Leverkusen's great form and Leipzig's recent point losses in a row.

There is a clearly visible downgrade in Leipzig's performance for two game weeks. But as this is a big game for them I don't know how they would prepare themselves. I hope Leverkusen win this somehow because Bayern Munich would surely destroy Werder Bremen on one hand.  Sad

Damnit! Tough game for the league leaders and it's difficult to predict who wins, Bayern Leverkusen though have a good away form this season, we'll be hoping ( Those backing Bayern Leverkusen ) that they get to win Leipzig because this is not a game one can not just predict with the mouth. It should be one of them toughest fixtures this season since they Leipzig have been stubborn to clubs that leads the Bundesliga League Competition.

Meanwhile, Victor Boniface them start boy has been absent due to Injury prior to the African Cup of Nations Competitions. He will take a long time before he definitely returns.
Defending Champions Bayern Munich also would be mounting pressure so they could leapfrog Bayern Leverkusen from the top. Harry still on the chase to score 30+ goals??
1130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 18, 2024, 07:24:46 PM
It seems that Arsenal will win easily, there is an advantage for Arsenal because they will be playing at home, because in the last two matches Arsenal lost, of course in the next match they will play optimally to get full points, if Arsenal loses three times in a row it will be difficult. to catch up with Man City and Liverpool, only five points behind leaders Liverpool. If Arsenal wants to improve on the points they lost in their last 5 matches, then Arsenal must focus on improving in each of their lines from the shortcomings in the last few weeks.

Arsenal still have a chance but it may only be a maximum of finishing in the top 3, a slight decrease from last season. Because being a competitor to Liverpool and Man City is quite difficult, in fact I think Arteta feels quite frustrated with the results in the last few matches. I really hope Arsenal can lift the EPL trophy but the fact is that English  giants like Man City and Liverpool will not let that happen. Like it or not Arsenal always have to experience a painful end to the season, and it doesn't happen just once or twice. I don't know what factors are the big obstacles for Arsenal in achieving it but for Arteta if he continues to gain confidence in 1 or 2 more seasons it could be possible.
On Saturday, Arsenal host Crystal Palace in the English Premier League and a win in that game will draw them level with third placed Aston Villa and second placed Manchester City who currently have have played the same number of games with Arsenal. They're currently five points behind league leaders Liverpool having played the same number of games and that means that mathematically, Arsenal are still very much in contention for the English Premier League title this season.

But personally, I don't consider Arsenal as a major title contender for the league title this season and that's because of their inconsistent results and performances. I'll be happy if they prove me wrong by winning the league title at the end of the season but that I think will be a very difficult one for Mikel Arteta's men

They have to win, because the last three games they've played has been lost, they'd be in a fine shape and energy since they've rested for good number of weeks with stressing and playing soccer.
They be at home hosting Crystal Palace is a wonderful thing, at least it increases them chances of winning the game. Can Gabriel Jesus kindly sit up aks begin scoring goals?  SMH!

They looked good just like last season until they stopped impressing the fans. They'll use the game against Crystal Palace as a start to spark up them form once again.
The main chase for the Premier League Competition begins this January, it's not how far but how well!!
1131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 18, 2024, 06:41:19 PM
It would be very interesting if Madrid paid Haaland release clause, because we would see one of the PSG players who always flirts with Florentino become jealous. Of course with Bellingham, Haaland suitability is beyond doubt. Regarding Pep Guardiola, I think this has become an open secret where in the end Man City worries could come true. After all Pep Guardiola  has provided what Man City has never achieved. So there is no burden for him to leave at any time.
I believe Manchester City will treat Haaland very well, just like PSG treats Mbappe and it make Mbappe don't want to leave. However Real Madrid still have an another choice even they can't get either Haaland or Mbappe, it's Osimhen.

Napoli isn't a big team, they don't have a good amount of money if Osimhen insist to increase his salary. Napoli isn't a strong team too, they won in the last season, but they can't be consistent. While Real Madrid, they can pay high salary and they're one of strongest football team who tend to become champion.

Osimhen just signed a new contract at Napoli, that's to say Napoli has offered him a salary increase. It could also mean that Osimhen is not that interested in playing for Money. As things stands now it's unclear if Osimhen is ready to leave Napoli this season because of the new contract he just signed. I don't even think Manchester City will be ready to sell their most valued asset to real Madrid.

Signing that contract extension with Napoli now make him everything difficult for me to predict, one would also think if it's a strategy so They'll be able to sell him for a good value when it's time.
I was amongst those that said he'll make his switch to Chelsea but we don't get what we want most at times, Yes? For now, he's mainly focused on the African Cup of Nations Competitions, after that, the season continues then we'll see..

Meanwhile the name Serhou Guirassy has decided to stay with Stuggart until the end of the season. Doubt he would move because he's currently Injured.
Real Madrid has made history with big money moves from players in the Premier League.( Owen, Beckham, Macmanaman, Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Eden Hazard ) I won't be boggled or mind blown of Erling Haaland adds to this list of players!!
1132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion || Current Topic: AFCON 2023 on: January 18, 2024, 06:19:56 PM

Now, in a situation like this, should we believe your mind or your heart?  Grin
I watched the Zambia verses Congo Dr game yesterday, and though the game ended in a 1:1 draw, Congo Dr played a very good game even though Zambia had the most ball possession, Congo Dr were always in the goal post of zambia and did miss a couple of opportunities they would have converted to a goal.

After watching that match yesterday, I hope for Nigeria winning their game against ivory coast today was raised high, though I am not betting a dime on this game, but I am crossing my fingers for the super eagles and hoping they make us proud this time.
Quote
Good around the penalty box shouldn't have just scored a single goal, they should ha e doubled that goal up, that's what we mean by good at goal. Anyways props to em as they gotta point out if the game.
Y'all still have hopes about Nigeria? Funny how the  Nigerian Football Federation goes about dictating what the coach should do and not do in this game. Don't forget too many cooks spoil the soup.

We just have few food players who play as a team in that squad, the rest are complete gamblers. What's a player like Iwobi doing on the pitch for 90minutes if not straight up bribe to the NFF. I can't see them games unless they improve.
The super eagles squad is just a shadow of ridicule. I have lost total confidence in them. I do not know if I am to blame the players or the coach or the NFF, but it seems that all of them are contributing to the poor performance of the country. The players are not patrotic enough, just like Sadiq who dropped because of injury has been named in the Real Sociedad squad. The coach is not very confident of his decisions and the masses are seeing him as inexperienced. While NFF is known for her chronic corruption.

I wonder how Nigeria will face the host today and survive when the Ivorians are already seated comfortably with 3 points.

I have just been seeing comments about the first half of the game and with how they don't have a coach in this tournament, lmao. Nigeria be my country but best believe, I cannot go ahead and see the game, I'd rather buy a ball and do a live video as I go on about juggling the ball. They're more like Manchester United, they're nothing to write home about.

It's been corruption from day one, they don't have that togetherness, the best way should have been players who have trained together for months and add two or three of the top players around European football competition with em
The Nigerian home base players will do a better job.
1133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 18, 2024, 04:09:43 PM

I also didn't really understand what happened
and I don't understand why they blame the coach ( I don't like Jose Mourinho) since they didn't spend enough money to strengthen the team
these actions really make me laugh a lot, meh

Unfortunately it's fashionable to blame the coach

Mourinho was officially fired by Roma and now De Rossi will replace the position left by Mourinho, I don't know what the owner of Roma is thinking but what is clear is that it would be stupid to replace Mourinho with a coach who can't even train a Serie B team, De Rossi as a player maybe we would say he is great , but as a coach of course he doesn't have the ability and capacity to train a team as big as Roma, currently the club owner says he wants to make changes for Roma to make it better by firing Mourinho, but without realizing it, he seems to be bringing even more destruction to Roma this season. Currently Roma is in 9th place in the standings and the Roma owner hopes that De Rossi will be able to bring Roma to a top four finish so they can play in the Champions League next season, isn't that a stupid joke? Grin

Hopefully it don't be like sacking Graham Potter and appointing Frank Lampard as Head Coach!  Roll Eyes Let's see if the big man can deliver a good job.
Just like Jose Mourinho would say, " Now you're a manager " Glad to see that he got to win something for the fans to remember him for. I saw the game against Ac Milan and I knew they won't be able to win the European Europa League Competition not even qualify for the first four clubs in Seria A.

Max Allegri be buzzing.. Can he leapfrog Inter Milan finally? That can only happen when the Champions League Competition begins, Inter Milan should be choked up with lots of games to play.
1134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 18, 2024, 03:50:41 PM
Xavi is said to have threatened his players with leaving Barcelona if they didn't believe in him anymore. I'm not surprised with hearing such news honestly because Barcelona are really poorly performing these days. They have conceded so many goals so far unlike the previous season. It isn't good at all to see them in this situation in the middle of the season already.  Sad

They aren't bad at scoring goals at least in general. However they really need to work on strengthening their defense. They don't have a bad defense line actually but the players just don't perform like themselves this season. Xavi will need to make them believe in themselves somehow.

What's the difference from this squad and that from last season that won the La Liga Competition? A clear difference visible to mean is Sergio Busquet who left for Inter Miami. The defense have just seen Jordi Alba leave and Balde played more of the games last season.
I'd say the defense is fine, maybe they be lacking and missing the Injured Ter Stegen who got Injured during international duties for Germany.

I'd also want to say they lack a good defensive midfielder to shield the defenders and that's something they need to bring in before the transfer window comes to an end. They've been linked with players like Kalvin Philips and Joshua Kimmich though, one of em would solve that issue.

And then, they need to create more chances for Robert Lewandoski, I don't believe he is declining. He remains the perfect man for them.

Tuchel out soon? As reported by https://www.bavarianfootballworks.com/2024/1/16/24027222/bayern-munich-coaching-rumors-xabi-alonso-liverpool-real-madrid-bayer-leverkusen-transfer

Quote
Bayern bosses are impressed with the job Xabi Alonso has done at Bayer Leverkusen and wants him to take over once Thomas Tuchel’s tenure comes to an end. The fact Alonso already knows the club, where he played for 3 years, is another convincing factor. Xabi likes the idea of continuing his career in the Bundesliga. One of his objectives as a coach is to manage the three big clubs in which he played at the high level: Bayern, Madrid and Liverpool. The Bavarians could become his first destination to compete for the big trophies

It seems like xabi has been targeted by bayern's boss to be the successor for tuchel. In light of Tuchel's imminent departure, the club has shown unwavering dedication to securing him as their next coach. I think that the combination between bayern munich and xabi will make the club become unbeatable for the long term. Xabi was willing to coaching the club that gave him success as a player. I do like how bayern was projecting him to be a long-term solution for the club. I do support the decision for munich to recruit xabi.

I do like this. I hope i will see xabi to be a new coach for bayern munich. Im sure many of munich fans will have agreed with it too. Xabi will able to become a long term project owned by juventus. This is also helping the club a lot in building the club for long term project.
bayern munich has been making future plan by recruiting him to the club in the future. Xabi's performance with leverkusen was relaly impressive.

Xabi Alonso has shown a fine display honestly in his first half already, with Real Madrid extending the contract of Carlo Ancellotti last month of early this month, they the management of Bayern Munich wants to take a good chance to steal the former Liverpool, and Real Madrid Legend.

About Thomas Tuchel, I saw a comment about him saying he felt more gratitude from the fans and love when he was the manager of Chelsea. Is it that he's not getting the thanks he deserves as Bayern Munich Manager?
Players like De Ligt and Alphonso Davies are linked with moves outta Bayern Munich at the end of the season likewise Joshua Kimmich.

Real Madrid for Alphonso Davies, Manchester United for De Ligt and then Joshua Kimmich? That I haven't cleared up well.

Mourinho would be better than Howe if he went to Newcastle but he should have some time out of the game and relax. He has worked pretty much constantly for years. He should wait until the summer at the earliest to decide if there is a job that interests him.

I think Roma sacking him was quite harsh, they are not far away from the CL spots in Serie A and he won the Conference League.

Wow! I said this few days ago but can't recall the exact thread in which I did. He will make a good team out of this Newcastle United side. One thing he lacked from Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and As Roma was enough backing to get the players he wanted. Let's hope he lands a pretty decent job. He remains a top quality coach even if his tactics seems outdated for me.

For As Roma, I would say he wasn't happy leaving and I believe he wasn't supported fully back the management of the club. That wasn't harsh because the general performance of As Roma has dropped and was really going bizzare.
What I don't like was his replacement, let's see what he can achieve. Nothing is Impossible.
1137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 18, 2024, 02:15:51 PM
Arsenal always continue to make their supporters sad by doing this. I don't know maybe having a really young team is also a factor but still they should be able to do better than this normally. Arteta will need to work more on this problem to fix it as much as possible. Otherwise we will probably see them out of the title race before even the final weeks of the season.  Sad

I really want to see Arsenal winning the league title but they can't do it like this. Manchester City and Liverpool have a much bigger potential at the moment. For now I believe one of them will make it too but hopefully it can be Liverpool to see a different champion this season.

I feel like this is the best chance for Mikel Arteta to win the Premier League Competition, they fail to do it this season and they'll never go near winning it again in the next ten years and seasons to come.
If they want to win the Premier League, they know what they be lacking and know how to get whatever they want. They're only been reluctant. I hate the late hunt for players they won't probably get. These are the various positions they'll be needing;

A Central Forward
A New Midfielder
And  Lastly, A Defender.

They've been linked with a six months loan move for Karim Benzema already, don't know if this Gon ever happen. Concerns over the midfielder not talked about so much, but I've seen them games very this season and I feel like they need a mode energetic player to be right in front of Declan Rice.
Would Jurim Timber be returning? If Yes!! Then they won't be needing a new defender.

Honestly this would be really great for Arsenal if they manage to have a deal with Benzema for the rest of the season at least.  Smiley  Benzema is 36 years old maybe but he can still be very useful. I don't have a single doubt about that despite his being criticized because of his performance in Saudi Arabia these days.

This high criticism against him led him to close his Instagram account and leave Saudi Arabia as well. He must be just waiting for his team to release him from now on. But the Saudi side doesn't look keen on letting him go. But I hope we see him at Arsenal in this month.  Smiley

Those who've seen the one time Ballon d'or winner play for Real Madrid knows what impact he can definitely bring into the squad. They have every right to be vexed and disappointed with the french, they must have expected lots from him but rather they get nothing but less. It's like like they invested lots of funds!!

Around European Competitions we know his capabilities, though age has got it's place toowe can't expect too much he is not Ibrahimovic who goes and comes back to do wonders we'll definitely see but for my own opinion, they should make moves for Ivan Toney. He is a better option than Karim Benzema.

I know the EPL title is usually decided in the second half of the season. Manchester city and Liverpool are the most consistent teams currently but I don’t think we should write off Arsenal because they have lost just 2 consecutive games. The season is still young and anything can happen. We saw how Arsenal were on top of the league table for a very long period of time last season, that everybody thought they were going to be crowned champions. But so many things can go wrong in the game of sports; injuries, suspensions and point deductions.

Injury to key players might affect the overall performance of a team and it was evident in this Manchester city team as they were dropping points without their star men.
It’s very possible that any of these teams will drop points before the end of the season and Arsenal will get their way back to the top.

Like I said in another thread, it's not over until it's finally over and done.

Why look down on a club or team? No good reason, they're doing well they would just need to get players to help boost them performance more and more. The attack is number one priority and should be taken very serious. Ivan Toney, Karim Benzema and Serhou Guirassy are amongst names they could possibly get!

About last season, they lacked depth, Thomas Partey got Injured and Bukalo Saka dropped form when Arsenal squad needed him most.
Sad to see how they dropped and lost,  especially the game drawn against Southampton.
Right from the start of the Premier League Competition, I've always stood beside Gunner's to finally win them first Premier League Competition since 2004. Nothing much to say, next six months though.  Smiley

Surprise!Surprise! It has been reported that Arsenal is in talks with benzema to potentially loan him from al ittihad, and it's exciting to see that there is a possibility of him joining the English Premier League this season. I would like to see him join in the chelsea but it seems like that arsenal is one step ahead compared to the chelsea.
Don't take it seriously caused by benzema join in a club that has never won UCL. It was shocking me that i never expect that if arsenal would be interesting to sign him as a new player. I was hoeping that benzema to stay but it seems like that he will be interesting to play in the premier league.
It's unbelievable Arteta want to sign an old player, he's one of manager who always like to sign a new player. Even though it looks good for both Benzema and Arsenal, but Benzema is taking risk. If Arsenal didn't make it, people will put the blame on Benzema since people are hoping him can able to become a goal scorer just like when he was in Real Madrid.

If that would be the case, then they should match up with the fee set up by Brentford and go sign Ivan Toney who have been away for roughly eight months due to ban.
If they feel like Karim Benzema can't get them whatever they want they should go all out on whatever and whoever that'll get them whatever they want.

They have to do all they can to win this Premier League, how can they be so bad, they'll be playing against Crystal Palace for the weekend, let's see who wins and how the strikers they have copes.
The way they played has suddenly seen them noisy fans grow silent finally.

Wrong!

He was the main main leading the attack for Manchester United as everyone played the ball to see him score. Wout Weghorst did most of the marking and tracking balls ( one of the reasons I saw people as crap who come on here to bash him because they don't look at his team work and work rate for Manchester United last season )

This season, Manchester United has a new number nine and Marcus Rashford has refused to create chances for the Rasmus Hojlund.

I don't want to say much about him, take a look at Granacho, the team's performance poor but he tries to up hisngake at all times, top player with top mentality. I hope Erik Ten Hag dumps him on the bench.
Well a player could be scoring goals and yet his team play is really below average vice versa. This is the case for Garnacho and Weghrost. The former is quite young but yet plays as if he’s the only one on the pitch even though he gets some important amd match winning goa but that’s poor coming from him.

During the loan spell of Weghrost we could see how he came down deep to help defend and get the back then push for attack and this is one criteria of a quality player. The new striker is pretty good but with sting playmakers around. Oops, i think ETH should try and build this his team and their teamwork else he could join José Mourinho on the list of sacked managers this season, he has to do everything possible to buy the heart of Sir Jim and his group to retain him as United's manager next season.

Yeah, if a player like Wout Weghorst slow and and sluggish would track back and help defend, who's a player like Marcus Rashford the supporting striker in a way hop? Maybe he's been disturbed by this superstar mentality and impression from Paul Pogba and them rest. When I see him talk about Cristiano Ronaldo as his idol I burst out and laugh out my lungs because Marcus Rashford has nothing to shoe and prove, take a look at players who have taken an extra mile to be like them goat! Vini, 'Drygo, Garnacho. Man! I can't be stressing too much on Rashford.

Take a look at Kylian Mbappe a player he started before is at a top level because he kept his head to the game. Manchester United management sack Erik Ten Hag and then they're doing themselves, I haven't seen who's out there that'll do a better job for Manchester United. Only name I can call is Pep Guardiola but he'll never manage Manchester United.
