Did you get permission to copy yahoo's signature thread layout word for word? It's identical to Windice.io's campaign and fits yahoo's general style.
I don’t think they have even read what they have posted. They are instructing applicants to wear an avatar but there is no avatar to wear.

Not only that, but many people are applying saying they will wear the avatar without noticing the lack of an avatar.

In May 2019 it was reported that Wright was using UK libel law to sue people who denied he was the inventor of bitcoin.[60] Wright also served legal notices to Vitalik Buterin, the founder of the cryptocurrency Ethereum, who called Wright a fraud; and Roger Ver, an early bitcoin entrepreneur and advocate.[61]

I get it, LiveCoin pays a lot to advertise for them. I absolutely understand that you are upset that their scamming activities are being called out because it will probably mean the signature payment will probably stop. Don’t blame the messenger.
1063  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hhampuz embezzling signature campaign funds from BestMixer on: July 05, 2019, 07:26:23 AM
None of the speculation matters if the company does not open a scam accusation.
The owners of the company are almost certainly hiding from the government and/or are in jail (the former is more likely). The amount involved is smaller than what they are likely to want to care about. This does not change the fact that the theft of the money, as I strongly believe occurred, is any less wrong.

Further, there is blockchain evidence in the OP documenting that Hhampuz moved money from the Bestmixer signature campaign address and eventually moved it into a ChipMixer deposit address.

There is also blockchain evidence that Hhampuz took out a loan in an amount similar to the money missing from the BestMixer signature campaign shortly before the BestMixer campaign closed and the money went missing.

Not counting the loan, there is evidence that money was stolen from BestMixer the probability of which is more likely than not that money was stolen. The loan documents motive to steal the money.

Even further, you have left many ratings (the majority of your ratings) of which the person/entity who is purported to have lost money has not opened a scam accusation, nor otherwise complained. As such, I would refer you to these ratings to determine the legitimacy of this thread.

[No more regurgitated discussion because that's all we'll have without Hhampuz's reply... which I don't expect to come any time soon.

You can start the precedence of assuming guilt based on unanswered accusations now if you'd like.
You should not assume guilt based on the lack of a response, however you should also not assume innocence based on the lack of a response -- you should weigh the available evidence and consider if there is sufficient evidence of guilt. Please note that in court, witnesses are presumed to be telling the trust, provided that testimony is not contradicted, and when someone says they know something, they can explain how they know said fact to possibly strengthen their credibility. If a defendant does not testify, and someone testifies that the defendant "could" have done "xx" this testimony should be disregarded as speculation.

As it stands now, there is evidence Hhampuz moved money belonging to BestMixer to a competing mixer after they closed down and were very unlikely to ever contact Hhampuz again looking for the money. There is also evidence that Hhampuz had an outstanding loan at the time.

Hhampuz's silence is not evidence of innocence, nor is it reason to believe speculation proposed by third parties who have made no claim to know the underlying facts.

After some consideration, I have decided that I am willing to lock this thread if Hhampuz is able to do the following:
*deny stealing money from BestMixer, or from any other client of his
*explain that he moved the bitcoin belonging to BestMixer for xx reason -- he does not need to stipulate the address the bitcoin was moved to via ChipMixer
*confirm if the bitcoin has been returned to BestMixer, and if not, confirm that he is able and willing to return their money upon their public request

If 2 or 3 contradict with publicly available information, this thread will remain unlocked, and if additional information or complaints become public (that contradict with his answers to 2 or 3), the thread will become unlocked.

The above offer will remain in effect until 23:59 UTC Sunday July 7.

You can note that the question as to what happened to BestMixer's money was poised to Hhampuz over 24 hours prior to this thread being opened.
1064  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] LiveCoin Signature Campaign | Hero/Legendary Members | Up to 0.02BTC/Week on: July 05, 2019, 04:25:58 AM
Funny how the one person PMing others about the issue is a former member of the campaign who is considered to be an extremely disgruntled and vindictive member of the community. Nobody else seems to care. It surely must be just a coincidence  Roll Eyes
I would encourage everyone to review the scam accusation against LiveCoin, and make a decision for themselves. There is a flag against LiveCoin, and there is one person on DT who is not being paid by LiveCoin opposing the flag, three people who are paid by LiveCoin who are opposing the flag, and 10 people on DT who are supporting the flag.

The above should make it clear that payment (indirectly) from LiveCoin is clouding certain people's judgment. The reason for recent open spots for this campaign is because people have left in light of the above referenced scam accusation.
1065  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] LiveCoin Signature Campaign | Hero/Legendary Members | Up to 0.02BTC/Week on: July 05, 2019, 04:15:03 AM
How to deal with Quicksellers's unwanted PMs about LiveCoin:

1. Click the "Report to Admin" link in the bottom right hand corner of the message.

2. Type "Mass PM spamming" in the text field.

3. Click "Report Message" button.
You are wrong. Non-advertising personal messages are allowed.

I appreciate your acknowledgement that you are aware of the scam accusation against the company you are advertising for, along with the fact that there is a valid flag against it. The fact that you choose to continue advertising for a company you have knowledge of this will not go unnoticed, nor unremembered.

I know that you are willing to abandon your ethics for minimal amounts of money, however I would encourage you, and others to do the right thing and to stop advertising for LiveCoin.
1066  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Massive Dramatic Hongkong Protest Towards Extradition Law on: July 05, 2019, 03:05:55 AM
You should edit the title to reflect the protests are *against* the proposed extradition law.

The law in question would have allowed the Chinese government to have anyone in Home Kong extradited to China who is accused of breaking Chinese law. The problem with this law is it would effectively allow the Chinese government to prosecute anyone in Hong Kong who has been critical of the Chinese government -- the Chinese government has a long history fo human rights violations, including the persecution of those who are critical of the government.
1067  Economy / Goods / Re: Gift Card as Cold Storage on: July 05, 2019, 02:48:24 AM
Hello Bitcoiners!

We're Coin Card Gift - the online store with unique Gift Cards as Cold Storage for any Bitcoin wallet.

Our mission is to provide the best way to make a lovely gift of Bitcoin (any amount). We believe it's a unique product to introduce Bitcoin.

The cards don't have attached BTC. They work as Cold Storage.

What has each card:

- Bitcoin address
- QR Code

Backside with a matrix to add the recovery phrase along with the private key (but this can happen only once the card is received - it's a manual process because we do not ask for your private keys).

You can take a look at all the cards by visiting our website:

https://CoinCardGift.com

Please, share your thoughts.

Thank you BTC
What you describe is in no way cold storage. You are describing a process in which you are creating private keys that are associated with the addresses on the cards you are selling. This is a very bad security practice.
1068  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~Hhampuz on: July 05, 2019, 01:54:33 AM
the ~quarter BTC is a lot of money to earn from running it every month

Is this true?
If so I might seriously think about getting into the campaign business..
Yes for the LiveCoin campaign. Although the campaigns that Hhampuz runs seems to always pay more than what others run, have much more liberal posting requirements than campaigns run by others and other campaigns have no problem attracting other participants into their campaigns. The only exception is ChipMixer campaign that has been running for two years with the same rates.

You can draw your own conclusions, but I have privately speculated there are some shenanigans going on.
1069  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~Hhampuz on: July 05, 2019, 01:32:04 AM
Funny how many people want to leave since Theymos decided to let scammers run free with his shit new system.
Bet he won’t react to senior members just walking away, unlike his reaction to loonatics like Thule and TAA/cryptocunter
I think it is more likely that someone is telling him that he is wrong in regards to his handling of the LiveCoin flag, and keeping the signature campaign open, and/or that I was not wrong for messaging those in the LiveCoin campaign to notify them of the now active flag.

I think Hhampuz should have done the right thing and close down the LiveCoin campaign. I get that the ~quarter BTC is a lot of money to earn from running it every month, but there is a good amount of evidence that LiveCoin is acting in a way that a reputable person should not want to be associated with -- preventing customers who publicly criticize the company from withdrawing their deposits -- and no amount of money should compromise his (or anyone who is participating in the campaign) ethics. If I were in his situation, I would most certainly be unhappy about having to give up that income, but I unequivocally would have done the right thing.

Loading...
I am able to confirm that he is correct about this particular rating.

His opposition to the LiveCoin flag (and a number of other flags) is questionable though.

Hello,

You are receiving this message because you have been identified as being a participant in the LiveCoin signature campaign, based on this spreadsheet.

I wanted to inform you that the company you are advertising, LiveCoin, has a scam accusation against them, in which they are accused of seizing a customer deposit for an arbitrary reason -- for speaking negatively about the company publicly. LiveCoin has acknowledged they are preventing the withdrawal of their customer's deposit. There is an active flag, which has widespread support, including enough support from DT members (and other trust lists) to be considered "active".

In light of the above facts, I would encourage you to review the above referenced thread, and decide if you wish to continue advertising for LiveCoin. It is widely considered unethical to advertise something you know to be a scam.

Let me know if you wish to discuss this further.

Thanks
QS

weiß nicht, was ich davon halten soll... Roll Eyes

1072  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda creating flags against random people linked to threads not related. on: July 04, 2019, 07:00:24 PM
This is unsurprising. I don’t doubt that forcing consensus for trust ratings (flags) will lead to lauda being discredited.
1073  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Livecoin.net Scam on: July 04, 2019, 06:18:45 PM
In light of the revelations in this thread, I have notified the participants of the LiveCoin signature campaign of this thread, and of the active flag against LiveCoin.

Unfortunately, the campaign offers the second highest paying rates and the posting restrictions are very liberal. People will be loath to leave. I know that I was.
Well hopefully most people will be willing to put their ethics of not advertising for what now appears to be a scam above a few hundred dollars per week.

I've talked with LiveCoin and I've talked with many of my peers and mentors and the consensus is that the campaign will continue. LiveCoin will most likely come to a solution with the particular Scam Accusation and nothing has changed regarding my stance on this or about them (LiveCoin).
It is interesting that you acknowledge there is a valid scam accusation, yet you decide to continue the campaign.

LiveCoin has also acknowledged seizing their customers deposit for an arbitrary reason:
There is a scam accusation against LiveCoin
Communication and relationship between client and Exchange is regulated by User agreement, which every user accepts at registration. There is no way to register without accepting the user agreement. However, rarely, some clients ignore and flagrantly breach the User agreement.

For the first time of violation of rules, we just warn client, but in case of repeatedly violations, account may be blocked for verification and further investigation. But, even in this case, we allow to withdraw all funds after the removing of false information and consequences caused by this publication. In some cases, verification may be required by the security team.

This is exactly what happened to the said client. This client created a ticket with a demand to enable withdrawal of MONA for his account, what is absolutely impossible because of the attack on the MONA network and public refusal of the developers to bear responsibility for that. We replied to the client with the explanation regarding MONA asset, but he decided to start spreading false allegations, publicly accusing the Exchange of fraud, and thus misleading the other clients, - your message is another proof of that.

The client is clearly provoking a conflict, ignoring all suggested options of settlement. Earlier this client said that all information, violating the user agreement had been removed, but the investigation found out that, on the contrary, there is much more such information now. All further discussions of this issue will be held solely with the client and only after eliminating all negative effects.

I guess your ethics can be bought for less than the 0.06/week you are receiving for running this campaign.
1076  Other / Meta / Re: Personal Message Format (Conversation) on: July 04, 2019, 05:15:39 PM
'My Messages' -> on the left site click 'Search Messages' (click here for direct link) -> enter the username into the field 'by user' -> click on search -> profit
You need to enter a search query, and cannot use a wildcard in the query. You can get around this by searching for "e" which is a letter that almost every message should have.

Unfortunately, you cannot search your outbox, however people commonly quote all or part of a received message when replying.
1077  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Livecoin.net Scam on: July 03, 2019, 06:47:57 PM
Both Hhampuz and pandukelana2712 (who is wearing a LiveCoin signature) both are opposing the flag.

It appears that signature campaign that pays both these members has benefits beyond the advertising.
1078  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] LiveCoin Signature Campaign | Hero/Legendary Members | Up to 0.02BTC/Week on: July 03, 2019, 01:11:59 PM
Hi guys  Kiss

I am fully aware that this campaign is open to Hero and above, and as a newbie, I should have no shot. But I will apply regardless.

Why?

Because for years I have been very active on different Internet forums (I hate Twitter though), discussion forums are the real deal! (please bring me back the 2000s... 2019 sucks).

Because I was a no lifer for years, I have written millions of posts on different discussion boards, about many topics, music, rock and roll, sexuality, relationship issues, sailing, tennis, drinking, prostitution, French food and Italian cuisine, and of course once in a while about cryptocurrencies (not my favorite subject though).

This experience makes me an incredible asset for a campaign such as yours. If I was not a humble man, I would even say that I may be one of the best posters the Internet has ever seen.

Anyway, I suggest you make the right choice today and enroll me. It will be one of the best decisions of your life.

1079  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Livecoin.net Scam on: July 03, 2019, 02:45:42 AM
Why aren't they responding? Livecoin has been online on bitcointalk and he has probably seen his this thread as it was linked to in his own topic.

I'm supporting the flag (for now).

I think they have a policy of not discussing anything like this here at bitcointalk. Just like they state in their thread that they won't respond to any questions as they only post updates.
It seems their strategy is to ignore accusations, and allow their supporters to ignore and distract from evidence of theft, and scamming.

This post is a smear attempt by someone with a history of defending scammers in order to divert attention away from Hhampuz.
