I no longer have time to maintain this thread on a consistent basis.

Please see this thread to have your posts seen by merit sources. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5093271.0

Has anyone else noticed that whenever Quickseller seems to speak as though he is familiar with the person at the centre of an accusation all he really does if fill three or four paragraphs with non-sence?  Roll Eyes

Have you noticed he is here from much long time and could have generated a good sort of judgement skills in identifying users here or faces behind a familiar accusation.

Afterall, he is one of the most prominent and active "protesters" here.

I don't think he fills the spaces with non-sense and he doesn't even control the Blazr's account, as QS would not have that stupid strategies of scamming BTC from an casino, he could have used the account in more harmful ways for sure.

...and yet he never saw Blazr scamming coming - did he? Ouch that gun-shot to the foot must have hurt...  Roll Eyes

The GPG keys he is signing with belong to the "real" blazr. That does not mean much though.

The admins are not going to be able to do very much in terms of checking if ownership changed or not because I understand that the "real" blazr was using tor for at least the last year.

Considering he was providing signed messages, I am not sure how much more clear I could have been.
923  Other / Meta / Re: [POLL] The Official Dirty Turds Poll - Which DT needs flushing first ??????????? on: October 30, 2019, 03:15:12 AM
Honestly you need to let this go. You have made your opinion clear, and it has been duly noted.

If you want to continue participating here, you should find something else to talk about. theymos doesn't like, and tries to avoid perma banning very senior, longstanding forum members, but you have been banned many times before, and that is the path you are leading yourself down. I don't personally want you perma banned, but I am being honest with you.

Look at how many open spots there are. This is the free market at work.
925  Other / Meta / Re: Merit source observations on: October 30, 2019, 03:06:44 AM
Update:

I don't know which day it happened but today, the forum has only 130 merit sources in total. One merit source was removed.
I believe it happened within last few days.
There are 130 merit sources with a total merit generation of up to 20895 sMerit per 30 days
Assuming that exactly one person was removed (in theory, two people could have been removed, and one added, or whatever), the person removed had a monthly source of 150.

This might allow someone to look at sent data and narrow who was removed.

You are free to damage any business and entity with false accusations ad-nauseum
Pot, meet kettle.
927  Other / Meta / Re: Request to have Quickseller removed from trust list on: October 22, 2019, 06:34:15 PM
I wonder if he ever used any of the many alts he has/had to scam anybody.
Thats a negative ghost rider.

I'm too lazy to check the feedback
Waking up at noon will do that to you.

Pics or it didn’t happen.
928  Economy / Reputation / Re: Is Lauda still on DT? (taking requests for other users too!) on: October 18, 2019, 03:45:49 PM
(Okay, time to stop pretending that listening to Rammstein enables me to speak German. Back to being a vile vixen. Cheesy)
I happen to love Mein Teil but that's the only song I know by them.

Where the hell has Lauda been lately?  Seems like hilariousandco, Lauda, Quickseller, and probably a few other senior members have been much less active as of late.  I kinda miss reading some of their posts, and there's been a noticeable lack of drama in Meta for a while.  Very odd to see it this quiet.  Cryptohunter/TOAA haven't even been trolling as hard.  Did I miss something?

Ive been somewhat busy with IRL things.

I might participate in the 10 year contest announced by theymos yesterday.

I would not be surprised if Lauda is in jail, but I really don’t know. This is considering his tendencies to be corrupt and extort others.
929  Other / Politics & Society / Re: While people stare at Trumps Ukraine comments, Biden is let off the hook. on: October 01, 2019, 03:06:17 AM
Joe and Hunter Biden's Ukraine dealings didn't warrant investigation, ex-law enforcement official says

Quote
Ukraine’s former top law enforcement official told the Los Angeles Times he saw no reason to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden or his son Hunter, in a story published Sunday.

Yuri Lutsenko, the Ukraine ex-prosecutor general, said he told President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani they had not broken any Ukrainian laws to his knowledge. He said he would start a probe only after U.S. officials launched an investigation.

“I said, ‘Let’s put this through prosecutors, not through presidents,’” Lutsenko told The Times. “I told him I could not start an investigation just for the interests of an American official.”

Even if what Biden did was legal (I have serious doubts about this), it was horribly unethical and corrupt. His presidential campaign is going to end over it.

931  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Drone Attack That Crippled Largest Saudi Oil Processing Facility" on: September 22, 2019, 01:10:02 AM
I prefer not to go to war, but the same was true during the very beginning of World War Two. WW2 could have been avoided with a fairly small military action against Germany. Instead, the war escalated into something that required millions of troops and resulted in millions of deaths.

A military action against Iran would show that further escalation will not go unpunished, and that further escalation will not result in sanctions being removed. The Saudis cannot beat Iran in a war cleanly by themselves so the US will need to at least play a role in any military action against Iran.
932  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Lobbying: protecting BTC from IRANIANS TXS ! Defend censorship resistance ! on: September 22, 2019, 01:01:09 AM
If they can determine that a particular person accepted bitcoin from Iran (or an associated entity), they could issue sanctions against the person to recover the equivalent amount they accepted.

In layman’s terms, this means that whatever exchange you use to convert the bitcoin to fiat will turn over the proceeds to the US government.

Regardless of the government confiscating the amount of money you receive, you should not do business with Iran. Doing so would likely further terrorism and would also help the Iran government operas their people. There should be no price that anyone should be willing to accept to further either.

As a newbie I always try to learn something new on this forum. So as per my learning till now I have submitted about these two topics-

Thanks
You are just copying articles verbatim. You need original content.

Also scambusters would probably make the most dangerous scammers themselves due to their scam education and expertise..
I can't find my old post about QSs rep but I said something along the lines of "If he was a scammer he would be an extremely dangerous scammer"..
Who could get away with Murder better than an experienced murder detective that knows all the ways to catch murderers?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5127540.msg50488750#msg50488750

Also, I at least partially made my rep via trades that I personally benefited from economically, and from others seeing that I won’t steal from others, even if I had the opportunity.
936  Other / Meta / Re: How many banned users have you merited? on: September 15, 2019, 04:41:11 AM
Does anyone know if the above link is by ban date, or by the date the merit is sent?
It's based on merit sent in the past 180 days.

See http://loyce.club/Merit/history/358020.html for most of them highlighted.
It shows the following banned users that I have sent merit to:
TimeBits
Sharon121212
vit05
Virtual miner
Alinaa
vucuong16101997

This is 6 people, and 'stats=topsendban' says I have sent merit to 18 permabanned users.

I have however sent a total of 18 merit to the above users in the last 6 months. Perhaps there is a bug.

edit: I am fairly confident this is in fact a bug, and that it is showing the number of merit sent to permabanned users, not the number of permabanned users that the person sent merit to.
937  Economy / Services / Re: LinkedIn Promotional Posting Service - 5500 Active Crypto Followers on: September 15, 2019, 04:25:21 AM
I have an active LinkedIn account with 5500 connections and increasing.
here is the Link: https://www.linkedin.com/in/atriz-btc-9a7283155/
Using a fake profile is against the linkedin TOS and will get your account removed/banned.
I know this. and I am following this TOS. My profile is not fake.
Ahhh, so your name is 'aTriz BTC'? Are you trying to say that you bought a bitcointalk forum account whose handle matches your first name? Cheesy
938  Economy / Reputation / Re: Does it really matter if we have weasels, scoundrels, or outright scammers in DT on: September 15, 2019, 04:17:48 AM
So if I may steer you back on topic - does it really matter if a scammer like suchmoon is in DT, or not? I mean what is it exactly that he (or she) will be able to achieve with this dreadful abuse that you're alleging? Is the system able to stop him (or her) or should we run for the hills?
I want to make clear that using the proper pronoun is important. Anyone not referring to suchmoon as 'ze/zir' will have serious consequences. (the 'ze' replaces 'he/she' and 'zir' replaces 'him/her')

If there is a scammer, or someone mischievous on DT, the flag voting system will make this not a huge deal because many people can vote and overrule this person. This remains true as long as the majority of people on DT are honest (and are willing to do their own research and take a stand on issues).

Which faucet?

Theymos has requested that we ignore this idiot, even as he keeps prodding for more drama.
Why not just pm TMAN then? Seems like a prod for more drama.
Of course this is an attempt at getting more drama.

Theymos has requested that we ignore this idiot, even as he keeps prodding for more drama.
Why not just pm TMAN then? [snap]

I'd rather (have) see(-n) Theymos slam down publicly on this thread (long ago), but I guess that goes agains the whole "decentralised" ideology (although this whole crypto/BCT "project" shows what sheeple we all really are)...  Lips sealed
I don't think theymos has commented on this thread specifically, but he has commented on the dispute between OgN, and Vod, (and other disputes among other long standing forum members). He does want those involved to bury the hatchet.

At this point, I think it would be best for everyone involved to stop posting in this thread. I don't think any additional evidence has been presented in pages, and this (and other similar threads created by Vod) thread has become nothing other than people going back and fourth bickering at eachother.

Anyone reviewing this thread can read the first couple of pages, and can come to their own conclusions.
