Well it looks like they failed to launch Gemini ahead of Coinbase's exchange. At least they can still launch the first Bitcoin ETF, COIN. Win?  Competition is good so its good that Coinbase is taking the lead, maybe it makes the Winklevii wake up and go faster. |

The lower you push it down the more riskier it gets because you are closer to the 0... 0 is like a black hole that attracts fear, its better to be on the 150-300s to buy big.. 50 is too scary.

Is the Bitcoin Dark Wallet more anonymous than Monero? Why would you use this and not Monero?
Monero doesn't have the hashing security of Bitcoin, doesn't have the same degree of auditing and development as bitcoin, doesn't have the transaction volume bitcoin to hide the transactions, and since it is focused on privacy it is exposed to higher degree of suspect vs bitcoin which has a wide range of different types of transactions. As far as privacy is concerned they are both similar- Darkwallet uses Stealth payments + CoinJoin mixing and will soon implement an optional coin shuffle mechanism as well. With Coinshuffle, darkwallet should be as secure or more so than Monero. What is stopping an adversary (NSA, FBI) to start advertising itself in a Lobby as a mixing node and recording the CoinJoin requests? |

Rather disappointing. Was hoping for something space-related. From my understand this is really big news. Now the really big fishes can start trading Bitcoin. There were rumors ranging from a Virgin partnership to launching their own nodes at space, so this is not as cool but well, good for LTC and DOGE holders. |

I was a believer in a double figure correction but thinks are looking good now with the Winklevii new exchange which seems serious, we may see old money coming in.

This is true. Even if you have an uniform distribution, over time diesparities will emerge. The early adopters have been rewarded for being to foresee the advantages of Bitcoin. Thats what a lot of people don't get. No such thing as uniform distribution, its ridiculous. You have to take risks if you want bigger rewards. |

Specific cryptos for countries is a dumb concept, as demonstrated by AUR and the rest of knockouts. We have Bitcoin, a currency for planet earth. Everything else is deprecated.
Having a universal currency would be the best thing to happen. But again with bitcoin, some form of inequality in terms of distribution will exist. Inequality will exists forever this has been discussed a lot. If you are there first supporting -> you take bigger risks -> you get more reward. Law of life. |

My take is we are going to 380 ish before another correction so its a bullish market, plus we have the Gemini and lunar thing going.

Altcoins never go up except 5 or 6 legitimate projects, the rest unfortunately are pump and dump schemes.
