Localbitcoins would be the best if you have a little funds to spare to pay the premium. A cheaper one would be CoinJar, which I use regularly.

When the Coine bot told me to buy some bitcoin, I bought 16 BTC. I was tempted to Gamble, and I gave in. So I ended up selling 13 BTC after the price of bitcoin went up $80. Well, I made a little profit. Imagine how much I would have made if I didn't gamble...

I learned about it from friends and workmates. I guess being in a nerdy social tier gets you to places you never dream of. Because of them, I started bitcoin relatively early. To be exact, the day before bitcoin started shooting up. But I refused to waste my money on some "useless virtual asset". Oh, how was I wrong.

Lack of choice to convert to cash basically coinbase is it for me.
Not fair, now lot of choice is there to convert bitcoin to real money. If you feel convenient with Coinbase go for it, else you can find various exchanges like yobit, localbitcoins, bit-x, spectrocoin..etc Lol Where is your country dude ? usually every country has its own bitcoin exchange site for bitcoin/local currency other than that you can do an exchange to the dollar and pulled her into the perfect money or paypal then you can withdraw it to the your bank. there are many exchange sites that you can use to exchange to the dollar Most local sites are quite sketchy. I found one saying "Buy Australian Bitcoins" (this is already sounding like 9 year old grammar), with the description of "1 free bitcoin with first buy!" (Okay, definitely fishy). I use CoinJar, because LocalBTC is overpriced.

Great job OB! I'm too lazy to download it right now I'll for download it in the morning. congrats openbazaar. you made a new step of the bitcoin marketing, for the teen wishes to setup their own store, this could be the best solution for them, though only in bitcoin. in the future, we will be able to buy/sell suff without anything worries! That's what I'll be doing straight after I download it. How long is the installation, may I ask? Please don't tell me I have to download a "blockchain" of all OB trades

It depends on your perspective. If you are a fiat-minded person, it would be about 2000 bitcoin. If you're a bitcoin-minded person, 5000 would be the number to be interested in.

Blockchain.info would be the best online wallet Coinbase would be the most convenient wallet. Electrum is a good local online wallet. Armory would be the best cold wallet. A KeepKey/Trezor would be the best hardware wallet. A Ledger wallet would be the best budget hardware wallet. Bitcoin-qt would be the best all rounder.

Bitcoin is a semi-anonymous currency, so you don't have to work with a 3rd party like PayPal. Also, you don't have to provide your ID for larger transactions, unlike if you want to buy a $1000 in-game item, sellers would usually want to see an ID before even talking to you.

|
If only we all agreed to: Divide the coinbase by x Divide the block time by x Persuade miners and devs that will be worth it
All of the above at once, to decrease the confirmation time of transactions. To be honest, it's too much hassle and the miners will get all salty.

Proof of Stake? It solves the problem of you breaking your computer/ASIC, and using all the electricity to hash away.
But this also comes with the downside of a "nothing at risk" attack, and how with this, the ASIC market will crash.

Someone could in theory generate/guess your personal private key, use it, and open your wallet from anywhere in the world. However, the chance of this happening is extremely rare, and is only theoretical. AFAIK, it has never been achieved before.

I've received the payment! Thanks

Watch your losses and make educated decisions on how you should continue. Do risk assessments.
How much have you lost/won? Should you leave now and take the loss/win? How hard will it be to recoup/lose all your losses/profit?
Risk assessment is key.

Can you please send me a PM of your pricing and your Twitter account? Is it alright if I advertise my blog? Will you write up the advertistment, or are you simply tweeting/retweeting?

It's a great idea, but there's not much functionality besides sending encrypted notes to others, but there are also better ways to do this.
But it's a cool idea, and it's given me a cool idea for a site, myself! I'll tip you if it's successful.

I am just like you I (think) I contribute thoughtfully and constructively to discussions, and try to convey my honest opinions into words for others. I also refuse to use Bitpay or any other bitcoin payment processor that immediately transfers all incoming bitcoin into fiat for retailers to take.

OpenBazaar for days...
I wanted to support an indiegogo campaign, called Tixie. They were selling a bitcoin price ticker alarm clock that I really liked and wanted to buy, but I found out Tixie went scam and ran with the funds.

You have another duplicate thread active. Why are you starting another one? Lock this thread and return to the old one. There are many still active bids back there.

ok so this is a normal ponzi sheme no real investmenst or mining I had my previous doubts with CoinNBank, but this shitty attempt at a scam takes the cake. Barely any previous reputation with this site, and you start advertising an in-built ponzi. Great job, getting rid of customers.

It's a fairly new site, but I can offer some ad space on my blog, cryptodot.com. I promote yours, you promote mine! I might be able to post more actively, too.
