well you know how it goes, cryptocurrency becoming more popular and a lot of people want get easy money out of it, so they creating a scams. That doesn't mean that crypto dying
it's really normal though considering that kickstarter or crowdfunding that long exist before initial coin offering have the same problem. Greedy people are everywhere and in every sector of this world so it's just better to keep preventing them by doing what we can do. Especially when cryptocurrency has become mainstream among techy people, heck, even there's so many phisher everywhere that's trying to steal credit card data or private key. |

2000$ mark is realistic price to be at the end of the year now is at 700$ and I think too that it can make around 3x. Now we can expect some drop as summer is around the corner but after that only upgoing trend.
Are you by any chance living in a cave because the current price for ETH is $452.44 at the time im writing and $2000 that means more than 4 times of what we have now. It's not impossible but a bit optimistic, however if bitcoin gets pumped it can probably happen but the chance is slim. But there's a chance that the price of ETH could spike when ETH totally changed from PoW to PoS so because people will be able to stake their ETH and people will too have the desire to buy more for the sake of staking their ETH. |

I think personally, I like bitcoin better, but also trading ETH. If bitcoin falls hard usually ETH also follows it. But both are excellent,
Bitcoin and Ethereum are good for long-term investments. If you are confused you can divide it into two parts.
People are still thinking of converting their ETH to BTC when the price falling down because they are afraid that if they keep it in ETH they will not be able to cash it out when the dumps occur so that does makes sense that the ETH including any other altcoins will get down when bitcoin price is falling. When Ethereum enable staking, I'm pretty sure that it will become a promising coin to invest, we'll get the reward of staking our coin and at the same time hodling the ETH for a better price. |

That would be great, but I hope this will happen sooner rather than later. Some shops in different countries are already accepting cryptocurrency but of course, this is only the beginning. I think we all look forward to this.
The mass acceptance of cryptocurrency is nowhere to be happening, it does make sense if it takes approximately 7 years just to make people accept cryptocurrency as a whole because people are now still kinda illiterate of cryptocurrency and they really need proper education. By 2025 I think people are more open to the digital world, so many things will be digitalized as well as the cash they used. |

Most altcoin follow bitcoin value but if some altcoin has different value, it means that the demand are greater for those altcoin.
For all altcoin , I can see ETH and BCH have a potential for being different with bitcoin value so it's just a matter of time to see it happen !
Well those two still dependant on bitcoin, you see their price chart it's almost as identical to each other following bitcoin's price trend whether it's pump or dump. It's kinda sad to see that each coins still seems to always follows its ancestor which is bitcoin. and not becoming an independent cryptocurrency like what it actually should be. If this can be changed, we'll see fewer price manipulation, atleast the manipulation that happens to bitcoin won't happen to altcoin. |

I'm pretty sure this is a planned action to reduce the price of bitcoin. I think that the whales of the market that hold a huge percentage of all bitcoins decided to lower the price a little to buy at the best price for themselves. I'm waiting for a rollback to the area of 4.5 thousand dollars.
So many people and organization, mtgox included dumping bitcoin so hard, the only hope for bitcoin to rise again is when all of them running out of bitcoin they going to sell so that the supply will be slightly reduced. Although if people always baghold from buying the dumped coin, the market could be better even a little, the only way is to keep watching the amount of bitcoin dumped from top 100 bitcoin address with the most of bitcoin if you want to know when pump and dump happen. |

I was in of of the ICO he promoted lately, and I can tell you the outcome was amazing, to be honest beyond amazing .But I am sure it is just because of the hype not because he spotted good project, but agaon what is not about hype in most ICOs . I guess I missed that one and was surely out of my radar, but I kinda agree with you, the hype affect the whole project and people who get involved aswell. John known to be a popular rich person so it's not a strange thing that people will follow his steps or even his saying Just like when Bill Gates says a thing or two and people are freaking out about it, even media publishing it repeatedly. |

yes it is currently the price of coins are down and down. not just bitcoin, ethereum is in decline. and perhaps many investors are not willing to enter the market for now. yes as we know this is a risk that must be accepted if investing in the world of crypto. I am sure the market will not be stable in the near future.
The only reason that makes ethereum declining its price is bitcoin, you see, the price movement is exactly the same as bitcoin meaning that people still think that Ethereum is not totally independent to bitcoin and I'm pretty sure that panic seller started to cash out to btc when they see the price of btc going down. I don't know when this bearish market will be ended but I just hope that when it ends the price is just not too low that it took so much time to just recover. |

I haven't paid yet all my taxes from my profit that I get to bitcoin last year, I think it is not that bad for now and I also think that investing to bitcoin do not need to pay taxes because it is risky to invest our money I mean if we lose money do the taxes pay us for what we lose in investing to the currency we invested. That's why I think it is really not bad at all.
Maybe we see that the taxes is kinda unfair, but that's the reality, the government requires us to pay taxes for the sake of building infrastructure and giving us what we needs like assurance or many more. Everytime we get a profit and adds or expand our wealth we will be required to pay taxes. That's okay, but what's terrible is when the taxes you paid to the government as an obeying and good citizen ended up being corrupted, it's just sad, it's like giving away our money to a lazy ass person. |

It depends on how good the project is. I personally prefer buying when coin is available in an exchange, most ICO has no assurance wether will be released in the market or not. Most ICO also has higher price during ICO than in tge exchange, which is not really supposed to happen. If you are to invest in an ICO, take a lot of reading and also choose a project having good team and larger community.
Whether the coin have lower price in the exchange compared to when initial coin offering or not depends entirely on the coin itself, buyers judging whether it's a good coin or not by seeing whether the project progressing so well or just merely a money grabber. As I see, a really good project tend to have its coin value higher so many times than the price in ICO, if you happen to be lucky enough to found one and invested into it, rest assured, you're going to be rich. |

Some company happen to use blockchain for financial purpose because of its efficiency compared to traditional method. I'm pretty sure that in the future, bank will use blockchain aswell to replace their traditional method too.
The blockchain proves to be transparent, fast and easy, although the scalability is not that good at the moment, but when it's used by a company, it doesn't need that much scalability.

That is very ambitious and unrealistic. There is nonassurance if ethereum will even get to the $2000 mark before the end of the year talkless $15k.I just believe the person that predicted that is a day dreamer nothing more.
That's kinda true though  , even after second quarter ETH still sticking on its $600 mark so going up to $15,000 just really seems impossible but actually not that impossible. In crypto world everything could happen. but, up to few thousand percent just within 6 months?, nah I don't think so that will happen. Maybe $1000 but not $15,000. |

I think thats because they follow the trend of crytpo from past years. Bearish market always precedes a bullish runs. And we still have two quarters left before the end of 2018. Based on previous years Q4 always gives us pumps in bitcoin and other crypto prices. Maybe that's what most of people expect, but the reality is, the market movement can't be predicted even at the slightest. We can learn from the past price cycle but it doesn't guarantee that the history will repeated once more. Although this kind of belief is what make cryptocurrency has value right at the moment, so basically, a positive beliefs. |

Recently we've seen the bloodbath in crypto market which is not so irregular in market place . But the question is also remaining, Is crypto gonna rise again  Or like the haters are saying, Crypto will never rise Haters gonna be hate and you should never be heard what they have been saying about crypto. We have seen another little signal again but it may take the more time to see another big increase again in the future. The price of altcoin and bitcoin is really stable right now. i will try to expect another big jump next month. At least we have already a little signal in the market. No one exactly knows when will market gonna rise again but the obvious thing is that it will eventually as the cycle has repeated for so many time, we're now in the bottom of the floor and ready to go up again. Next month maybe we'll still see the current price stagnant and stays at the same price but we will eventually see the ends of it so be ready to not miss the train. |

Diversifying Your coins is one of the most important rules of successful trading and investing. Every coin (even TOP 10) can crash or go to even zero , so diversifying them is the way to decrease the risk and prevent to lose all Your investment at once .
And do not diversify only Your Crypto holdings but all your investments.
Do not invest all your money into Crypto.
While diversify will reduce the risk of cut loss, it's also reducing the change of gaining maximal profit. It's like you are holding back so that you won't lose too much but also that action have consequence which make you have less benefit than what usually does. I would honestly recommend this kind of method, just not becoming too greedy is a good thing, when you make a consistent profit, you will max your own profit but just takes some time. |

Actually if you can protect your own wallet very well you are free of the risk of being hacked by the hackers, however some people prefer saving their cryptocurrency in exchange but there's also underlying risk behind it that people don't know. An exchange are generally centralized which means you will need to trust the owner of the exchange, however there's so many cases out there showing that exchange will always be a target of hackers, so it still impose risk, especially when the exchange doesn't want to refund your money and forcing you to suffer the same fate which is losing money. Also, the developers could just make an inside job to create fake hacking so that they could steal their user money freely without imposing themselves to lawsuit.

Sadly people will worrying about his saying, it's like when someone become #1 Rich, all of their saying will automatically become wise in the ears of average joe, even people will always sharing their saying for motivational purpose even the worst too.
