7963  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex Withdrawal Problem due to Verification on: August 13, 2017, 11:10:04 PM
So i guess bittrex is tightening up on their AML/KYC. Their rules are quite confusing imo, because i've actually withdrawn much more than what they said on their site they would allow per day. See here for their guidlines for withdrawal limits and verification: https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/231701788-Verification-Withdraw-Limits-and-Troubleshooting

Maybe your account was new because they seem to not allow withdrawals at all for newer accounts until they get verified. This is quite shit in my opinion.
Quote
If you have an account created after October 30th, 2016, your withdrawal limits are:
Unverified Accounts created before 08/01/17: 0.025 BTC (or equivalent) per day
Unverified Accounts created on or after 08/01/17: 0 BTC (or equivalent) per day

I had no idea the limits were this low. I was considering setting up Bittrex account for throwing small amounts at low market cap altcoins. Given that I apparently can't withdraw anything without verification... what is the first tier of verification? Do you need to submit documents to be able to withdraw anything at all?

Given the timing of these changes on Bittrex, the new terms on Poloniex and Bitfinex pulling out of the US market, it's pretty clear that unlicensed exchanges are scrambling to cover their asses after BTC-e got taken down...

No, from what I understand you need to enable 2FA to start, but after this, I don't know what limit you will get.
My account (created before their new rule) has a limit of 0.025BTC daily and I have never give any document, phone, etc. S I guess once you enable 2FA this is what you get.

Funny thing is when you read their support.bittrex.com talking about this, they start with:
"Due to the large number of leaked username and password databases, we are making changes ..."
7964  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: how to buy real twitter follower? on: August 13, 2017, 10:31:27 PM
hi i am searching buy real follower for my twitter account. But not found a real site where i am buy real follower. Many site are provided sell twitter follower for cheap rate but there follower maximum fake and bot.So any one tell me please how to increase my follower or buy twitter follower. i am also buy twitter account if it real bt maximun time i say people  are duplicate bt i think real and trusted site never duplicate.advance thanks for every one.
1. Just buy an account if you want to get real followers from a real twitter famous person.
2. Buy twitter followers on the services section this is one of the most effective way of getting real followers and pay them a few bucks.
3. You can't avoid to see unreal followers.

And you think people selling followers here are selling legit followers? NO they send you fake followers. They go on fiverr and purchase bots followers or they use a panel websites than they find on Blackhatworld.
The thing is simple: Do you think the guys say to their followers (if even they have a legit account lol) "hey follow this guy, it's my friend"
Really don't be so naive  Cheesy
7965  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is all4btc.com still legit? on: August 13, 2017, 10:20:02 PM
I have never come across this service in the past. It's good to make your purchase on purse.io where you could get most of the products that are listed to the Amazon. Also few trusted members of our has been running online stores with lots of products. You could search and find it out as everything is purely with escrow service.

Purse.io is for Amazon orders only, and the guy is looking to make a purchase from items list on eBay. It's a few months since I used Purse.io but I have never seen that we are able to buy items from eBay.
All4BTC.com is the only site that I know for eBay. There is always the solution to find a website where you can buy eBay gift cards and pay with Bitcoin like eGifter.com

7967  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Thinking about getting a Bitcoin debit card.. Shift / Wirex / nope? on: August 13, 2017, 05:42:39 PM
Well it seems like I'm stuck with Shift since I live in USA

Take a look at BitPay, they have a Visa card. They started to provide this card to US citizen only but some time ago expanded to more countries. Since you're from the USA check out them. All services are the same by the way since the cards are issued by the same company. Check also Cryptopay, Advcash, Spectrocoin, and Bitwala.

Just joking.

There are only 2 machines in my country and very very far from me. I would need to drive maybe 6 hours up to them.
In your post, there is something confusing to me. Are there any ATM machines that require ID ?
7969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin buying by central banks on: August 13, 2017, 05:10:32 PM
It would be too good to be true
They will definitely push it up to over 9000.
 Grin

The problem is IF central banks or govt. purchase Bitcoins it is surely not to sell it after. I hardly doubt they are going to buy Bitcoin and then sell to make a profit from it. They will just keep in in the vaults as a reserve. If the Bitcoins are not circulating then it is useless. When the govt's buy gold they don't sell it, they keep it in their reserve
7970  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Ledger Nano S giveaway on: August 13, 2017, 04:45:27 PM
What about running a contest on Twitter/Facebook? It will give you the opportunity to build your social profiles and create your community. Instead of collecting emails, that will be useless for your business. I mean you will have no use of people's emails, not even to send a newsletter from time to time as people don't give a f**k about it.
7971  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to automate Bounty campaign? on: August 13, 2017, 04:33:34 PM
For the twitter campaign, you can save your time with IFTT
Using twitter RSS. If a tweet is posted by user @12346 containing a special hashtag then it will be added to a google sheet (with username, date, link, etc). At the end of the campaign you will have a full list a tweet done, then you can again save your time by sorting the list by alphabetical order
I saw some projects using Twitter API with an App

Thanks. I can work with this.

I know that's why there are bounty managers.
Any other specific suggestions for how to automate, perhaps for FB?

Welcome.
For Facebook you can use the same technique, using a Feed/RSS and Google sheet
Basically, Facebook doesn't provide a Feed/RSS for profile/pages but you can use the URL below which work. It's long ago since I used this method, so play a bit and test the water

7972  Economy / Speculation / Re: The biggest bitcoin crash ever has begun. on: August 13, 2017, 04:19:31 PM
On what are you basing your opinion? It may be possible but you can't claim the biggest bitcoin crash started without telling us why and give us an argument. Otherwise, anyone can say the same each time the price is losing 10 bucks. The price just lost 200$, have you forgot that in July it lost 800$ in the same amount of time?

7973  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buy bitcoin from UK??? on: August 13, 2017, 04:01:09 PM
Are you looking to pay using your card only? You pay usually higher using a card since you pay also for Visa/Mastercard fees. You can look at Paymium but the fees are 10% when using a card if I am not wrong. You can also check BitPanda, Cex.io, both accept Visa/Mastercard.
If you can make a deposit using your bank account it will be easier and less costly for you.
7974  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Other Bitcoin Forums on: August 13, 2017, 03:50:12 PM
Build a portfolio first so you can show to people your previous works. Don't be afraid to offer some for free of cost to build your portfolio. I understand you are looking money but making some for free will help you. Then you can go to the "Service" section and make a thread offering you services.
As others forum, you may visit Bitcoin Garden and forum.bitcoin.com but honestly, Bitcointalk is so big that you will find very less activity in others and see the same people, so it may be better to just focus here
Good luck!
7975  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: how to buy real twitter follower? on: August 13, 2017, 03:39:37 PM
No one or none any site will sell you any "legit" follower on Twitter. They all sell bots or fake looking followers and after sometimes you will lose like 30% of them, and add the fact that Twitter removes fake accounts randomly during the year (1-3 times yearly) So at the end you spend your money for nothing. Buying twitter followers will never give you any results. On top of that, if you are going to use this method to participate in twitter campaigns here, you are ripping off people (the owner and the manager).
Use twitter as it is: a social network. Interact with people, participate in conversations etc and you will meet people naturally
7976  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Biggest problem you have with trading / exchanging? on: August 13, 2017, 03:29:12 PM
I lost a little money with trading due to the facts

1) I am in hurry : watching the price every hours to see if am making money
2) I make confusion with trading fees: I forgot to take the fees in consideration
3) not even sure if I am making money with a bitcoin price changing every minute

So at the end, if I am looking to make money, I think it's better (at least in my case lol) to just keep holding my bitcoins (since the value keep increasing) without getting the troubles to think about this and that and avoid the stress.
7977  Economy / Speculation / Re: 4k on: August 13, 2017, 03:12:44 PM
It was at 4200$ some hours ago I was very happy, dancing in my bathroom while singing. I wanted to buy something online for my house later in the day but after coming back to home, now the price is at 3980$. I can't complain but I am waiting to see if the price will reach ~4200$ again, so I can save some money Tongue
7978  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC - Where to buy? on: August 13, 2017, 03:02:23 PM
Why using Loacalbitcoin when there is a dozen reputed websites where you can buy Bitcoin with not a lot of personal pieces of information to give (or none). I would prefer to give my personal ID to an exchange instead to someone on LocalBitcoin that you don't even know. On top of that, you buy at a higher rate? For example on Kraken you can make a bank deposit and buy bitcoin without giving your ID card, by just giving your first name, last name, date of birth and phone number
7979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction FEES 0.00133153 BTC !!! on: August 13, 2017, 02:53:42 PM
I had to pay the same fee. Switch to Bitcoin Cash. Bitcoin Cash is the real Bitcoin (Satoshi was a big blocker) and Bitcoin Core want all transactions happening offchain (Lightning Network) because Blockstream wants to become the new Visa/Mastercard.

Because you were, like the OP, using an exchange. And you can't choose the fees you want to set to send the transaction. If you use a wallet where you can choose your own fees then there is no problem. To compare yesterday I send a transaction using Coinbase and the fees are about 0.0005. Guess what? The transaction has been confirmed within minutes. So don't blame Bitcoin for the fees that someone is choosing for you
