Don't open another account. You will look very suspicious. Don't be surprised if your deposit or withdrawal get locked again. I am in the same case like you and I always give only 1. I would give everything if, for example, my bank account has all the names used but it's not the case.
Try to resolve the issue with them by explaining carefully that in your country people usually have more than one name but only use one and only administrative papers use them all.

You are the real king of the open tabs  I got the same problem but after waiting for some minutes it worked fine since. @Cryptopia, I am not able to receive an email while asking for outside transfer. Do you know if it is somehow the same reason related with the error as the poster above is mentioning? Like you were doing a routine maintenance perhaps? I have been surprised to not find a few online tools. Yeah sure, we can't be sure 100% that a split won't happen but Bitcoin Cash is not getting the attraction from the Bitcoin community. It will die pretty fast, just another pump and dump eventually  A pair has been added to an exchange already If I remember well. Let's see the volume it will get. |

Calling a site "scam" without trying to talk with the support for trying to resolve the problem (if there is one) is a little rude...
Sometimes you may misunderstand something within the site, and they will explain you. Or it can get a technical issue, in this case, people just need to wait until it's resolved. But the most important is trying to understand what is the reason and there is no need to not polite or fast to judge.

You can go to kraken.com and do this yourself without the need of someone. You just deposit money and buy like at the supermarket. There is no verification need up to tier 3 (you just give your name, last name, phone, address)
Honestly, I don't think you will find someone here who want to deal with a 1% above preev. Specially if the guy needs to send his pic. That's why I proposed to go to kraken.

People are still waiting August 1 to see what will be going on. It's difficult to say if Bitcoin is undervalued with the situation we are seeing recently. Once all the drama is out we may start to see more people using Bitcoin and so as a snow ball it can boost the value.

Concernant le temps de transfert? quelques jours?
Quelques heures  Admettons tu le demandes le matin à 11h, le lendemain à minuit tu le vois crédité sur ton compte en banque. J'ai jamais pour l instant recu un virement plus de 24 heures apres ma demande, hormis les week end bien entendu. Par contre oui c'est vrai il y a different niveaux de vérfication, mais le tier 2 est suffisant. Tu rentres ton nom, prénom, adresse, et numéro de tel.. et c'est automatique. Y a que pour le Tier 3 ou là ils verifient manuellement( ta carte uploaded)  |

Il n'y a pas de frais autre que les 9 centimes de Kraken. Et bien sûr, pas de frais de change sur les devises étant donné que, comme mentionné, tu transferes des Euros sur un compte en Euros. Si tu transferes 1500€ tu recois 1500€. Ta banque ne va pas te charger autre chose.
Quant à la blackliste dont tu parles, c'était il y a 1 ou 2 ans en arriére, et cela ne concernait que des paiements allant de ton comte bancaire vers celui de Kraken et pas l inverse. Et puis c'etait une blackliste de merde puisque de toute facon on avait juste besoin de signer un papier pour dire à la banque d effectuer quand même le viremement.
J utilise Kraken quasi de facon hebdomadaire et aucun souci pour recevoir des virements de leur part.

Because those companies don't accept websites with some types of activities. I don't know much but as an example, I really doubt you can use Coinbase solution for a hyip, casinos, or illegal activities. And no it's not a nightmare to set up a script within your own website. Less than 1 minute can be enough. I don't know why you say it seems the OP doesn't know what he is doing, he is just looking for some alternatives, he hasn't said he is not able to install something.
