I am not good to recommend you any ICO but I have something else to recommend.
What about stopping to lose your money? It looks you already lost a lot and you are still looking to lose more. And you even ask which ICO can help you to lose more.
There are a lot of iCOs that are just garbage in my opinion. Why not investing in an established coin in which you have faith to see it growing?

You are quick to think Khosrowshahi could add Bitcoin as a payment method in the Uber system. He can be a Bitcoin adopter, he can have already done with Expedia, in no way, there is a single sign that it could be added to Uber (at least in a near future) You can be a fan of this and that it doesn't mean you can mix it with your job. And could a government start to ban Bitcoin? It could monitor/control any service such as an exchange, a web wallet, any thing used as a middleman. But as long you are using Bitcoin with a software wallet, how could the government track you? They can not monitor your computer/smartphone to see what you download and what you do with it... Ok true that they can see what you download (with the help of ISP etc) For example in my country, downloading an illegal movie is forbidden and they do track this, many of citizens receive warnings (after 3 they shut down your internet connection lol) So in the case the government can see you downloaded a Bitcoin client, does it mean you used Bitcoin? Nope. It would need to see the activity you do with your wallet, and to be able to do this it would need to "hijack" your computer.
It could be done with a partnership with Microsoft for example. But for the sake of our privacy, this will lead to a drama. And in case it happens, the majority of GNU/Linux will refuse

Because you probably just make a few dollars online. But the income earned from the internet is supposed to be reported for your taxs as well. Sometimes it is done automatically. Do you think freelancers never pay a cent with taxs? Of course, they do. No matter cryptocurrency or not an income needs to be reported and yes your gov. does have a right. Otherwise all the big firms would pay theirs workers in cryptocurrency so they could save millions dollars yearly So you except to cheat your country and not to pay the taxs, but your country is supposed to give you great infrastructures, hospitals, etc without you giving a cents? Do you guys think the Bitcoin rate will continue to increase like it is doing these past weeks? I am not going to complain to see Bitcoin above $4500 lol but in my opinion, we may see an opposite move before November and lot of us will be disappointed. What I mean is look, Bitcoin keeps increasing daily and can't even be stable for a full week, I don't think this is about to be pessimistic but need to come back to a reality

This is what they sent to me this morning. So @Hostfat has been quite lucky to get incoming funds from Kraken.com without a problem. Personally, I am not going to take the risk to use it and a day receive a message to tell me my account is frozen etc.  I am now going to target Sogexia and see... There is something I want to add: LeuPay is a company from SATABank. And I think everyone is able to register an account online on their website... I remember several months ago someone in this forum who did a transaction with a crypto exchange. (not sure if it was a payment out this account to make a deposit, or an incoming payment from an exchange) And there is a very low change the guy was from Malta (the country where the bank is located) |

Is there any trusted list of such services (including physical cards)? Also how are they regulated? Is there any chance to get this card annonimously (at least from your own government)? It seems a bit unsafe if any issues will happen. As I was saying, look in the "service section" you will find all that you want to know. All those cards are issued by Wave Crest Ltd which is owned by VISA Intl (they bought it last week). You need to provide some ID documents once you reach the limit of 250$, before May 2017 the limit was higher. and for some countries (at least mine) you need to be verified before to get the card. Those cards can not be delivered to all countries so this is something you need to check as well |

Tu peux voir des personnes (comme moi) qui envoient des tokens sur des adresses ETH incompatible, genre les plateformes d echanges. Dans ce cas il est possible de les recupérer mais cela demande beaucoup de temps et surtout de ressouces. A tel point que par exemple sur Bittrex, ils ne lèveront pas le petit doigt si la valeur n'est pas de 5000$ minimum, et ils te feront payer je ne sais plus combien, et c'est pas du 10$

Are there ones for Paypal ? Does is matter which currency you get ? I want to order something and I must us paypal  You sound like you have done this before so I am wondering if you could help. You can use the cards to make payments but not to withdraw funds from PayPal to the cards. The thing is if you read PayPal policies you will find that for some countries, only adding cards issued in that country is possible. Let say you're Italian, you can only add a card issued by Italy. So it really depends on the country you come from. |

Since Visa Intl acquired Wave Crest Ltd last week I guess this is the reason. And BonPay, like others, needs to adjust their service accordingly. I hope they will be operational by September. I subscribed to the mailing list and I am in waiting mode as well. Pretty sure we will see some others change in a near future, from Visa, nothing is surprising  |

But that doesn't change the fact that BCC is not supported by anyone and you can't do shit with it. So no point in recommending someone to witch if it's not accepted. It's as if you would say "Well just use Litecoin" cool man but no one wants to get paid with it.
What makes you think it is not supported by anyone? It is widely supported and even those reluctant at first are now fully supporting it - just look at Poloniex who quickly got behind it in only a few weeks. BCH is for real. It more closely follows Satoshi's original idea of on chain scaling. SegWit is a wild idea to create PRIVATE off chain service that make profit for AXA and Core. SegWit re-introduces the middle man and fees!!! Bitcoin Cash is true peer-to-peer. If your argument to use Bitcoin cash is the 8Mb, low fees and the short confirmation times. Then why not switching to another altcoin as well... such as Doge and others  |

This is what I don't understand with governments. There is a lot of cash to grab from Bitcoin, so why not accept it? Especially when a lot of them are claiming they don't have enough money and need to reduce budget for education and others or need to invent some new taxes which are sometimes just funny. Or worst, giving advantages to the big firms so they pay less but the population pay more...and get less...
