1561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's worse: cigar addiction or gambling addiction on: October 27, 2019, 10:44:47 AM
In my own personal opinion, cigar addiction and gambling addiction are both dangerous because cigarette addiction are dangerous when it comes to your health which it doesn't gives you any benefit, while gambling addiction are dangerous when it comes to your asset which it can lead you to bankruptcy and huge debts, that is why if you are using or doing both of it you should know your limitations because it is both harmful in all aspects of your life.
You are right though, but to an extent I feel cigar addition is even more preferable.  I would be having a lot of joy and happiness smoking my cigarettes if I happen to be addicted and if any health challenges would occur in future which is not always common I would be suffering it alone but the bad side of gambling addiction is that it affects everyone around the addicted player.

For instance, a married man who is an addicted gambler would continuously be hurting the 'feelings of his wife and other family members that care about him because they are aware of the monies that have been wasted all because of addiction but In cigar addiction,  no one is really concerned.
1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: October 27, 2019, 08:26:47 AM
All gambling games basically have their own risks.
It's just that we regret here is when I want to return the loss and the way is to borrow money. Though this is not a good idea to play gambling, because there is no guarantee we always get a victory.
Anyone who borrows money to gamble is definitely on a suicide attempt because the person is definitely aware of the risk involved.

I have once borrowed money to gamble and I had two thoughts in mind when I did that.  First off, I prayed to win so that I can pay off my debts and also start to have a better life because at that point I already felt like giving up.

Secondly, I decided it would be an end to my existence if I lost that money because I couldn't stand having issues with a close friend that borrowed me that money and it will be a great stain to my personality. I think God was only merciful on me and I won, paid off the debts and gradually having a better life I ever wanted.
1563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the Faith of Casino business owners? on: October 27, 2019, 05:18:19 AM
I do not know why OP is worrying about only casino owners because when a government is about to ban gambling in a country, it would affect both casino owners and gamblers as well. But, OP sounds like he is concerning only about the gambling house owners. I guess owners must be big rich people and they may move to other countries to continue their business whereas people who relied on gambling may not get such switching opportunities but may enter into new type of thing for surviving.

Gambling income cannot be a steady one hence both owners and common gamblers should not depend on the income stream from gambling. When they keep gambling as a part time or one of the income source then there will be less impact when governments about to ban it.
1564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Worrying about the Bitcoin Price on: October 26, 2019, 07:29:09 PM
Yes, we have so many people that worries a lot about the price of cryptocurrency and I think that the reason why they worry that much is because they are still yet to understand the volatile nature of bitcoin or they have still not gotten over the last opportunity that most of them missed in that last all-time high, either by not investing rightly or buying at peak period, it is because you have had the thorough knowledge of bitcoin that you could actually avoid investing during peak period.

If people could see bitcoin beyond just pump and dump coin, or just investment coin, they will learn to surely understand the bitcoin price movement which will definitely reduce the worries they do have about price of the coin and they will be more focused on the technology.
1565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Learn to play Dice on: October 26, 2019, 05:39:47 PM
I guess learning dicing is not a big deal as most gambling houses are giving away free money to get start with them. I guess that would be more than enough for anyone to learn for free of cost. When it is free, it means it is absolutely risk free so we may try any strategy we may prefer. Do we need any other tutorials to learn how to play dicing other than this?
You may learn dicing very easily but I bet you cannot be an expert in dicing forever even you may keep on trying it for free of cost. Yes, the problem lies with the combination permutations we are having in real life. Unless otherwise you are able to predict the seed, you cannot escape to become an expert with dicing. We are having many strategy and the popular one in dicing must be martingale; it is dealing about the recovering your immediate loss but you must need very big bankroll to conquer your house. This way, you cannot escape by beating the house.

All I am trying to say is you can learn dicing but never try to become an expert so that it could make tons of money out of it. Just learn dicing and play dicing for fun and then just forget it for a better life Smiley.
1566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your most common superstitions? on: October 26, 2019, 04:58:59 PM
There's nothing wrong believing in superstition and I sometimes follow what I believe can make me lucky if I gamble. What I usually do before playing is to check my daily reading in horoscope, I consider the lucky colors, numbers as my lucky charm. If it state that its not good to go outside or have an activity I follow it because sometimes its really happening. But again, its just a funny routine before doing something so I dont know if it has basis to believe in or a superstition.
Yes, nothing will be wrong when we are believing in to anything because we are the only people going to face the consequences for believing them. I mean to say we are believing in to superstition so that we need to face the consequences of following those superstition. I believe most of the gamblers are also following superstition because gambling is just a luck based one so that we will ensure that we will be having the maximum luck on our side so we do call our belief in the name of superstition. Yes, superstition helps a gambler to be feeling like more confident about their next move while gambling.

I'm not sure that being confident by gambling will be a good thing or bad thing but it will help to maximize our luck factor because when you are confident your luck will come in your way at most of the times. This could be a coincidence like people so say "luck favors the brave".
1567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 26, 2019, 02:52:13 PM
Indian players are more suited to ODI and test formats.
Do not forget that India were the winner of first edition of T20 world cup. They may not be having power hitters but they are able to tackle any bowling attack. Do you know that Suresh Rain is still holding the best hitting on power play overs. He did that for CSK and no international team so far unable to reach the mark of 100 runs in first six (power play) overs. I do not believe into power hitting always but only on techniques still I agree power hitting had helped many team to bail out.

It is actually surprising, because the Indian players play so many IPL matches every year.
I guess that is the reason why India is lagging on international stage. They dedicate 2 complete months for IPL but not maintaining good rank in T20I rating.
1568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale revisited on: October 25, 2019, 07:37:21 PM
BTW why did you choose wolf.bet ? I think that house edge is very important in such system. Cryptogames has 0.8% instead of 1%. It also let you bet once per 10 milliseconds (6000 bets per minute 360 000 per hour - 12 M in 1.5 day)

Do they have doges and what is the minimum bet amount there?
Crypto-games are having dogecoin dicing too but the minimum bet for dogecoin is 1 doge. I remembered they had faucet to test them but not sure they are still facilitating new gamblers with faucets; seems like we must need to be staying with them in terms of wagering and days so that faucet may be provided.

Years back we had a house in the name of fastdice and allowed us to have different levels on how quickly we like to have dicing. If I recall correctly, bitsler is still having such a speed control feature, not sure as I am unable to check in my mobile right away.
1569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: October 25, 2019, 04:41:19 PM
I just read in cricinfo that India is going to play against rest of world for the fantasy cricket. I'm not sure about it like how much true is this because I am reading like the team of the rest of world is being chosen by the editors of cricinfo. Usually that is not the case because those editors are not the selectors for an ICC event. Still, I just want to know opinions from this community so that I may get more info regarding this.

If that is a real news like India is going to play against the rest of world a test cricket match means the chances for winning out while the just players like Steven Smith, Kane Williams and Jofra Archer would be really low even India is a king on their own soil.
1570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money. on: October 25, 2019, 03:56:56 PM
I believe that every gambler has his own reasons to gamble.  Someone is trying to earn money and it is very rarely possible to do it, while someone has a sports interest.  But there are people who experience special pleasure from gambling, while there is a high probability that in this case, gambling is practically addictive and comparable to a disease.  And if such a person experiences problems and loss of funds, then he himself will never find the strength to confront himself.
I sincerely agree that gambling can be very addictive but gladly, over 80% of gamblers are not suffering from addiction because they understand the concept of clarity of purpose. If you understand the reason to which you are gambling then I do not see any bone of contention.

The idea is to know the right point necessary to put a stop to a game. It's as simple as that.  Those gambling for money also understand when to pause their game and same goes to those playing for fun. The people who find it difficult to quit are confused set of people in my opinion and I believe they need a better understanding of gambling.
1571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of Crypto? on: October 25, 2019, 10:09:52 AM
What is so hard in storing and protecting cryptocurrency here now that we still need the middlemen that we are trying to eliminate and I see this your post as conspiracy with banks to still continue to elevate and promote middlemen in pour transaction. We have wallets that are much secured and not so difficult for people to get and use, and if we are to even look at what a middleman should be involved here, it is the aspect of educating people on the use of cryptocurrency and the wallet.

People get hacked and scammed easily of their cryptocurrency because they actually have little knowledge of how to use them, and you know that people are very lazy when it comes to further research on how to make use of some of the wallet and which wallet is best secured for people to use without having to start thinking of keeping it with third party called banks again.
1572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DOES BOUNTY PROJECTS TAKE TIME TO ENTER A MARKET on: October 25, 2019, 08:56:37 AM
Due to the mass production of scam projects, investors started to avoid investing in ICO.
This becomes the primary reason why most of the projects were not able to enter in any exchange, they lack allocated funds due to insufficient numbers of investors.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5163563.msg52835331#msg52835331
I don't even think that is the reason for projects not entering an exchange because for us to even be talking of exchange, the project must have even passed through the phase of raising fund, we all know already that no project will enter exchange if they don’t raise fund first because it is the money that they raise as fund they use in paying for exchange fee, but I think the ones we are more concerned about here are the projects that has already raised fund and they still refuse to enter an exchange.

Do you know how many projects that you have done on the past and gotten their token, which till now, none of them have even entered an exchange? The main reason why they have not entered exchange is what we are discussing, which I think it is because of scam or fear of being dumped.
1573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Zuckerberg & Libra Have to do With The Crypto Market? How Low Will BTC Goes on: October 24, 2019, 04:33:05 PM
A lot traders are blaming Mark Zuckerberg and his Libra stablecoin for Bitcoin's and the crypto market sea of reds today. What does Zuckerberg and Libra have to do with the crypto market? It's just another project right? How low will Bitcoin price falls further today?
I think that is the highest height of stupidity to have blamed the drop of bitcoin in a project that is yet to be established, wherein, this project would even have no effect on bitcoin if it was released. Libra coin is intended to be a stable coin, while bitcoin is a decentralized coin that is high volatile, and it is through this volatility that a lot of organizations has been able to make money for their company, while it is through this volatility also that many traders are able to trade bitcoin easily and getting lots of profit through the trade.

Stable coin, can never function as much as all these type of coins like bitcoin would, they only function as reliable payment, but no other means of making it through the coin, while bitcoin performs different functions.
1574  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀ROCKETPOT.io 🚀| Multiply Your Bitcoins✅ | Win the Jackpots 💰 | Launch Thread on: October 24, 2019, 02:44:46 PM
I can understand that people are not "gambling" because they are trying to get that jackpot but shouldn't that count as gambling as well? It is a feature of the casino and as long as casino makes a profit than its working if you ask me.

Doesn't matter what the people are trying to achieve, as long as they are gambling with their money here and losing it enough to make a profit for the casino than it means the casino is profiting which is all they should be caring about. They could make the min requirement to 1k satoshi and remove the jackpot and as long as they are making less profits than why would they do it?

I wouldn't. Hence, all maybe its not a regular gambler friendly place, I can't be the judge of that but at the same time if its profitable for them than its fine as it is.

ha haha ha haha, totally not robot, just skeleton with flesh and some organs, kawhi is here to play basketball and eat nutrition, there is nothing else going on with him at all fellow human, no need to investigate any further. All jokes aside Kawhi was great but Clippers as a whole team looked amazingly focused for a game 1, I mean it would have been a proper amount of focus if it was game 1 of a playoff series but this was literally game 1 of the whole season.

My biggest and most unforgettable one would probably be the 18x I made on dice back in the day as a "last shot" when my money was almost over, it didn't brought back all my money back obviously but it was enough to make me keep playing some more and I was about to leave whereas that kept me for another few hours.
1576  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money. on: October 23, 2019, 06:55:51 PM
Bring enough money on the casinos and budget your money, if you can’t afford to lose more then you must not bring huge money and don’t bring any of your credit cards. Its not easy to control yourself when you are already in the casinos, but do everything to control yourself and just have fun.
I am strongly of the opinion that an individual going to a casino house with more than enough money is one mistake you never want to make because I know for sure that there is no level of that self control would stop anyone from exhausting the money there at the casino.

The best thing you can do to be a master in controlling yourself is just to set a plan, it’s even better to be short of cash than to have more than enough that would be wasted at the casino place because you will always be tempted to try with more money when you lose, but when you are out of cash, all you will do is to dust your shoes and walk out of the place. I don’t carry my credit card about not even to a casino house that is quite too risky.
1577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: October 23, 2019, 05:03:41 PM
Gambling with borrowed money, worst thing you can do. You are playing with scared money and start chasing a small loss with high risk.

I did that also a few years ago, gladly with just $100 so losing that wasn't that hard to repay but I discover you play completely different. Just play with the money you could lose otherwise you will be in trouble.
I think that I have once borrowed money to bet and I promised myself I would never do that again, never in my whole life, it was a very wrong decision I made and I have always tried to talk everyone I know never to borrow money to gamble for a game that is a pure game of luck.

Borrowed money has a way of reducing ones self-esteem and also puts fear in the mind of player. The first and only time I borrowed money was the time I had record of the worst losses of my life. I remember that I was scared and I had divided attention, the imagination of what happens when I lose made it happen even faster. It’s such an awkward experience.
1578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be profitable in sports betting? on: October 23, 2019, 01:59:42 PM
do not make any bets without more knowledge in the sport in question. Those who understand and have knowledge can sometimes lose the bet. How can a person win a bet without knowledge of sports, betting not to wish for luck.
In other words, it is safer and much better to abstain completely from gambling.

If those with good knowledge suffer losses, definitely worse would be the fate of less knowledgeable gamblers. I believe if everyone had my share of experience with sports betting, how to succeed in gambling would no longer be a topic of discussion because by now, everyone would have known that winning in sports betting is totally impossible and there’s no strategy or shortcuts that can be used.

I am writing from experience, I did a lot of courses that gave me assurance that I would be successful but it was all a mirage and I have learnt from my experience even though I learnt the hard way.

1580  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's most important to you in a crypto betting platform? on: October 20, 2019, 04:24:16 PM
In addition, I pay attention to how long the site has been working. If the site is newly registered, then perhaps as soon as it collects more deposits, it may disappear. Therefore, I choose time-tested gaming sites.
If you are putting money in a site you need to have the trust, i never visit new websites, i need to see their performance first and how they deal the customers and then i will start depositing small amounts to see the experience and then i might take a risk if i enjoy the experience, most of the time i will wage in sports and hence having a good number of betting options is important.
I don't think anyone still gambles in this age and time without knowing about the genuineness of the site. I think that the only people that make mistakes like this are those who are new to gambling and not patient enough to learn before they begin.

It reminds me of when I just started gambling, I stumbled into a site with a lot of mouthwatering offers and it looked really nice and I foolishly threw my money in without going through the history of the site. Experience they say is the best teacher. I don't bet on new sites anymore no matter how nice it looks and whatever bonus offers it has to give. First thing I look out for in a site is long it has existed and what many have to say about the site.
