1221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Changelly Big fees! BECARE! Don't use as their fees are horrible and insane! on: September 12, 2020, 06:57:04 PM
Honestly exchanges do started to cost a lot, most exchanges didn't changed the structure when bitcoin price went up, so when it was 12k dollars I remember one place taking 10 dollars while other was taking 4 dollars (binance I think) that is not really the price I would like to pay for crypto withdrawal, that is too much.

Of course if I use other altcoins that are smaller I could totally get away with it, most of them do not have any cost at all, so if I want to move money around I just have to trade it to something else (costs less) and then withdraw there and then trade it back and cash it out, all of this is more work but in the end you end up paying soooo much less than what you would have paid with withdrawal completely. I really can't stress enough how much you should look into that.
1222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who has the eye that looks into the future? on: September 12, 2020, 05:40:34 PM
Few years back, I could remember Cryptocurrency wasn't really known by most people and the idea was joked with, even I myself didn't have a thought on it, but the growth of crypto is now alarming that almost all my friends are into one or two of it. Looking into the future I suggest Cryptocurrency will suspend other past used currencies and take over, what do you think?
Talking about cryptocurrencies replacing other types of money, they are already doing that, there are lots of central banks around the world that are creating their own cryptocurrencies or looking forward to doing so. According to an article, a survey that was done with a participation of over eighty central banks shows that more than sixty percent of them are working towards having a central bank digital currency.

But, I don’t see the need for all that, we don’t even need any of them, it’s better to leave things just as they are, and let us continue to make use of Bitcoin as we are doing now, no need for the one they are creating. I always look forward to Bitcoin taking over.
1223  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prediction by 2021 on: September 11, 2020, 12:46:11 PM
People all talk about how 2021 suppose to be better because of halving but we are not talking about how great we are right now anyway.

I mean sure we are not at the places we want to be, we want to be over $20k at first, that is the first goal, but after that from 30 to 50 to 100 we have a lot of dreams about bitcoin price and they do make sense, I do understand why we want that, everyone wants to get rich and also bitcoin going up means that altcoins going up as well most of the time.

However one thing we are forgetting is the fact that we are above $10k. I understand for new people that is not a big deal but for people like me who have been here for 7-8 years, it is a marvel, I have seen bitcoin under 100 dollars, do you realize how much of a big increase that is? We are quite fine even at this stage if we stay like this forever.
1224  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your plans for the coming bull on: September 11, 2020, 08:02:04 AM
Best case right now would be to actually be patient but also do something meanwhile related to crypto so you are still related to it.

If you expect people to just stay there and do nothing, they will eventually get bored and will do something, it is just a thing they can't stop and that is why I believe it is crucial that people focus on the side actions that they could make money from.

Go find a new crypto, something that doesn't require you to invest (but can if you want to) and just bounty or something that is proof of person, or just anything that you can be part of, work and earn some crypto.

Doesn't have to be a whole lot, it could be very little, if you want to be part of something you just have to deal with the low income for a while until it becomes bigger.
1225  Economy / Speculation / Re: History shows Bitcoin price may take 3-12 months to finally break $20K on: September 11, 2020, 07:17:25 AM
Let’s see if this halving brings as much increase as people claim it will be. I feel like this price point is at a sensitive place where it could even go down, so I am not sure if it could actually go up like people claim it will. Not saying it won't, because who am I to say bitcoin will do this or that, but I can say that we could actually do decently and that is what I am trying to guess, what happens if we are not above 20k but we are not under 10k? Is that a loss?

I feel like that is still a win. Tell me if you wake up tomorrow and price of bitcoin is 15k and it stays at around 14-16k range for one year, would you feel bad? I would actually feel awesome about it, that is big enough and good enough, I am happy with every single up from here and staying there, do not need even higher and higher all the time.
1226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your trading strategy? on: September 10, 2020, 06:09:49 PM
I try to purchase as much bitcoin as I can with my savings every month, this means that I have bought from $5k I have bought from $7k and that also means I did buy from $12k as well, I buy at every price all the time, if the price continues like this I will buy from $10k as well, obviously it could change until I buy, but whatever the price will be I will buy from that price. That way I have a lot of bitcoin, and I have a good savings account and in the future, 10 years from now 20 years from now if bitcoin worths a ton of money, like $50k+ that means I will be capable of retiring early.

I know that people are after buying one coin and suddenly being rich but my method guarantees an early retirement if bitcoin keeps going up in the future, instead of risky trades today.
1227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the crypto market saturated? on: September 10, 2020, 05:34:46 PM
Saturation is not really a myth but it is just not as big of a deal as people think it is. There is a huge difference between completely denying something versus just ignoring it, I do say that people should ignore it, it is out there and it exists and it is real but it is not important so you wouldn't lose anything by ignoring it but to say that it doesn't even exist and it is totally a myth would be disingenuous, which is why we should all see it, realize it, see how important or unimportant it is, check if gets any more attention and if it changes people's ideas somehow, and as long as it is like how it is right now and not important at all, we should just all keep ignoring it.

What profit could we get by realizing there is saturation? Try to stop new projects? That wouldn't work.
1228  Economy / Economics / Re: Socialist life on: September 09, 2020, 05:24:24 PM
The problem with socialistic ideas that people who should be in charge of these type of stuff usually make it their own mission to get richer than everyone else, human greed just doesn't allow the ideas to work, there is no problem with the concept itself, the problem is with the execution and that is what most of the right people go against and I do understand their point.

If you look at Russia for example, they were Soviet Union for a while and in 91 the day after they became a non-communist regime there were plenty of billionaires, how did those people became so rich so quickly? Because even at the point when everyone should have been equals, they were richer and didn't follow their own rules. So yeah, as an idea socialism is the best one there is to me, but execution should be done with people who are not greedy at all.
1229  Economy / Economics / Re: US economy will continue to recover - Powell on: September 09, 2020, 03:10:53 PM
How though? Like tens of millions of people are out of work right now, and nasdaq says everything is okay? US economy will not recover, it can't recover, the system is broken and as long as system is broken how could it ever recover. It is like saying a broken foot will heal when it is not even in a casket, it is just limping there, dude is walking with a broken foot, it hurts every time he steps, but he keeps walking with that broken foot like nothing happened because eventually it will heal.

Instead of letting it be, USA should instead put it to rest for few weeks, cast it and just make it heal a lot faster and a lot better, that way it could go back in a few weeks like nothing happened. But that would mean loss of money for the rich so they are not doing that at all, not even remotely close to it.

1231  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin with no KYC verification on: September 06, 2020, 05:02:15 PM
If you want to be buying Bitcoin without your ID and also having no limit, then you should be considering going for a person to person buying. When you’re buying from someone direct, you don’t need to be showing ID lol, just what you need is address and they will send to you, although I recommend you do this with your friends and not really strangers (just saying this because I am not the type that like dealing with strangers, you never know what they are capable of doing, your choice though).

Another means of buying Bitcoin that doesn’t require ID is through Bitcoin ATMs. I have not used ATM before, but I have heard that the fees for buying through ATMs is too high, and people who I know that have used it have said they are not going to use it again. So imagine that. I have also heard of Coinmama, and LocalCrypto.

1233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be best a new altcoin pegged to fiat money or to precious metals? on: August 24, 2020, 04:00:39 PM
Precious metals are not that easy to handle, that is why none of them ever succeeded. Do you know why that stablecoins are pegged to dollars? We all have a bank account that takes dollars all around the world, doesn't matter where you live you can accept dollars, this is why if you peg your currency towards fiat you could just get dollars to your bank account when you want to cash out to fiat.

However if you want to do gold, that is not easy, that is not going to happen that quickly, in the end we are talking about a situation where gold would have to exchange hands and doing that internationally is very very difficult. Hence pegged to fiat is the only thing that matters, there is no way that it could change.

1236  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOLF.BET - $500 Daily Race! 30% Rakeback! DICE with the best autobet mode on: August 15, 2020, 06:30:02 AM
After all in martingale you can win thousands of times but 20-30 loss in a row means all your money gone and when you gamble thousands of time losing 20-30 times becomes a lot more possible.
Yeah that does happen, there was one of my colleague (who gambles in office) had 27 in a row at x2, and someone calculated, now don't get me on the numbers because I am bad at it but if I remember correctly there was 20% chance that you could have 20+ losses in a row in 5 or 50 million bets. So, it was quite possible if you bet for a long period of time, or you could just start with 20 losses in a row on your first bets.

So, the losing streak is something that is common in the crypto world, I am sure you could find a way to get out of that streak and win some to make it break even eventually, but do not chase the losses too much, if you want to do that you could lose it all. I remember when I lost 0.2 total when doing martingale, and on the last bet I said I will go all-in with 0.2 and make it break even, instead my total losses became 0.4 Smiley.
1237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: August 09, 2020, 06:24:00 PM
I still can't believe Suns managed to creep back into playoff spots, I think they will not reach there at all but I think even having that possibility is a big deal for them, they looked like they sucked all year but somehow managed to get that possibility during the bubble thanks to beating almost all their games.

The only sad thing about this situation is that there is only so few games left, on google I could see only 2 games left, I was expecting more games, wasn't it 8 games total? Did teams already played 6 games? In any case we are not going to be talking about this 8th and 9th seed for a long time, by couple days we are going to be basically seeing who will get there and how will be in playoffs.

I still think all of this Lakers thing will be for nothing and everyone talking about Lakers like they are done and horrible will be shocked when they see King coming back and destroying everyone on his path.
1238  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: ProBit exchange and their poor support system. on: August 06, 2020, 06:44:02 PM
I don’t make use of ProBit exchange, I don’t even know the two exchanges you have mentioned here (Mxc and ProBit).

But, have you ever contacted ProBit customer support before? That can help you determine how long it’s going to take them to reply your mail. And by the way you should check the reply you got from a bot they might have stated how long it typically takes them to attend to or reply customer complaints; other exchanges I use, once you send a mail and a bot replies, in the email it will state how long it take for them to reply. Or you can as well check their FAQ. And moreover, some companies, due to Covid-19, has been less active.
1239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: July 31, 2020, 08:16:29 PM
Interesting thing is, Napoli is a team that plays defense very well, but more importantly they are a team that plays all together at the same time, I think they are similar to gegenpress, but it is more like... I am not sure if it has a name, but it is more like man marking combined with gegenpress, so every player has someone running like crazy with them all the time without any break for 90 minutes which bothers players as well, if you always have someone with you, even when you do not have the ball, and they never leave you and you never get open, that bothers players.

However let's face it, they were terrible in Italy this year, they could have done so much better but they failed, now they are doing good in champions league so far but I have a feeling that they are not going to continue this too long neither.
1240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Twitter Accounts Hacked & Used to Scam People on: July 22, 2020, 08:19:51 PM
Lol this Twitter scam thing is very funny, especially what they tweeted with this Bill Gates account Shocked it says everyone has been asking to give back lol. Who the h*ck is asking you to give back. Whenever I see these things I just start laughing, like this is one of dumbest approaches that can be used these days, but still people fell for it and sent them money to their address.

Those scammer would have even got more money from some Coinbase users, if not that the Coinbase team interfered and stopped people from sending more money to them, over $200,000. That must be really appreciable act from coinbase team. I am not sure how they managed to identify which are heading toward those scammers' addy; I assume they might have noticed after sudden surge in number of outgoing transaction with considerable amount.
