steamboat loan me about $40,000 in Btc. if he was going to scam someone I doubt he would start out by giving out loans and then me loaning to him and him re paying almost immediately. And he paid interest that I did not even request. He is probably the those honest person I have dealt with on the forum

It seems to me that the real solution would be a way for people to spend their DVC directly, without affecting the exchange rate.
Thoughts?
Wholeheartedly agree. Other than computer parts and setting up bounties in this thread, I frankly see little in the way of Devcoin services... Perhaps we should start a gambling site and/or a sale hub like Atlantis or BitMit. Those seem to be (relatively) simple ways to get some real DVC value in a short time. Nice idea, but gamble isn't really something that would give coin a value We need some serious service accepting DVC It would be a start, at the very least. There's nothing like gambling, alcohol, and sex to inherently boost the value of anything...otherwise Las Vegas would just be a random patch of desert I'm tempted to throw a few things for DVC together. My schedule is crazy busy for the next 2 weeks though since I'm gearing up for a hackathon on the 15th. When we are done with the ad network it will be be one good service. But I would suggest someone create an anonymous hosting/vps site that accepts dvc, possibly registrar also.

Well now would be the time to stock up so you can spend them on the ad network which we are setting up as an offshoot of the devcoin sites. I am really looking forward to the ad network!! I've seen others mention this ad network. What is it exactly? How and why would one spend their devcoins on it? TIA. As far as i know it is a PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising network where Devcoins can be used to purchase advertising and Devcoins can be earned if you are a publisher displaying ads. If you have a website to promote you will want to spend your Devcoins there Devcoin can obviously promote itself and its projects to the entire network as the owner of the network too Exactly

So what do you suggest, I should just stop mining it and go with DGC lol. Can you be more transparent? You should really change your avatar if you want to convince people that you are looking out for their best interests.
Do you actually believe in this coin? Or are you just being an ass? Because, literally, very few people, even want his coin for free. If people don't want it for free, what the fuck, in your retarded little world, makes you believe, that anyone would ever pay, or trade, for this fucking piece of garbage? Do you believe in life after love? Do you believe? I want to believe. I think we should all trust this guy he clearly has been here a while and knows what he is talking about since .... when did you register again?
