101  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's your next step if you experience a Great BEAR MARKET ? on: April 04, 2024, 02:38:38 PM
Currently Bitcoin is expected to have a bull run and halving in coming time as we all know it.

Now if you were to make an investment of $100 as a beginner regardless of your country and as it stands Bitcoin is experiencing a bear market (an example) after you made 5% capital.

Initially you want to hold for a very long time but as a result of the bear market you loose your capital and half your investment yet the market is showing no sign for you to recover.
What's your next step as a first timer in Bitcoin /Altcoin trading?
I'd listen to the experience ones and you know what typically they're saying about such bear markets? It is not there to stay forever and the market will eventually get up and recover and that's why all you have to do is calm your heart and mind and it will recover soon. But if the altcoins you're holding aren't that important in the market, they're unlikely to recover so it varies with what you hold. There is no doubt and question with Bitcoin and that's why we always keep moving forward and takes the moment to accumulate more when we're in a bear market. Luckily, I've been through with it and that taught me lessons that I am bringing with me and that's why I am not to worried at all even if we get a sudden correction or we go straight to a bear this time.
Having a bear market that shows no signs of recovery is only at a newbie’s point of view. Because if you ask those who have been here for long, they will certainly answer the same thing, the bearish market is only here temporarily and soon we will see the market turns bullish after couple of months. And they’re right, the bear market is crucial so we can witness a bull run soon.

Now when ask about the best thing to do when your investments are trap in a bearish market, I’d say continue to DCA and hold your coins tight. Know that you will never lose if you won’t be tempted to sell at a lower price, so instead of panicking, make this bearish market another opportunity to accumulate more bitcoin or altcoins of your choice.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: Debt Management. on: April 04, 2024, 02:04:40 PM
I guess that the majority of the people in the world has got debt. Even the huge corporations, even countries and even small individuals have got their own debt. I am not into debt and I don't have mortgage nor car payments because I am avoiding them at all cost. I don't feel good when I've got obligation to pay and I have to think of it monthly for so many years. It is sucking my peace and that's why I am avoiding them. Maybe my debt is just a personal one from my loved ones and there's no string attached to it and no pressure at all. Unlike if we do it with the banks, they're going to take your collateral when you're not able to pay on time, you'll get countless reminders. So, if you can't pay the thing you want in cash, much better to save your peace and save money first.
Getting into debt has become a norm for everyone now, most particularly for those who are low income earners who have very hard time in making their ends meet. It’s like it’s inevitable, but we should also know that it can be always avoided as well. Discipline is the key. Learn to save first before you goal to buy something you can’t afford. Focus on your needs, and once you have spare money, that’s when you can attend to your wants as well. And as much as possible, spend within your means. Do not go above or beyond, because that will only trigger yourself to start creating a loan.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tim Tszyu - Seabastian Fundora For The WBC And WBO Super Welterweight March 30 on: April 01, 2024, 02:28:11 PM
As for the rematch clause that Tim is holding, maybe he should just take a tune-up first to boost his confidence. But of course he needs to have an assurance that Fundora and his next opponent should face him next. Fundora now has 2 belts and might also demand for a rematch clause in his first defense unless it is Terrence Crawford who already has the right for the WBO belt.

Fundora has a lot of options at the moment. I wonder if the WBO can enforce the mandatory right away while there is a rematch clause and PBC also wanted Spence to get a crack at the titles. But if I were to pick, I'd love Fundora to defend his belts against Crawford.

I don't think that Tim is going to take a tune up fight though, he is the favorite in this fight but it's very unfortunate that he lost this fight because of the accidental elbow. For sure he might be talking on his manager to set up the fight.

So he has the obligations as least to Tim and that's what he said. Unless he change his mind and chase for a bigger fight against Crawford. However, if he lost that fight then there will be no rematch and it will be Tszyu vs Crawford.

Tim Tszyu has to become a champion again if he wants to get a bigger fight, maybe a rematch on this fight would do and if he wins, that's the time to chase for a bigger and more popular opponent.  Tim Tszyu vs Crawford is so big but we know that Tim Tszyu will only be a huge underdog here, so it's not worth to watch this as it could be like a mismatch, maybe a comeback fight for Spence vs Tim Tszyu would do, then the winner will get to fight Crawford again.

As long as the rematch clause exist, there's a chance a rematch is happening, maybe this year, who knows.
104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is AI going to affect gambling in any way ? on: April 01, 2024, 12:40:52 PM
AI has huge impact on many industries and it will also has its own impact on the betting world. If some people are thinking about exploiting betting companies thru AI, I guess it is the opposite. AI will be more beneficial to betting companies. There will be zero to little arbitrage in betting anymore in the future due to AI detecting all the odds the other bookies are offering.

I can also imagine banned or people not allowed in gambling or are doing illegal activities like laundering will be tracked easily. This is the same situation in my country wherein there is a system where all banks can access on the credit score of all people that have bank accounts.

Yeah, technology is usually applied first at the casinos, and then it gets into the hands of normal people.

This is because casinos have the money to pay for developers, researchers, etc.

They have a lot invested in these things.

So most of the time we will be misguided because we are the last touch of an AI before the casino. They have already made adjustment to their system for AI t work for them, and despite using an AI, there's still no way to beat them, they'll always stay at the top (which is normal) and we are still trying to find a way to beat their system which is unbeatable.

I guess we just focus our energy somewhere else, of course AI can help us but there's also a limitation, and like mentioned, we can't beat a casino.
105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rolando Romero-Isaac Cruz to meet on March 30 in Las Vegas. on: April 01, 2024, 12:09:42 PM
Isaac is very motivated to hurt Romero right from the start because of the insult and Romero thinks that he can hurt Isaac but the Pitbull just eats up his punches.
This is the second loss of Romero and the second stoppage of his career maybe this will end his bragging and insulting his opponents.
It's just so funny that the two fighters who stop him are small guys who he insulted, I guess this is the end of the road for Romero.

When I watched it earlier, it seemed like Isaac enjoying what he was doing he was in his rhythms, and his power punches were connecting at a high percentage, which only assured that Romero was about to get knockdown because no one can take those unique power punches throughout the 12 rounds except by dodging most of it. But as for him, he took all those punches and the result was an easy win for Isaac because Romero couldn't take any more of those punches and he was good not to take any more rounds because the ending would be more uglier than that.

He was still durable to last how many rounds despite being hit by solid punches from Cruz. But he should have known that Cruz strategy is just to attack until he wears down his opponent, no adjustment made by Rolly so he lose the fight. I thought he was smarter and will try to use his speed, but we didn't see that, it seems like he underestimated the power of Cruz and just let himself go with the style of Cruz which we saw he can't beat.

Well, if there's a rematch for this, it would be nice but obviously the result might still be the same as it's not the first time Rolly loss, but he might experience another loss from the same boxer.
106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are crash games profitable??? on: April 01, 2024, 08:03:12 AM
So for this kind of games, there is obviously an actual strategy to lose less money.

LOL. so there's no really way to be profitable here, but just a strategy to minimize our losses? I guess all these kind of luck based games, we should be more focusing on fun, because if we focus much on strategy to win consistently or be profitable, there's no way we will find the formula as  house edge will always stay and that is impossibel to beat.

You can still be profitable, but this is the time that you need to stop when you are on the winning side. Definitely, you will be losing a lot if you don't stop your game. This is the very reason why luck-based games are not profitable because players tend to continue their games even if they are already on the positive side. And do remember, there's house edge on the works.

Stopping when winning is not on the vocabulary of most gamblers, we tend to be more aggressive when we win as the win gives us confidence to gamble more. Let's say you win today, you're happy with your wins you spend some to enjoy but don't tell me you'll not come back anymore as you want to stay profitable that way. Gamblers would come back and try again, and if we do that consistently, then this house edge is going to kill our chances as they are built to be profitable over us.

The positive here is just to enjoy your winnings if you are lucky, but never think that you can do it again and again as it doesn't work that way,  unless you are good at cheating which I think with the sophisticated security of the casinos now may not work anymore, or you'll get caught overtime.
107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: April 01, 2024, 07:00:31 AM
Less than 10 games already for most of the teams. It's the first time I appreciate this new play-in system. It makes the games better since some of the bottom teams are still playing hard for a chance to enter the playoffs. Without the play-ins, many teams would've rested their main players with minor injuries to heal and give way to the other players.

That's exactly why the play-ins were created, to maintain the season's competitiveness from the start to finish. Look at how the teams from 5th seed down to the 11th seed in the Western Conference, they are tightly competing for either a secured spot in the playoffs or secure a spot for the play-ins. Lakers, Warriors, and Rockets are now has a close competition to secure a play-ins spot, with the Rockets and Warriors being close to each other with 2-3 games apart. Every game left for these 3 teams are a must, otherwise one of these teams will get behind and drop to the 11th seed. The Rockets are on 11th winning streak, so the Warriors must watch out as they need to get a consistent W's before the season ends.

Yes, a must win situation but tonight's game between the Rockets and Dallas is not looking good for them, unless they make a huge comeback. They are currently down 20 points. And Jalen Green must have been tired already as he is way below in points in their winning run. And if I'm not mistaken, at the start of the game, I see that that the Rockets are the slim favorite. But for those who have caught on the live betting, they could have betting on the Mavs with a 2.x odds and it will be good for Mavs backers. The Warriors vs Spurs are still far from over, Spurs are coming back in this game and let's see if Warriors are going to choke because I have a feeling that they will (hopefully, I'm wrong).

That was a heart-breaking loss in Houston. They were completely humiliated by the Mavericks right from the start. Jalen Green and Brooks were shut downed while Luka was unstoppable inside and outside with a huge 47 points.

I was hoping for the Warriors to lose because their game with the Spurs was close. In the end GSW won and is now leading 2 victories over Houston. The Lakers are also in winning mode and is chasing for Sacramento's current spot.

Dallas is already in its 7th win streak and has a serious case of dropping the Clippers from the 4th spot. This end of season games are one of the best I've seen in recent years. The play-ins is becoming a factor.

Dallas look so unstoppable, Luka just literrally toying the Rockets and we know what would happen if they'll meet in the playoffs in case the Rockets made some miracle. Their loss and a win by the Warriors resulted to a big separation, but they still have a chance though. I'm not surprise they lose, they are the underdog and the Dallas is playing great basketball, if Luka won't score that much, Irving will take over and everyone is ready to make a shot without hesitation.

What I notice about Dallas is their great 3 point shooting, they are good at finding an open man and Luka being the penetrator, he attracts a lot of attention that makes his teammates open.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: March 31, 2024, 09:55:04 PM
When sports people retire, they do tend to gain some weight first. What happens later on is up to them, some let the weight get ahead and just keep on gaining more and more weight, some realize that they need to get back in shape and do better. I have seen too many sports people gain weight within 5 years of them retiring, doesn't mean it is a must because there are some who still keep their shape as well but it's common.

Weight is not an issue for Mikey because if you look at his videos now, he almost look the same but he age and he cannot hide that. We don't have to take this fight seriously, because obviously we know that Mike is already old and he'll likely lose. Jake is not just an ordinary boxers, he already fought a lot of boxers and beat most of them,  per record he only have one loss but in a split decision against Fury, so overall he is great.

now, my concern is whether Tyson will survive the 12 rounds, it was reported that it's only a 2 minute rounds so it's short but since Jake Paul is a heavy hitter, I doubt Mike will last. Again, I believe it's not about the weight/body but the age.

Definately the age.  Boxing requires tons of stamina it's not just how hard you hit but how long you can continue to do so at a damaging rate.  Mike's ego will make him fly out of the gate swinging.  If Jake can weather the first flurry of punches he will be fine.  It's sad because if they were both the same age this fight wouldn't even have gone off because Mike would likely have killed jake.

And Jake might not exist during the era of Mike Tyson as there's no exhibition fights that time. Mike was the king on his era and he is very unpredictable so he could put Jake to the hostipal if he'll challenge him even if it's just for exhibition but knowing the behavior of Mike back then, you can never be sure. It's a 57 year old legend vs 27 year old celebrity that will be fighting, 30 years gap of age, that's insane, I can't even imagine this fight would happen, but you know when there's huge money to be made, nothing is impossible.
109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 31, 2024, 09:24:27 PM
It will be a big game today and yes I’m also expecting a big crowd especially it is still holiday.
What’s your prediction with this one?
I expect for SMB to get a win here and on the second game, I think Magnolia has a better chance of winning here. What’s the current odds for these match?

After 12 days of day-off, PBA is back and for sure the crowd attendance will be massive since Ginebra will be playing in the second game against Magnolia. The latter is the slight favorite to win for tonight's match and i do agree with the odds maker here. The first game between the Beermen and Fuelmasters is a bit risky since the spread is high at 9.5.

Ginebra ML @2.32 vs Magnolia
SMB -9.5 @1.87 vs Phoenix

Congrats mate, great come back with two wins. Me, I lose on Ginebra because I got greedy, I'm following a special that I saw from other posters here, the 11+ points, I got x9 during live bet but it was short by 1 point.

Damn, that shot of Stand was a relief because despite there are only few seconds left, he still made a shot, it's understandable since point quotient is at play here, but it was kinda disrespectful coming from a winning team.. I thought it will end there but Magnolia by Jalalon also made the last shot which only made Ginebra to win by 10, just disappointed.  Grin

You took a big odds, your chance to win is you get too lucky. A one point loss is very frustrating but that's gambling, you lose or you win, all you can do is just accept the outcome... Ginebra was listed as underdog because they got blown out by the Meralco Bolts on their last game, but they have a good come back game and beat a strong Magnolia Hotshots team. It seems like Magnolia is still dominated by the two SMB teams (ginebra and Beerman)...

We saw in that game the old Ginebra, the kind of defense they played was the key for winning. As we can see the game was a low scoring one, it favors on both as they love to play great defense but it was the more experience team that had a victory in the end. If we look at the boxscore of this fight ginebra played more balance offense as all the starters are in double digit.

Mine is I always check my wallet balance to check my current profit....

That's the sign of early addiction, the opposite is not, because if you keep checking your losses than your profit, that means you are aware that anytime you need to stop to minimize your losses. On the other hand, if you keep checking your profit, you'll eventually get upset in the losing streak and that might make you decide to chase your lossees with huge bets until you lose your entire bankroll. Worst thing might happen too is despite your bankroll is empty, you will decide to top up just to get back in the game to win back your losses, you know when the emotion is high you tend to make bad decisions and that's already an addiciton, especially if it happened multiple times already.

Just imagine about what will happen if they could able to defeat Mavs and Wolves then continue their winning streak then provably with that they have huge chance to replace Warriors at 10 spot on standings. Although this is really though since that two teams is more stronger than them but who knows their hot streak will lift their confidence and they can able to surpass these two teams then can continue their winning streak.

I can't imagine that the Rockets will be able to pass the Mavericks. They met a couple of times this season and although the Rockets were able to defeat the Mavericks at one of those meetups, the Mavericks didn't have Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, Daniel Gafford, and P.J. Washington in that game while the Rockets were playing at their full healthy lineup. The Timberwolves recently destroyed one of the top teams too, the Denver Nuggets, and they will be really a tough team to beat for the Rockets.

Confidence is not enough for the Rockets to win but as you said and I agree with, who knows?

If you are a risky bettor, you can put some extras betting on the Rockets' Moneyline and point spread. I'm sure the odds for them will be juicy.

At this point, there's no impossible for the Rockets as they are the hottest team in the NBA now. Betting on moneyline is still good, they might be the underdog but at least you are getting enough value since their confidence is too high that they can beat any team they'll play with. Just think about this, if an undermanned Hawks beat the Celtics twice, how much more a healthy Rockets who are streaking hot?
114  Economy / Economics / Re: The benefits of risk taking on: March 30, 2024, 09:59:56 PM
Risk is when a person is exposing him/her self to dangers, possibility of incurring loss or misfortune
So many people run away from business opportunities just because they fear they will run into loose and didn't want to take such risk
I have come to the realization that the word risk is part of life and that it is better you take part in it than not
From history it has been said that the great entrepreneur and business men/woman where all risk takers when you take risk you throw your self to the real of possibilities
If you don't take risks, you will never do anything good. one cannot live a happy life by working because the job gives a certain amount of salary but it requires a lot of hard work. which cannot offer you a very good life  So if you want to be rich and enjoy a comfortable life then you need to invest and earn a lot of money. and if you invest, there will be risk. and those who can take risks are successful in life and can live a luxurious life.
Risks are somehow relevant to our lives. If one is a risk taker, rest assured that he will achieve something. Nonetheless, those who are afraid to take the risk, they will never reach a point of satisfaction in their lives. But taking risk also requires the right time to do it. You can’t just take the risk without long term planning and intensive preparation. Everything should have a perfect timing, because once you take that risk, there is no backing out, and you have to face the consequences whether you like it or not.
115  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you think merit is by chance or lengthy article? on: March 30, 2024, 09:22:47 PM
It's about the content, you dont need to have a large amount of text that doesn't make sense with the content or does not really beneficial information, many users gets merit because of the content they have, the substantial how they contribute the information, help with the other members with the recent or even in the future members will face the same concern. Youve joined last year and you don't need to get bothered in the merit if you know how much you help and contribute to the community. Keep enjoying the learnings.
Lengthy post never guarantees merits, but it’s certainly on the impact of the content. If you think you are giving substantial and relevant information not only for newbies, but for majority, hence your post deserve merits. However, let’s put in mind to never chase merits, instead focus on making an impact in the forum through posting high quality and valuable contents, that way merits will be easily gain and earned without putting pressures in your head.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Profiting from BTC: just luck? on: March 30, 2024, 08:51:58 PM
I want to know your opinion on the success of BTC holders:
  • Is the profit of BTC holders just from luck?
  • Are you a BTC holder? What makes you keep believing and holding BTC?
  • When will you hold BTC until?
Luck is born after we take actions that dare to take risks and also have knowledge even if only a little, people who dare to do anything and believe in their imagination will be very likely to get luck in their lives, and yes it is not wrong for people to say that he is a lucky bitcoin holder because he wants to learn and take risks to invest in bitcoin.

Yes I hold BTC a little and I think it's enough for the current situation to invest in bitcoin, this is based on knowledge, experience, courage and also confidence, of course it will provide more opportunities for us to believe in bitcoin and keep holding it.
I plan to feel more profit than I expected and can be bought back in bitcoin when the price of bitcoin is in decline or the usual bearish season is much more perfect in collecting bitcoin and continuing to invest even though it does not hold in the long term but can multiply bitcoin ownership.

You are lucky if you invest early in bitcoin, simply because it’s a smart choice of investment that creates highest ROI compared to other investments. At the same time, you know you invest from your acquired knowledge and extensive research and study, so all I can say I am more lucky with bitcoin as my choice of investment.

I have also my fair share of bitcoin investments which I am still hodling until now, and until I don’t reach my desired target selling price, then selling my bitcoin will never cross my mind.
117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we still truly achieve anonymous gambling in crypto? on: March 30, 2024, 02:37:29 PM
Crypto has been known for anonymity. During the early stage, we like to promote it using the words "decentralized" and "anonymous ", and it's the main reason why a lot of gamblers have chosen to gamble using crypto to gain full privacy, but it seems like things have really change a lot now as gamblers are looking for a casino that are licensed while some casinos who promotes anonymous gambling eventually act like a fiat casino that requires KYC.

What do you think about this one, where is are we heading? And can we still consider crypto casino different from fiat casino?

I still remembered the time I joined this forum, there was this campaign of "Not your keys, not your coins" that was been voluntarily promoted on this forum, it became my personal text till date and that was because of decentralization moves but it seems all have been forgotten, as in people don't even care about it any more, the centralized exchanges keep winning everytime.

Decentralized casino wouldn't strive properly because of some reasons and here are the ones I have with me:

-Government regulation: AML is one of the factor government allow people to use crypto, any company that is involved in crypto and doesn't Take KYC serious will be an enemy of the government, this is why casino without KYC will not work under the watch of government.

-Normalize traditional casino are everywhere, many gamblers are used to the traditional casino, crypto is just their way of funding but don't really care about any other benefits like privacy or any decentralization, they just want to win and double their crypto, they don't care and since casino are after money, they will always give priority to where there is money.

East to use: Most centralized casino has an easy features which ofcourse comes with a risk but they don't care about all of that, what matters to them is ease of use and make more wins.

You can see that, it will be difficult to see decentralized casinos around here.

All that is written are probably some of the reasons why centralized casinos still wins every time.

However, let's look at this way, when crypto existed, it was promoted because it could give us anonymity, it was new to use, hard to typical person but we are able to learn on how to use it because we like to achieve the ultimate privacy which was its purpose. Things are doing great until time has come that bitcoin gets more popular and it has been notice by the government or regulators, and that they started to regulate it.

If they can ban it, they would, but they'll not gain anything from it so they just regulate it.

The factors you've mentioned like we got used to  "traditional casino and Most centralized casino has an easy features " is a non factor if the government did not infectere as eventually we will learn since anonymity is what we are after of.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Tyson in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: March 30, 2024, 01:52:25 PM
Apparently the rules have been leaked, thought nothing 100% confirmed yet:

https://twitter.com/DramaAlert/status/1773769023165005861

Quote
• 16 oz gloves
• 2 minute rounds
• No official judges
• No winner unless KO
• Each fighter must pass a EEG & EKG test

If true then it's kind of a hybrid between an exhibition and a pro fight. Probably the best for Tyson to be honest. I do wonder whether either party will actually go for a KO though or is it just gonna essentially be a leisurely spa/exhibition.

It would be a bad look for Netflix to have an old guy get beat up badly. The whole thing was a stupid idea from the beginning. 16 oz gloves are only used for sparring so that gives us an idea of what to expect. It won’t be a real fight and might not even be entertaining to watch. It will draw viewers and make a lot of money only because it’s such a freak show.

But the old guy here is Mike Tyson and still boxing fans wanted to see if he can still pull the trigger or not. And obviously, this could looks like a sparring match. But then again,  Netflix and Jake Paul's MVP wanted to take advantage of the fame of Mike Tyson.
2 minute rounds, does it mean we can still witness the full 12 rounds?
The usual is 3 minutes, so it's less 1 minute. but if it's 12 rounds, that's still a lot of minutes to fight and I don't think Tyson would be able to last that far.

But the no winner unless KO is very much exciting, if this is true then this fight could end in a brutal KO. And hopefully it will be Jake Paul lying on the canvass. But let's see what will be the official rule though. And for sure majority will agree that we want Mike Tyson to win by KO.

I hope Jake Paul will take it easy, he was knocking opponents, younger ones,... so hopefully it will be just a pure exhibition fight that no intention to really hurt an opponent. It's enough that they created the hype that could attract a lot of money.

It's true that a lot of newbies / beginners in bitcoin investment are oriented with a quick profit scheme but perhaps when they join this forum it tends to turn out the other way.

I don't really blame a good number of them for having such impression about bitcoin because when you visit YouTube today and you search the word bitcoin, a lot of videos will appear and most are title how to become a millionaire in 2024! And the next learn is invest in bitcoin and you will become a millionaire in few days hence a good number of people came into the forum through all this kind of advertisements. After buying bitcoin the next expectations is for bitcoin to magically turn then into millionaires over night hence when the expectations are not met then they rush to altcoins believing that it will surge high for the expected profit.

I believe that is why the forum is there to reform the ideology of people about bitcoin, that it's not a get rich quick scheme. If only we the newbies will dedicate more time to increase our holdings for long term and hence in less than two cycles of bitcoin we will achieve the goal.
Newbies are often believers of crypto influencers, that’s why it’s hard to establish the real knowledge for them since all they know is that bitcoin is the key to get rich. Although it’s true at some point, but for you to be able to get there, one must acquire maximum amount of knowledge and understanding so that you won’t get easily bothered when your bitcoin investment does not work as planned. Bitcoin creates more opportunities when you chose it to hold for long term, that way the risk is lessen while the chance to be in profits has become bigger.

When I first started trading I had enough knowledge about trading and I tried to gain enough knowledge about trading long before I started trading practically. I didn't decide to trade just by watching a couple of trading videos from YouTube but I know enough about trading and how it works and how much risk I should start and how to end. I have done trading practically after knowing these things but you have traded with 100 dollars only after watching some videos on YouTube out of which you are now losing 40 dollars. It was definitely the wrong decision for you, you could have tried to learn about this before losing $40. You are trying to learn the right thing even if it is late, in this case you must stop trading now and gain different ideas related to trading. When you gain different ideas you can decide to trade again later if you want, the results will definitely be more likely to come in your favor.
Losing is not new in trading. In fact, the more often you lose, the more you become exposed to the reality about trading that its never easy to stay in profits, even professional traders still lose at some point.

However, it's a different thing if you trade without learning even the basics in trading, you might end up like gambling before you realized it. Watching videos will never be enough, for me you should hire a mentor if possible so you can have someone to guide you in the real scenario about the trading market. Experience is still the best teacher, if you lack that, being a good and smart trader will be hard to achieved.
