901  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: July 17, 2023, 04:14:19 PM
There were some news and articles about Ronaldo helping the Saudi teams to hire top-level players from the European teams to play in the Saudi Arabian league also even people were thinking Ronaldo told Al Nasr which coach they have to choose for the next season and he is more than a normal player for his team.

After the last friendly game with Al Nasr, they asked Ronaldo about Otavinho and they said Ronaldo is punishing Otavinho to join the Saudi teams and made him angry because he said he is not related to this transfer at all.

https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/totally-a-lie-cristiano-ronaldo-angrily-rubbishes-otavio-to-al-nassr-transfer-claims/bltdc14c04fbecd4c15

I think that is considered a perk in getting Ronaldo in SPL, we all know that Ronaldo himself is a well known athlete and influential as well, and it will be no surprise if Al Nasr will use his influence in European League to acquire more productive players in the future. Also, I believe that getting Ronaldo is just a small piece in the whole picture, what they are doing is just a fraction only because the whole league got a much bigger plan to make their league more known.
902  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 17, 2023, 03:19:35 PM
^Obviously the Phoenix Suns are just trying to open up some space because it's going to hurt them with Bradley Beal, Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and DeAndre Ayton on their roster. Big names mean big salaries that are eating their salary cap.

It must've hurt the feelings of Cam Payne. He did his best to show how he stepped up his performance in every game just so he could keep his position for the Phoenix Suns. But, this is all business. They now have Beal and they will probably just focus on him and Booker as their guards, they won't need a backup anymore.
That's the sad truth with these teams and the entire league, no matter how good you are then at the end of it everything matters as a business.
This could be a blessing in disguise for Cam. He might lose a lot of playing time in the next season with Beal and Booker taking any of the guard positions. Cam if he trains and competes well in San Antonio can shine, especially if Wembanyama turns into a machine next season or the following seasons.

Yes, there is a huge chance that Cam Payne will evolve more into a much better player because it is expected that he will get a lot of playing minutes now compared if he's staying in Phoenix where he will not be a priority anymore as there are guards like Booker and Beal to have his position. Hence, I believe that he will be more useful in Spurs and his experience will be useful too to the young generations.
903  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 10 tips to manage one's emotions while trading crypto. on: July 16, 2023, 09:51:52 PM
This wasn't said in there but it doesn't really crack into top 10 to be fair so I can understand why its not there. But do not get into trading when you are already dealing with a problem. It doesn't matter what it is, maybe you heard someone you love got sick, maybe you had a fight with a friend or wife or someone you care about, maybe you just lost in a computer game in an unfair way, yes even that because even the smallest and most unimportant things could matter to your mind, some people won't care about that, and some people would be incredibly mad. This is why its quite important that you do not deal with any baggage when you start trading, if you do then its a problem for you without a doubt.

That is true, better trade when you have clear mind and you now what you are doing.
If there are excess baggage in your mind and you are not focus on what is in front of you, you can easily make mistakes.
Also, before executing your trade, you should have done your analysis why you are doing such trade.
If you have no time to assess things, better pause and come back when you are ready. Don't rush yourself on this activity.

Trading needs a lot of focus and attention so if you decide to trade with a lot of personal emotions involved, know that you will only lose your opportunity to make profits. Also, when you decide to trade, never use an amount that you cannot manage to lose, that will only cause you to break down especially when you are still learning how to trade.
904  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to grow the bitcoin you have? on: July 16, 2023, 09:30:30 PM
How to grow the bitcoin you have without being involved in gambling or putting it in a custody wallet for APY. Is there any proven low risk method.
Gambling will never be a means to grow your bitcoin. In fact, it could be the easiest way to lose all your bitcoin in just a second. So avoid gambling your bitcoin as much as possible. However, if you want to grow your bitcoin, then save a lot of funds so you can accumulate good amount of bitcoin. And use them as long term investments. And when bitcoin halving is around, take time to sell because for sure huge profits is waiting ahead, and you can use again your profits to buy another set of bitcoin and hold them again for years.
905  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do when you have Financial Freedom? on: July 16, 2023, 08:42:51 PM
If I have succeeded in getting financial freedom, I will continue to look for sources of income that I don't have so that I can earn more income that I can use for many things.
By having more income, I can give donations to people in need to help them survive.
And maybe I will open several branch offices in many cities so that I can receive more people who need jobs and that can provide additional income for me.
Besides that, I'm going on vacation for a while while enjoying financial freedom and waiting for the money to flow into my account.
Good decision mate. As much as everyone want to take advantage of its financial freedom, I guess for me is to enter into different potential investments that will grow my finances more so that I can also help and influence those who are unfortunate ones and those who have never been given such opportunities. Also, I will definitely travel and explore the universe together with my family.
906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My personal savings now I will invest in Bitcoin on: July 16, 2023, 07:46:36 PM
Before investing in Bitcoin make sure you have a thorough knowledge of what you will investing. If you are hesitant and you still don't understand your decision you try to invest in a small amount because actual trading could be the best teacher. Also make sure that you will invest only what you can afford to loose. Never  invest all what you have you can diversify it or do the dollar cost averaging. Think so many times before investing so that you will not regret it what ever happens to your investment. Assess yourself if you will keep that investment for a long time or you just wanted to do a fast trading. The decision would still be depends upon you.
because most beginners also just go along with friends' suggestions or what they see on social media ads. they purchase assets at random for their investment. even using money from the needs they have.
the basic concept of investing, they will benefit if they choose the right assets and also have the patience to achieve their investment plans. many beginners think they want to get profits in a short time by investing in Bitcoin. and clearly it is the wrong owner.
That only proves that beginners are not aware and not really ready to invest in the potentials of bitcoin. But due to their high greed, they decide to invest quickly and expect immediate profits even if the knowledge and experience are not present. That’s why most newbies end up failing and losing their capital, simply because they don’t know what they are investing of and they don’t have right attitude towards bitcoin investing.
907  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading tips that helpfull for beginners on: July 15, 2023, 09:56:59 PM
Nice beginner guide and advice,  but you failed to mention an important point that can help the beginner to minimize the risk involved in trading and reducing losses which are to trade with a small amount as a beginner and not get greedy by putting in large sums of money because of the potential profits most especially in future trading which is almost same as gambling.

Investing with a bigger amount at first due to greed will only increase the chance of losing. Hence, it’s not advisable to do it, instead start with minimal amount and never be greedy enough to expect quick returns because that will lost your focus in trading. Know that trading requires more focus and persistence, that’s why you need to trade at your own risk, and at the capital you’re free to lose.
908  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I avoid and identify scams? on: July 15, 2023, 09:20:52 PM
If someone is providing you some monetary benefits or giving you any coin which he says is worth millions if you trade it on a random DEX, that is a complete scam.
No one gives out free money to anyone in this world except MrBeast. Also, there are various topics already on this forum discussing various different types of scams going around.

Make sure you read more and type less, that way you learn more. Good Luck!
The truth is there is no free money everywhere. Some exchanges may give it freely but know that it has always its own way to get it back, more than what they give. That’s the reason why we don’t need to trust centralized exchanges at all, as it’s only a tool for scamming us and stealing all the coins that we are keeping on our account. Have your own non-custodial wallet, and stick to bitcoin and avoid altcoins as much as we can.
909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Positive thoughts and attitude towards Bitcoin. on: July 15, 2023, 08:51:33 PM
Your mindset and positive attitude OP will lead you to a successful investment with bitcoin. Bitcoin is a long term investment so always prefer to hold while its value is still promising and has high opportunity to appreciate in the future. And it’s actually an advantage that you have prior knowledge about bitcoin and has developed your faith in it, as bitcoin investment requires more patience and understanding so you will be able to sustain the growth of your investment.
910  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you prefer to own a luxury watch or invest in bitcoin or other assets? on: July 15, 2023, 07:52:23 PM
You ask this question on a bitcoin forum so expect the answer of people would provably invest on bitcoin since they already its potential and also how they can multiply money for its different investment methods. Having luxury watch is just a status symbol and not necessarily needed so most provably I will erase the thoughts of having this that's why I go with bitcoin since this could give us more better returns.
Exactly. Since we are dealing with bitcoin investment here, and people have higher faith with bitcoin because of its potential returns, then it’s obvious that majority will eventually stick to bitcoin despite of its high volatility. Instead of buying luxury watch, which obviously it’s value will only depreciate in the future, then people will clearly stick to bitcoin knowing its value will keep on growing especially when bull market is around.
911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: risk nothing, you're risking more on: July 14, 2023, 09:24:07 PM
You are not alone in your situation. A lot of us here has missed opportunities at first, but that won’t matter anymore because what’s more important is that we should be doing at the present. And trusting bitcoin is certainly the perfect thing to do right now, and once we’ve earned adequate knowledge and skills aside from earning sufficient funds, then investing and trading are now highly possible. So never deal with regrets, invest in bitcoin and set your goal of success.
912  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever felt remorse after gambling? on: July 14, 2023, 06:50:26 PM
You're right, so I agree on that.
If a gambler plans to chase losses to make up for previous losses, then he will soon become a problem gambler. Indeed, there is an intention to return losses, but when this intention is carried out continuously, they will realize that the amount of loss will be far greater than the profit they get.

The average bad gambler is one who fails to be a responsible gambler. They are not responsible for losses, but only want wins. Gambling losses should be considered normal and can never be 100% avoided even if you have a strategy. So always be responsible for anything that will be the result of gambling.
Chasing your losses is one of the fastest ways to lose your money not only in gambling but in almost any other activity, after all something similar happens as well when people trade and they lose several times in a row, they simply cannot accept this is happening to them and they cannot stand seeing their account being on the red and then decide to disregard their trading strategy completely and chase their losses, and that is when massive losses can be amassed by traders or investors.
Indeed mate. This type of mindset should not be shared throughout the new sprouts who are about to begin their journey in the gambling industry because it will just point them to a wrong direction. Instead, what happened the other day is already in the past and so it is time to move on but do bring with you the experience you have because that will be your weapon to be wiser in the next phase. Remember, a loss is a loss and so does the win, it cannot be brought back and we should just deal what we have in the present.
913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight (july15,2023 on: July 14, 2023, 06:18:23 PM

Let see after this upcoming fight, if how he will manage to bring his skills and capabilities, if he can still make a win
as most of the fans expecting him to be, then his future decision might be announced.

I think this upcoming fight is important for him because he cannot afford to lose 2 straight fights at this age and that would only mean no other than retiring from boxing since it will be clear to him that he cannot box anymore and he needs to step down in order to give chance for the others to show their skills and also make names for themselves. But if he is able to show that he completely dominates his opponent, then retiring is not yet an option rather he will gonna continue to fight until he will no longer has the ability to do so just like Muhammad Ali and the others.
He clearly understands that, and I believe he will retire once he loses in this fight. It has been shared before that, according to Donaire, as long as he doesn't face an opponent with the same power as his or Inoue, he will be good. This shows how confident he is in his division and his belief that he can become a champion again. So, let's trust our man and support him in his journey.

That's how confident he was, or maybe just a part of his statement to hype the fight, considering the schedule was moved.

It will be nice seeing him showing again his capabilities and with how the fans wanted him inside the ring,
we will see some hints if he really can dominate even at his age.

That statement regarding to how he sees this division and stating those words with full of confidence that
he can still reclaim the belt, just not an opponent with the same level of Inoue..

It's just their tactics to market the fight even more because it is not that expected that this bout can generate much revenues compared to the fights they have followed this year, besides, we are talking here about Nonito Donaire, a man who frequently proved his worthiness on the ring and this time, it's not that much different because I'm also confident that he can do the talk and be the champion once again before he start considering his retirement because a championship belt will be a nice exit for almost every boxer.

But before all of that, let's see what Donaire can offer to us once he steps foot in the ring again. It will be a good fight knowing how Donaire wanted a full packed confrontation type of fight, unless if Santiago decides to be the opposite. That will be huge disappointment for sure.
914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 14, 2023, 05:36:08 PM
Reports are coming out stating that James Harden is done in a Sixers uniform. Apparently he has had some disagreements with the GM of the Sixers and doesn’t want to play in Philly anymore. Shocker, Harden and Kyrie Irving can’t find places to be happy… People close to Harden are saying he has his heart set on playing for the Clippers this season.

This guy is just ridiculous.

He chose his player option to basically stay in Philly but now he hates it AGAIN and wants to go. He had the choice to become a free agent. These clowns are having contracts they signed. How dare them requested trade after trade. There should be a rule that teams may terminate contracts if players do that.

Players expect to get paid, so the team can expect performance and not some diva behaviour.  3 trade requests in 3 years, when will teams finally wake up and give him a minimum contract, he is not worth the trouble in my eyes.

Yes its the way their are, not matter what they claim their are, they dont have any modesty. They are 100% Ego, and they want like a crybaby all in the way they want, and if this its not happening they start to make this things.

Really sad to see so good players wasted for this behavior.

I guess that will happen once you are already seeing the horizon in the midst of the sundown of your career and yet, you still don't have any chip on your shoulder, so now, you will be moving as fast as possible because you just cannot feel that you can have what you want in your present team. But the thing is, not everyone is destined to be a champion even if you were once a monster in your younger years.

And that is what happening right now to James Harden, he just wanted Philly not because he see his chance to win the championship but because he just wanted a way out from the Nets, and now, he wanted to be in the right team that can provide him what he wanted. But I doubt that will happen though, he is becoming a liability instead of an asset.

Part of James Harden’s complaint is the way his contract negotiations were handled by the GM. He alluded to being lied to about signing a deal and getting a trade and now feels he needs to force the situation a little bit. He’s like a mini-Kyrie though. He just wants to play with friends and make millions. I guess I don’t blame him but I won’t be surprised when he retires without a ring.

Mostly probably, they cannot accept the fact that their words doesn't matter anymore as it feels like it don't weigh anything because the team is not hearing a single thing they are saying as the team believes that their time to demand is over.

It's their time to obey the team now if they still wanted to keep on playing professionally, it will be hard for them of course to wrap all these things in their head because they used to be an asset to a team which give them the right to give a call on what they wanted but times have changed, they aren't the ones who they used to be.
915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 14, 2023, 05:11:23 PM
We will see, Fulton is going to public and says that he is not afraid of Inoue's power. So maybe they have a game plan on how they are going to play with Inoue's power or exploit his weakness if they have seen one already.

So the champ is very confident in his ability. Because if not then he wouldn't travel to Inoue's country.

And speaking of that, I saw video clips or at least news that Fulton is already in Japan and most likely he is trying to acclimatized himself already.

That's what some of Inoue's opponents have mentioned before their fights. They initially claim not to be afraid to face him, but once they experience Inoue's power, they often change their strategy and focus more on surviving the fight rather than aiming for a victory. Hopefully, we will witness a different scenario in this upcoming fight.

I cannot even blame them Grin They tend to underestimate the power of Naoya Inoue because judging from his looks, he seems so innocent that he cannot even throw a serious punch to his opponent and his build is not that buffed to be considered monster just like his alias. But all of that was just a ploy to deceive Inoue's opponent because he knew right from the start that his looks are not that scary but when it comes to brute strength, up to this date, nobody can catch up with him.
916  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it Advisable joining Bitcoin signal group? on: July 13, 2023, 09:27:32 PM
Free signal group, you can join. If they later ask you to pay money or luring you to pay money, leave the group.

If it is a pay signal group, avoid them and do not join. If they can trade and make money from trading, they will not ask anyone to pay.

What people are doing is to look for victims of what they (the scammers ) are not professional at and use it to scam their victims.
Joining bitcoin signal group is an advantage especially if there is no payment required from the start until the end. If it’s just a pure signal group without any intention to scam a member, then it’s for keeps. However, if you see red flags in there the moment you set in, then avoid it at all cost. Signal groups can be helpful, but it can also be a reason you lost another opportunity to profit with bitcoin.
917  Economy / Gambling / Re: Impossible KYC Requirements - Stake.com - Withholding $6000 USD on: July 13, 2023, 01:46:05 PM

Knowing this, I personally always advice gamblers to play in small amount of money, if he or she knows there are certain type of document he or she can't provide when asked to, play in minimal amounts across different reputable casinos if you must.

With the availability of numerous gambling sites offering similar games, it's relatively easy to diversify your funds. This approach can help prevent a single site from requiring a KYC verification due to significant winnings. If you consider yourself a serious gambler, having accounts on 5 to 10 gambling sites could be sufficient to spread your bets and mitigate the risk of encountering such requirements.
918  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 12, 2023, 02:30:28 PM
A lot of veteran floppers will have to adjust to this now hehe. Good for the game.
This changes their style of getting a foul so, there's a big adjustment that they have to do especially the ones that do it every game.

That will indeed make the games more exciting to watch, as the mastered "flopping" style employed by some players will be penalized in the upcoming new season. It is a necessary move that the NBA has made, considering the complaints and frustration expressed by fans, especially when prominent floppers like James Harden benefit from unfair techniques.
919  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Anthony Joshua vs Dillian Whyte II on: July 12, 2023, 01:58:02 PM
Joshua can't probably repeat what happened when they first met in the ring. If they had a rematch shortly after their first match, Joshua could have easily won it. But since this is 8 years later and Joshua has already suffered the effects of his first loss and also his back-to-back losses against Usyk, he will not be the same very confident guy. This is more of Dillian's bigger chance for a revenge. If Joshua wins, it will probably be a close UD.
Joshua is likely not the same fighter he was when he was undefeated and a champion. Therefore, I honestly believe there's a good chance that Whyte will be able to level the playing field in the rematch. This would make for a more intriguing anticipation, and we might even see a trilogy of fights between them. If AJ were to lose, it would be unlikely for him to pursue a fight with Wilder.
I agree with you but we will find out after this fight. Looks like this fight has become more popular than a real championship fight, and as we can see this one " Zhang Vs Joyce II WBO Interim World Heavyweight Championship", does not gain more attention than this thread that was created earlier.

Anyway, as per betting polls, "Anthony Joshua KO" still has more votes, so it's pretty obvious that Anthony Joshua is the crowd favorite.
920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Anthony Joshua vs Dillian Whyte II on: July 10, 2023, 03:50:53 PM
On paper, Joshua appears to have the advantage against Dillian Whyte, who is already nearing retirement. I mean no disrespect, as he is only 36 years old, but he hasn't been getting significant fights lately. However, his bout with Joshua can be considered a big fight since Joshua remains popular despite losing his undefeated record. Let's see who will come out on top, but I have a feeling the younger fighter will prevail.
