61  Economy / Economics / Re: UK inflation to top 18% in early 2023 on: August 31, 2022, 03:22:07 PM
The overall cost of Living, electricity, gas, everything is sky rocketing at the moment and this winter is going to be extremely hard as well for the people who are living in the UK but at the end I do think new Presidents will try and solve this so that they get people's attention and also votes thus this seems to be a perfect ploy to have a new governing party since the country is not so bent over to solve them at the moment, remember the words of Boris Johnson, when he said that people should wear more clothes during the winter when the was asked about the rising prices of gas and problem with heating household etc.
62  Economy / Economics / Re: Savings during inflation on: August 30, 2022, 10:19:37 AM
Savings can definitely help you a great deal, let us imagine a scenario when you won't have much saved money but would definitely have loads of commodities, which you can sell during inflation to somehow arrange it, but what you would need is a ' buyer ' during inflation this can be a problem as well therefore I do think you need to realize that no savings are unnecessary, ofcourse the money does not hold the same value as it did 10 years ago but it's still worth something, i always think that property investment would be a great deal! Since this would not only help you to have a better backup but at the same time it would also pave way for the future as well.

64  Economy / Economics / Re: Global inflation rate from 2017 to 2027(compared to previous year) on: August 29, 2022, 06:09:32 PM
When we talk about inflation, there is usually a difference, a difference between " healthy inflation" and a different between " unhealthy inflation".

One can extend this topic to understand the " healthy inflation " according to the federal reserve :

Quote
The Federal Reserve has not established a formal inflation target, but policymakers generally believe that an acceptable inflation rate is around 2 percent or a bit below.

Which means that it's really hard to establish what's going on in today's world and how the government is not being able to handle everything, but with the pandemic and everything in 2022 one cannot just ignore how it can just push everything apart as well.

Inflation ( teeny tiny amount) ~ is parallel to a good economic growth 📈 thus one cannot always expect it to be nominal or none at all. Therefore everything that we are seeing at the moment is extremely unhealthy for the economic stability of the whole world.
65  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: An article on how to be a Bitcoin maximalist on: August 28, 2022, 02:56:59 PM
It's way of thinking, of progression thus at the end of the day there is no way to find out how and when the thinking will change, some people need the ' Learning ' they usually make loads of mistake and at the end they do tend to understand the spectrum of cryptocurrencies that are in the Market, shitcoins are undeniably increasing day by day and they are becoming the key to gaining profits for the wallets since they have considerable amount of change in the buying/selling prices and thus at the end of the day, all the wallets are even burdened with shitcoins as well, for a newbie it would be hard to navigate thus this is where platforms like this can help loads. Helping people navigate through the crypto market would be plenty helpful, bitcoins is more or so the major crypto one needs to focus on.
66  Economy / Economics / Re: Europe's drought the worst in 500 years on: August 25, 2022, 09:28:35 AM
What should be stressed more is the impact it would have on crops which does need a lot of water and according to the source:

Maize
Soyabean
Sunflower

These crops would be affected the most and thus at the end one can continue to see massive inflation on these with the concerned increase in prices from " the Ukranian war " as well, I do think this is not just a problem of weather but also some people are unable to handle heat and thus heat strokes and etc would be quite common in an area whose temprature was otherwise mild before.

Some ethnicities might also have sevear effect as well, other than that this might change the long term temperature as well, even right now the temperature in the UK was way more than the temperature in Delhi which was shocking.
67  Economy / Gambling / Re: Punt.com 🦵💸 | Crypto's Finest Casino | 0% Commission PvP Dice Duels 🚀 🎰 🎲 🔥 on: August 24, 2022, 04:38:49 AM
Congratulations on opening the casino, there are only 3 active users there at the moment what I can see Live, to make the casino even more known on the forum you can try and have competitions as well in the services section, Hopefully the casino will have a positive long term association with the people and the forum.
Cheers 🥂
68  Other / Archival / Re: Leading countries in the use of crypto on: August 23, 2022, 06:16:57 PM
Credible or not the data displayed, maybe to balance also need data too. Because so far I have not taken the time to search and research, of course, not too much against. However statistically the data per country and everything shown is not entirely correct. India, Vietnam, and Russia could have had more dominance. If counted with anonymous users who are not exposed by the statistical media.

I would beg to differ, the data does seem preety adequate, being a long term ukranian resident and an Indian national I can affirm that you will find more people willing to use and trade in cryptocurrencies in Ukraine, ofcourse after the war the Russians are trying to switch to cryptocurrencies to evade the financial problems but even then the scope is limited and thus they might be dominant but Ukraine have been doing it for ages, therefore I do think that the data might be relevant when applied practically, India is diverse in the market but people are not that willing to use cryptocurrencies since government is so against it every now and then it's even hard to find a restaurant in cp which will accept cryptocurrencies.
69  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Influence of "Paid" Streamers on Online gambling..... on: August 22, 2022, 10:14:12 AM
Streamers loosing money Gambling are not really loosing, they are still getting paid for by the various gambling companies thus they usually try and validate their losses + profits on screen but most of the times it's just a muse and thus these people usually try and attract the audience but we cannot rely on their stats provided and therefore what we can do is filter it out, use it for the amusement, like : think about Kanye West he is defo a gambler but he is not paying shit when he is winning/ loosing on a social media because he is indirectly publicizing them thus I do think more or so let's not follow streamers blindly.
70  Economy / Economics / Re: Satellite data finds landfills are methane 'super emitters' on: August 21, 2022, 12:13:27 PM
Now let's talk about something, even though you guys are right, we do know that most rich countries " dump " their waste in the developing or under developed countries, which means that ! The countries getting the dump filled would actually be blamed as the biggest emitter of methane etc.
Even though this would be actually ignored and people would blame poor countries and make list about the biggest emitter of the green house gases like ' methane ' etc. But they would generally ignore this fact as well, so we need to take everything into consideration before we can actually make a usual statment regarding such countries.
71  Economy / Economics / Re: Effect Of Delayed Gratification On Investment Outcome. on: August 20, 2022, 03:56:07 AM
It is indeed very good idea to have a strong mentality like that, But you should understand that delayed gratification generally is associated with a stable life, a stable outcome every once in a while you would have ups and downs in life and might have to take loads of money out from various sources, if you got covid and the overall meds are really expensive then you ofcourse have to let go of that FD that you have been saving for ages. The fact is delayed gratification is amazing but it also needs " no disaster in between the maturation time for either the investment or something else as well "
But it's certainly rewarding to have that much patience..
72  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it me or the private sector in the EU is dead ? on: August 16, 2022, 05:48:54 PM
When you are talking about private sector, you do have to consider what the country has to offer, certain countries in the EU do have a good government system, we can call it stable as well Providing services at nominal prices and thus it is very hard to actually find a way to attract clients with this much competition.

In general Farming shouldn't be dead since with the problem with Ukraine there are immense opportunities for selling your crops and also food to some other country in need, but ofcourse that also needs an already existing knowledge of having a good business establishment, converting the local one into an *international* platform.

I did work for some private companies but it was indeed really hard to actually find some clients for the same therefore I can affirm tbe fact that private companies might face a bit of a problem in the EU.
73  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Myths that we often hear on: August 15, 2022, 09:30:39 PM
Gambling does need special care and when you talk about it you cannot really constraint it into, OCD or even addiction since they haven't really studied about it a lot. Therefore having the right person and also the right doctor who will give right treatment is very essential. Some people might even try and try CBT, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, some of the people are more susceptible as well, some people who are actually taking certain medications or have some other underlying mental health conditions might need more attention as well, therefore it's essential to know the past history of the patient as well, this addiction must be treated carefully, I do hope more information can be sought after regarding Gambling Addiction.
74  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some Tips To Aide Successful Sports Betting. on: August 14, 2022, 02:44:38 PM
I think the main tip would be understanding the basics of any sports and having an extensive knowledge, for example if a player is on top and is most likely to win, then he gets hurt then you must change your bet as well, it's not that simple things keeps on happening therefore sometimes it's essential to know your basics and have a good general knowledge of whatever sports you are going to bet on.

I think it's also important to look at expert reviews, make your decision based on it, you don't really have to bade your bet on it but you can always try and make it better, to improve on it. It's never a bad idea to look for ideas from all sides.
75  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Problem Gambler Feels After Losing on: August 14, 2022, 07:11:12 AM
Well the problem gamblers do have a guilt of loosing therefore at the end they won't let it go just like that they will honestly try and win back as much as they can as well, which will eventually make them loose even more therefore this guilt trip will make them be in the loop without getting out of it as well.

Other than that some casinos might try and make the gamblers even more comfortable even after they might have lost immense amount of money 💰 by providing them either *free slots* or *free bets* or even giving them offers on *hotels* *drinks* etc. Therefore it's very different and as long as you are a problem gambler it's honestly a trap everywhere.
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If There's No Casino Signature Will The Gambling Board Still Be The Same on: August 13, 2022, 06:03:00 PM
I am not really sure, the Gambling board does have new gamblers every now and then and when they see a site investing in advertising and being able to pay money on the forum to make their stand, they eventually have a better idea 💡 about the casino since they tend to follow it. Other than that, casino are investing, some actually for a really long time and if that did not have benefit for them then they would have stopped doing that, time and again we have new and old casinos integrating themselves on the forum and at the same time they are updating their ANN thread and also advertising through the signatures by adding a straight link, it definitely does some good.
77  Economy / Economics / Re: What crisis what food crisis ? on: August 13, 2022, 07:40:18 AM
Hey
Where are you actually situated ?
When one is talking about food crisis it's focused on places that are suffering tremendously, try finding good food, at a staple rate in East Ukraine now, you won't, I remember when the salt was sold for more than *5 times the price in the market since it had managed to balance it out because of donations and stuff but in the east people are still facing many problems. In a Country like India, there isn't much of a problem since most of the population is of farmers and therefore the prices are always nominal and stable, but countries focused on import are facing the crisis at an alarming rate.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your General Feeling After Playing In Casino In the last 10 session on: August 12, 2022, 03:32:34 PM
"Sad, shouldn't play anymore because I keep on loosing"
Honestly am having streak of losses, I was winning a lot hands down and from 10$ I made 50$ and then decided to test my luck a bit more and ending up loosing everything.

This has happened to me before as well since I go crazy one am winning in streaks and then I end up mourning the loss and give up gambling for a while and then use the extra 10-15$ in a month or so. I do think gambling as a whole is honestly a tricky thing and only some of us are lucky enough to win ! Therefore if you are actually one of them then am envious of you!

80  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to play gambling on: August 12, 2022, 05:25:36 AM
The best time to Gamble would be :
1. When you are financially stable
2. You got some savings
3. You have some extra cash in your bank account
4. You are in control of your mental health

I do think it does not matter really when you gamble but first 4 things must be met, You can gamble on your instincts or you can Gamble in a party but eventually you need to see how much time and effort it takes and If you can afford it as well since gambling can turn way unsafe anytime as well.

Stay Safe and Gamble Responsibly.
