421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is fortunejack.com a Scam or are they Legit? on: May 11, 2022, 03:15:15 PM
They are not really scam in my opinion but if you have a case that you wish you discuss you should definitely post in the scam accusation session as well, that would be really beneficial for you.
If they accused you of multi-accounts then you could have done that accidentally because sometimes when the new casino gets started they offer a lot of discounts and people make accounts but forget about them sooner than one might expect. This have happened to me a lot of time therefore I do believe that the casinos should delete the previous accounts or at least send you a message after 3 months. Other than that I do think you have to clear up your cache, unsubscribe, clear up your suggestions, delete history and put on a full reset of your account.
422  Economy / Economics / Re: Adoption and growth of Cryptocurrency and its demand for digital transactions on: May 10, 2022, 06:50:26 PM
I would like to state an example which would help us know the importance of cryptocurrencies which is quite personal as well:
~
When the war started, people ran to the ATM's to get money out and the places like Eva in Ukraine, they were asking us to pay in cash and not even card was being accepted. Even most places, the big markets like ATB they did shut down their card transactions which were resumed after a while but the cash inflow and outflow was halted suddenly. I had nothing, bit bitcoins from the campaigns so I went to the Zebpay app in India and encashed timely whenever needed and could even find people on local bitcoins to exchange for cash and that's how I survived the war and got out with my pets and still waiting in some other country doing all the transactions indirectly through bitcoins because most of the government are of no help in reality especially the UK government.
Bitcoin is very important! I do think ofc the transactions would increase drastically, pandemic and war, it's able to take care of both of it ofc..
423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: WE NEED A HALL OF FAME? on: May 10, 2022, 06:05:20 PM
seems like a good idea to me.
in the past there was that of "directbet"
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1256522.0
which collected all the winners of their competitions, with the closure of their site it is obviously no longer updated

I find it a bit more complicated to create a "multiple betting site" also considering that the competitions/rules change, but I believe that a solution can be found...

If we are actually willing to do that then I do think that we should have a topic where the people can post their best achievements as well and not only that they have to ofc submit their proof as well to make sure no one tries to act funny in the case after that I do think we need to have seperate session for people who have been handling the mega threads as well most of them are doing a great deal. But then again what benefits would they get out of here ? You might have to try and decide something like a trophy 🏆 or some prizes as well which again is not something easy to do. Therefore it's a bit of a problematic situation.
424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Really Trustworthy? on: May 10, 2022, 05:39:13 PM
Isn't it the same with the normal investments now ? There is a lot of economical instability at the moment, did you imagine that there will be a war in 2022?we had no idea about the pandemic as well at the same time we do know that the government is not making that many good decisions as a whole therefore I do think that bitcoins disappearing would be the least of our concerns, the investments would all be affected and at the same time bitcoins is an integral component of some governmental bodies as well therefore if it's shattering the most profitable investment then it's shattering all of them as well.
425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PROS AND CONS OF CRRYPTOGAMBLING. on: May 10, 2022, 05:11:22 PM
I do think we can explore the crypto gambling more in the time of the pandemic since at the end of the day the gambling is an essential entertainment for the some people, its also deeply integrated in certain cultures as well and therefore I do think that crypto gambling, which is mainly online is extremely helpful to control the pandemic as well, you can stay at home and enjoy a game like setting where people don't have to worry about catching covid or the new monkey pox in the UK or the new liver damaging virus in the US.
At the same time you have more options, you can have anonymity and you don't have to worry about going somewhere as well since it's all online, legal, protected by law as well in most countries. I think there are so many things that we can add to it but then again it's way more addictive since it looks like that you are playing games at times.
426  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto Bet: A wider Array of Altcoins are being usef on: May 10, 2022, 04:20:42 PM
Ofcourse.
You have to understand that the transfer fee of Bitcoin is very high as compared to other *Altcoins* who have a much lower transfer fee which means the users might save a lot if they are super frequent with gambling as well. I think other that that you must find better sites to actually get into as well. There are certain sites which can give you better options than the site you mentioned is not looking safe and you can also refer to BTCGOSU for further information about the current sites and you can also try playing on the sites which are using tokens perse. There are a lot of places that you can find using ETH but there won't be conversion possible.
427  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador close to default? on: May 10, 2022, 02:21:27 PM
El Salvador's bitcoin bond reportedly hasn't lured a single investor, and markets are bracing for a default on conventional debt.
The bitcoin bond is set to be September of this year, but I wish Nayib Bukele did not talk in favour of Russia before the war started with Ukraine, people know that Nayib Bukele is supporting Russia. This can be one of the reasons that might made the bitcoin bond success to be retarded or become difficult to be possible as some investors that wanted to invest before may not invest again.

I think they are just trying to get the cheap energy out of them when they do not have many options to sell at the same time making it much easier to negotiate thus the country will have many benefits, which is undoubtedly very bad, concerning the war crimes being committed by the Russians and them attacking for more than 70 days, this is atrocious since last thing that we need is countries supporting*Russia*. Other than that ofcourse if they are going to do that other countries are going to refrain from making any deals with them along with investing in the bonds as well, with the current Trent the bitcoins is a bit down but at the end of the day it's not much that cannot be recovered soon, 4-5% have been normal in the market in the last month as well therefore I do have hoped that we are going to see +2-3% soon that might help El Salvador get some profit back if they choose to invest and hold right now.
428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Khalil Rountree's Bitcoin Awakening on: May 09, 2022, 06:18:42 PM
This is honestly helping fuel the adoption since players are right now accepting the bitcoins professionally and are also showing the support through their Twitter accounts and internet. It's been going on since long as well in 2021 NFL player Russell Okung also asked half of his salary to be paid in Bitcoins. There are so many pro Athletes also accepting their compensation in Bitcoins like : Aaron Rodgers. I also found a very interesting article on the players who are actually paid in Bitcoins right now : https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/athletes/

The acceptance of Bitcoins in MMA has a lot to do with the evolution over the years and also the continuous support provided by other players from all the aspects as well. I think this is quite a good news.
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Ethereum at risk of serious losses on: May 09, 2022, 05:37:51 PM
Now how is this important?
For the traders, for sure but for other holders it might not be matter a concern but it would actually be an *opportunity* for them to buy more coins in the market and trade at a better price since the market is honestly volatile and even if it goes down 8%, normally one can make 4% profit in few hours, therefore the way I see it, is not a bad time.
*It's not on a course of correction*
What correction are you talking about? There is a lot of updates regarding the bitcoin being accepted in many countries at the same time the mining is also being accepted world wide and some countries are also seeing government being engaging in the same..I think what we are about to see is much higher price sooner.
430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler turns 60 pence bet into £157,865.59 on: May 09, 2022, 05:06:22 PM
That's honestly shocking. I do not think that there are places that would even permit a bet for even 60 p most of the times they have a minimum amount that you can bet on, therefore chances of that happening is quite low especially in a case with him predicting every single thing right, god I do not think that luck got a lot to do with it since most of the times it would be *research* and also *knowledge*.

Most of the times even the predictions done by the most experts is not on point but this guy managed to do this much he might as well start a website and people would definitely sign up for it.

That's amazing tho !
431  Economy / Gambling / Re: I miss the old OnChain gambling on: May 09, 2022, 03:54:53 PM
But you have to understand that crypto in the early years was very different as compared to the crypto right now, scams and illegal transactions are always something to worry about and at the end one must always remember that the usage have increased and there are a lot more people who are way more eager to follow up on online gambling as compared to the offline one due to the pandemic therefore I do think that all these additional methods are necessary one way or the other since they probably provide the additional security method that is needed. The anonymity had to go if it had to be widely accepted one way or the other.
432  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC be used as a world currency?? on: May 09, 2022, 02:56:04 PM
When the war gets worse and god forbid , Putin decides to use the nuclear weapons ( which he says he does not intended to but he also said he does not intend to invade as well) I do think at the end of the day the world will be in a chaos and even if this does not happen we are also seeing a lot of mutations, new virus affecting liver, new case of monkey pox in the UK, we seemed to have opened up some kind of Pandora's box and therefore I do think that bitcoins will be the one thing that might provide stability to the people and not just the government, there are plenty of reasons to believe how things won't go right and at that time the economic system will fail temporarily, we do need a backup.
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you want to live a peaceful life? Without drama? Then HODL and enjoy the ride on: May 09, 2022, 01:33:06 PM
Since 2013? That's amazing the amount of profit that you could make by just holding is baffling. Unfortunately I do not have extra money that I can hold and therefore for me I have to sell more of what I have from the campaign to take care of everything.

Because of holders like you the whole network is more or so stable. There are more than 50% major holders and whales maintaining the balance against trading. It's amazing how you held onto even after the high in 2018-19. I have known plenty of people who exited from the whole thing after making slightest amount of profit.

Right now there are people already placing bets on :
1. Bitcoin hitting all time high in 2022
I also do believe that it would be the central body around which the whole concept of currency will revolve considering the adversities that the world is facing right now, from pandemic to the war. It's only going to get better.
434  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Mortgages Let Homebuyers Keep Bitcoin, Put Down Nothing on: May 08, 2022, 09:07:51 AM
When they did that I think they might have seen that the price have gone down by 8% and the current market value is still low. To be honest, I did not expect the volatility to rise that fast since few months we are seeing more or so stable value.
I think it would be wise to make smart contracts before handing it over to the real estate agent or booker because at the end of the day one might have legal benefits in the breach of contract.
Taxes are for sure higher and the collateral part is very interesting since the fact is even if you get your bitcoins back, you can still wait when the time is right for you,no one can pressure you to sell as well, so despite Volatility I think it's a great idea and will help many who have major investment in crypto.
435  Economy / Gambling / Re: crash game some new ideas on: May 06, 2022, 06:04:53 PM
You cannot manually auto-change the house edge because it's set by the website by itself and it's different for a lot of other games. What you can do is manually cash out! Change your bet on a particular crash round and at the same time if you are not satisfied you can very easily check other sites as well whose gaming could be more profitable for you with a better RTP. For me I love crash games but there are few sites on where it would continually crash at 0 which is quite annoying but for some if you go slow and steady , you can make quite the profit. I don't really trust the game a lot now, seems like it's all hooked up to make us loose. That gets us to ur second point 'controlling the game' it must be actually 'fair'
436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: American University, Bentley now accepts crypto's for tuition payments. on: May 06, 2022, 04:58:17 PM
This would be extremely helpful for the people who are international students as well, since at the end of the day they are going to be able to pay a lot of money without paying the government fee. I was in an international institute and there we didn't have to just worry about the fee but we had to also worry who how late it was gonna go and sometimes the return would take ages as well. Therefore I do think that one have to understand how helpful it will be for the international students.

But due to volatility they might have a slight problem as well, since the price is going as down as 8% they might try and encash a big amount after recieving the payment therby making the whole thing a bit complicated.
437  Economy / Economics / Re: Standard of living on: May 06, 2022, 03:27:37 PM
In a healthy economy there would be inflation otherwise every year which would be deemed not only essential but at the same time an integral part of growth, therefore no matter what the circumstances are the standard of living would ofc change especially in the last 5 years, that's drastic, we have not just seen pandemic but we have seen the volatility of prices in the last 3 years and then due to the war a lot of imported goods like the oil are now having a bit of a shortage and thus making things a bit too expensive for the countries who do not actually produce them as well. Therefore in the countries where the government actually did cut forth the exports and at the same time increased the production, they have been able to maintain a somehow healthy balance but in most it's a chaos.
438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Semifinals! on: May 05, 2022, 06:51:09 PM
Real Madrid are the kings of UCL and right now they really have a very good chance of winning the title again, but I personally really hope Liverpool will win in the UCL final this season. I just hope this is the right season for Liverpool to get a lot of titles, Liverpool has a very good chance for a quadruple winner so I personally am very optimistic that it will be achieved because it will be a historical record. Although indeed, to achieve such an achievement would not be easy after previously Liverpool won the title in the Carabao Cup. Furthermore, as we realize Liverpool's opponents in the EPL in the title race are Manchester City, then the opponents in the Emirates FA Cup are Chelsea, and the climax is that in the UCL Liverpool will play against Real Madrid as the team with the most UCL trophies.
Real Madrid have a very good record in terms of Champions League finals so far, they seem so hard to beat by anyone in the final that this season they may be going to extend that record again against Liverpool. Honestly I don't know how they will do it but I believe Real Madrid will win this title from Liverpool even though Liverpool look good to be favourites. However, both teams are equally likely to win the title this season.
I still hope it will be more exciting, their previous Final was not very interesting because indeed the previous Champions League final between Liverpool and Madrid was like a massacre from Madrid.
Now Liverpool are in good confidence and consistency, on the other hand Madrid have experience especially this season because their opponents could be said to be very strong candidates before.
I hope there won't be a fatal incident like the Karius blunder in the final which will happen in a few weeks
I think the outcome of the semi final actually will be more entertaining compared to an all English final. I find citys style of play kind of boring, plus their fans are insufferable. Yes they get the job done, often with overwhelming style, but the final v Liverpool seems so much more open. With excellent attacking players on both sides, it will be a battle of who's defense will hold up the best. The real Madrid team is young with a mix of older players who are finally getting real recognition on the world stage, Liverpool on the other hand have killer instinct and I would place my money on them to be crowned champions in Paris. With the premier league title almost out of reach, I exepct klopp to but all his efforts into being crowned kings of Europe.
439  Economy / Economics / Re: Looks like markets are crashing ! this is it ...it's the big one ! on: May 05, 2022, 06:27:30 PM
No it's not the big one! Market is indeed crashing due to the increase in interest by FED. Same is happening in India as well, after Indian central bank announced an interest increase of 40 BPS points. But such crashes are temporary.

Increase in interest rate forces a segment of investors who had invested their extra cash in stock market. Some institutions who are parking their free cash in stock market, has been pulled out as well. So a temporary crash we are seeing.

That will recover quite soon.

These Fed increase is temporarily going to affect the market because people are right now trying to find the best place to invest but these increase does not mean that the government is actually going to be more stable and at the same time "pandemic is not ending soon" "war is not ending soon" things are already worse and this is not going to mask the situations for long. The market is volatile: excellent for trading!
I wouldn't worry if I were you. Market crashes like this are normal and it'll eventually bounce back stronger later on despite that there are no promises or guarantees about it. For me, it's important that we should always learn how to manage our risks very well. I can see it as a good opportunity to buy since I am actually waiting for the moment on where BTC will be going down even further.

The crashes of Altcoins are way worse as well! They are sending the price down as much as 10-15% which is not really a good idea to invest in but I don't think BTC is going to go that down and we will be back in September October on the max. Range.
440  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cash out issue with FortuneJack Casino on: May 05, 2022, 05:49:08 PM
Problem with the ETH network?
Well I haven't had any probelms with the network or whatsoever, I do think if the transaction was processed they should be able to provide you with the confirmation and you can track it as well. The only probelm with the network I see is the surge of fee that is almost transient I hope. Other than that I recommend you to :
1. Keep talking
2. Open a scam accusation thread only if they don't reply to you on the form personally first.
3. Provide details and more information on your case, most probably provide SC and proof
( Don't worry the casino is not a scam for sure and they would be able to assist you better, I think there might be some issues which the chat assistant might not have a hang of)
"There are casinos you should worry about, fortune jack is not one of them."
Hopefully your problem would be solved asap.
