221  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 27, 2013, 03:11:11 PM
We have 4 company websites that will all be online prior to any marketing to the public.

What about financial report Danny? When? Smiley  I would like to know how much BTC is left in "NEOBEE wallet" from IPVO after investments and salaries in past months, also could this wallet be known for shareholders/public? And how much profit NEO made from clients deposits in recent rate spike could be also useful info too.

Ask for something easy, like more forum "updates". Don't ask for stuff that will never happen.

To be fair, I think it is understandable that a start-up, that hasn't even opened doors to the public yet, hasn't provided full financial reports yet. To imply that Neo will never do so is a leap of an accusation.

Personally, I feel any financial report of the moment would be marginally useful, as it could look totally different next week anyway, and none of the main revenue streams are in place yet.

This gamechanger was not listed on MPEx. The fate of "gamechangers" that fail to manage an MPEx listing is...well...how's the Asicminer gamechanger? From 3 all the way to .3? Not to go into the detail of all the 100 or so other "alternatives".

While I personally would not rule out MPEx as a place to list an offering, I do wonder if the IPVO sales requirements would have been successfully met there anyway.

I'm also not convinced that the ASICMINER story would have played out much differently had they listed on MPEx.

Basically, you are generalizing and mashing issues together to be negative. Your opinion is yours sure, but your reasoning and associations are not sufficient arguments.
222  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 27, 2013, 02:14:24 PM

It is indeed something this Neo is involved with.

Okey ThickAsTHIEVES.....a name you can trust. Thanks for that asicminer scam btw you piece of shit.

Not most fortunate choice of name for someone providing financial services indeed.   Cheesy

Comes from this movie though http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1112782/ Easy find it you do a quick google search.

That is quite an old movie

http://www.answers.com/topic/thick-as-thieves

Haha, it is not a reference to that movie, but from a line in this "older" movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111161/?ref_=nv_sr_1\

The phrase generally means "loyal"
224  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: November 27, 2013, 10:25:28 AM
BitHub is a notorious troll, quoting his posts, and not having him on Ignore, is just contributing to the problem.

Pankkake, again, be careful speculating on the missing details. However, please note that NEOBEE is a profit-share without voting rights.
225  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: November 27, 2013, 10:18:34 AM
Everyone simply must be patient.

Ukyo had promised an announcement early this week, but was unable to get all i's dotted and t's crossed in time. So, Danny has provided the update that Neo will be part of the solution.

The full details will all be announced officially, and to shareholders first, when ready.

Please be careful speculating on any aspects that haven't been announced.

226  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] G.ASICMINER-PT on: November 25, 2013, 11:41:57 PM
G.ASICMINER (Bitfunder)
The offer to convert G.ASICMINER shares is now over. If you still hold any, you will need to wait for Bitfunder to convert them to Direct Shares with Friedcat to do anything with them.

227  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 25, 2013, 11:41:18 PM
G.ASICMINER (Bitfunder)
The offer to convert G.ASICMINER shares is now over. If you still hold any, you will need to wait for Bitfunder to convert them to Direct Shares with Friedcat to do anything with them.

AM100 (Havelock)
The offer to convert fractional shares to AM1/Direct Shares is also over. It went well, so we may offer this option in the future again, no promises though.

TAT.ASICMINER (Bitfunder)
As soon as I can sync up with Bitfunder (this week most likely), we will also freeze TAT.ASICMINER. Any holders that haven't already migrated will be required to provide a signed message from their wallet address on file with Bitfunder.com to claim them. I will still accept migration requests for these until then.

AM1 & Direct Shares
Beginning today, all requests to convert AM1/Direct shares to will now be processed in batches, once per week.

This is being done to streamline the process and better manage expectations, since ASICMINER only processes things once per week on their end anyway.

If your request does not make it into a current week's batch, it will be processed in the next batch.

NOTE: Confirmation emails or status updates on export requests will not be provided until a request is completed.

AM1 import/export for Direct Shares details will be updated to state that all requests will be batched and submitted once per week.

This will be done to streamline the requests and better manage expectations in line with the schedule that Friedcat actually processes batches himself.

231  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: November 23, 2013, 03:20:54 PM
Please note that this not an official support forum.

If you have questions, or seek info/updates regarding NEOBEE, please check your host exchange first, and if the info you need isn't in the prospectus or updates, simply email us.

More reminders will be sent about migration requirements, and I am currently reviewing the official investor relations site that Danny and his team have prepared.

There are a lot of loose ends for us to tie with the recent exchanges closing, but we'll get everything handled in due time.

Thank you!
232  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] [XBOND] Bitcoin's Only Exchangeable Bond on: November 21, 2013, 08:40:52 PM
Thanks folks!

It's officially done, all XBOND units have been recalled and paid for.
233  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] [XBOND] Bitcoin's Only Exchangeable Bond on: November 21, 2013, 07:36:55 PM
XBOND Total Recall

Today, all remaining units of XBOND will be recalled. TAT Investments is grateful to all of those who trusted in this offering, and proud to have been able to have run it reliably for its lifespan, and proud to now be able to settle it cleanly.

We had intended to only buy back the 500 bitcoins worth, and achieved that goal recently, but this afternoon we ultimately decided it would be wise to go ahead and square up entirely.

Per the agreement, we will pay 0.00105 btc per remaining unit. Your bitcoins from the recall will appear in your Havelock account the moment they are bought back. Use them wisely.

XBOND helped take TATI to new levels, and helped make things like Neo & Bee possible. We hope to one day offer a new version of XBOND, should we ever need additional capital again, but at this time we are cleaning house and simply want to settle this debt.

Thanks again to all patrons,

~TAT

Is this still the accurate and correct way to get shares into havelock?

Quote
How to Import Direct Shares:
1. Send an e-mail to fnnirvana@gmail.com & TAT Investments at tat.investments@gmail.com with the following message:

”Friedcat, please transfer (X) of my shares to the TAT Investments account at 1rHfXj4AwH9zymwwJuXnbXLiDbAE9V1uz -- tat.investments@gmail.com”

Also include the following info:
- Your current ASICMINER share-holding wallet address & e-mail address
- The quantity of shares you wish to transfer

2. If the e-mail address  you have on file with ASICMINER is different than the one you use for your Havelock account, you MUST send an e-mail from the e-mail address you have registered with Havelock confirming this import request. If this is the case, please provided a dated, signed message from the host wallet to confirm ownership.
3. After confirmation from Friedcat is received, the AM1 shares will be added to your account within 48 hours or less.

Yes, this is the method for importing Direct Shares.
235  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] [XBOND] Bitcoin's Only Exchangeable Bond on: November 20, 2013, 05:54:39 PM
what's the status of the buyback?

We still have budget to buy more back, for anyone that wants to redeem now.
have you filled the original 500 btc target?  If not, will you fill what you need, or are we looking at a forced buyback soon?

We have not filled the target yet.

Quote
Is TATI going to do any forced buyback of XBOND?
Possibly, we are trying this to see if any mutually beneficial redemptions can be made. If not, as always, TATI reserves the right to to do a partial proportional recall from all holders, or a full recall, at any time.

Furthermore, it is interesting that TAT himself has not replied to any of my comments. Could it be that as a board member he IS INDEED privy of future happenings and trading with insider informations?
Of course his denying it is not plausible because all the other board members KNOW what else is available out there.

How is TAT connected to Havelock?  Other than having a few of his assets listed there?

TATI's only connections to Havelock are in relation to our listings there.

238  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 19, 2013, 08:18:12 PM
Havelock is having an IPO, they are valuing themselves at 6,250 btc.  Seems interesting and thought people here may be interested in knowing about it.

https://www.havelockinvestments.com/fund.php?symbol=HIF

They're valuating themselves for 6250 BTC so 4 300 000 $ ...  Grin  Grin  Grin ... is this for real or bad joke ? ... who the hell will be participating in this IPO now, when we're awaiting decentralized stock exchanges like blockchain based from AM, colored coins and mastercoin soon ? Also their only income is from trading fees. It seems to me like one dishonest action for last chance of taking even more BTC from bitcoin securities market investors, we were witnessing a lot of BS, scams and disappointments in past months, please don't ...

And friendly reminder : This is AM thread.

Will we get official update from Friedcat soon? Its almost 20th.

They are valuing themselves much higher than that. Read it carefully.
239  Economy / Securities / Re: [Bitfunder] TAT.ASICMINER New Micro-share Passthrough on: November 17, 2013, 10:14:21 PM
Just transferred mine as well.  Sorry for being late.
Any idea what we should do with G.ASICMINER-PT shares?  Should we mail DeaDTerra?

For the G.ASICMINER shares, I'd just make sure your Bitfunder.com wallet address and email on account are up to date and in your control.

At some point (I don't know how long, I don't run it) G.ASICMINER shares will be converted to direct shares held with ASICMINER. At that point you could import them to AM1 on Havelock if you want to sell/trade.

However we are offering a fee-based service to convert your G.ASIC shares now, if you don't want to wait: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99497.msg3580309#msg3580309

Questions:

I am trying to deal with a bitfunder account for the estate of my son.  I have access to his bitfunder account.  He as a small (but not insignificant) number of bitcoins invested in G.ASICMINER-PT on bitfunder.  (And, some in JAH and some in ActiveMining.  The rest are insignificant.)

The whole process on getting them out seems kind of murky to me.  To do anything with shares Google 2-factor needs to be enabled.  I try, and it doesn't work.  Dividend funds move to weexchange OK, but withdrawing from there leaves the bitcoin transfer is stuck in limbo.  Requests for help go unanswered.

Any assistance would be welcome.

If you know how to sign a message using the bitcoin wallet assigned to his Bitfunder account, then you'll be able to verify ownership later on, once the asset is frozen and converted to AM100 shares on HavelockInvestments.com

However, if you can get that 2-factor working, it will be much easier and quicker for me to help, as I need to be able to control the shares to do anything with them for you.

You might get some additional assistance by joining the #bitfunder channel using IRC, on Freenode.

OK, I got the 2-factor thing figured out and working.  Not what I'd call well documented.

Shares transferred, email sent.  The email is my son's, but I monitor it.  I'll drop you a private message on that.

The next batch should be processed in 24-28 hours. I'll keep an eye out.
