I've caught up on transfers again.
The inconsistency in the capitalisation of issuer names has now been corrected - thanks burnside for fixing that promptly. I don't believe there was any actual risk (you can't create accounts with same name but different capitalisation) but it removes some confusion.
It's interesting to watch the spreads on SELLING and MINING tighten as, even with relatively few traders, competition forces it. We're already past the point where you can BUY MINING 'hash-power' for LESS than you can SELL TAT 'hash-power' - suggesting that the market's definition of PMB value (in DMS) will be even lower than TAT had already reduced it to.
I'd argue that selling less than I do is playing with fire. If you compete with the costs of actual hardware you will find people buying your product rather than real mining, which will distort the potential for increased difficulty over time. At roughly .03-.035 and below, DMS mining is a "deal" in this sense.

Has anyone had a share transfer done by friedcat recently? I've been waiting four days now on a half-decent sized one, I know they're busy and there are better things they can be doing with their time, but it sucks not knowing if it will take another day or another week. Lots of money at stake with the BTC price volatility. I'm not going to waste friedcat's time by messaging him again or anything, but I'm hoping that perhaps other folks can tell me approximately how long transfers have been taking recently. thanks pm him again to ask if the transferring is done for your xfer, i think he forgot to confirm some that were done.

Please note that soniq tried to sell 100 shares to me then changed the deal to 75 shares once we agreed on a price. Then after we agreed he placed time stipulations on Friedcat to complete the trade in 8 hrs. Then he upped the price on me mid-deal.
Bid with caution.
thread reported to moderator, considering legal counsel Moderators, please feel free to look through my pm history. I've got nothing to hide.

this is funny.
1000 shares = 7.39 BTC 1000 shares daily div = .0322 BTC
Your buy back is 200 x div = 200 x .0322 = 6.44.
You could buy them back right now at a lower price than market!!!!
No thanks, but goodluck.
As I mentioned at least once before, it is not my goal to pull a fast one here. It would be silly for me to close the asset a few weeks after opening it. Also that would still cost me 600+ btc to do, and there are much better ways for me to use that much coin.

Here are the instructions on how to transfer your shares from btct.co ASICMINER-PT into direct ASICMINER shares: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=148350.0This method works GREAT, highly recommended. It is free to transfer even 1 single share into a direct one, but if you transfer more than once per month there is a 0.25 BTC fee, but the fee is waived if you always transfer more than 50 shares at a time. I'd like to ask that anyone requesting transfers try to keep it to 5 shares minimum, 10 would be even better. You're kinda abusing the system otherwise...

Why did the dividend amount drop? Is this share price related or difficulty change related?
All forms of mining are affected by difficulty. As fully detailed, and discussed at length in this thread, these bonds are equivalent to 1 MH/s and paid daily according to the simulated hashing power according to the listed formula.

Any thoughts about a record date policy?
I get a daily backup of all shareholders automatically. I have to assume that the server records the state of shareholders at the time of payout, since it need to make one anyway to perform it. If it does not, Burnside will surely add it now. If he does not, I will have to start freezing the asset for payouts, and recording the list before distribution.
