first of all the 1 million is a complete estimate and it may actually be a lot less than that. also you do realize that since 2008 there have been 15.01 million more bitcoins mined making it a total of 16.01 million. in other words even 1 million BTC is 1/16th of the total number of coins currently available.

i am not denying the effect that a possible movement of those coins may have but it certainly wound't kill bitcoin by making its price drop 99.9% (based on prices you said)

the only thing i can tell you since you apparently dislike it when people disagree with you is that lets wait a couple of weeks and see what is going to happen.

if you ask me the only effect that the China new year can have for bitcoin is a very short lived dump where price can possibly come down <5% and then whales buy the coins from the weak hands and then price jumps back up >5%

i have been buying bitcoin in the past two days silently and whenever price goes to the $830+$20 because that price seems to be a good support level from what i have been seeing in the USD market and from the equivalent values in the Chinese markets.
and we are already back to $900+ for another time.

in my opinion that is not entirely true and possibly never will be.
bitcoin is not a stand alone currency like USD, CNY,... where people earn it and spend it as they do with their salary, as long as this is true we need to buy bitcoin with fiat and because of that we need banks and any bank that starts accepting bitcoin and lets his customer buy bitcoin directly through the bank and even store them there is going to earn a lot of money and become the pioneer in this business.

i disagree with most of what you said specifically the chart.
because it is a correction after a bubble, and a bubble is a normal thing that happens everywhere, the difference here is that people are seeing it for the first time in their lives and never seen any other market to have bubble.

also the term dead cat bounce is mostly for a dying market when price is generally falling for a long time and when it bounces back they call that dead cat bounce. in this case bitcoin has to fall from 900 to 200 and in this period the bounce backs are what you showed in the picture. but right now these are normal spikes due to volatility.

and not to mention that this chart is only showing a tiny part of what is really happening.

well the $600 is simply impossible, don't waste your time my friend. and as for when to buy, it is not easy to say. you should have bought before all this started at $700+ not now.
but if you want you can buy anywhere between $810 and $860 because it seems to be the range that bitcoin tends to go to and spring back up right after.

as far as handling multiple wallets go, it is easy. and if you try it you will see it too. it is the same as what you do in real life with fiat. one wallet in your back pocket, one wallet in your bank account.
here you have one paper wallet and one hot wallet on your pc and one on your cell phone!

and as for price if you are worried then buy bitcoin when it is cheap. for example if you bought bitcoin 3 weeks ago or preferably before that right now you would just put your legs up, relax and enjoy the profit.

there never was "days of 1500% profit or ROI" even the biggest rise in the history (the 2013 rise to $1100) started from ~$200 and that is just 450% rise over the course of 2 months (2013/10 to 2013/12)

and it is worth mentioning the same rise took bitcoin 2 years to achieve with a solid slow rise with a strong buy support.

i believe mainly people are looking for profit, because most of them are seeing bitcoin as an investment anyways. so they are looking for anything about speculation.

but also many newer members are looking for "ways to buy bitcoin" you can also see this in the search term trends from google.

and always topics about security and how to make a proper cold storage is good to read for new bitcoin users.

when bitcoin price reaches a higher price you should start thinking about keeping it safer since it is worse a lot more than before. instead you are asking about the riskiest method of investing bitcoin: mining!
it is risky because of the places that are selling hash rate, they tend to run away too often.
and also even if you buy mining equipment yourself it is not yet good profit.

saying things like 10K price and 1500% ROI (which is $12800) is as worthless as saying bitcoin is going to crash to $50

this is speculation topic and it has turned into a place for people to say random stuff and some others spam FUD...

so far what i see is a volatile price which is the dream of day traders and lots of profit to be made because of this volatility. price is going up and down more than $50 a day and about $100+ the first day.

and in all this chaos price can not remain in $800-900 range which is a good sign.

i am not sure about the exact time they started it but yeah they have been having bitcoin payment for a long time.


that would be a dream come true. google adding bitcoin payment to Adsense is more than huge, it is ultra gigantic

there actually were massive dumps yesterday, but i didn't take screenshots of those mainly because it was night in my timezone and i was lazy. but many dumped big amounts, that i couldn't even believe seeing sold at once like 150BTC at once!
but you see that price has held up and even risen pretty nicely.

but in the end it is your own judgement, bitcoin is going to be always risky i said it when price was $200 last year and i say it now too but i say it will rise a lot more than this till end of 2017

i know for a fact that XBTCE and BTC-E.com are affiliated together. you can find the link to XBTCE on the main site too. but the price difference is strange because i always though they are the same exchange on different platforms! (unless maybe it is coinmarketcap's update problem)

there were lots of corrections! take a look at the charts once again, do you see those dips where the chart is going down (mostly where the red candles are) those are corrections after a rise.
for example in my first screenshot right in the middle of the picture there is a correction where price goes down to ~973 and then rises again.

This might help you see things in a better light:
