ung husay nya at lakas talagang nag iimprove pa lalo.

team nila.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Akaho - December 3 on: October 30, 2022, 04:43:26 PM

I guess Casimero is looking forward to achieve two goals in front of this Ryo Akaho, first is to have his name back in the industry and the second goal is to avenge all the Filipino boxers that Akaho defeated in the process. This is a good fight and it's not that too cherry-picked fight in my perspective because Akaho is also a decent boxer and a good test for Casimero.

I don't know that Ryo Akaho has defeated many Filipino boxers, I thought he is not a good boxer. Well, now that I know about that, I hope Casimero will knock him down so he will get an impressive win. I have not seen Casimero have a close fight anymore as his last fight was boring which was against Guillermo Rigondeaux.

Hopefully this one is going to be exciting, a toe to toe fight is worth watching as always.

It will be more interesting if both fighters will exchange solid punches and both fighters will not be afraid in a toe-to-toe engagements.

I remember that last fight of Casimero from his former division, it was a boring fight because Rigo is not willing to engage just keep running.

Looking to see that with that impression about Akaho he will be more on aggressive side aiming to beat Casimero with a convincing KO.
1483  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: October 29, 2022, 08:17:56 AM

1484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Parents And Their Children In Gambling.. on: October 29, 2022, 06:07:23 AM
Sometimes when children are imitating parents lifestyle they do it excessively. The father is a billionaire he may decide to play gambling with any amount he wants as far as he can afford it.

The way Marcus Jordan went about is gambling is not the best because the amount of money which he used in playing the game. I think he learnt gambling from his father at a tender age, the father didn't do right by showcasing his gambling lifestyle his kid.

Playing gambling as part of their daily lives is only for rich people because they can afford to have multiple games but to those who are just in the middle class and lower seeing gambling is part of the daily routine is not ideal to think it is just like wasting their money as an exchange for their daily sustainability for living, with this case does not matter too much because they have tons of money.

In fact what is happening this world shows that gambling is mostly done by middle to low economy class people because they want to make money from it. Real rich people usually do not gamble much especially if they become rich due to hard work, it is because they are aware how hard their effort to be rich. Real rich people will not waste their hard earned money for gambling.

To follow on this statement, rich people may gamble to enjoy but not to the point to go all in and expect to win huge, speaking
about those rich people who know how to value their hard-earned money.

Maybe there are some rich people who mismanaged their money but it's not the majority, rich people who earn their money from
setting up business are busy to continue making money.

They will not invest their time just to gamble unlike with low to mid people who mostly aiming to have a quick profit.
1485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: October 28, 2022, 11:16:22 AM
I'm sure if he kept his belt, Inoue is already willing to fight him after Donaire. The monster is eager to take all the belt from this division and
that's why we will going to witness the fight with Butler.

That's for sure. I don't even know why everyone claiming that Inoue is afraid of Inoue.

If Casimero just do the right way, he should be the one here and not Paul Butler.

But still, I will favor Inoue to win that match if ever Casimero is his opponent here. It's just that we will be entertained more to fight Casimero against Inoue than Paul Butler as the gap between Butler and Inoue is really huge.

If only that video of Casimero wasn't leaked, we would've had a chance to see Casimero and Inoue fighting for the undisputed title in the bantamweight division but we cannot do anything about it as of now because Casimero was already stripped off his belt that is why Butler had an easy way of getting the belt. Just hold your horses folks, we may see them fighting again soon if Inoue will climb the next division, for sure he'd love to give Casimero a chance.

I guess it's Casimero's fault for having it on his social media account like in Youtube, and this should be lessons for him not to really show everything from behind. If by chance the video is not shown and he made the weight and win against Butler by knockout or decision, he should be in this position right now.

Unfortunately, he has to move on and so he jump to the next weight class.

The odds are still not moving though, Inoue a huge 1.02 favorite as compare to Butler which is 10.00 now.

If you are a fan of high-risk bet, I'm pretty sure that taking a side for Butler will be an entertainment for you, though most of the gamblers will
hold their fund and wait for the fight night to see additional available odds for this fight.

Inoue, on the side note, is a KO specialist, by papers it is an easy fight for him, but ML is not nice based on my personal take, not worthy if you can't
spare huge amount for this kind of odd.
1486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 28, 2022, 11:04:24 AM
We talk about the Lakers far too much on here lol.  I know they've got the second greatest player of all time (Jordan is number for those of you who don't know any better  Cheesy ) and he's quite polarizing, but I for one am excited that there's other teams besides the LA Lakers who are looking exciting this year and have a lot of potential who normally don't year after year (like the Lakers).
It's  because of the drama from last year that has spill over, specially the case of Westbrook, their new coach, and definitely Lebron James. So the spotlight is on their side.

Good game between the Nets and the Mavs, it went into OT, Irving and Durant has a monster game. But Luka takes this game with a triple double performance.

Spillover from the critics and still ongoing because they still performing the same way, new coach can't do anything if the same
performance is what the fans are seeing from the team.

The issue with WB still hyping from the social media outlet, not sure how Lakers management will find the best solution for this
keeping him and keep getting same results from the team will eventually hurt the business.

Moving on with Net vs Mavs, I just notice the defense of Nets. They are really lacking on this part even they've got scoring machines but
without good defense, the chance of winning is slim.
1487  Local / Pilipinas / Re: NEW MARCOS ADMIN, OPEN TO DIGITAL CURRENCY on: October 28, 2022, 10:14:41 AM
In supporting of this thread, ito po yung latest now, Gusto ni PBBM na agarang gumawa ng batas upang maging digital na ang mga transaction sa gobyerno upang maiwasan ang delay, at corruption, kaya sa tingin ko we are on the right track dahil naiintindihan ng Presidente ang technology ng blockchain.

source::  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnx4olT8k2s

As far as I know the previous administration(even before the Duterte Administration) ay pinlano na ang digitalization kaya lang since corrupt ang mga nakaupo ay naging half-baked ito. Hopefully this time ay mapatupad ng maayos at magamit ng matino ang budget for this Bill.

1489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: October 27, 2022, 12:03:35 PM
Seeing the poll in this thread really surprised me that there's a lot here who believes that Bivol will win by a way of knockout or TKO rather than by decision and totally Bivol garnered 20 votes, 8 for that is by a decision over Ramirez's total of 10 votes. This is going to be interesting to see 10 days from now, two heavy names in the LHW contesting to fight the 3-belt holder Artur Betierbeiev if he can win his title defense fight too.

Right, maybe fans here wanted to see a Bivol vs Beterviev match in the future, unification fight in LHW. And although Ramirez is a good fighter, Bivol has the complete set of tools amongst the LHW, very quick, volume puncher and good defense and IQ too. And that's why he is a fan favorite here in our community, and his personality as well, he is not that brandish and has a sense of rumor. Remember after beating Canelo to look at Eddie Hearn and says "sorry for defeating Canelo", hehehe.

People really like Dmitry Bivol's personality. He is humble and honest, and unlike many boxing stars, Bivol is a no bs guy and straight to the point.

I don't know if Gilberto Ramirez is yet to taste the canvas but I really believe that Bivol is capable of hurting him. Bivol is not a KO artist but he was a KO artist before he fell in love with utilizing his boxing skills which is safer than just trading bombs with his opponents. In this fight, I see Bivol as the faster and more intelligent guy than Zurdo. Although we cannot just count out Zurdo too, Bivol was already hurt before and who knows the Mexican can also do that.

Bivol's adjustment really gave him the luxury of staying as the champ, he didn't need to go toe-to-toe
but instead, he used his strategy to stay up and make good punches to earn scores.

We witness that from the fight against Canelo, he just exchanges punches and go to his safe zone so even Canelo tries to engage Bivol just keep answering and keep making points while avoiding the aggression of Canelo.

Not sure what Zurdo's strategy here but he needs to adjust with how Bivol will command the tempo of this fight, better to turn things to his favor.
1490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: October 27, 2022, 10:20:24 AM
Easy, usually the Lakers would only have a good start but will be unable to end with a win, probably because they don't have a deep roster and Westbrook was not playing as well. I would say I miss this game as I bet on the opposite, I overthink so much thinking it's a trap.

The fourth defeat at the start of the season is a very unexpected result, but Darwin Ham is trying to be optimistic, and says that this is only the beginning, and there are still 78 matches ahead, but what else remains for him to do. And according to ESPN Stats & Info, the Lakers have the worst shooting percentage in a four-game opening in NBA history, out of 148 long-range shots, only 33 achieved their goal a mere 22.3%.

That's what their attitude last year from Vogel, that they are not affected and that it is too early. But guess what, one worst shooting game turns into like a bunch and then they got injured or something until they are too deep that they can't recovered anymore.

So hopefully Ham should learn from this last year, they should start to get a win and put it in succession. So that at least there will be no pointing as to who is to blame when we are in the middle of the season and still the Lakers are way below the standing.

Congrats to those who win their bet today.

I remember that when critics throw lots of negative opinions when they form the squad last year, combining all those old stars that will
surround LeBron, back then they can make excuse since both LeBron and AD were most of the time are injured

But this new season is far different from we can see. Both AD and LeBron are trying to win, but the supporting / role players are not finding
the rhythm and the help that both stars needed.

I really don't want to brag WB name, but it should start from him, still early. But if they don't change the system, maybe it will
again repeat what happened last season.
1491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 27, 2022, 09:59:11 AM
The Brooklyn Nets lost against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Desmond Bane is the guy who did most of the damage, especially in the 2nd half where he made 32 points while Ja Morant never stops to amaze his fans with 38 points and 4/6 from downtown.
He's doing better in shooting threes than the previous year. Defenders cannot just leave him alone behind the arc.
I am really sad for Ben Simmons, I think the officials are targeting him. The 5th foul was questionable already and he just spent 1 minute in the game then the 6th foul happened which made Coach Nash furious.  Grin
Good sportsmanship from Kyrie after the game.

The Brooklyn Nets haven't started well into the league this year, either. To be honest Memphis is a good team, Ja Morant and Bane's performance was pretty good. I think it's one of the best playing teams of the year. But the Brooklyn Nets also have a pretty good roster. Despite this, I think it's a bit sad that they are losing the match, actually Irving and Durant are playing very well, but these performances are not enough to win the match Smiley

If you look closely, the Memphis Grizzlies players doesn't rely heavily on their star players and as you can see, most of them can score double digits especially Morant and Bane that is why they can easily deliver their team to a win. While the Nets situation is a bit different, yes, they got a good roster but only KD and Irving are mostly driving the ball and the ones who contribute mostly for the team. Anyway, the season have just started, we will see a lot of improvement soon.

That's a good observation. Memphis rotates the ball and they are finding the right man before leaning to
their stars comparing the system to Nets, who mostly let Kyrie and KD to take over and create their own shots.

There's a big impact when a team rotates the ball. It will be tough for the opposing team to check who's going to take
the shot, unlike with system, where only stars dribbling and taking over.

Nets, Sixers and Lakers are the good examples where most of the time only their stars who holding the ball and making shots.
1492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 26, 2022, 10:55:47 AM
This might end up with one of the craziest seasons in NBA. Why ? Because me , personally , I don't see any team favorite this year and it could go from Pelicans to Bulls , Celtic and back to GSW , Portland or Suns. Even if I didn't mention Bucks , is because as long as Giannis is there , you can never count this team out of winning NBA championship but if Zion gets healthier game by game , Pelicans are indeed a very strong team this year.

True, it's all even field, but I guess this was just the same last year, in the West it was the Suns all the way and then Grizzlies with Ja Morant. Tough battle for second place behind Phoenix but Memphis won over the Warriors.

Same in the East, the Bulls started very hot, then Sixers comes in and the Heat. After the all star break, Celtics had the best record in the second half.

Then come playoff time, the finals goes to the Warriors vs Boston. Celtics takes a early lead, but Curry can't be deny with the finals MVP.

Nothing is certain we are still in the early part of this new season.
I'm pretty sure that just like how Celtics and Warriors did, we might see surprises again.

Fans do have their own opinions and speculations, but the conclusion can only be decided once we see two teams' competition at the finals.

Same favorite and underdog that will perform early pick somehow will give you a huge amount of profits if your chosen team will
win the title.
1493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Akaho - December 3 on: October 26, 2022, 09:51:23 AM
Casimero is still too young for retirement, though I agree that Casimero has no room for a loss in this match, or else he will be another piece to the Akaho Collection of beaten Filipino boxers.

But if ever Casimero loses this match, it just shows that likely, he doesn't have the skills and power to compete at the top rankings or a title match. Casimero is 32 years old and if he will experience continuous loss, it will just put him below rankings or the worst not even considered to be assigned now on any match. It's hard to climb on rank and that will take time as we are not even sure if Casimero can average 1-2 fights per year at the point of his career.

Anyways, let's not talk about the possibility of Casimero losing here because the winning probability for him is decent. However, upset does happen but unlikely not in this match. If this really ends up with Casimero losing this match, I should also say that he needs to hang his gloves now.

Speaking of Casimero if he'll get defeated this time although it's very unlikely to happen, just like you said. But if in case that happens, I don't think he have a future in this industry anymore because where will he go next? Bantamweight doesn't fight him as he'll be having the same issues again and in the upper weight class, he can't give some troubles, so it's much better for him to retire. But just like we said, it's very unlikely, especially now that he himself is looking to bounce back to redeem his name again.

He needed to win if he wanted to continue his journey from this sport. If he loses this one, it might be the end of his career. Maybe he will just continue working with his YouTube channel and try to make money from it.

But on a serious note, Casimero should win this with a great passion to make sure that he will get more money fight and also a chance to chase for the title match, still far though but for sure it's also part of the plan for him to regain his popularity and make more money from this sport.
1494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: October 26, 2022, 09:39:47 AM
Final score: 134-105 in favor of Phoenix Suns, it was a 29 point play and the Suns have won all 4 quarters without giving the Warriors a chance to have their own turn. Klay Thompson was ejected on the game after playing less than 20 minutes because of their heated conversation with Devin Booker.

What happened to the Warriors? they lost to the Suns by this big margin. I can't believe it, looks like the Warriors are not in synch, and they are shooting a very low percentage in the 3-point area which was supposed to be their strength, 10-35 from 3 point area, can't believe it.

Bad night for the Warriors and on the other side, Sun's are doing well, sharing the ball and finding the open man. It's a tough night for the Warriors since they are not in sync and they are really having problem executing and converting their plays.

Just another ordinary day for the Warrior's. for sure, they will bounce back. Just need to talk things out and review replay of the game., adjustment
will be done as expected for the defending champ.

Coach Kerr will re-organize the whole squad and make sure that chemistry will come back. They are all pro and it's not hard for the Warriors to work
things out.
1495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2022 is the time to buy or sell? on: October 25, 2022, 11:41:01 AM
In winter this time I think is the peak to buy. I'm not a prediction expert, but we see the world economy is in trouble right now, it looks like it will impact crypto too, at first it might go very low. this is a good opportunity for us to enter for those who understand.

All this are uncertain therefore you could buy some portion now and wait to buy more if the market does go lower but if it didn't happen then you'll be okay as well because you did buy some tokens during this time. The market has fallen to a certain level we can now call it support. The market falling further won't just be the situation as everything is looking towards a recovering. Bitcoin halving is getting closers as we have less than 2 years to the date. Ethereum merge was also successful and the news around the market are getting positive.
If the global economy stays stable for sometime, this might trigger more positivity into the market and coins would start responding to the positive news as the coins will increase in price unlike now that everything is just flat.

There's an impact coming from the global economy. I see your point and it's valid. If there's a good global economy, the chance of seeing additional
investment inside crypto industry is possible.

We don't know what will be the next market run, but if you believe that the chance to pump is possible, then buying at this current market is
a good timing, just don't go all in save some spare just in case the market is not going to pump and do more sideways.

If you are open for long-term investment, this season is a good one to catch and buy some good assets.

Typo error might be, but like you, I also do not agree with those who keep talking about Inoue trying to avoid Casimero. He already answering
from his social post and he's looking forward to the fight to happen.

It's just that Casimero didn't take care of his weight and that incident of removing the belt for him is not something that being forced but
instead, the organization gave him the chance but he waste it.

Maybe it's much entertaining if the fight happens between Casimero and Inoue, but there's nothing we can do now.
1497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: October 25, 2022, 11:13:31 AM
That was a rough landing there but JC was really get that block from behind way too clean. Well, can't say it was just a lucky thing but who knows? JC has more minutes now compared the last season and I think it befits on him. For Zion, I think his minutes will be restricted considering his last game with Jazz is somewhat worrisome.
That was an incredible block made by JC and unlucky for Zion his landing would probably have hurt him a lot. Too bad again for Zion, he's really prone to injury.
He's got that hip injury that would make his worth low again and not just bad for him but also for the team. The team has waited for him for this season and very likely that he may be in the same situation of waiting again. A lot of money invested on him but if he's getting injury and prone to it, his value will be lower after his contract and much likely that only few teams would take him or worse, he'll be waived.

There is a zero percent chance that Zion gets waived. This injury was due to a hard foul that he had no control of and it was a bad landing. Meaning he’s probably in some pain and will have a hell of a bruise but he’ll be as good as new in a week. A shame the Pelicans have a nationally televised game tomorrow on TNT. I know Zion would’ve wanted to go crazy on TV to let everyone know he’s back. Maybe he’ll play through the pain but I doubt the Pelican staff will take any chances.

To be fair, there was no hard foul, it was a clean block from behind. Jordan Clarkson really timed Zion's jump and eventually caught all ball but unfortunately, he fell very hard, back first and he is on pain in the floor.

Yes, the Pels shouldn't allow Zion to play, just take a couple of breaks and let the back heal in time. It's just the start and we don't like to see him sideline again because of injuries.

Still early from this season so better to sideline him and rest for this one, not that much to affect since they've got a lot of games
to bounce back, they need to play wise with Zion this time.

Fans will not appreciate if they will see Zion's got a serious injury again and be bench for the rest of the season, it's best to keep him
in his best shape, the winning chance is good with him and Ingram playing alongside with Jonas and CJ.

The fight was also listed on bookies now with Paul Jake as the Favorite to win the match.
This fight created a new record for sold-out the tickets, so I think this is the ultimate match where is very waiting for fans. Of course, Jack Paul is the favorite to win, but he will face the former of UFC champion which I think is not easy to bet him on 1 or 2 rounds. so, maybe we will get surprised on the end of fight, so be careful in our bet.

Not just a former UFC champ but also into this sport, Silva is enjoying switching into a boxing ring, and now after that sold out tickets
it is expected to see him performing to impress more fans.

We will see how both celebrity fighters will engage during the fight. What I mean by calling them celebrities is because they are not
really known as a pro fighter for this sport, but they gain interest from the fans.

Looking to see real toe-to-toe engagement, exchanges of real punches that brings the hype for this event.

For the meantime, this fight will be parked unless there's any further news and updates with regard to this match. It will be announced, or another rumor will come up around the social media channels.

And that rumors will surely be circulated next year if Crawford will win against Avanesyan in December and Spence will also win in his next fight.

I just wonder what will happen if Crawford loses against Avanesyan. That's a big news.

Spence might have an easy match for an undisputed Welterweight bout for let's say he will wait for the winner of this match and not fight another boxer yet.

It is really hard to imagine that Bud Crawford will be defeated here, I mean, this David Avanesyan do have a pretty record as he finished his 5 recent fights in KO and TKO but I don't think that he can do that to Crawford. Personally, I'm inclined that this is just like a tune-up fight and others have said that this is just a cherry-picked fight to keep Crawford's flame burning while he is also waiting for the undisputed fight.

I also have that impression while waiting for Spence's camp to sign the deal. Crawford's camp takes this fight to keep him above,
and to add more noise to his name.

But we all knew that we are talking about boxing and this sport also has possibilities to witness upset. I'm just wondering what if
Crawford got defeated do Spence will take the call challenging Avanesyan right away.

We never know what the future may bring, but let's wait for the outcome of Crawford's fight, then see if what would be the developments between him and Spence.

1500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: October 24, 2022, 05:33:08 PM
Yes, I also saw that Bivol is the favorite against Ramirez and it's because of his huge upset win against Canelo. And I do agree that this is the biggest test for Ramirez, but he says that it is not? What gives? Is that overconfident on his part?

Not sure if I will tempted to bet on Ramirez, I have doubts that he can win against Bivol to be honest. Yes he has the physical advantage like height and reach, but I think Bivol is more superior and has the tools to beat Ramirez in a 12 round fight.

I'm not that surprised to know that Bivol is the favorite and not Ramirez, Bivol's name is really hyped these days because of his recent accomplishment as defeating Canelo Alvarez is not an easy thing to do but he did it anyway. Many boxers have dreamt to be in his situation but only Bivol made it and defeated the prime pound-for-pound king.

But we should be careful mate because we might get blinded of Bivol's name as I'm really seeing Ramirez as kind of boxing who is not giving up easily and his record can speak for that. Still, I think it is better to not underestimate this Ramirez though, he barks for sure but we ain't seeing his side yet.

Tough call for you, and I understand that, like what you said, Bivol was hyped after beating Canelo and there's no question about that
he shows his greatness inside the ring, and he defends his belt from this division.

Now, another challenger will try, and I agree that Ramirez's resume is something to look on. He's also a good fighter with decent records.

We will be able to conclude everything after we witness them fighting. They've got enough time to prepare and review every fight that
their opponent got to assess what will be the strategy to use in winning the fight.
