Laziness is actually not a reason to obey the rules of every casino and we only need a few minutes to finish reading all the rules so that we can understand all the restrictions that have been set by the casino.

Well, I can clearly say that I'm not fitting into any of these categories since I don't currently hold any Bitcoins because I usually sell and spend everything that I get every now and then, also, I agree with most of the users here who are saying that disclosing such information can actually be a threat for you since you could become a target for that.
One should keep such things private since that is exactly what cryptocurrencies are for so that you can have your wealth hidden from the general public or even the central authorities that usually know you have money if you keep it with them.

This is awful to see that gambling addicts can go to any length just to satisfy their gambling urge. Why will the casino allow a 65yrs old man to owe them such huge amount in gambling,which led him to this waywardness. I am not blaming the casino for allowing him to gamble because My Yuan should have stay away from his gambling activities,if he don't have money to gamble. This is the problem of taking gambling to be a lifestyle and thinking that you can make profit from it. It will destroy you and bring shame to you and your family.
How would the casino know that the money he is using to gamble has been taken from a person as a ransom for holding their child? It's pure business for them and they will obviously not refuse such money since it is a benefit for their business. Imagine you are the owner of the casino and getting $5m from a gambler, would you refuse it? Never. It's only the gambler who must be blamed for that and now when they are caught doing that unethical and illegal act, they must be punished badly so that they don't think of doing that again, but again, they are old and the court might go easy on them. |

Since everybody had a lot less time to practice and configure the cars.. it may be interesting (and obviously the race too). I think it is obvious that Mclaren improved, but ferrari didn't had improvement as much as they claimed. I mean not the chasis at least, they said they thought about changing that but didn't really happen if you ask me and that is why we won't see them win the race. Pole position is great of course, but I think it is not that important to get the pole position because it would not be a big deal, I think it is important to realize that Charles got the pole before as well, and that means that he gets pole position but loses the race. Red Bull doesn't have a single lap pace, they have a long term race deal, while other teams end up getting slower and slower, Red bull keeps the pace up for a very long time and manage to lap similar lap times for a longer period of time. All in all, I think unless there is a crash or a problem, Max may end up winning this one again. |

Mostly the losses have been gradual and not very big at once, but I remember once I lost a significant amount of money that I don't remember the date to. It was around $200 but it was about 5 to 6 years ago and though it doesn't sound like a big amount, it was for me since I don't come from a very rich family background or from a developed country.
The game was dice, of course, and I remember I used the martingale strategy that used to work for me for some time and I used it again to cover the losses that I had initially, and soon after I realized I'm already out of money with a massive loss streak.

I am sure that it is just fun, but I have seen it in so many places that at first I thought it was a joke, but after seeing it 100th time I wanted to ask if that is true or not. If it is true, that is going to be a big trouble and Ronaldo may leave without a doubt, but if it is fake then there is no reason to leave right away, plus if he leaves even from here, then it could be hard for him to find another club as well.

Investing in an asset as Bitcoin is not gambling, if you have a plan or if you are into it for the long term. Actually, I recall reading some news a couple of years ago about a study performed by some university, they gave some money to gamblers and make them trade Bitcoin on an exchange, they lost all they money, because im the end they did not even have a plan and did not even know how the read charts or indicators. If you were putting money into shitcoins, then I would argue that you are closer to gambling than your would if you were trying to profit off Bitcoin. The difference between trading and gambling is the fact trading is not only about luck, but other economical factors which can be predicted, unlike slots, dices or plinko. You are right, your friends are not. Gamble responsibly and trade wisely.  Investing has risks because there are fluctuations and we can't predict the flow of things therefore we can consider them as gambling. it's important to have a plan in everything that you do so that won't feel lost. That's a nice experiment they conduct there but maybe all of those people involved are unlucky because luck can still make them win even without a true knowledge about trading but if they make things seriously, they can learn trading and multiply that money but they didn't even bother because it wasn't theirs anyway and then their profession is through gambling only. Well, gambling addiction is a curse for sure, and people go so low only to fulfil their desires if they don't have anything left they have for themselves then such incidents start to happen, and believe me, this is not the worst case I've heard and people can steep even lower than this and I'm more surprised because of the age of the suspect.
Usually, people who are younger tend to commit such crimes but this is surprising to see someone of that age being so much addicted to target their own family. Most of the time, people just steal and sell stuff only to feed their lust caused by the addiction.

A good alternative to Imgur is ImgBB, I have used it on both PC and smartphone and it works perfectly fine, apart from the part that it shows a lot of advertisement but that should bother anyone since they are using the free service and they don't open automatically unless someone deliberately clicks on them. To OP, what if someone doesn't use Telegram? I don't think that someone will first create an account on Telegram only to use this bot to get quick links for their posts. It's probably better if there is a website that is easy to use and quick, just like the one I provided above. |

I think most people will be categorized as the researcher investor since people tend to be sure that what they are investing in is actually safe and they don't have much of a risk of losing their money since it is not easy to earn it, at least not for everyone. So, I would also consider myself to be in that category as I tend to do some research before taking such decisions.
I also think that these categories depend on a person's financial status, a new investor is someone who doesn't have a lot of money to invest, an average investor would be a researcher investor, an above-average investor would choose Ponzi schemes and then a wealthy person will tend to do bigger trades or investments.

There are kinds of gambling we play in our local settings doesn't demand the inclusion of money, it's all for the fun that comes with it and it's still regarded as gambling just same way with the superpick game. They're all gambling without or without money involved.
From the local settings perspective, when money is not involved in gambling, we may refer to it as game because we can guess or argue about games of different kinds within the neighborhood, when we put in our money, then we are in for taking the risk and we have set in for gambling because in gambling, you make use of money to place a bet before you can enjoy gambling, here you put in all your efforts towards it and have the potential of winning a particular amount in gambling. I don't understand why some people don't get the simple thing that anything that you do without risking any money or valuable goods or anything at all that is of value to you is not gambling, and gambling is only when you have something staked up that you can lose if you don't win or guess the correct outcome of whatever you are playing. Even if you are playing a game with cards that is usually a gambling game but you are playing just for fun with your friends without anything at stake, that isn't considered gambling, until you guys start betting things on the games you are playing. |

IMO, actually the saying "no bet is a waste" is just a figure of speech. We can interpret the meaning of these words broadly and depend on our own point of view.
Well, referring to what you said. when we bet on the team that is the favorite, or bet on the team that we support, all of that is fine even though in the end our favorite team loses. but because they played well, even though they lost, it was worth it. or we can define it in another way, depending on our own. which at its core, the title of this thread is just allegory. it could also, to motivate us gamblers. anyway, the point the OP was referring to in the thread was to share his betting tips.

Well, first of all, you don't sound stupid for saying that, it is a good observation and has some reality in it, but what I really think is that news, either good or bad, doesn't stop whether the times are good or bad but it's just that the public tends to react to them based on how the market is reacting, that is probably the reason why when there is a bull run, bad news doesn't really matter much or have much of an effect on the price.
The manipulation of the market is mostly done by the whales and that doesn't always involve news but they tend to do it by buying or selling with big amounts mostly, maybe sometimes the news is a plot for the general public to spread FUD and have a better price for themselves.

Everyone is talking about Fenerbahce's title chances or about missing Fenerbahce's title. I think the main thing to talk about is Beşiktaş's second place possibility.
