1701  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lottery system or Scratches finally launched in blockchain! Shocking!! on: April 18, 2023, 05:41:04 AM
In fact, their approach might not be so bad if used in other kinds of media. Because, does the average Joe know that lottery systems in blockchain exist since 2017?

Here in Bitcointalk most members know a lot about crypto and blockchain and what is seen as an innovation outside this circle seems old-fashioned here. And it doesn't mean that, although the concept is not brand new, it can't succeed in another markets with another targets.

All the best from me too. As a recommendation, avoid such dramatic expressions here, because those who read shocking can feel disappointed if the content of the OP doesn't surprise them.
Well, I totally agree with what you said, what I think is that they need a very good marketing strategy and promotional material that will make viewers excited about the platform and the games and products it provides. Even if the business model isn't very new, they can still do pretty well using it if they know how to manage things initially.

If their platform proves to be good, especially with the rewards and interesting games, they might even gain some popularity within this forum as well after they launch the platform and manage to get some popularity outside with their marketing.
1702  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Things I've learned day trading Bitcoin for 3 years (successfully) on: April 18, 2023, 04:34:01 AM
I prioritized Point 2 very well i.e I sticked with my trading strategy having been convinced it workability, when I incur a loss I usually go back and check for my mistakes with a possible amendment to prevent future occurrence, I don't just change trading strategy based on one or two losses, trading is partly mental input plus technically and fundamental analysis thus most trading strategy work well it's only the user due diligence in using it will determine it profitability in a long run.
I never bothered about any influencers I trade using charting analysis relying on candlestick pattern formed reveal alots about price thus wouldn't rely on any contradictory analysis from any influencers.
Though I agree that consistency plays a great role in getting success, I think one should also be adapting to new techniques that can be utilized in a good way only to maximize the chances of gaining better results. Maybe don't change the existing strategy or get influenced by anyone, but one can keep making updates to an existing strategy.

Or maybe one can also try something different at times only to see if that works or not, but only with a small amount if you are not very confident and don't have enough knowledge about it. I believe change is required over time, for whatever you are doing, or you may stay behind while the world moves ahead.
1703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: April 17, 2023, 07:06:03 PM
As Qatar is a Muslim country, their rules can be very difficult for people from other countries. But this is their rule. But since the next World Cup will not be held in a Muslim country, football fans will probably get a lot of freedom. However, those countries may impose some regulations on safety.
That is a must, there is no doubt about it. I understand that some countries may have some different rules than others, but one thing that is surely the case for every single nation in the entire world is the simple fact that when you get maybe millions, if not at least tens of or hundreds of thousands of people into a nation to just have fun, there is bound to be some trouble.

It's not even just about drinking, although that does make it harder of course because of what it does, but even if there are zero drinking, if you bring in 100k+ people together to just have fun, there will be some case of chaos, and you have to control that very carefully. So each nation that hosts, should spend the most money on security without a doubt.
1704  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: April 17, 2023, 06:29:39 PM
There are so many local games that cam be added to a casino portfolio of games that we gamblers would love to play even though we don't have much knowledge about the game. I love exploring new things and I think crypto casinos too should endeavour to be updating there list of games so that it can attract other gamblers that love to play new games or take part in a new adventure. I have seen list of codes of new games that are very good and will be more profitable to casinos if they employ them to there site for gamblers to play and bet on it.
The thing about local games is that most gamblers will not be able to play them or they will find it hard to master the games since they've never played them, and people mostly tend to play games that they know pretty well, especially in gambling since they are betting real money in those games and no one would like to play a game they don't know with real money.

Most online casinos operate on a global level, and they have players from all around the globe, and that is probably the reason why they never think of adding local games to a single locality, they can't add every game of course since there are a lot.
1705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 17, 2023, 12:43:21 PM
New Zealand prefer IPL over this series that's why they are getting such results, as almost all key players are busy playing IPL. If this continuous then very soon players will be busy playing T20 leagues and national team will be left at the mercy of new players. Anyways its good for Pakistan to improve there stats against new New Zealand side. Pakistan already 2-0 in the series and today we have 3rd T20I today, odds are defiantly in favour of Pakistan but still place bet after making necessary research.
CNZ was committed about this tour of Pakistan but at this point mostly New Zealand top ranked players are involved in IPL because they have better money from this league, and we have few boards those can't force their players for any tour this all create mess-up just because of this New Zealand selectors send this team with their reserve players which are not capable of competing with Pakistan first priority team and lost these two matches badly most chances we will have this series one-sided because Pakistan is involved with their all top players which are giving their best and difference is surely having his own impact.

Weather conditions are also not favorable for them as well because right now we have heat which is hurting them badly as this is their off season, and they are still playing in Pakistan just because of their commitment.
1706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can owning 1 Bitcoin make you rich in 2023? on: April 17, 2023, 09:09:35 AM
Well, it basically depends on where you live and how much money is considered rich in your country/region. The definition of being rich is probably different for different people living in different parts of the world, so it's not really guessable if a person will be rich by having a certain amount of money if the place of their residence is unknown.

And financial freedom doesn't only mean having a lot of money, especially when it comes to Bitcoin. Financial freedom also means that you are totally free to spend your money anywhere you want without any restrictions or problems or being questioned by anyone, and by anyone I mean a central authority.
1707  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: April 15, 2023, 04:31:21 PM
omg united 2-2! and of course there had to be 2 own goals😂 I had bet on United and Juventus and was once again disappointed by United 😂
Never feel the most disappointed, friend, because I also have a feeling of disappointment over the results of the Manchester United match yesterday.
I've bet on Manchester United a few times lately and only won 2 times but I don't really regret it because part of the bet is from the monthly bonus money I get.
But the disappointment of losing to Manchester United can be a valuable lesson for me that a team that looks strong doesn't necessarily play well on the field and we have to really do research to put the team on the line.
I think regret and disappointment are very close to each other. Surely we would have done it again if we had the chance, it is not like we would have guessed it could end in a draw, there are surely some people who did but I do not think that it should matter that much. I personally feel like the best thing to do right now would be just focusing on how we could have fun, and own goals after own goals, having this type of game was definitely entertaining so we shouldn't be disappointed but more like have fun watching it.

All that aside, I think it is important to also realize that you can regret it, but not really have a huge reaction to it, just like "meh" and move on, that is how I approach the losses, I regret them not ignore them.
1708  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blockchain Casinos - Consumer's Choice 2023! on: April 15, 2023, 10:14:11 AM
The list is very limited and my favorite online casinos are not available, the only one I have used before was Stake.com and that will be my number 1 pick on your list, there are others I prefer over Stake.com but since they are not on your list I have to go for Stake. I have never used the other casinos on your list. Here are others like Roobet, Rollbit, and Duelbit, they are wonderful online gambling platforms.
The OP should add more in his list. As the choices are very limited, it is understandable that all voters will select for Stake.
If he wants a more general opinion of the forum users, at least put up all popular casinos found in this forum.
Hope the OP will rectify the list as soon as he can. Such list is very short to get the over-all sentiments of forum gamblers.
Also, he may not get the actual answer based on what is really good for a blockchain casino as voters may have the possibility to select the casino they are promoting here.
Stake is the leading now but not all people prefer them like the user that you quoted there. BC.game has lots of supporters. In the gambling sites that I visit, there's always people who talk about BC.games. Cloudlet is also a famous gambling site here in the forum. I can feel that these three are going to be on the leading vote but the other two are going to be left behind.

There might be reason on why the OP have came with such a list. Could be that it was sponsored but I check his other post about casino awards, and he include more sites there. By there, I see that stake have won for 2 years straight. Let see if they still gets it. Majority of the users here are carrying a sig on their profile but many of them are not biased so the competition can still be fair.
1709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Online casino always take risks? on: April 15, 2023, 05:49:15 AM
Unfortunately there are many gamblers out there that are not as cautious as you are and decide to use a big amount when trying a new casino and they end up regretting this decision as they get scammed.

Which is not surprising as when it comes to new casinos we do not have enough feedback to know if those casinos are legitimate or a scam, so even someone which went through the trouble of doing their own due diligence will not find enough information online about that casino, making them more susceptible to get scammed.
It's basically greed that makes people use new casinos with big deposits since those casinos promote big bonuses in their advertisements and those with high greed start to imagine that they will win big by claiming that bonus but it actually backfires and they get scammed even if they manage to win something extra with the claimed bonus.

One should simply use an existing platform that is trusted and already has a reputation within the community to stay safe from such things, if it's just about the bonus, I don't really think it's worth it considering you will lose your deposited money only for that.
1710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tilt in gambling on: April 15, 2023, 04:31:40 AM
Oh, I see I mostly get texts from guys who are in subscription campaigns) It looks like I've become a source and place for texting ...for your subscription campaign assignments  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes    I hope for your sincerity and that you have a good experience in gambling
That doesn't sound sweet coming from a guy who is wearing a paid signature himself which is not yet paid since he applied for a campaign without having earned 5 Merits in the last 120 days Roll Eyes. One shouldn't blame others for something that he does himself too, that makes you a hypocrite.

It is better if you just accept the fact that you are also fond of signature campaigns since you want to get into one yourself to earn money while you post around the forum, so better not to target others for doing that Lips sealed.
1711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 14, 2023, 06:49:30 PM
That's pretty cunning. Gamblers are usually compulsive in nature, who reads tnc? I have been to a few casinos, they didnt have such conditions and honestly never in my wildest dream would expect my own money to be locked.

I assumed these roll-over requirements only applied to bonus given and not to your own deposited money, your own money should be available to withdraw anytime/anywhere because well it's yours.
Actually, as soon as it's deposited in a casino, it's not your money anymore, lol.  Grin Jokes aside, you are right that one should have no restrictions on the money that has been deposited, or even if they do have such requirements, it should be higher than 1x of the deposited amount which is reasonable, but 5x is way too high and a gambler will probably lose the money before that requirement is filled.

And that probably is the motive behind this rule, so that a gambler that deposits money should not be able to take anything out unless they are extremely lucky to complete the 5x wagering requirement and still have anything left to withdraw.
1712  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: April 14, 2023, 03:08:42 PM
That must be really hurtful. Imagine you are aiming to earn only $14,000 and you lose your entire $14M that really was painful to read, what more if you are that player who lose it. If I can remember there are also some user who are using this strategy on the crash game but they didn't place a million bet but maybe around $10,000 and aim for 1.01x or 1.1x though that was a low odd there's really a chance that you could lose from it.
Though Crash might seem to be the easiest game to get a 1.01x or 1.1x, it can be deadly as well. I've seen it happen myself, though my bet wasn't really big as I was just trying the game at a new casino that I signed up and I was playing with a bonus, I've seen it crashing even before starting, and that is when people lose everything they've betted on the game.

The best thing is simply to have a limited budget for your gambling activities, if you are well-doing, you can have a daily budget, and if you don't earn that much but still love gambling, you can have a weekly or a monthly budget which if you lose, you won't gamble more in that week or month.
1713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL on: April 14, 2023, 01:31:44 PM
It looked like an easy win for Gujarat Giants with the batting from Shubman Gill. At the end over the match became interesting with the bowling from Sam Curran. Finally with a ball left, Gujarat Giants recorded its win and stays on the third position on the points table based on net runrate.

Shikhar Dhawan couldn't able to perform good and most of the players that have contributed for the 153 runs played as if like playing ODI. Punjab Kings were in good position and it needs improvement from the players. In particular the stabilized performance is more required to keep its hope of moving to the top 4 position.
Surely this was easy win for the Titans as Gill was doing amazing job and leading his team from the front which helps them for having third win from their fourth match the target 153 was really not enough for PBK as they lost few early wickets and Titans bowlers were also on their strategy which helps them for not allowing PBK batsmen for playing freely or having anything difficult for the winners.

In 19th over Arshdeep Singh done decent bowling and give just 6 runs which create some hype but still this was not enough for the PBK to have any chance in this match with the presence of Miller and Tewatia.
Now after few hours we have another exciting match with high-flying KKR going to host SRH which have their first in last game against PBK.
1714  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market is seasonal on: April 14, 2023, 09:31:22 AM
If you expect the market to behave exactly the way you want it, sorry but you will never be able to get that. There are multiple reasons why a market behaves in a certain way, and behaviours tend to change over time, just like how a human cannot always stay happy or sad, the market cannot always keep going up or constantly go down.

That is the reason why it is called unpredictable. And of course, everyone has to suffer from losses, no trader can claim that they have never had to face a loss in cryptocurrency trading, especially if they were not experts as every expert was once a beginner.
1715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Premier League #IPL on: April 13, 2023, 05:10:30 PM
After having few entertaining matches right now we have another one-sided match with disciplined bowling from GT give them good advantage and now their batsmen are also doing good job for the third win of this season from their fourth match after winning toss a good decision by Hardick Pandya to bowl first give them good advantage, and they take few early wickets specially inform Dhawan were cheaply bowled out by Mohammad Shami which helps them for restricting PBK for having target like this 153 all bowers were on target.

Now as they were chasing this target lost two wickets with 91 runs in 12 overs mean things completely under their control Gill and Captain Pandya both are at crease which mean we will have early ended of this match as well.
1716  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Life is good with 250 units of bitcoin; early opp. on: April 13, 2023, 12:18:34 PM
When I first came to know about Bitcoin, it was priced at around $400 if I remember correctly, I don't remember the year though. No one told me about it to be precise, but I found out about it from the internet when I was searching for opportunities to earn money online, lol, one of the biggest reasons why newbies think that Bitcoin is a way to get rich.

At that time, I couldn't afford to buy Bitcoin, nor I had any idea what it is and how it works, and whether it is something that can grow this high in the future, but I did some research and new that it is something useful, so I used to claim free Bitcoin from faucets. I was only able to purchase Bitcoin years after that when the price was already pretty high.
1717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: April 13, 2023, 09:44:03 AM
Slots from any provider or at any casino have a slightly higher house edge than any other gambling game, so it's obvious that you will lose more than you win unless you are too lucky and hit a very huge multiplier at the start of your spinning session and then you simply exit and withdraw the money you have just managed to win.

But that doesn't happen all the time or to everyone. I personally change the game if I don't hit a normal win within 10 spins or so, that makes you feel like you are not going to get anything from there. I also take breaks, like 10 or 15 minutes off, and then start with another game to try my luck again.
1718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ridiculous Bets that disappointed you on: April 13, 2023, 08:45:59 AM
I get the most frustrating bets when I play "Crash" .... Example : I will constantly bet say $1 on Crash and my highest multiplier will be 2x and below on my wins, but the moment when I drop my bets below $0.05 it will go up to 50x or 100x at it's highest wins.

Then, when I stop betting ... it will hit the 2000x or some ridiculous multiplier just to tease me into betting more. I know this sounds crazy and they use one seed for everyone playing on Crash, but this is my personal experience.  Sad
Lol, that happens with me too, a lot. It was just yesterday when I was playing Crash on TrustDice with an initial bet of $1, I set my auto cash out at 2x, but I usually cash out before that, so sometimes it crashes even before 2x, but at times when I have cashed out already, it goes beyond 200x or something and I feel very bad for why I cashed out so early.

But that is just how much we basically are destined to get, even if I wouldn't set an auto cash-out limit in the hope of getting a higher multiplier, it would probably crash before I would press the cash-out button and the result for me would be zero instead of something at least.
1719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 13, 2023, 05:40:20 AM
You said it yourself, it was your fault that you didn't bother reading the complete terms and conditions before going ahead and making a deposit. A trusted and reputable casino shouldn't have a wagering requirement for a normal deposit of about 5x, most of the time they don't have a wagering requirement for deposits but even if they do, it shouldn't be more than 1x of the deposit amount.

So in a normal casino when you deposit $1000, you will be required to have a wagered $1000 before you can request a withdrawal, even if the withdrawal amount is higher than the deposit, if you have met the wagering requirement, you should be good. If the amount is too large, they might ask for KYC.
1720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: we don't have proper education on bitcoin. on: April 12, 2023, 08:29:30 PM
It isn't only because of lack of Bitcoin education, but because of lack of education in general. A very large population of every third-world country is in the lower middle-class category that mostly doesn't have good devices or barely has access to good internet connections, and we all know that Bitcoin cannot be learned or used without both of these things.

People from Europe or America have proper education and all other facilities as well which makes them way ahead for things that are only available online, sometimes, even things that are also available in real life tend to reach third-world countries very late.
