Falling below $4000 is still possible but is already remote to happen in the years to come because of halving. Halving will make the price of bitcoin higher in thenext few year because its supply will decrease and its demands still increasing. Many fudsters will try to bring down the price of the bitcoin again in the future but the lowest it can go down might be$4000 to $5000.

From $3200, the price of the bitcoin goes up to $8500 at the present. I think what we have now is a mild bullrun and it is slower compared to 2017 bullrun. This price rally might continue till the end of this year unless there are some unforeseen events that might slowdown the uptrend. On investing in other coins, i think the top 5 coins are good bets because they will surely go on uptrend also during bullish market.

There are recent and upcoming developments related to cryptocurrencies that may affect the market positively and this is one of the reasons why some coins like bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum are going up. The return of investor's confidence might also boosted the price because there is a report that institutional investors are returning. The result is better cryptocurrency market this year compared to bearish 2018.

Bitcoin has a fixed numbers so there is a possibility that someday that miners will finally mines its last block. Unlike fiat which can be minted or produced by any central bank, bitcoin has to be halved to prolong its mining and produces more bitcoin on a limited basis.
