421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop panicking start believing! on: October 22, 2018, 03:26:34 AM
Yes i dont usually panic when the market and the price is falling down, because these are just normal situatuons in the crypto world. Just believe that someday cryptocurrencies will be legalize and acceptable in every country.

The kind of investors or traders that mostly panic are the beginners or newbies because they still lack the knowledge of even basics of  cryptocurrency. The best thing to do first when you are new in this in this high risk and unpredictable world of virtual currency is to educate yourself and gain some skills and confidence. Panicking during a price downtrend is a sign that person need to learn more on how the cryptocurrency works.
422  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I stop trading in this bear market? on: October 21, 2018, 01:33:53 PM
If you don't have the skills to trade in a bear market and still losing many trades then it is time to stop and continue learning some technics on how to make profits even during bear season. Both bear markets and bull markets represent big opportunities to make money, and the key to success is to use strategies and ideas that can generate profits under a variety of conditions. This requires consistency, discipline, focus and the ability to take advantage of fear and greed. So education that couples with actual trading is still the best way to become an skilled trader for both market situations.
423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to store some Bitcoins? on: October 21, 2018, 12:40:56 PM
Bitcoin price is now lower if you compare to its price last January and there is a possibility to go down more then back to uptrend again before the year end. Its present price can still a good buy if you are planning to invest for long term because the bullrun in these quarter is still uncertain. Put your mindset in a long term growth instead and keep on hodling till your target is met.
424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum prices disappoint you again? on: October 21, 2018, 12:09:35 PM
A few days ago the price rose slowly but this did not last long until the price returned badly. Why?

Like bitcoin, it's also a bear season for ethereum and it may also last for some months or a year before it go back to recovery. Investors of smart contracts-based cryptocurrencies like ethereum, neo and eos are now have more choices to choose from and this is the reasons why some of them had transferred their funds from ethereum to the other coins with similar kind of features. But I believe that ethereum price will go up again if the confidence of the investors is back for the top two coin.
425  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of virtual currency like bitcoin ? on: October 20, 2018, 06:28:22 AM
It's hard to say how great the future of bitcoin and all the crypto currency will be, but I can say for sure that the crypto-currency market is developing and spreading.

The full adoption of bitcoin by many governments and businesses will make the future of cryptocurrency a promising one. Bitcoin and other well known coins will lead the era of digital currency if they are finally recognize by many governmens. Cryptocurrencies are wealth-giver to those who already made fortune by investing on it and this would be the reason why many investors, both old and new, will continue to buy cryptocurrencies in the future.
426  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the price of bitcoin rapidly going down on: October 20, 2018, 06:11:37 AM
After a year of robust growth, bitcoin will go through a price decline that would last a year or more like what akready happening this year. Bitcoin is mostly bearish since it price started to go down at the start of this year and it would likely continue if there are no positive events coming in this last quarter. The uptrend that happened last week are only upticks and are not capable of starting another bullrun. Price manipulations are also possible in this kind of sudden price increase.
427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin? on: October 20, 2018, 05:33:12 AM
There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

The number of cryptocurrencies keep growing but only few of them are of good quality. These coins of good quatlity might one day replace bitcoin in its top ranking. Some altcoins have been trying to outrank eachlike ethereum and ripple but their market capitalization are still small if you compare it to bitcoin. But these promising aktcoins including the ones that has yet to develop will one day pose a threat to bitcoin'sposition as the top rank cryptocurrency.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It can still happen again on: October 19, 2018, 01:13:42 PM
It's been bearish since bitcoin started to go down last January with only few price upticks then followed by falling again. There are some factors needed to make the bullrun happen again before the year end but no one can tell if these needed growth factors will going to materialize in the weeks to come. Bitcoin continued to stay below $7k after a short uptrend several days ago and might go down more before going up again according to some crypto experts.
429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks will always be against cryptocurrencies? on: October 19, 2018, 12:40:28 PM
No, I don't t agree with the comment that: Banks will always be against cryptocurrencies . Because, in the future bank will apply more blockchain technology in their process of transaction for customer's satisfaction.

I also agree that not all banks are against crypocurrencies because also planning to include some of the coins in their system. The world bank had already acknowledged the possible effects of cryptocurrency in the future and some big banks and technology services companies are also realizing the great potential of both cryptocurrencies and the underlying distributed ledger technology behind them as important assets for their organization. These banks can utilize these coins or tokens to improve their services in this digital era.
430  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do with the current market? on: October 18, 2018, 12:30:57 PM

Looking at the current market, many people are disappointed in the market price, bitcoin prices stomping at the $ 7000 level, altcoin prices are falling deeply. Recent good news, however, shows that the market continues to grow and has great potential in the future. What would you do this time: Buy bitcoin, buy altcoin or do nothing?

Still the best strategy for this kind of market situation if you are holding some coins is hodl wait for the right time to sell. Prolonged bearish market are still normal and it is due to the sluggish growth of the cryptocurrencies particularly bitcoin. During this downtrend, many coins with big potential to go up in the future becomes cheaper and affordable to many investors so it is a good opportunity to buy more coins if you have still more funds to use.
431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin prices remain the same until next year, will it be good for the crypt on: October 18, 2018, 08:29:51 AM
I noticed that for the past several months, bitcoin is having a difficulty in going beyond $6000. There are only few short uptrends happened then the price goes down again in that price level. Unless there are positive developments in the next several weeks or months, the price of the bitcoin might remain in the $6000 to $6700 range. The approval of some bitcoin ETFs might boost the crypto market but I doubt if it capable to start a bullrun.
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should governments accept Crypto currencies? on: October 17, 2018, 02:36:47 PM
It will be difficult for the corrupt politicians to use bitcoin in their illegal activities because it can be traced easily by the investigating authorities. But I think there is one reason why some governments won't easily accept cryptocurrencies is because of the coin's lack of central authority. In other word, decentralization is the primary reason why Igovernments are afraid of the cryptocurrency. The government can't effectively regulates and enforce monetary laws on the cryptocurrency to protect its economy and people from possible effects of volatility and and illegal uses.
433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still HODL? on: October 15, 2018, 05:55:19 AM
I'll continue to hodl my cryptocurrencies till the next bullrun. I believe bitcoin and other altcoins have their own time for going up again and I must patiently wait for it. Bear market is also the best time low priced cryptocurrencies and tokens but we shoud make a research first before before investing in any coins. This is to find the potential coins for long term investment that will give profits in the future.
434  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you stomach the dips? on: October 14, 2018, 08:14:06 AM
How do you deal with 20% plus drops. Do you try to sell at the top and buy back in? are you a hold on for dear lifer?

Many newbies in crypto trading might be selling their coins in panic on that kind of price drop but if they are already experienced traders or investors, they would going to hold their coins and wait for another round of price uptrend. Holding is still the best strategy to recover your investments and I've been doing it since I started to invest in cryptocurrencies.
435  Economy / Economics / Re: Will governments create their own cryptocurrency that will replace fiat? on: October 13, 2018, 01:58:33 PM
It will takemore years before cryptocurrency replaces fiat even if the government decides to create its own cryptocurrency. Many people would not easily accept any drastic changes in their mode of payment and transaction and there is a need to convince them first to shift to digital money. In the wealthy countries like Japan, USA and Germany, the change to digital currency might be faster than any countries in the third world because the technology to support digital money are already in place.
436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government trying to stop bitcoin, what I see on: October 13, 2018, 11:12:07 AM
I'm not sure if the government wants to stop Bitcoin. Just the appearance of bitoin definitely makes adjustments to the country's economy, since transactions are not tracked and there is no tax charge. And so I think specifically the government does not do this.

What I know is that only few governments are against bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and most of them wants to allow it only after they impose regulation on crypto exchanges. Those coutntries that banned the bitcoin are either not yet prepared to deal with it or have their own national cryptocurrency in the making. Tax will be inevitable if the government in some countries decides to legalize bitcoin.
437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are old coins no more profitable on: October 12, 2018, 08:51:18 AM
I am not sure that BTC for example is not profitable any more. Old coins are profitable and what is more they are more valueable than new ones thank to their experience on the market.

I agree, I think all of them are still going strong on profitability because many of them have been tested or proven when it comes to earning profits. The oldest of them is bitcoin, which have been criticized by some well-known people in the crypto world for bieng old or outdated technology but until now, still holding the top position with the biggest market  capitalization that some coins with newer or better technology are trying to surpass.
438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin in Southeast Asia be legal? on: October 12, 2018, 08:14:51 AM
Because to my knowledge there are several countries in southeast asia that have not legalized bitcoin. And what is our endeavor for bitcoin in southeast asia to be legal like any other country (which has legalized bitcoin).
Will the impact be positive or negative?

There will be no negative or positive impact in the cryptocurrency if a country will not legalized bitcoin but banning or legalizing it would be. When China banned bitcoin, its price dropped shortly but it also recovered later, legalizing it will push the price up. Here in my country, we have a crypto friendly government and there are already steps made by the financial leaders for the possible legalization of bitcoin in the future.
439  Economy / Economics / Re: Please, we should not totally eliminate fiat currency on: October 12, 2018, 07:38:14 AM
Fiat money is our traditional way of transaction were we are and fiat is acceptable to all nations even in rural places so fiat is not merely replacing because of OP said that their is many places that to internet connection or what should I say is digital things so if they wan't to use digital money its hard to them.

Majority of the people around the world used fiat for their daily transactions and they preferred it because it is more convenience to them to use than the digital curencies that are getting popularly use in the modern cities or in the wealthy countries. A lot of people still don't know how to transact online and the internet itself is not yet widely use in their countrysides so fiat will still be their preferred choice of transactions. Fiat might also going to coexist with cryptocurrencies instead rather than eliminating it.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still HODL? on: October 11, 2018, 01:50:33 AM
The season of hodling is not yet over and it is even prolonged due to the continuing bearishness of the market so I decided to hodl more. If you don't to lose your investments by even a fraction of it and you still believe that crypto will go up someday then hodling is the only choice. Keeping your coins for a long time is not an easy task, you must have enough patience for waiting and an ability to fight a temptation to sell your coins while holding it.
