Ethereum price fell by more than 40% in the last two weeks, from $470 to $260 or below $300. There are also indications that the price of 2nd ranked cryptocurrency will further go down in the next few days. This dip was a surprise to some eth holders because they expexted it to rise in the 2nd half of this year but it goes down instead. It is now uncertain if ethereum will still manage to go up before the year end but I believe it will eventually recover like what it did in the past.

If the world is ready for cryptocurrency then the mass adoption should start soon. But there are still some government that bans cryptocurrencies in their country and other imposes strict regulation on crypto exchanges. I think it may take more years before cryptocurrencies will eventually adopted and use by people in every country.

It's been my plan to invest in some cryptocurrencies and join the trading later so I joined the bounties more than a year ago to earn some cryptocurrencies for my future investments. I managed to some coins  but I'm holding them instead of joining the trading because of lack of available time. Cryptocurrencies particularly bitcoin has helped me to improve my financial status and I'm also to invest in the future. Dealing with crypto investment is really risky and you may lose a lot of money if you don't have the knowledge and skills.

That price is possible given the continuing bearishness of the market with bitcoin continues to accumulate more. With ethereum price still going down, it is now affordable to buy more of it and hold it for long term. Ethereum is not like bitcoin that will rise sharply when it comes to price recovery, but it will rise eventually at a slow pace.

Same here, I also preferred ethereum because it is addressed well-developed altcoin with some very innovative features like smart contracts and a plaform that it been used by many developers to create tokens or applications. It is also good for long term investment like bitcoin and profitable after holding some few months.

Like in the past, this current market dip is just a temporary situation and It will go up later again when the factors become positive. Bitcoin may go down further and keep consolidating this month before it bounce back later. With the prices of all cryptocurrencies are mostly lower than the previous weeks, it is a great to opportunity to buy some promising coins while they are still cheaper. If the prices of the coins have hit the bottom, it will soon go up again.

Price of most cryptocurrencies are still mostly bearish with bitcoin reaching the $6300 level again. This correction might last for many days again before it eventually recover in the 4th quarter of this year. It is still normal and no need to worry about this temporary price correction. Just hold your cryptocurrencies and tokens and wait for their recovery.

There are a lot of factors that can affect the value of every cryptocurrency particularly bitcoin like FUDs, hacking of a crypto exchanges, government moves against the cryptocurrencies, negative developments that related to bitcoin and uncertainties in the crypto market. The rise of the bitcoin price is still depend on investors and buyers perception and not on the news or any positive developments that related to cryptocurrencies.

Both bitcoin and ethereum are still the best coins to hodl because they are proven. Bitcoin, with so many years of existence, is been proven for its reliability and resiliency in many market downtrends or corrections. Ethereum is also well-known for its smart contract and platform that might propel it to the top someday.The prices of bitcoin and the altcoins are still down but I believe they will recover eventually.

Ethereum remains profitable especially in long term because of its platform that enable any developer to make an application. I also had  ethereum and some altcoins for long term hold. It is also more profitable if you diversify your portfolio by buying any solid or promising coins that gives you alternative profits when the other coins go down.

If you bought some solid or potential coins, hodl them while market is falling is still the best strategy. Some type of coins or tokens are not good for long term holding particularly those coins that has a small market capitalization so you have research them first before buying. Cryptocurrencies that always stays on the top list of coinmarketcap are the best choice for hodling.

Surpassing last year's feat of bitcoin may not be possible this year and it will even more difficult for leading cryptocurrency to reach the $20k because it's price still going down. To reach its high growth of 2017, there must be a frequent surges of price with only few corrections just like what happened last year. The anticipated price surges of bitcoin this year will remain to be seen in the next six months of this year.

Ethereum could go up and create another all-time high this year or early next year and will be more profitable than bitcoin. Ethereum advantage is its innovative features like smart contracts and a platform that can be use by any developer to create applications. In the next several months, there will more ethereum-based projects and this will lead to another substantial growth for the well-known cryptocurrency.

If the whales and other big time investors start buying again then bitcoin will also start raising again and the summer bullrun might come into reality. The so called summer bull that start this coming July was previously predicted during the first quarter during before the first cryptocurrency summit of G20 members. Another summit will take place on July for creating a globalized regulation for the cryptocurrencies.

If bitcoin recover followed by a bullrun in the third or fourth quarter of this year, ethereum can able reach $1000 or even higher before the year end. Ethereum is seem to be highly dependent on bitcoin price and will always follow it. The ethereum platform is a promising innovation and hope that someday that its technological innovation will help the ethereum achieve more all-time high in the future.

I'm still holding my altcoins while the cryptocurrency market is still generally down. I also long term hodl because it is the best strategy during market dips so I hodl my coins till their prices go up again. I'm holding Ethereum, eos, ripple and neo  because I believe this coins will give me profits when they go up again.

Prolonged decline in the price of the bitcoin may really lead in a loss of confidence in the cryptocurrency market but I believe that this setback is only temporary. A lot of investors are still holding their coins and they believe that the prices of cryptocurrencies will going to recover again at their own time just like in the past. I've been holding my own coins until now because I still believe in the bitcoin's ability to recover from dips.

There are a lot of online news in the net that are also useful when you are looking  for daily updates on cryptocurrencies and the market. But fake news are also proliferating both in the net and the social media so we have to be always aware of them and try to find the source of the news if its reports is unconvincing. Twitter is also a good source of news for me but I always research it first to find if the source of the news is legitimate.

I will only consider the altcoins better than bitcoin if they are no longer affected by its price fluctuation. Almost all altcoins follows every bitcoin price changes and when the whole market is red, it means bitcoin is in downtrend. When it comes to features and innovations, some altcoins are better than bitcoin and they had also faster transactions. But in term of price and market capitalization, bitcoin is still leading with wide margin.

Technical data sometimes is unreliable so you had to monitor the market continuously for your target buying price. As of now, the price of the bitcoin stays at $6600 and is more cheaper than a week ago. If bitcoin break another support then expect its price to go down further in the few days.
