441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH will go down or up? on: October 11, 2018, 01:37:03 AM
Last March 2018, Ethereum has experienced a fall in price, plummeting by big percent to dip below support levels and that dip continued till its reach the lowestt level of below $200 last September  this year. As of this time, ethereum managed to go up above $200 but it still experiencing some price dips and there still a possibility that it would further. On long term outlook, ethereum have a big chance to aurpass its previous all-time high because of the ongoing series of update to improve its system.
442  Economy / Economics / Re: What can be done to make bitcoin stable? on: October 10, 2018, 02:46:27 PM
Bitcoin is a decentralized virtual coin with no one controls it and unregulated so it is difficult to stabilize its price. According to some crypto analysts, market prices of cryptocurrencies, including that of fiat currencies or stocks don't ever stabilize. There is always a “true” price, but it's a moving target, and while it's continually being found, it never is found. Bitcoin volatility has to be controlled first to stabilize its price fluctuations but this will possible since it is decentralized unlike the fiat.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Awareness is the biggest influence. on: October 10, 2018, 02:21:34 PM
Social media and the press can also effectively spread awareness on people even from far away places. Most of the people who came to know bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies become interested on how to get bitcoin and use it for their online transactions. In spreading bitcoin awareness to different people, they also need to know the risks associated in acquiring or investing in cryptocurrencies so they can prepare themselves for any price changes.
444  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I stop trading in this bear market? on: October 09, 2018, 01:22:30 PM
During bear market, some coins are still going up but it still risky to trade them because they can be dragged by ongoing price downtrend. Seasoned traders can still make profits during bear market but the earning is small compared to the time when market is in uptrend. It better to hold you coins and wait for the market to become positive again and resume trading your trading later. I sed to hold my coins during red days because it is really risky to trade while the market is bearish.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has the market recovered? on: October 09, 2018, 12:55:08 PM
The fall isn't over yet. However, for long-term investments, you can already buy your favorite crypto-currencies, because the price drop has almost reached its bottom and in the next couple, three weeks we will see only a slight change in prices.

Bitcoin is moving up slowly but there still no indications of incoming price surge or bullrun. The price might just a short uptrend that may go down after some days passed. Investors are still waiting for positive developments that may eventually push the price of bitcoin into $10k level. That factors seems nowhere to be found these days  which be could a big help for bitcoin's continuing price uptrend.
446  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen to banks? on: October 08, 2018, 09:29:32 PM
Banks will going to stay because most of them has the capability to adapt, upgrade or evolve when there are challenges that facing them. Some of the banks had started to upgrade their banking services by turning digital to meet the challenges posed by the cryptocurrencies and other might also accept and use the virtual currencies in the future. Most of the banks are not against cryptocurrencies, they only need more time to study it before accepting it eventually.

448  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin not the choice of criminals anymore on: October 07, 2018, 09:36:39 AM
This is one of the reasons why some governments are imposing regulations on cryptocurrency exchanges because some lawless elements particularly in the online world are using bitcoins in their illegal activities. With the intensified monitoring and tracking by authorities that involves in anti cyber crime operation, many cyber crimes can be prevented successfully. Some FUDsters have been spreading fake news on the use of bitcoin by some criminals to make bitcoin as a bad cryptocurrency.
449  Economy / Economics / Re: Government regulation on cryptocurrency, GOOD or BAD? on: October 07, 2018, 08:07:57 AM
What I know is that countries are planning to impose regulation on cryptocurrency exchanges but not on cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum because they already decentralized meaning no one can control it or make some changes in the coins itself. Regulations are good if they are not restrictive or there are too much rules on using any cryptocurrencies. If the aim of the regulation is protect the users and curb the use of cryptocurrencies in illegal means like money laundering and trafficking, it will be good.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to invest all my savings in cryptocurrencies on: October 07, 2018, 07:55:22 AM
Am thinking of investing my savings instead keeping it in the bank,is cryptocurrency a wise choice?

It is a bad idea to invest your entire savings to a high risk investment like cryptocurrency especially if you are still a beginner. If your savings is a hard-earned money then it would be better if you invest only some money that you afford to lost in case the price of the coin you will going to buy go down later. Investing in cryptocurrency could be a wise if you already know how to manage your investments to prevent future losses.
451  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hodl or sell right now ? on: October 06, 2018, 11:04:23 PM
I'm still holding my bitcoins and it might take some time before I sell it because the present price of bitcoin remains below my target price. The crypto market did not grow much this year if compare it last year when bitcoin reached its all time high. If 2017 is a bullish year, 2018 would be a bearish year because the crypto market is mostly bearish for the past nine months. There are still 3 months left in this year and many investors are hoping for 4th quarter bullrun, I hope there will be a positive development before this year end.
452  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the bitcoin be outdated by another currency? on: October 06, 2018, 06:23:57 AM
Over time, everything becomes obsolete and bitcoin is no exception, perhaps it will not start to become obsolete quickly, but in the future there will be a new coin or a new currency that will take the place of bitcoin.

I think there is no permanent thing in the world of cryptocurrency and even bitcoin will become outdated or obsolete when the time come. If bitcoin have the ability to evolve into revitalized cryptocurrency, not even the altcoin with the most advanced technology can dislodge bitcoin from the top and it will stay longer than anyone can imagine. Bitcoin is the adam of all existing and upcoming cryptocurrencies and it will not be forgotten even it become outdated and replaced by another cryptocurrencies.
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I went bankrupt when I joined in cryptocurrency on: October 06, 2018, 05:34:09 AM
Cryptocurrencies are the most riskiest to trade if you compare it to forex and stock trading but the rewards are higher if you are successful in your trading. You need to prepare yourself first before joining the trade by studying it and gaining expertise or experience. Going into a trade without enough preparations will only result to losses, frustrations and giving up. One should study the cryptocurrency and market behavior and don't expect success in your initial trading becuase it will took time before you become expert on trading. They said "there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure."

455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HAS BITCOIN REALLY STOOD THE TEST OF TIME? on: October 03, 2018, 06:46:59 AM
Bitcoin overcame the test of time, it faced many kind of challenges in and outside of the digital world including those ones that act as a nostradamus of the digital world who predict its death everytime its price goes down. The leading cryptocurrency will continue to face many tests in the years ahead but I believe on its ability to recover even after a steep price fall. Future demands for bitcoin are still promising and investors, both old and new, will continue to buy this popular coin because it is more profitable and reliable investment in the cryptocurrency market.
456  Economy / Economics / Re: The money started coming back to the cryptocurrency market on: August 31, 2018, 02:59:07 AM
We'll see if the present market cap will continue to go up till the 4th quarter of this year. Usually investors start to to buy when they see some positive developments in the cryptocurrency market like the application for bitcoin ETF but the SEC already rejected some previous ETF applications while other are still waiting. If the whole market regains the confidence of the investotr then money will flow continuously again.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats your plans for the year 2018 on: August 31, 2018, 02:46:23 AM
my plan with my coins now 2018 is just a hold on it and wait for bullrun, but if it does not happen until next year until the market bulls and my coins and tokens.

Same here, the market is yet to experience a real bullrun this like the one that happen in 2017 when bitcoin reached its last all-time high. But i feel that this year, the market is mostly bearish and the awaited bullrun will never happen. The following year may be goog again forr cryptocurrencies but nobody knows if the bitcoin will go high again and break its previous all-time high record.
458  Economy / Speculation / Re: what affects the price? on: August 30, 2018, 04:46:35 AM
One of the main reasons of the last crash is that there were  a lot of people investing all that money that they could not afford, and when they saw it going down, they started to sell, and that is what caused the crash in those times, that is my theory

You're right sir, that is what we call panic selling and this usually done by new investors or beginners who wants quick result on their investments. Some of these investors easily get nervous when the price of their coins start to fall and when their emotion overcome them then the road to panic selling start. There are not well-informed when they start investing and lack of knowledge on cryptocurrencies will only to a loss in their investment and further dips in the price of the bitcoin. Panic selling, price manipulations, hacking on exchanges and events related to the coins are some of the factors that affect the price.
459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too late to invest in bitcoin? Is it a bubble? on: August 30, 2018, 04:30:12 AM
You can invest in bitcoin anytime but it is more profitable when its price is lower  than the previous weeks. The unpredictable price of bitcoin makes it difficult for investors to choose the right time to invest but if you always monitor the market and not only relying on someone's prediction, you will eventually find the right time to put your on investment on the cryptocurrency.
460  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin holders will have to pay their tax? on: August 29, 2018, 04:27:02 AM
What will happen on BTC if the government will said that all the bitcoin holder have to pay their tax??
Maybe the expansion of BTC community will get low than usual.

Tax is the lifeblood of a government and the country as a whole so every citizen had a duty to pay taxes. Some countries have already imposed taxes on every bitcoin transactions especially in the cryptocurrency exchanges and other countries are also planning to put taxes on bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. If your government imposes taxes on virtual coins then you should pay your taxes to help your government achieve their goals in nation-biuldings.
