Ah this is great news that big developments are on the way. We have waited long but better that things are happening slowly and surely. I have great hope EGAAS will deliver huge for all investors and tech lovers.  I will hold that news with a pinch of salt, the developer have history of disappointing investors. I don't know why the API they are developing is too difficult for exchange to use Dang! That is so bad. And knowing they only collected few on their ICO exchanges think that it may not be worth the work.  Just vote on mercatox guys. Who knows. |

I'm not sure I quite understand your proposal. You talk about a congress network making decisions, but
1) how are those decisions audited? Tezos decisions can be audited and verified unambiguously on its blockchain.
2) how are those decisions enforced? Tezos upgrades are automatic, if a protocol upgrade is approved, it is enforced on chain. This isn't just people making a decision and then clients choosing to follow it, this has the full force of a smart contract.
3) how you enforce meta-rule? This is constitutionalism. Can you programmatically constraint the type of protocols that your congress network is allowed to pass? If not you don't have consitutionalism.
Tezos does all of those things, and it is a hard engineering challenge to do it, but ultimately worth it. If we only wanted to have a simple vote, we'd have released two years ago.

I think what they are working on now is listing on exchange, I don't think second ICO is on the table presently If there will be an upcoming second ICO. I suggest they should just do it thru bittrex. |

Holding funds in "escrow" does not always provide security. What if the escrow is fake or just a paid person? Dabs & SebastianJu is Trusted escrow, do you think they are fake? Keep calm! Lol at these people. Been wondering from thread to thread for some great upcoming projects. And the name Sebastian Ju is probably the most reliable escrow in this community. And Dabs is one of the few selected moderators in this forum. So I can say 100% of the funds are safe. Devs just need to do their part. |

In many cultures and countries is gambling consider as a bad thing which only the poorest and silliest ones do. Many gamblers try to hide that they gamble from their friends and families and feel really shameful for that. Do you consider gambling as a bad thing? Do you feel shameful or proud for being a gambler? If it is shame what you feel what do you about it? How do you hide you're a gambler and who do you hide it from?

Yes, the mining fees are getting more and more expensive day by day and we must find any concrete solution for it otherwise, it will reach the level of what other fiat companies are charging today. The core benefit of bitcoin is that it is (still) cheaper than other payment options in terms of transaction costs and it needs to remain under control.
Oh man I can feel the birth of another coin that will replace bitcoin in the mainstream. Or maybe it already exists. |

Exactly. Prove it first, fill out the right format and... You were holding 95% of your friends' money? On yobit? Do you or your friend understand the two things you did wrong? 1. He should hold his own bitcoins. 2. Never keep anything you can't afford to lose on an exchange. You have a point. But I always randomly bumped people questioning and saying yobit is a shitty exchange. Bad support + bad updates + bad coins. I sometimes traded there too due to few coins. I still wonder why people with high volume traded there when there is poloniex and other client friendly exchnages. |

That is too much money right there. I will probably have my own house, a condo and some cars. Give some to my parents and brothers. Maybe 30% goes to time deposits/bonds. Have my own business. And share some of it to charity. Lol.
