401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH - will it go lower on: September 19, 2017, 07:29:42 AM
ETH is the future, it will reach 300$ very easily
lol 300$ very easily? its already around 300$ you should say 500$.
my guess is 500$ till to end of year.

That is an easy target for me. I think this ETH will get to around $1000 within 2017. That is not sure though. I hope there will be no more china-like stupidity along the way. There will be a hard fork happening to ETH as what I have heard. I think their will a little dip when this happens before mooning.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] GET-Protocol - SIG. CAMPAIGN REWARD INCREASED! | Join Slack! on: September 19, 2017, 07:11:07 AM
Hey guys! I've distributed stakes for Week 3. We have now entered the last week of bounty campaign round 1. I'll calculate bounty total stakes with total token rewards next week and finalize the spreadsheets. Then we will proceed with bounty campaign round 2 with much bigger rewards!

I'll also distribute costum tweet stakes today.

Great update, CM! That is so great of you taking time to announce the events that will happen in the following week. I am thankful that I just hopped on to the signature bounty campaign round 1. I am excited in the second round next week.  Wink

Best of success!

Hey Invester. I guess you forgot to submit your signature application form. Smiley Please do submit it.

Welcome to GET Protocol!

Oh my! What do you mean by signature application form, CM? I suppose you are only referring to the first round of signature campaign. But I can see my name. It is already in the spreadsheet. I am in line #45.

Do I still have to resubmit my signature campaign application form?  Smiley
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: best altcoins to invest for 2018 ? on: September 18, 2017, 09:54:50 AM
hey guys

i wanna know whats the best altcoins/Cryptocurrency to invest for 2018 ?

tnx in advance

I guess the best way is to stick with those coins that have already gained much support across the globe and across crypto fans, believers, and investors. I will still go for ETH, Waves, Strat, SC, ETC, BAT, Ripple. These are already gaining momentum and next year another milestones in their roadmap will be reached.

405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC is dead. The plan is a shift to Bitcoin Cash. on: September 17, 2017, 10:01:59 AM
BTC may not recover, but instead money will flow back to the superior, original bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash. Buy bitcoins now for under $400 again! Watch for the BCC related conference coming up this week. Huge things ahead! Don't be in the dark on these developments!

What is this hero talking about? Bitcoin Cash is a copycat. That is the first thing we all should know about. You are even here in Bitcoin forum. This is a proof how Bitcoin is the leader and the first coin that started this all. Bitcoin Cash is nothing but a coin that falls from under the roof of Bitcoin. It does not amount to anything really.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Active/Ongoing ICOs on: September 17, 2017, 09:34:18 AM
Among the ongoing ICOs I am currently eyeing Atlant, Eventchain, Valus, and Central. I don't know how you look at these ICOs. Perhaps you can have some ideas as to whether these ICOs are great for investment or not. What I read and quite convinced about is their project. You may care to visit their sites.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has the China ban affected ICO fund raising? on: September 16, 2017, 08:27:04 AM
Some say that the ban will affect many ICO fund raising as much as causing 50% less tokens raised. What do you think?

Of course it does because chinese will now be f*cking afraid to invest in ICOs. That is the bad thing here. This country has so big a population involved in crypto. Before, people coming based in the US and Singapore are the ones that are oftentimes not allowed to participate in most ICOs.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are everyone's favorite alt coins?! on: September 16, 2017, 08:05:01 AM
Mine are: Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, OmiseGo, Lisk, Golem, Augur, Lunyr, District0x, Bancor, 0x, Factom, Civic, Aragon, AdEx, and DigixDao.

I share your choice of Etherium, Ripple, OMG, Lisk, Civic, and Adex. Others are not within my list of chosen coins. I am adding to it Siacoin, Verge, Status, Monaco, Waves, and Etherium Classic. And on top of them all is Bitcoin of course.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No exchanges closing in China - just regulation (edit: not true) on: September 15, 2017, 10:06:35 AM
The only reason why bitcoin is going so low nowadays is the reaction of the people. Panic is the main reason why people who are bitcoin holders are easily swayed by such news. Weak resolve to stay strong and remain with bitcoin amidst turbulence such as this is sorely lacking in people.
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Dogecoin? on: September 15, 2017, 09:45:15 AM
Everybody here will be choosing bitcoins for sure. That is expected. Why pit Dogecoin against the king, which is bitcoin? It does not have an iota of chance that people here will instead choose Doge. Bitcoin is already gaining so much trust. Even the strong believers of Dogecoin will choose bitcoin between the two choices.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Verge to be added to Binance and HitBTC on: September 13, 2017, 09:29:56 AM
https://binance.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001499471

News on the 5 coins chosen to be added to Binance.

Stratis (STRAT)

Verge (XVG)

Bitquence (BQX)

SONM (SNM)

SingularDTV (SNGLS)

Verge will be added to Binance and HitBTC.

Good news for all the five coins that will now be listed in another major exchanges. I am one of the huge followers of Stratis and Verge. This will be another thing that will hopefully lift up their value to the sky. The effect will be soon felt in the next few days.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do ICO coin really worth like they claim ?? on: September 13, 2017, 09:09:08 AM
As far as I know projects offering their coins through an ICO have a token supply. That is reflected in their whitepaper and website. If during the ICO the entire token supply is sold it is reflected according to how they plan to distribute the tokens if you add them all up. If the tokens are not a sold out and they decide to burn, the token supply will also decrease.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about altcoins. on: September 12, 2017, 09:40:28 AM
Different coins can serve a different niche there doesn't have to be one best coin. It's similar to saying there has to be one best company.

I think there was not a time when there was no duplicate in terms of token or coin use. That means projects are really unique and not just a copy of another one. Litecoin I read somewhere is essentially a copy of Bitcoin. Those were the times. And then the influx of so many projects on blockchains followed, projects are getting similar with one another.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think DOGECOIN is the future of Altcoins ? on: September 12, 2017, 09:19:30 AM
I don't own dogecoin I just want to hear opinions , we the rise of altcoins as we know not every Alt will succeeds definitely some will fail.
Don't you think Dogecoin will be the next big thing.

I seriously doubt it. If Dogecoin had the probability to become the next great thing, it would have happened earlier because Dogecoin has been around for a significant while. Dogecoin has a very big supply. It would be very hard for its price to grow very high.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO's in October on: September 11, 2017, 09:32:18 AM
As ICO's are becoming somewhat of an issue with some governments, it is time now more than ever to to really start researching into the true upcoming ICO"s with the best concept.

What are the recommendations on upcoming ICO's in October which have the best concept and the capability for a lasting growth?
My top 3 picks are:
IGNIS
Golden Fleece
LakeBanker

I have serious doubts as to Golden Fleece. Is this somehow linked to Monkey and COEVAL?

Anyway, my list for October includes GUTS or Get Protocol and Atlant. Bitjob looks good also. They are very active in their promotion and marketing.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So when DeepOnion started for public it was $4, every investor lost 75%. on: September 11, 2017, 02:08:18 AM
How low will it go? Its already at 1$. Can it go to $0.10 as Torcoin or even lower? I mean Torcoin at least had the cool name to it.

Will the sigspammer be held responsible? I saw China is cracking down on scam coins, USA too, so in theory would it be possible to hold sig spammers responsible because basically it would be considered as false advertising, as a scam, to promote a coin trying to trick investors to put their money into it. I means thats an investment fraud in most countries, right?

DeepOnion has been accused of being a scam. And the DeepOnion people which seems a large body of followers have something to respond to about the allegations. But the market for DeepOnion is rising and falling just like the rest of the crypto coins. Even if it is $1, it is still much better than the rest. Let us wait for the next few months and see where DeepOnion would be.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good marketing place for new ICO's? on: September 10, 2017, 09:28:02 AM
I'm interested in looking for new ICO's worth investing. What is the most crowded marketing place for new ICO's?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0 This is a link of the threads of project Announcements. Upcoming ICOs are listed on this section and the details are also indicated including their website, slack, telegram, twitter, facebook, and other links. The whitepaper is also present in their respective threads. Enjoy browsing!

By the way, if you want to check Get Protocol or GUTS ICO. It is one great project in the making.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trading altcoins with BTC "OR" USDT ! on: September 10, 2017, 02:49:40 AM
HEY ,
i have noticed that i'd make more money if i trade altcoin with USDT as it's stable and equivalent to usd ,so i can get my calculations .on the other hand trading with btc isn't that much profitable or sometimes not profitable at all if btc price gone down , so why most people trade with btc !
i think i'm missing something .

You cannot see a 100% growth in USDT trading. Not even 50% I guess. In BTC trading the growth will reach as high as 300%. I know you noticed it because you are trading. Aside from that, in USDT, there are only a handful of coins you can trade with. In BTC based or ETH based, the list of coins are so many to choose from.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China Blocking ICO? on: September 10, 2017, 02:29:32 AM
China Blocking ICO? What do you think about this?
NEO Already reacted to this statement

This has been going around already for a while. This must be temporary. And if ever it stays there permanently in case the chinese government is really determined to put a stop to all ICOs once and for all, then we cannot do anything about it anymore. We cannot force the chinese government to follow our preferences. We just have to move on from this chinese wrong move. There is still a huge market out there.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do you hold your coins? on: September 09, 2017, 11:33:18 AM
Hi guys! if you trade,  how long do you hold your coins?. How would you know if you have to let go or sell you coins or still have to keep it?.

It depends on your basis for holding. Some have set like 1 to 3 years. These are the long-term holders. If you want to be a short-term holder then 6 months more or less is already enough. But of course you still have to see the movements in the market. If there is a dip in almost all prices then it is advisable that you hold for another round so that there is still time for the price to rise back.
