It's stealing Bitcoin's spotlight.

Please go mod on a doge forum. You'll fit right in with the other idiots.

Back to 900 we go. Because....we absolutely must go back to 900.

You sodl at 900 ?

I don't tradl.

Just saying there seems to be a certain attraction at 900 which we can't get away from. There is no reason why we can't sit at 970 for a while before to next push to 1000 but must likely it won't happen because people will continue selling till were back at 900 again. It just doesn't make sense.

This chart actually makes me bearish.

The chart shows that the previous bubble didn't fully deflate, it should have bottomed around 30$ - 40$, not 67$.
That's one reason for the current bubble to happen so soon after. Maybe this bubble won't fully deflate either and there will be
another one soon, with an ATH in the 5k$ range, and then the very early adopters will dump millions of coins and crush the price.

As always you have it all figured out. Must be amazing to have such a gift.
It's just too bad you never answer me when i ask you how many millions you're worth. I wonder why.

Ccmf

Haha too late. The party is over already.

I miss volume Sad

Just need a couple of whales to set us on track to 1k!

Don't fool yourself. Around 950 the first people start dumping and around 970 the sheep will completely panic and sell till we're back at 900. At least that is most likely to happen.

We for sure got there quicker than i expected. And i also hope i was totally wrong. I think everybody is getting tired of seeing 900.
I definitely am. I'd like to see $500.

Huh? Why?
To buy more coins because I barely have any.

So you want the Bitcoin economy to drop billions so you can buy a few extra coins? Uhm wow.
Yeah, I do. Who in their right mind wouldn't want at least a temporary decline to get more coins? Its not like Bitcoin is going to die if it drops to below $500 for a couple months.

And how often do you want such a massive decline? Just once so you can buy more coins or like every month so that all the new people after you also can get cheap coins? And for how long? Bitcoin has been around for 5 years. So another 5 years or so? Longer, shorter?

I see no reason for hoopla. It's just going to go back down again and we will be stuck around 800 again for some more boring days.

Purely based on the previous period i think we won't go up either. Once the buying stops we will drop back to 900 on Gox again. People are too afraid to let it go to 1000+ and won't let it sit at 970 for a while either. They just need to bring it down to 900 every single time for some strange reason. We need to get out of this circle. We need a few big buys that take us well over 1k.
If we drop back to 900 again it will be even more difficult to reach 1000. The selling around 1000 will be even worse etc.

Another random plot:

This plot shows the mean yearly rate of increase for the USD price of 1 BTC at Bitstamp since various past times to the present (specifically, to about jan/17/2014 23:00 UTC).

For example, the graph reads ~1000 around oct/17/2013.  It means that the average price increase from that date to the present is equivalent to 1000-fold (9,990% increase) per year.  More specifically, if we compare the price at that date (138.38 USD) and the price at jan/17/2014 (795.89) and extrapolate that rate of growth to one full year, we would get ~1000 times the starting price -- that is, ~795,000 USD by jan/17/2015.

On the other hand, the graph reads ~0.1 at about nov/30/2013.  It means that between that date and jan/17 the price fell to such an extent (from ~1100 to ~795) that, extrapolated to one year, would give a factor of ~1/10 (a 90% decrease); namely, a prediction of ~79,5 USD/BTC by  jan/17/2015.

If we look instead at the change from ~jan/06 to ~jan/17/2014, we get a factor of ~0.001, that is, a prediction of 0,795 USD/BTC by jan/17/2015

Finally, the graph reads 1 at about nov/24/2013.  It means that the price at that date was the same as it is now, i.e. the rate of (non-)increase since then was 0% per year.

Presently I believe that this sort of analysis is quite useless.  The market does not seem to care for past prices, presumably because experienced traders believe that other experienced traders do not care for them, and so on recursively.

The graph seems to justify this indifference.  Logically, the price at nov/29 should be more relevant than that of oct/17.  But, depending on the time span considered, the analysis may yield from very positive to very negative predictions.  Which time span is the right one to use?

None.

O Market Pundits: is the volume low because the price is stable, or is the price stable because the volume is low?

This. I´m expectin to see serious dumps over the weekends as upwards manipulation hardly works anymore. So i guess we´re seein a harsh downards correction. Just my 5 Satoshi  Wink

Edit: Gox buybot is in full maniac mode. Buyin 15-19 BTC of his own asksevery 4-5 minutes. I assume the real Gox Volume without bots and Mark´s orders would be about 50-100 BTC per day.
Great to have a market leader like this....

Could I ask, did you create your account solely to come and spread FUD or do you have an ulterior motive that has not yet become apparent?  Cheesy

Quote
He bought about 20x times 16-18 BTC @ 917,6x however these asks can´t be seen in the orderbook.... They don´t even try to hide it properly anymore, truly saturated behaviour.

Hey, my last post contained no FUD Infos.  Cheesy But yes, i´m mostly here for the fun of it.

edit: 400-500$ by Monday btw (Stamp)

edit2: you´re also usin the same info  in your green shot analysis thread

Welcome to my ignore list. Enjoy your stay.

I'm done watching the charts. It's just ridiculous. I'll check back in a week.
Seems that you've failed in trading and now just release your frustration...

Wow, amazing analyses!

Oh and i don't trade. Yes you look stupid now.

This shit must scare off so many potential investors. You know, serious people. Right now it's just a playground for a bunch of kids and a few whales who control basically everything. It's just sad to see something great being abused like this.

Those of you who panic sold at 900, are you panic buying back in already? Or are you gonna wait till 930?

Is it time to panic sell because of panic selling because of no bad news again?
And then panic buy in when it hits 950 again in a few days?
