662  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/ on: April 18, 2018, 02:12:46 PM
i have 0.5 btc on my hand
but the problem is btc is falling day by day
its hits me in my heart like a spike
cs i buy this btc on 12000$
now im in loss of 5000$
it has fall onto 7000$
what shoud i do?
should i keep it???

I feel sorry for you with that. Well, based on my very own experience and perception, you would ONLY lose your money once you had sold it because there are no taking back of it once you sold it then your BTC would be just a cash as an exchange. As an advice, for you to avoid such loss try holding it for a long and wait for the time that you will surely make a big profit out of it.
663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: While you are panicking.... on: April 18, 2018, 01:54:43 PM
While you are panicking over the decline in the price of bitcoin, the largest bitcoin holders will have an even more volume of bitcoins because of the panickers

Well, too much panic is bad for an individual might be holding bitcoin related or not. It would be much a good idea if we and those individuals won't pay a single attention to the news who just affect our mindset and control to our property. Just stay cool, and firm whenever theres a struggle just cope up with it, because bad things isn't always bad it would turn to be good someday.
664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should focus more on saving bitcoins than selling on: April 18, 2018, 01:48:32 PM
Well, selling it is just for a short term benefit and a just little benefit. While, in saving it would be long time benefit WHEN bitcoin price will rise again but the downside of it, it might be possible that you might drop your bitcoin or your money for nothing.
665  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: April 18, 2018, 01:44:17 PM
Recently, more and more I have been interested in the question of why Bitcoin was created. Who created it and for what purposes. After all, clearly there are people who control bitokoyn, well, that is - own a very significant amount Bitkoyn. Maybe it's just a new currency to replace the dollar only in electronic form. Until now, nothing is known about the creators of Bitokin. Why we need crypto-currencies, if on the idea you can use the same transfers of money cherz different banks. What happens if bitcoin collapses? Do not judge me strictly, it's just that these thoughts have visited me more and more often lately.

Just thinking enough and you would get a somehow fair answer on it, may not be convincing but it could be fair enough to satisfy your thoughts. Well, why do we need money in the first place, well, it is obviously for us to live, to eat and to provide our needs and wants, well that answer would go the same to bitcoin, but  pretty much convenience than a physical money because it runs through technology.
666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin is better than other coins? on: April 18, 2018, 01:40:11 PM
how is bitcoin better than other coin ??. bitcoin has been in the kriptocurency world for almost a decade, and bitcoin is the first possible cryptocurency, the bitcoin is better than the other coin

Indeed, on the other hand such other cryptocurrency existing there was just merely made up out of the concept of Bitcoin, thus, they are just alternate or somewhat in a far lower state than bitcoin. Besides, bitcoin has a pretty much more higher price than to those cryptocurrency.
667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: stop listening to false news on: April 18, 2018, 01:36:29 PM
Such fake news won't get an end though. Primarily people who are behind that thing is probably against to bitcoin or probably have a big bad objectives or just really want to destroy bitcoin. Well, such fake news won't really work if we are literate enough to distinguish whether such news is false or not.
668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin over? on: April 18, 2018, 01:21:23 PM
No not yet and just hope that it won't get over as soon as this time. There are still lots of people who are currently depending on bitcoin in order for them to sustain their daily needs such as food and other daily expenses. It would be such a great disaster if bitcoin would get right quickly as it is now. As far as I see, bitcoin doesn't yet shows a sign that it would get finally over, it is just normal that its price fluctuates don't get too nervous about it.
669  Economy / Economics / Re: why bitcoin is banned by the government on: April 17, 2018, 02:52:56 PM
is not that bitcoin able to change the state of its users which effects also on the state of the country's economy, why even banned hemzzz Grin Huh
In my own point of view, the reason why the government banmed bitcoin because they cannot control bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, some people think bitcoin is just a way to trick people to invest their money in cryptocurrency and in bitcoin which it is not true, but there are sites that you really be careful log in. and they think bitcoin and crypto can replace the current currency.

How to Explain Bitcoin to a 7-Year-Old
Quote
I’ve been explaining how Bitcoins work since 2010. Here is the simplest analogy I’ve discovered that explains transactions, anonymity, and coin production.

There’s a room that anyone can access. The room has security cameras that anyone can view, and every second of recorded footage is available online forever.

The room is filled with indestructible piggy banks made of transparent plastic. Naturally, these piggy banks have coin slots, and everyone can see which coins are in which piggy bank. These piggy banks can never leave the room.

Each person has a key that can open their piggy bank. Let’s say I want to buy a pair of alpaca socks, and you want to sell them.

First, you tell me which piggy bank is yours. Then, I walk into the room with a ski mask on. Anyone in the world can see me on the security cameras, but not my face.

Next, I unlock my piggy bank, take some coins out, then put them into your locked piggy bank. I leave the room.

Now, everyone in the world knows that your piggy bank has coins that were previously in my piggy bank. This is the case with every transaction, so everyone knows the history of every coin.

“So where do the coins come from? How did it start? Who got the first coins?”

There’s a robot in the room that runs lotteries. Every so often, this robot randomly chooses a piggy bank in the room, and puts 50 coins in it. When it first started, there weren’t many piggy banks in the room since nobody knew about it. Back then, it was easy to win the lottery. Today, there are millions of piggy banks in the room, so your odds aren’t very good.

“Ok, couldn’t someone make their own fake coins?”

No, because everyone has records of every coin in the room, and they know when the robot hands new coins out. If a fraud were to put fake coins into his own piggy bank, everyone would know that those coins were never handed out by the robot, and wouldn’t accept them.

“Who made the robot..?”

Supposedly it was a super genius Japanese man named Satoshi Nakamoto, but nobody knows for certain. Since the security camera footage is available from 2009, we can see that the robot was putting coins into a piggy bank since day 1. We assume it’s Satoshi, but that’s about all we know.

“… Crazy.”

In my own personal opinion, i think it will be very difficult for us to explain bitcoin to a 7 year old child because it still do not have any interest to earn money, it still depends to its parents to provide its needs. So i think the easiest way to explain and to teach children about bitcoin is to watch them an animation about bitcoin in youtube for them to caught their attention to learn about bitcoin.
671  Economy / Economics / Re: Will bitcoin be banned on Philippines? on: April 17, 2018, 01:03:28 PM
Over 900 Million  pesos worth of bitcoins been scammed.

Filipino couple amasses at least P900M in alleged Bitcoin scam.
MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Police have nabbed a couple promising easy wealth through popular cryptocurrency Bitcoin, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa announced on Tuesday, April 10.
Arnel and Leonady Ordonio were nabbed by PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) operatives – the police division in charge of high-stakes and high-profile crimes – in Vigan City last April 4 through an entrapment operation.

The scam, Obusan said, is structured like a pyramid scheme but with electronic money.

The Ordonios apparently had middlemen who lured people to invest. They promised to pay victims with their earnings every 15 days.

Fueled by the worldwide Bitcoin hype, more and more people were baited by the Ordonio couple's promises.

The complaints started piling in when investors lost contact with the Ordonios.
Whats happened  next?
Around 50 angry victims stormed to Camp Crame on Tuesday, asking the couple if they could still get back the money they had hoped would grow.

Will bitcoin be banned because of that?
Hopefully no, because there are a lot of people in the Philippines invest in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and there are now earning a thousands of money that is why a lot of people are now more interested to invest and join bitcoin.  I think the government here in the Philippines would like to put tax in bitcoin because they heard that some people are earning money for free. Hoping that it is not true because i will not earn the money as big as today.
672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have You Been Scammed? on: April 17, 2018, 12:37:01 PM
I just came over from the 'Investor Games' subforum (hope I got that right). A guy there said he came across a site asking to double his bitcoin, he paid in $20 and got $40 the following day or so. He then went for a higher plan of $300 hoping to cash out $600 but they asked him to pay in another $300 before cashing out. He got confused and was asking for advice.

I think I've been there before. Before I became a forum member. I once came across one of those scam sites promising to generate bitcoins. Thought it was real, but when they asked me to pay some transaction fee, I was stuck. I had no money to pay the fee. With the benefit of hindsight, I know I'd have sent them the 'transaction fee' had I had the coins to send them.

Now, what have been your experience with internet scams?
How do we help people not to get scammed?

Yes i have experienced scammed many times and most of it are in bounty campaigns. To be honest i really feel so down when i just scammed because i gave a lot of time and effort just to post and give a lot of opinions then i will not get any reward. I hope that those people who scams will be removed in the world of crypto because they ruined everything, even the name of bitcoin that is why people are thinking bitcoin is just a scam, but its not.
673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I sell house to buy bitcoin if it drops below $ 5000? on: April 11, 2018, 10:55:40 PM
No only risk what ur willing to lose.
I agree, better to think for it more. When you did that and bitcoin price falls where can you get money then. It was too risky to put that kind of amount and to do that thing. House was one if the basic need of every human being. We must value and dont let money gets your attention. Be wise enough on every secision you are going to make.
674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should i do after buying bitcoin on: April 11, 2018, 10:47:18 PM
After buying of bitcoin ,it is always good to buy more, and also continue to be active in buying
Yes much better to hold bitcoin and buy some more in order to put to an investments. After buying bitcoins you can hold it for a long term for a more profitable profit.
After buying bitcoin it is a better  way is to hold and wait until such time that the price will grow then every time it grows above your buying price the difference is your is your profits and the bitcoin that you're holding become your assets.
Holding it was the best thing you can do after you buy bitcoin. Wait until it price again rise so that you can get profit from it. You can also sell it whdn it hits your set value and buy again when it price dump. This concept was mostly used of people here since it is very profitable and easy.
675  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you Still believe in Bitcoin? on: April 10, 2018, 11:22:32 PM
Whenever l look block chain account and my see my bitcoin it gives me joy. I have hope for tomorrow and am still going to buy more because I believe that crypto currency investment can make someone's dream come alive if properly managed
I agree, it was good for you to have that kind of thinking. I still believe in bitcoin simply because it still gives money for me which I need. As long as bitcoin has a value, i will comtinue beileving on it and I know that it will give a better future for me someday if im going to continue saving some of it.
676  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin solve the worlds problem? on: April 10, 2018, 11:10:42 PM
There are so many different problems in this world. And bitcoin cannot solve it on its own. All nations should help each other in solving the problem.
Bitcoin doesnt have that power to solve the problem of the world. Bitcoin can only helps us by giving us money for what we need to spent like if we want to end poverty in our country them lets help them to escape from that kind of life. To solve the problem of the world was we need to be united as one and help one another.
677  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is an asset or currency. on: April 10, 2018, 10:29:57 PM
I hear from many sources that btc is used for trading much more than it is for goods and services; doesn't that make it an asset ??
and is that necessarily a bad thing ?? and what can we do about it as a community ??

It's simply both.

Bitcoin is attractive as an asset to hold because of it's scarce nature. Bitcoin is also attractive as a currency because it's borderless, permissionless, and pretty fast and cheap (except when Roger Ver/Bitmain are spamming it).

So for some use cases like buying a VPN, bitcoin is the best currency.
I personally think that btc is good used as an asset is not used as a currency, because each country already has its own currency.
Even though each country has a own currency bitcoin still comsider one of it because just like fiat and dollar they have the same usage but it was just limited. But for me bitcoin was really an asset where we people tend to invest here as we see that it can give us high profit when it price pump.
678  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good buying price for bitcoin? on: April 10, 2018, 03:55:55 PM
It is always our believe that the second quarter of this year the price of bitcoin will move up in a manner that it will double the current price. Good time to invest into bitcoin is now since the price is considerably low. Hold whatever bitcoin you have now for a better day is ahead.
Actually, everytime was a good time to invest but what is best is when bitcoin price was dumping like this days. Because buying bitcoin at a low price can give you more profit. You only need to hold for it and wait until it price pump again. Bitcoin wont always just fall, we believe and it was proven that it can recover again like what happened before or last year.
679  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need regulations? on: April 10, 2018, 03:40:24 PM
Every now and then we need always a regulations in order to have a proper process or anything else because regulation intends to regulate what people are allowed to do, and I think that in crypto world we need a regulation to have a clearer transactions for all.
Yes, we do really need rules and regulation because it serves as our guideline in what to do and what is need to avoid especially in bitcoin. We have many bitcoin users so it must have regulation to be followed on order to have proper process. Rules and regulations also serve as the starting point of every users in bitcoin so btc must have it.
We need regulation since it makes everything alined and well organized. Through regulations we may know what we must and musnt do. We can avoid things that was not good. Regulation will direct us to what is right. If we have regulations in cryptocurrency it may make us more united but we must have a better one who will create that regulations becauae if that person was not good, it is better for me to dont have it.
680  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the bitcoin be outdated by another currency? on: April 04, 2018, 02:08:38 PM
In my own personal opinion, bitcoin will never be outdated by other cryptocurrencies because bitcoin is the first ever cryptocurrency so there are no possible reasons that bitcoin will be outdated or will be replaced, even there are a lot of countries started to banned bitcoin.
