Usually platforms don't tell the details of why the user is blocked, all the reasons would come down to "Our T&C were breached", and that would be it

If you want a bit more information, you can take your case to a mediator and see what would come from it.

Could you give us some screenshots of the website or the site link (address)? I find it suspicious about the Moldova region since it's the first time I've heard of it after years of playing at BK8.

I doubt this one, almost all casinos/sportsbooks will give users a reason if they have a problem while T&Cs are used as the base for compliance. Imagine if other users see this case without explanation then they are worried that the same problem will happen to their account, it's not about trust but about certainty. I think he uses bk8usd.com and yeah I don't see Moldova on the ban list. I also created an International account a few years ago and it didn't show any region so I think the problem is not related to the region.

As I said, maybe they don't take your case seriously since there's no "Moldova" region.
Provide more information, like a screenshot or a site link, whether you play on BK8.io (their new global crypto site) or their main site. You can see what regions are available in my screenshot above (for the main site).

At least that may shorten your waiting time before support responds, and just say exactly what I'm saying.

The member in question is indeed a BK8 member registered under the International region with USD currency.

After checking, the member was linked to suspended sportsbook abnormal accounts. However, upon detailed review, we found that this member only played a small amount in sportsbook, and most of the winnings came from slot providers. Therefore, we decided to revoke the suspension.
