Just a friendly reminder. Be extremely cautious if someone says they can help you with the casino cases, often they want to extort you for more money without actually resolving the cases. In the past, this forum has the infamous game-protect who has been red-tagged to oblivion.
Why would any one in their right senses even in the first place; trust someone or a user who is not an official board member, or a verified hired customer representative of the casino to help him or her solve a case as regards to the casino? That is utter foolishness if you ask me.

If anyone should have issues with a casino, first step is to contact the casinos customer service that is inbuilt on the site, but when that is not available, he or she can then come around on forums like this and post about his or her issue, Simply as a way to find out from other possible users of same casino if any one have being through such particle issue before, and how they went about getting solution to the problem.

In my opinion, quite a large part of the problems that arise when playing for some players, especially in large, well-known and long-running casinos, have already happened to some of the players in the past.  And some of these problems are naturally described on specialized forums or in some reviews.  In particular, this can be described in casino topics on our forum.  In such discussions there are often recipes for solving a problem that arose for a player that he had not previously encountered, but other players have encountered it and have already somehow solved it. 

The problem, however, is to find specific posts that describe a similar problem and describe how it can be solved. 
Sometimes you have to read too much text before you find the solution.  And even search queries are difficult to make and they do not always give useful results.

You didn't read my messages carefully. 1) I don't sell anything 2) I only talked about the legal process, in which documents are signed and this process takes several months 3) I don't ask for prepayment, payment only upon the fact of payment of money from the casino. 4) I work with blocked accounts or where withdrawal of funds is impossible. I don't need a login/password from the account. I am ready to provide documents on settled past cases to the administrator for personal review, but not for the public
