I wrote here on this thread some times ago about a very complicated issue I had with BK8, regarding loss of my registered number and 2FA. I was not able to withdraw my money as a result. I took some guys advice here on forum to contact BK8 OP and he was really helpful. The guy was able to help me. BK8 even bypassed one of their rules and I was able to withdraw my money.

They must have a special approach to your case that ends happily for you. if you managed to make a withdrawal in the end, it means that there were no serious problems related to the casino and sportsbook terms and conditions.
I am sure BK8 is also very serious about their terms and conditions. they may exclude some cases that are not burdensome to them. Of course, after some investigations are carried out, if there are no serious problems that can be detrimental to the casino. they may be able to give a little leniency, like what you experienced.

The case was that I was not able to register my new phone number, I also had lost 2fa. OP was able to help me register new 2fa through email. You are right, this may not be a breach of their terms and conditions, but normally many sites are very rigid about everything, just to prevent you from withdrawing money. I posted this just because I'm grateful to OP, because even BK8 customer service did not do much about the case...

Yeah, it's understandable though since live support only forwards things to the higher-ups, often in other casinos, it is also filled with bots or simply mailing service...

Mostly right, Casino it's always have more looks in "Sportbook" especially in "Live Casino" they doing too as well but for "Blackjack" however is only happening in Landbase while the deck around 3-4 deck. But almost every casino always have more look closer in Sportbook.

I just only one good advice for the live support section, I think they no need to ask username account (as long the question) is not issue. Unfortunately, the problem here, BK8 supplied me with valid points that allows some questions and doubts for the credibility of some elements of your KYC. They gave some pointer of what they suspected to be fabrication, of which in spite of that, I'm still looking for my own source to validate/invalidate their claim.

You supplying another version of the document is one of my attempt. Which I'll appreciate if you'll comply, because otherwise, with the current documents provided as my only source to prove/disprove the situation, I have to lean toward their findings and rulings.

Of course, if you want to, to maintain sense of fairness, I can share the documents provided --I'll censor other private elements and only highlight the ones I find questionable, if you want to-- with 2-4 other DTs [suppose they're willing] and see what they think of it.

That user just spamming, with mostly common tactic to casino for pressure releasing the case. But, in here mostly not gonna to work (the case always being overview in neutral situation). That means he's already given up and is probably ready to lose his money if what he's saying is true. If not, maybe no one suggested to him that he could approach a mediator to force the casino to respond. He's only showing a simple screenshot, which makes it hard to draw a conclusion from that alone. Between the two, BK8 has the better reputation, so they’re more likely to get sympathy.

The solution you have found is definitely a very good solution. Other casino sites especially do not solve this problem. But I am very happy to see your solution to this problem. Thanks to BK8 for handling such important issues of every player very easily. The solution that BK8 got from them gave them more credibility.

If the rules of each casino site are well-crafted with the overall aspect of each player in mind and the players can make good money transactions then it is a very good thing for them.

Although there are a lot of casino sites nowadays, they usually come for scams. In the beginning they provide good service, later it is seen that they walk away with the money of the casino players. I can't see this being the case with the BK8, which is definitely a good thing.

I believe @klevisi just do KYC or other verification to prove ownership. Checking the IP records also will help him to claim ownership for account recovery. I experienced this same issue when I lost the phone I use for 2FA and SMS verification.

Luckily casino and exchange allows me to recover my account by doing KYC verification again since they can match my record. The good thing about BK8 on this case was they are approachable on the forum to deal with this kind of issue but other casino resolve this issue too through live support by doing same method I mention.

IMO, as long the account already being verified. These types cases still can be solved.

We will have a different story If he not verified the account. BK8 will refuse the request, because there is no way can vouch or verified the account is belong to them. Casino who are rejected these request even the account already being verified usually scared from hacker or someone stealing the data victim (including ID). That's why, they're not gonna to dealing for avoiding losing asset.

if you are done with BK8, or you cannot prove your claim on your documents. I suggest you close the thread. There is no need to keep on barking if you cannot prove your valid documents. it could be you who is cheating BK8 with your forged documents. not BK8 who is cheating you.

After checking the sender address, it is using gmail which makes me more skeptical about this email.

I don't think that it's from them if it's using a gmail for emailing their customers. I guess all the talks are attracting you to pay them a visit to that messaging app that's left and the scamming will start from there.

Anyway, currently isn't it for just some regions that BK8 is currently in maintenance? some system upgrade is likely happening now. Any thoughts when it will be back or did I missed some announcements?
