I was explaining how to levitate small objects with an electric field using a balloon. While atmospheric pressure is the force pushing an object up or down depending on its density, ultimately up and down is defined by the electric field in-between the dome and the ground.

This might look like great thinking, but it doesn't produce the same effect for everything. Gravity explains the weight of everything based on the mass, not on the density. And it works for everything.

...Dependent upon weight, not density. We already know and can and have tested that all objects 'float' equally in weightless environments despite having varying densities. How many times are you going to ignore this? Just watch a video of the inside of a vomit comet. People wouldn't float around in the cabin during a zero-g maneuver if your idea was true because the air is less dense than people; it's a closed, pressurized cabin. If you have the cash, take a ride yourself and bring a helium balloon with you; it, too, will float just like everything else in the cabin.

And if you take into account the theory of flat land, how are its followers to the worldwide because in the distant past.

jesus christ, even in the old ages its a myth people thought it was flat. people had the same mental capacity as now pretty much, Capacity? Probably. Though now we see the Flynn Effect, i.e. an increase of about 15 IQ points in the general population in the past century or so corresponding with a rise in technology; tech is complex and forces us to think about things in complex ways and engage in more complex tasks. Still, there's an upper limit to how well we can deconstruct and analyze complex situations, and most conspiracy theorists vastly overestimate how good they are at doing this (because they vastly underestimate complexity).

Enclosing your search term with quotation marks will return exact phrase results. You'll get 5.4 million without quotation marks; about 1.3 million for the exact phrase "flat earth". Cheers.

Have you heard the story about Columbus's problems with his crew? As some tell it, the crew nearly mutinied because they regarded the earth as flat, and feared they might sail off its edge.
"It was exactly the reverse," explains Johnson. "There was a dispute out on the ship, but it was because Columbus was a flat-earther. The others believed the earth to be a ball, and they just knew that they were falling over the edge and couldn't get back. Columbus had to put them in irons and beat them until he convinced them they weren't going over any curve, and they could return. He finally calmed them down." Source: Robert J. jesus christ, even in the old ages its a myth people thought it was flat. people had the same mental capacity as now pretty much, How do you know, where you there? well for example, Eratosthenes in about 200BC calculated the size of the earth, the tilt axis of the earth, etc.
