I'm not going to bother reading the entire thread since there seems to be a lot of incoherent babbling going on however I would like to drop this here. If the earth is flat why do radio operators need to account for curvature of the Earth when compensating for line of sight? http://www.hamuniverse.com/lineofsightcalculator.htmlLOL they dont, they compensate for mountains

ROTC Land Nav Two problems complicate your easy use of map and compass: First, the surface of the earth is curved, while the surface of your map is flat. This creates problems between what your map shows as north (grid north) and what is really north (true north). Second, the earth’s magnetic pole is not the same as the earth’s axis. This creates a difference between wh http://www.mc.edu/rotc/files/6413/1471/7292/MSL_201_L03b_Land_Navigation.pdfField Manual 3-25.26, Map Reading and Land Navigation. Change 1. 30 August 2006 I'm actually listening to that video but it's 2 hours so will take a while, if I make it to the end. 15 minutes in nothing about it yet, they're trash talking a forum right now they find the work "shill" to be extremely overused, haha.

I dug this link up looking for an interview I heard a few months back, there may be another one with this radar operator or another individual all together. I thought I recalled him saying he was navy back when I first heard it. In any case all the links I found on a quick search pointed to this youtube interview with Mark S. The gist of it was the pencil thin microwave targeting beam went for hundreds of miles; no earth curvature.

Jeez - it's enough to fly with a commercial plane high enough and the curvature of the planet can be seen. Is there a point to all of this flat earth propaganda? I mean maybe 100 years ago it would have worked, but now? Come on!

your airplanes are cylindrical in nature and their windows are convex, look at anything through a convex lens and you will see a curve

Funny how everything else looks all right through these convex windows, except the curvature of the earth. And yeah, trolling is fine, but there's a line where it gets stupid.

http://www.space.com/17933-nasa-television-webcasts-live-space-tv.htmlDuring the live broadcast, I witnessed one of the astronauts (commander about to relinquish command) turn to a fellow astronauts behind him whom both have been on the station for months, asking him how to pronounce his last name so not to make a mistake live on air when thanking him for his service.

You do realize that we have never taken a photo of the whole earth at once, all the images on google are fakes made by nasa look yourself.
So basically you are saying, that every footage from NASA outer space is fake? What about all these (thousands) of videos from ISS flying above the (round) earth? What about all the footage from private persons or school members, like CubeSat's, weather ballons etc? How can NASA make sure, that this footage don't get leaked into the wild? How will they replace these real videos (from the allegedly flat earth) with ones from a round earth? I know many of the "flat earth" videos and actually they produce more questions than they answer for me. The next thing they will make us believe is that the sun is circling around the earth Edit: Can someone please explain why we need that many timezones on a flat earth?
