Do you plan to keep the minimum deposit and withdrawl amount for BTC at the current 0.004 BTC? I would love to see this a little lower. Maybe half of the amount.

We do not set these things, our processing gateways do. So our options there are quite limited. We will look into what can be done.

You do not need these large images if you want to talk about Russian cards. We do not hide anything about any of our services. Just ask if you have to.

No cards are blocked whatsoever. Nothing is suspended

Funding Russian cards directly is temporarily unavailable due to an issue with the provider. Recently we posted a news update saying users can send funds to these cards like transfers to external Russian cards. For free. So there's a temporary workaround while the provider is fixing the issue.

Card loads work via other feature, temporarily.

No funds on cards or the cards themselves have ever been blocked or will be blocked.

The cards remain active and can be used for payments just like before. Their balance is safe and intact.

This situation with Russian cards is not very pleasant (it's a complicated market to do this kind of business in), but we expect it to get back to normal (with direct loads) within this month.

I owned the wavecrest card in 2018 then I never renewed the card after the re-open.
I remembered the news cards were free for the previous pre-ban owners.
Now I see I have to pay 15eur.
Is that normal?

Yes, it is, if your previous card expired before the card program was closed down. Only active cards count, not just any cards.

If you are sure you are eligible, it's very easy to get in touch with support and settle this.

well I think my old card could be still active but I have to check, it surely was when was suspended (I used it for only a month or a bit more)

We are not aware of any such problems. As far as we can tell, there are no issues.

As for transfers, it is important that the IBAN from where the funds come is in your name, the same name as your ADV account. I believe the platforms listed do provide IBANs in the names of their users, but perhaps it makes sense to check just to be sure.

As long as the IBAN name and the name in ADV match, it works. If there is no match and it's a 3rd party transfer, we do not currently accept those.

We do plan to start offering IBANs to our users as well, later on. This would help with 3rd party transfers as well.

It was suspended over the last two years but from their Twitter, it seems they ship worldwide now.
Also if applying for a non-verified card with limits, I have to verify my address and identity or no?

Just sign up if you do not have an ADV account, or log in if you do. It will only take a second. There is no need to get information from other sources, there are often misunderstandings and confusion. See the features and conditions first hand, not from someone else's words.

Yes, our newly launched international card program includes Tunisia. Verification is perfectly standard, ID, up to date address document, mobile phone. You will see all the information inside your account.

We are no longer providing cards for non-verified users. Full ID and address verification is required for any ADV card. Cards without verification do not exist in 2020.

Again, all our official news are inside any ADV account, just sign up or log in if you would like to get up to date official info without any misinterpretations. Browse around your ADV account, check the news feed, check what happens when you click Create Card. It's very simple

Thank you for the clarification. I asked because I saw this but it seems outdated as you said.

You should be able to click through the ordering process by choosing Continue without submitting documents. You will receive an email notification saying the card order is pending, and you can get in touch with support saying you're fine with non-verified limits and features. This should take care of it.

Thank you Omega for sharing this explanation which i was looking for since i encounter a lot of local users who use advcash before it was suspended its cards.
I am also wondering if the advcash card can be used to verify a paypal account as Tunisia is not officially supported by PP and i know many users who used their payoneer cards to verify PP. Is it the same with advcash?
For now, our only options, as tunisian citizens, to own a visa card is with advcash or Payoneer.

No argument there. It actually never was an anonymous card. Providing your actual up to date personal details on the platform was a requirement since day 1. Even without verification, the terms still always said you need to use your real details. We have never targeted the anonymous market segment.
